  We loved working with Katherine Anne Confections on desserts for our reception and could not have been happier with our experience. The tasting was very fun (although it was next-to-impossible to narrow down our truffle/caramel selection given that everything is delicious!) and they made everything so easy. They even modified one of the truffle flavors so that we had a vegan option, although I think the only people who knew those truffles were vegan were our vegan friends :)
  
  We chose a mix of truffles and caramels (which we served as dessert in addition to gelato) and did our own pick-up/plating, which worked out perfectly for us. Highly recommend KAC if you're looking for a non-cake dessert; everything they make is incredibly high-quality, and they are truly a pleasure to work with.

  My husband and I both HATE cake. We were trying to come up with a dessert alternative that reflected both of our likes. We love to go camping with friends and gorge on s'mores, so we thought what better thing to have than a s'mores bar. Cue Katherine Anne to save the day. Her marshmallows brought a pretty boring idea up to gourmet status. We ordered champagne, salted caramel, and vanilla & black pepper marshmallows from her- and let me tell you, these things blew my mind.
  Her prices are great, her selection is amazing (she makes kick ass truffles too) and I definitely recommend her for all of your sweet cravings. We'll definitely be visiting her store for gifts in the future, and most likely for some more marshmallows to celebrate our one year anniversary with s'mores at home.

  The most dense, delicious truffles and freshest, tastiest caramels ever! Katherine is a joy to work with, and her product (and packaging) is impeccable!
