Karla and her team were incredible! She was wonderful throughout, helping us with our color scheme as well as answering our countless questions about flowers and logistics. She was transparent with the pricing and made it easy to accommodate our budget. We ended up going with bouquets, boutonnieres, grounded arch, and large table arrangements.
The flowers turned out beautifully, and her team was seamless in their setup, repurposing the flowers, and clean-up. Thank you, Karla! We can't recommend her enough! -

I cannot recommend Karla and her team enough! We got married on 6/8/25 at Willowdale Estate. From first email contact to the day of the wedding, Karla was wonderful with communicating and helping our vision of the day come to life. She was accommodating and open to working within our budget and giving recommendations on what she thought might look best for our day! On the day of the wedding, our florals were fresh and beautiful and we received many comments on how lovely our ceremony and reception tent looked! This is all thanks to Karla's beautiful work and artistic eye. Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling for florists and BOOK KARLA!!!! My partner and I were recommended to use Karla as a florist by our venue, Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, MA. We were planning a wedding from afar so we thought it would be good to have vendors with previous experience at our venue, and we were so right about that! For example, Karla was able to answer questions about how we could reuse some of the ceremony arrangements as decor during the reception.
I worked with Karla over the course of about 9 months to select all of our flowers, and she met or often exceeded all of our expectations. She prepared an initial proposal with various options and we went through probably 5 or 6 rounds of tweaking the proposal until we were finally happy with the result. Basically she would color code the proposal with the decisions that were already made (all of which could be altered over time) and the decisions that I still needed to make, which made it super easy to keep track of what still needed to be done. She always responded to emails promptly, even if just to say "I saw your email, I'll respond in a few days with more information," which I really appreciated as a stressed bride. We met once on zoom to chat about some of the specifics and how to make our arrangements unique to our taste and complementary to the overall aesthetic of the wedding.
Karla was able to look at inspiration pics, a color palette, some specific flowers that I wanted to include, and turn all of that into literally exactly what I was envisioning. She also incorporated in some special requests (a small difference between my bouquet and the other bouquets, small differences in the boutonnieres, a variety of centerpiece designs instead of making them all the same) that made the whole thing really special and memorable. She also designed some smaller arrangements to go with our other decor (signs, photos, welcome table) that were just perfect. Our guests were able to take the arrangements home after the event which we really liked, and we'll have a small collection of bud vases from the night as keepsakes forever! -

Dream flowers!
Karla is the most professional, personable florist, who found the simplicity in our vision beautiful and not "too cheap" for her to do (believe me, we were turned away by other vendors!). This led to us getting bigger and bigger, with absolutely no regrets. We had 8 beautiful bridal party bouquets, 8 boutonnieres, a large piece on an arbor, 2 pieces on barrels, and 2 memory bouquets. Karla is extremely detail oriented and repurposed many of these to make sure everywhere you looked across the venue the flowers were abundant. Cannot express enough how much every bride needs someone as meticulous and skilled as Karla a part of your day! -

I cannot overstate how happy we were that we found Karla when looking for a wedding florist. From our first conversation, she was so engaging and helpful, and truly helped design our entire wedding vibe. I came into our first conversation with a vague color palette and a single favorite flower, and she immediately knew what I was trying to put together in my head! From there, Karla provided some inspiration images, asking me to pick my favorites, and was able to build a theme from there. What we ended up with was the most romantic and beautiful arrangements that completely transformed our venue. I also really appreciated that Karla provided multiple options for each type of arrangement, so we were able to make everything work within our budget. On top of all of that, Karla is so friendly and an absolute joy to work with. If she is available for your event, hire her! -

We hired Karla for our March 2023 wedding at the Briar Barn Inn. Karla was so wonderful to work with, she made whole process extremely easy and suggested lots of options/ideas for us. Her arrangements for our centerpieces and bouquets were stunning and complemented our color scheme and venue perfectly! Book Karla!!!!
Do NOT hesitate to book Karla for your event! From the very moment I interacted with Karla I knew I had found the perfect florist. I was originally planning to do my own wedding florals but quickly realized how much that would require! I have a love of florals and I really wanted to work with someone who understood my vision. Karla was that person! She was enthusiastic and created the most gorgeous proposal based off of our initial email interactions and some inspiration photos I sent her. I had a warm earth tone color palette that needed to pull together green suits and 4 different color bridesmaid dresses. Karla was very open to including all of the details I wanted and everything came out PERFECT! She was so easy to work with, responsive, and just an overall very genuine and extremely nice individual. We spoke a couple times on the phone, communicated via email throughout the process, and met in person to finalize the proposal. She can quite literally create anything you want and each design is unique and individualized. I would not have changed a thing about the florals on my wedding day!! -

Great Eye for Design and Quick Communication
We worked with Karla for our September wedding in Salem, MA and could not imagine going with anyone else! Her creations were truly gorgeous and created the rich autumnal mood we wanted.
Our wedding was a destination one for our families, and Karla made the entire planning process incredibly easy and provided quick communication. I knew what colors and shapes I wanted, but didn't know the exact type of flowers. Karla would provide inspiration photos, and from there I could tell her which elements I liked from each photos and which ones I wanted to avoid. Her proposals were so detailed and she would immediately add in any edits and quickly send any revisions. In the end she combined all of these notes into stunning bouquets, boutonnieres, and tablescapes.
In the end, I cannot imagine my wedding day without her designs. -

Karla is an absolute GEM!!!! My husband and I reached out to Karla a little over a year before our wedding and from the very beginning, she was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable, and overall we got such a good vibe from her. We had had initial conversations with a few other florists but as soon as we got off the phone with Karla, we both agreed that she was wonderful and that we definitely wanted to work with her. As someone who planned their own wedding, I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of wedding related details and tasks but working with Karla was the easiest part of the entire process. Throughout the whole planning process, Karla was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and helpful. There were weeks I would send her numerous emails with a multitude of floral and wedding related questions and she always communicated with me in such a timely manner with kindness and enthusiasm! When you talk with Karla, you can tell that she has an immense passion and talent for her craft. Another thing I really appreciated about Karla is how much she genuinely cares about her couples. She is dedicated to discussing your ideas and helping you bring your wedding vision to life!! Karla was very honest and transparent the entire time we worked with her and never tried to upsell us on anything or push us towards something she didn’t think we needed or was necessary. We ended up making some adjustments to our initial proposal and even added in some extra floral and greenery needs closer to the wedding and Karla was very flexible and accommodating. Additionally, with global supply chain still being impacted by COVID and the exorbitant inflation we experienced in 2022, my husband and I thought there was no way we were going to stay within our initial range for our floral budget. However, somehow Karla managed it and our final invoice was actually lower than we anticipated!! When you are planning a wedding, there are a lot of aspects that can be somewhat stressful and it was truly a relief knowing that we didn’t have to think twice about our floral arrangements and decor because Karla was on top of it. That being said, I cannot thank Karla enough because she made my wedding floral dreams come true. From the ceremony arbor, wedding bouquet(s), centerpieces, greenery for the chandeliers, aisle decor, and other floral arrangements, everything was perfect. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by her incredible work and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests about all the flowers. She utilized our wedding color palette, some of my favorite flowers, the inspiration images we discussed, and her creative and artistic vision to create such a beautiful and romantic ambiance for our early-fall wedding. My husband and I just got married at Briar Barn Inn and Karla was listed as a preferred vendor so I requested a phone meeting to see if she’d be a good fit! After being blown away by her sincerity and kindness along with reading and listening to all her rave reviews, I knew she’d make my dream wedding come to life. During the planning process all the vendors ask about each other to get an idea for the day. When I told the others I was having Karla Cassidy as my floral designer everyone would gasp in excitement! “Oh my god she is the sweetest and most talented woman!!” Karla, you did an absolutely amazing job truly creating my vision of a romantic and dreamy wedding. I am still in awe of how it all came together and you were the star of the show. At the end of the night I was devastated to leave the florals that were around the gorgeous arbor she created so my amazing wedding coordinator Emily, at Briar Barn Inn, offered to cut them off and save them for me to bring home the next day! I was able to enjoy them before leaving on my honeymoon and even gifted them to loved ones The ambiance that Karla created from the candles and tablescapes to the romantic hues she incorporated, everything truly blew me away. Karla Cassidy was a dream to work with for our August 2021 wedding. Karla is not only incredibly kind and professional, she is so talented and understood my vision from the get-go. Karla was one of the first vendors to check in at the beginning of COVID to see how we were doing (our wedding was originally planned for June 2020) and she continued to check in throughout the year, a simple thing that really resonated with me and helped to ease my stress during the uncertain time. Closer to our wedding date, my MIL also hired Karla to do florals for the rehearsal dinner which we were able to repurpose at the wedding. The arrangements she created for both events were out of this world beautiful. She also handled the pick up, delivery and set up of everything, including all the candles and centerpieces for the wedding day. I could write a book with all the positive things to say about Karla, she was a light to us during the crazy wedding planning process and I am so happy we chose her as our floral vendor. If you have a chance to hire Karla, don't hesitate, she will make your day even more special than you could ever imagine. -

Karla was our favorite vendor to work with. Trying to plan a wedding amidst the ever-changing rules of the pandemic was not an easy feat but Karla was super communicative and supportive. We had some quirky requests for her (like putting veggies in the bouquet and centerpieces and putting golf tees in the boutonnieres. Karla totally "got" our vision and the result was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. Picking out the flowers with Karla was honestly the most fun and least stressful part of wedding planning. -

OMG Karla is amazing. Hire her. We had put off hiring a florist with all the unknowns of planning a wedding during a pandemic. We scrambled and were so fortunate to find Karla. She sent us the proposal including some photos of what I had told her my vision was, and she nailed it. She was so easy to work with and extremely responsive during what I imagine was a very hectic wedding season. When I stepped into our tent my jaw hit the floor. Karla made our dreams come true!
Karla recently created our floral arrangements for our wedding at the Briar Barn in Rowley. From the beginning, Karla understood our vision and translated it into real life flawlessly. She was flexible, easy to work with, and had very good insight into what would and wouldn't work for the arrangements. Everyone we spoke to on our vendor team said that Karla was the best, and they weren't kidding! The flowers completely exceeded our expectations and made our day that much more perfect. Something we really loved about her work is that she brought some extra blooms and vines to fill in some spots throughout the decor at the venue, so that no spot was untouched by her MAGIC! We would highly recommend :) -

The most beautiful flowers!
My wedding vendor team was amazing, I trusted every single person that I worked with on my day and leading up to it to have my husband and I's best interest at heart and after having a really horrible experience with another florist that we had originally booked, and moving our wedding due to Covid, I was pretty nervous that I was going to need to settle for whoever was available for our rescheduled date. And then I found Karla. I wish I had known about her and booked her from the start. She is SUCH a gem. Her talent speaks for itself, and she absolutely NAILED my vision and brought everything to life for such a reasonable cost. Not only is she an extremely talented and creative florist, but she is just an incredible human as well. I truly enjoyed working with her and left every interaction smiling ear to ear. I knew that I made the right decision by booking her simply because of our interactions and the examples that she shared in our proposal, but when speaking with our venue and other vendors, time and time again I would hear "oh you have Karla! Oh my gosh I LOVE HER! She's the BEST." Boy were they right. She is the BEST. The flowers and decor were some of the most beautiful I had ever seen. My husband and I did a first look of the space before anyone else walked in and my jaw hit the floor. It was above and beyond what I had even imagined. Our guests are still raving about the flowers. I'm getting my bouquet preserved in resin and I am so happy to have the gorgeous display in my home to cherish forever. You need Karla on your team! -

Floral artistry! Gorgeous arrangements!
Karla was wonderful to work with, both a true professional and an amazing floral designer! Due to the current pandemic, she and I coordinated everything for the wedding via emails and phone calls. I sent her an assortment of photos I’d gathered and she brought my vision to life (jewel tones for the cocktail tables, whites with lavender accents for everything else, lanterns and succulents everywhere) and within my desired budget. She also beautifully incorporated a special pin in memory of my mother-in-law into my bouquet. The floral arch was over the top! All the guests were taking their photos with it as the backdrop. I very highly recommend Karla! -

Though I actually never met Karla in person, her and her dream team made our wedding day picture perfect! Karla was very easy to work with over the phone and was very organized. She was very familiar with our wedding venue which helped out in our planning sessions. I provided her with pictures of my vision and she went above and beyond! She was very clear on the pricing and there were no surprises or hidden fees. I felt very confident leaving everything up to her and her team and would absolutely recommend her for any weddings or special events! -

When I say Karla made our wedding day, I'm not kidding.
Karla was the most professional (and friendly!) vendor we worked with for our wedding. From the very beginning, she listened carefully to my vision and provided helpful feedback for floral designs. Throughout the COVID process, she would check in on us and let us know she was there for us for whatever we needed (how nice is that?). Given we had to shrink our wedding, she happily adjusted as our plans changed on a weekly basis.
On our wedding day, I was BLOWN AWAY by the floral designs. Everything we had talked about came to life, and I was just so incredibly happy. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the arrangements, bouquets, and placements were.

I loved working with Karla, and she made designing the arrangements for my wedding easy and fun! The arbor arrangement she came up with was gorgeous, and our bouquets and boutonnieres were exactly what I wanted. She came up with a fabulous option for potted plants as our centerpieces, which we were able to give away to guests as gifts, and I still have many now that decorate our house. It gives me a memory of our wedding whenever I see them. We had a last minute venue change due to COVID, and Karla was so flexible about the change in location and size of the event. She was truly professional, creative and such a friendly person to work with from start to finish. -

There are not enough words to express the love I have for Karla Cassidy Designs! From our very first meeting/call through all of the uncertainty of planning a COVID wedding
- Karla brought every dream vision we had to life! I simply mentioned a few colors I liked, not knowing much about specific flowers, and Karla sent back the most beautiful proposal. I was blown away with how she was able to capture my (not very detailed) vision. Although I was blown away by the proposal...when we got to the venue the day of the wedding I was brought to tears by what Karla brought to life! Karla made our venue and day a true fairytale! We received more compliments on our flowers than anything! From the centerpieces, to the arbor, to my bouquet! I wish i could keep every flower forever. And again, through all of the changes and uncertainties (which there were many) planning through COVID, Karla made the process so positive and so enjoyable! I can not recommend Karla

I literally cannot recommend Karla enough! From the moment I booked her until after the wedding, I felt like I was working with a friend. Karla is so friendly, engaging, and thorough, and makes what could be a very stressful process a pleasure. Karla started by asking for inspiration photos, and was able to narrow those down into exactly what I was looking for. Every week or so Karla would send questions about particular aspects of the flowers, i.e. bouquets, centerpieces, aisle decor, and this approach made the florals way more manageable. The flowers day of were amazing. The bridal bouquets were so beautiful and Karla even added an extra wrist corsage just in case. The ceremony decor was amazing, and I felt like Karla was in my head because it was exactly what I envisioned. The centerpieces were beautiful as well, and everything was fresh and smelled great. My flowers lasted for almost two weeks after the wedding, and I was so sad when I finally had to get rid of them. I would highly recommend Karla, and her work makes me want to get married again and again! -

I found Karla on WeddingWire and called her nearly two years ago for our September 2019 wedding in Boston. I loved her immediately. We openly discussed the wedding vision and she seemed excited and eager to work with us. She sent us back a perfect proposal, capturing all of our aspirations for the day, and it just got better from there.
My husband and I met Karla in person and she reaffirmed everything we had talked about over the phone and via email. She thought of everything and was more than accommodating. She captured every little detail, including the bizarre requests, like my bridesmaid being allergic to flowers. Our vision included books - lots of books - and we wanted the incorporate paper flowers with real flowers. Karla did it all flawlessly. We provided her everything in advance, and on the wedding day, she delivered the perfect bouquets and boutonnieres with the paper flowers incorporated. She also decorated our venue exactly as we had described.
Karla was able to work with our budget, was flexible and incredibly kind, delivered the perfect wedding vision, and listened intently to each request and question we had. I would recommend Karla over and over! -

Where do I even start? Karla is the BEST EVER. From day one, she was so incredibly helpful and patient (truly, she's an amazing human). When researching florists for our wedding there was something very different about her, I felt it from our very first interaction. Karla took the time to really put a quote together and talk with me about our wedding and what we were looking for. Other florist gave quick quotes or directed me to their websites. However, Karla took the time to really connect with me. She has a very warm personality and I had a great vibe from her right away. It made me excited to book with her! My husband and I met with her prior to the wedding to go over our vision, he was happy with her when we left our meeting as well. The day of our wedding was a complete horror show, it poured buckets, we were an hour late at the salon and didn’t get to take getting ready pictures, and the dj didn’t show up to the venue. BUT... I can tell you, when I saw the flowers my heart fluttered. In the middle of the chaos those beautiful flowers made me smile. She knocked it out of the park! Karla absolutely exceeded our expectations. We are so extremely happy with her work and we are so glad we booked with her. She cares about you, your wedding and your vision. She was always responsive, getting back to me that week if I sent any questions. We felt she really cared about our wedding and the work she was producing for it. Very talented!!!

She went above and beyond and was a joy to work with! She also was the most reasonable in terms of price.
