So easy, and so good. With all the things that go along with trying to plan a wedding yourself, Katie made it a breeze! I didn't know how I wanted the cake decorated. Katie asked me a few questions, and we decided to go with a design to match the lace and pattern of my wedding dress. It turned out beautiful and tasted delicious! Great value for the money! Thanks!

Our wedding cake was as beautiful and tasted amazing! We had a multi-tiered cale with pretty much every flavor being a different flavor (we used her sour cream, chocolate, and red velvet flavors), and all my guests commented how great it was. She also coordinated with my other venders to organize delivery and decorating (we had flowers placed on our cake done by our florist). She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL!!! It tasted great too, I'm looking forward to ordering another cake from Katie in the near future.

Katie did cupcakes for my rehearsal dinner and my wedding cake. She delivered both and time and both were beautiful. The cupcakes were amazing!!! Everyone raved about them. The wedding cake was pretty good too, but the pound cake that we choose for the bottom tier was pretty dry, which was too bad because at the tasting it was amazing! Other than that it was all perfection and I would recommend her!

Katie was great to work with! The cake was delicious! She made a 3 tier cake and 50 cupcakes for us! She had so many great options to choose from at the cake tasting! Katie did such a great job on our groom’s cake and our wedding cupcake cake. It tasted amazing and turned out beautiful. I think that was probably one of the favorite parts about our wedding. It was just so good. We couldn’t have been any happier with the details on the cupcakes for the wedding cake and our dolphin logo cake. Her pricing is great too. It’s very affordable. Katie was great! She was very easy to work with and was great about her communication with me. She made two cakes for me that were exactly what I had described to her and they tasted fabulous. She was very helpful and flexible when I changed my mind about things. She was also very accomodating to my crazy schedule when it came to scheduling my tasting, which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I consider Kakes by Katie our favorite vendor by far! She was easy to communicate with, flexible, and able to work with us on the price. Best of all, the cake was BEAUTIFUL! Even more gorgeous than I imagined. She had no problems working with us even though we were living overseas. She even offered us TWO cake tastings to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. The groom's cake was great too-- she was able to put together the ideas we had for it perfectly. I never had any doubts or concerns about her ability to meet all of our needs like I did with other vendors. I am absolutely recommending her to all of my bride friends in the future.

Fabulous cakes! My husband and I were very particular about our cake and tried many different bakeries in the Jacksonville area. Our cake was as delicious as it was beautiful and Katie was willing to do anything we asked. She also made our groom's cake, a "cornhold board" and it was a hit! Katie is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very creative and talented. I found a picture of a cake that I liked online and she was able to replicated it perfectly. The cake itself is amazing. We received so many compliments on how wonderful the wedding cake and grooms cake was. Some people even said it was the best cake they have ever had. The cake is so moist and the flavors are perfectly balanced with the buttercream, filling, and cake. One of the greatest things about Kakes by Katie is that she does not charge extra for having different cake flavors. All of our guests were able to enjoy three different layers. We ordered a cake that would feed almost double the amount of guests and we had almost no cake left over. Thats how wonderful it was. Everyone really enjoyed the ability to try different flavors. Her pricing is extremely reasonable.

Katie made the most beautiful cake for my daughter's wedding in Amelia Island. She is very professional and listened to all of my daughter's desires and ideas and then created the most beautiful cake that worked into her theme fantastically. And....we got so many comments about how delicious it was and that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had!
