Beautiful events!
I co-hosted a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law with a Brigerton theme. I initially planned to handle decorations myself, but quickly realized I was in over my head. I contacted Kathy and we discussed our expectations. We made an appointment and I was beyond relieved to see the beautiful tablescape she'd created and the options she offered. Kathy's attention to detail, professional experience and hard work brought our vision to life. I was so pleased that I hired her for our rehearsal dinner. Once more she stepped up, listened and delivered gorgeous floral arrangements, table decor, a welcome sign, seating chart, table numbers and more. Having Kathy to rely on allowed me to relax and look forward to our son's wedding weekend.K&A Artistic Events LLC's reply:

I love Kathy & her team!💜
Kathy & her staff are amazing, they created my wedding into something MORE beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Kathy made visits to my city and multiple phone calls so we can get every detail perfect. My wedding was in December & I love Christmas so I wanted some decor that had Christmas theme but not too much. Amazing!!!
Kathy decorated our venue to create the ceremony of my dreams!! I absolutely loved how she took us to handpick every flower in the bouquets. Most importantly, she made sure that our day was special and stayed on time. The little things she did like bringing appetizers to our suite and serving our dinner meant so much. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but wedding planning during COVID-19 is even more stressful. I just can't praise her enough. She handled all of the decoration, coordination, and florals so you don't have to do anything or lift a finger - you just have to decide! Kathy was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive, professional, and well worth the value. She captured the vision of our big day spectacularly and ensured that everything went smoothly from day 0 to the big day - you truly don't have to worry about a thing. Her decorations and florals were absolutely breathaking. Kathy goes above and beyond what a "day-of" coordinator does. She takes the time to know you and understand your vision; she has unlimited consultations unlike many other coordinators I initially looked into. She is with you every step of the way again just went ABOVE & BEYOND! Our day was perfect because of her, nothing went wrong, and I truly believe that we could not have done it without her! Thank you Kathy and your whole entire team!! -

Amazingly Talented, Honest, and CREATIVE Planner
Kathy and team are truly the most wonderful team to have. Kathy planned both My sister ($40k budget) and I's ($15k) wedding and the results truly reflected our individual styles with a clear vision. My sister's traditional ceremony/reception was filled extravagant centerpieces and a romantic backdrop for an elegant ceremony. My wedding/party was filled with dazzling lights and truly unique vendors (sumptuous hot dog food trucks and custom doughnuts).
She even assisted with creating a beautiful silk flower bouquet, that also matched our aesthetic. My sister had a cascading bouquet, full of pastel orchids with gold accents. I had a short bouquet, full of succulents with blue and orange shine!!
Kathy understood our vibes and exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for her help!! I would absolutely recommend Kathy and team for any of your event needs!K&A Artistic Events LLC's reply:

Kathy Reynolds at K&A Artistic Events is AMAZING!!! She was very professional from the first day consultation to even now, after the wedding. Kathy took care of EVERYTHING including florals, vendor coordinating, day-of coordinating, and MORE! On the wedding day, we did not have to lift a finger (my mother's favorite part)! Kathy and her team handled everything we could think of (or didn't think of). The florals and décor was absolutely beautiful and we are still getting compliments to this day on everything. Hiring Kathy was the best decision!!
Kathy is an absolute DREAM to work with!! She truly does go above and beyond. We booked K&A for our Day Of and Floral/Decor package and she did not disappoint! We had guests comment on the decor from the start of the reception to days later. Kathy is unlike all other wedding planners/coordinators because she has all the table linens and decor in house which saves you from having to work with a linen/decor vendor AND Kathy is able to show you all the possible linen/table options when you meet with her. This way, you get to see a glimpse of what your reception will look like before the big day.
I came to Kathy with a bit of an unorthodox reception idea. We wanted lots of passed appetizers in lieu of a sit down dinner to encourage people to mingle and dance. Kathy was very open to my ideas and gave her professional suggestions as to what does and does not look good and what will and will not work well in our wedding venue. Kathy listened to my vision and not only delivered, but went above and beyond and our wedding turned out beautifully.
I was not stressed at all the weeks leading up to my wedding 100% because I knew Kathy had everything under control and had thought of every little detail prior to. I will recommend Kathy to all brides looking for a coordinator/florist. K&A’s services compared to other coordinators in the Houston/Galveston area do not even compare. Hiring Kathy Reynolds and the K&A team was money well spent!! -

Kathy Reynolds and her crew were INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond what I ever could have envisioned for my wedding. To say it was beautiful is the understatement of the century. Kathy is absolutely the best to work with. Having her as our coordinator as well as decorator was fabulous. During the planning process she would answer the hundreds of texts and emails that we would have about what we should do. She gave her input on what she thought would look the best and never cringed when we would make changes. She helped keep things right on track and helped keep my nerves non-existent. The number of comments that we have had on how beautiful the venue was and "this was the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended" is incredible. My wedding was a dream come true, a true fairy tale, thanks to Kathy and her crew. -

The Royal Dukes Band loves working with K&A! As a fellow wedding vendor, we work with A LOT of planners, and Kathy has been one of our absolute favorites! K&A manages to combine all the meticulous details with an easygoing communication style that helps vendors do their best. Planning a wedding isn't a simple task, but Kathy and her team make it look easy. We can't wait for the next event together! -

Look no further!
Kathy was wonderful! I am not a planner and only had basic details figured out like colors and theme. From there, she makes recommendations based on your tastes. She provides everything you need from gorgeous bouquets to the one of a kind centerpieces that she designs. Every wedding is different, she designs your decor from her own ideas and she is truly an artist. It's not the decor that you see at every other wedding, she puts her heart into the design and it truly comes out beautiful. She can do anything.
She has wonderful recommendations for other vendors like cake, DJ, etc. She knows a lot of people in the business. My wedding ran smoothly and I felt like I could trust her to make decisions for my day. If you're looking for someone who can provide your decor and give good recommendations, I highly urge you to use K&A! Her pricing is very reasonable for all the services she provides.

Having Kathy coordinate our wedding was probably the best decision we made. Everything from setting up the venue, coordinating with the hotel and DJ, rehearsal dinner, went smoothly thanks to her expertise.
Kathy also has great vendors she works with. We chose a DJ that she recommended, and all our guests complimented us on the choice. The dance floor was always full, and guests of all ages were having the time of their life.
We also chose to use her decoration package, and they were beautiful. I had dozens of people come up to myself and my mother complimenting on how elegant, beautiful, and unique the decor was. -

Kathy is AMAZING! She does it all: coordinating, decor and flowers.
Coordinating
I had a very tight schedule for my daytime wedding. We had two ceremonies we had to pull off (Western and Korean) within a span of four hours, not to mention the cocktail “hour”, cake cutting, special dances, lunch, making sure people were utilizing the photobooth and making sure that THREE wardrobe changes happened on time. Some how some way she made it all seem so seamless and effortless on the outside. We also had to change our plans from having an outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony (rain) with not much time to plan. In the end, everything felt like it fell into place perfectly. Not only did she make sure that all of the components of the wedding were executed well, she made sure myself, the groom and our families all felt as comfortable and stress free as possible.
Decor
This woman has a FANTASTIC eye. She is extremely artistic and has great taste. She has so many resources to make any dream wedding decor happen and if she doesn’t have what you want, she will get it. Kathy and I would sit and talk about what my expectations were. She would guide me in selecting what would go on the table scapes, guest book table, chairs, cake table, etc. to express the kind of elegance I wanted. Her professional artistic input made my day gorgeous. All rooms were unified so beautifully (can’t wait to see the photos!).
Floral
Kathy made my our boutonnieres, bouquet, my flower girl’s “Pomwand” and my bridesmaids bouquets and I can’t tell you how happy I am with them. They are more than your typical round arrangements. She created dynamic, bold yet subtle pieces that carry a sense of elegance to them along with some whimsical elements. My flower girl gently waved a “Pomwand” down the aisle instead of throwing petals on the floor and it was beautiful.
Kathy really takes the time to get to know you. I think this is why I was SO happy with the results. She considered all of my needs and expectations and made sure they were met. She even went above and beyond to include items,gifts and emotional support throughout the day that exceeded any of my expectations. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She is caring, loving and so accommodating. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had her by my side on my big day.

I highly recommend Kathy & her staff for your wedding planning needs. From the moment of our first consult to our last consult, I knew our wedding was going to be perfect. I told her my vision, and she made it happen. She is professional, organized and is easy to work with. Because of her, our venue said my wedding was the prettiest weddings ever had there. I could not have made that happen without Kathy!!! She is THE BEST!!!!! -
