J did an AMAZING job on my flowers. She matched my dress and my bridal party perfectly. She made my vision come to life. She is such a sweet person and was such a pleasure to work with, I knew I was in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone wanting perfect flowers on their big day!

J was incredible to work with and very flexible. I wish I could post pictures of the flowers on here because they were beyond incredible! I had a budget that was not as high as some, and you would never be able to tell! I received compliments all day on how breath taking the bouquets were, especially my bridal one! J even provided us with vases for the bridesmaids which saved the day since I had overlooked what to do with the bridesmaids flowers during the reception. J was a pleasure to work with and we had so much fun brainstorming with her her patience is to be marveled! I live in Chicago and my mom is in GR and she would show up to ask J questions randomly and I'm thankful for her patience as I'm sure my mom had some random questions!! Thank you so much for helping make my day magical!!!!!

J's Fresh Flowers was a very pleasant and comfortable place to be, especially when planning for such a life changing event. Jeanette at J's was just the best, she helped us to create some of the most breath taking flowers for our Wedding. I got married on June 29, 2013 and utilized J's Fresh Flower Market. I had been in contact with J a year prior to our wedding date and I can attest that each interaction whether in person, e-mail or with staff I was treated with the utmost respect, helpful and friendly service. Words cannot describe the appreciation I have for her and the work she does. I was beyond impressed when I saw all of my flowers for myself, my bridal party, my family, and my reception. I had only shown her a couple of flower pictures at our initial meeting and was amazed that come my wedding day she recreated exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend J's Fresh Flower Market to anyone that needs flowers for their special occasion.

Working with Jeanette and the others at J's Fresh Flowers for our wedding was wonderful. They were all great to work with & the flowers were amazing. Jeanette was awesome to work with! I loved working with her to plan out the wedding flowers. She did a fantastic job on all of them. She even made sure I had all the cut flowers I needed to do our reception centerpeices since I did those myself. I was so excited to arrive the morning of our wedding and pick them up. When she showed me my bouqet I was breathless. I couldn't believe that I was going to carry those! I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for flowers. Whether it be a wedding or other special event or if you just want to add some color to your kitchen table. Go see J!

Talk about a lovely woman! Jeanette is just too kind and amazing for words! We went the do it yourself route with our centerpieces (we made 125 arrangements!). J ordered them for us, and we arranged them in her shop.

She helped us make them look beautiful, crated them, and stored them in her cooler until the day of the wedding.

I highly reccomend this!!

Wonderful experience with J's! Jeanette was an absolute master at crafting our perfect wedding flowers. My bouquet was the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen and I have received innumerable compliments on our wedding day flowers. She took my disjointed "vision" and created exactly what I was looking for on our wedding day. The entire staff is great and prices were very fair. Would highly recommend J's to anyone searching for a florist!

J was an absolute top notch florist. She was an amazing help for our DIY flowers. When we went in to arrange our flowers they were all ordered for us and in the back on tables ready to go. While running the rest of the store she also attended to our every need, and even arranged my bridal bouquet for me, and it was absolutely beautiful.

Initially when I first started with the flowers I knew nothing about them and had no idea what to do. The staff was a huge help and helped me pick beautiful flowers, then they offered an arranging class where they taught how to make boutonniere's, corsages, bouquet's, and give you all the skills you need for making DIY flowers for your wedding.

Again, I can't say enough good things about J and my experience. Absolutely wonderful. This place comes highly recommended!!!!!

Jeanette Haward, the owner of J's fresh flowers, was extremely helpful in the planning, flower selection and coordination of our wedding flowers. On my first visit, she sat down with us and gave us options of different flowers with different price points. She helped me keep the budget I had planned and she was very professional and helpful. My flowers turned out gorgeous and I recieved many compliments on the bouquets. We also did a DIY option for our centerpieces and Jeanette was available on site for any questions and any suggestions we asked for. I could not be happier with this vendor choice and I would highly recommend J's Fresh Flowers to anyone in need of flowers and flower services.

Janette provided outstanding personalized consultation. Friendly and upbeat - listened to ideas and then provided excellent suggestions. Service was great - never had to worry about a thing. My order was complete and ready when promised. The flowers were beautiful and she also provides some flexbility in pricing. I was able to purchase bulk flowers for the tables and to accent the trellis which kept the cost down. I couldn't have been happier!

Outstanding Personalized Service! Gorgeous Unique & Arrangements!
In planning my niece's wedding (who lives out of state but married in Grand Rapids), it was the DIY angle that pulled me in.
But all it took was one informational meeting at Jeanette's beautiful shop to convince me Full Service was the right choice for us. (I am out of town, as well.)
Boy was I right. The bouquets were stunning. The boutonnieres just what we wanted. Moms' & Grandmas' corsages were simple, yet elegant. Table arrangements were more affordable than you'd think -- and they brought the banquet room to life. The best part of all? Meeting Jeanette and seeing the care and commitment that she and her staff put into our event. I love working with a small business owner who truly enjoys what she does. Honest, fair, and trusted advice to guide you to good decisions that are right for you. I would highly recommend J's Fresh Flower Market for ANY event. (In the future, hope to try the DIY for a Birthday Party or Girlfriend get-together….think it would be great fun!)

Jeanette is an incredible woman I felt like I knew her for years and she stayed with us the entire time we were putting our flowers together. I wouldn't have done it any other way. Her teaching style for DIY was great, and it was a great time creating the bouquets with my girlfriends and family before the big day. My flowers were gorgeous!!

J's flower shop was amazing! In the beginning I emailed them to find out more information and I got a quick response, the employee I talked with helped me to find the perfect flowers for my wedding on the budget I had brought to her. I took advantage of the DIY service that is offered and it was unbelievable! Some of my bridal party and family came with me to put the flowers together and it was a blast! I received so many compliments on the flowers that my girls and I put together. I would recomment J's fresh flowers to everyone!

J was amazing in helping us with our flowers. We put them together ourselves but she was there to help when we had questions. We also decided last minute to add some other flowers and she was very helpful with that as well. With the use of their premesis and cooler, the flowers were not nearly as much work as I had envisioned and they turned out beautifully. Thank you J! :)

I loved, loved, loved J's Fresh Flowers!!! They were fabulous! She found flowers that were perfect for me even in the dead of winter. Plus, Jeanette was wonderful to work with. She took her time with my mom and I, and made us feel at home. Also, she helped me cut costs in the most convenient way we could. I really felt like she cared about our money, and our happiness.

My sister and I took Jeanette's (J"s) flower design class to prepare us for making the flowers for my wedding. J was AMAZING! She was so patient, sweet, and really made sure that we felt comfortable and confident that "we can do this!" Of course, J is a pro and made it look very easy, but even on the arrangements that we felt a little apprehensive about, she was there walking us through it every step of the way! We came back in to make our flower arrangements 2 days before the wedding and everything turned out BEAUTIFULLY!! J was there to lend a hand if we needed a reminder, but her training from the design class really paid off because we felt like pros! We made all of the bouquets, boutonniere, corsages, and centerpieces and they turned out so great, classy, and fun! I will recommend L to anyone - she and her team are the BEST! J's Fresh Flower Market was an awesome place! We did our own flowers here and all the guests at our wedding loved the flowers! J is such a sweetheart and was so helpful in both planning and doing our flower arrangements! The shop was such a nice space, it was comfortable and fun! I was referred to J's Fresh Flower for my September wedding and worked directly with Janette. Janette is wonderful. She listens, and therefore, my flowers turned out exactly as I invisioned. The flowers Janette provided were grade A. I took advantage of the DIY and glad I did. Janette is a great teacher and there to assist if needed. The bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were unique and original. I would recommend J's for any type of celebration; weddings, banquets, anniversaries. You won't be sorry. I promise.

Js Fresh Flower's was an absolute pleasure to work with! They went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule and to make sure we got every detail just right. When we had originally came up with all of the flowers, centerpieces, and decor for my wedding I was so excited and anxious to see the final product. On my wedding day when I finally got to see everything come together I was absolutely amazed. They turned my idea into something I couldn't have even imagined. Every flower was so fresh, vibrant and beautiful. I honestly couldn't be happier! If you want friendly, fun people to work with who do an exceptional job I would definitely try Js Fresh Flowers!

They went out of there way to make sure everything for my day was perfect! They had great ideas, provided a relaxed environment, and their sincere excitement for me made working with them a memorable experience. My mom, sisters, aunt and I had an incredible time making my centerpieces. It was the perfect way to relax for the big day and spend time with the woman closest to me. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with J's Fresh Flower Market for our wedding last month (June 2011). From the minute we met the staff they were nothing but friendly and helpful. We opted for the DIY option to save cost but were so pleased with how above and beyond Jeanette and her team went to make sure everything was just perfect even though we were putting them together ourselves! I went into J's without a clue as to what I really wanted. They sat down with me and helped me come up with a vision that I loved! Throughout the course of my planning I changed my mind a few times and they were always more than willing to make changes for me. I told them to be creative and take my basic flower choices and do what they wanted and they did a GREAT job! I didn't know what my flowers were going to look like until they arrived to the church the day of my wedding. I was SO happy with the outcome!

Jennette at J's Fresh Flowers is beyond helpful and friendly. We took the DIY route without having done arrangements before. She was there anytime we had a question and willing to make suggestions if we wanted them. I would HIGHLY recommend her! Definitely worth the money. While she offers full service, the DIY route was a great way to stay on budget and have some fun with my girls!

J's was amazing to work with.Jeanette and her staff provided us with beautiful flowers. They were so helpful when it came to picking out our flower's. We had them do the flower's even though they have the diy only because we were short on time as my fiance was being deployed. There Fleibility was great! and the value for there service was more than i had expected. I would recommend J's for any future bride out there.

We went to J's Fresh flower Mkt to do our flower's. From the time we walked into the store till we left we knew this was our choice. We talked with Jeanette the owner @ J's fresh Flower. She set up an app. with her bridal consultant Brenda. The two of them really work well together. Brenda had so many great ideas! which helped put my mind at ease. Our flowers were so beautiful. I cried when they brought them out for us to work on them. The Quality of service and professionalism was refreshing to say the least. Thank you J's for providing such beautiful flower's for our special day.

J's Fresh Flower was wonderful to work with. Jeanette and Brenda really have their act together. They provided great ideas for our wedding flower's! the service was really great the class we took really helped alot. We could not have had more fun doing our flowers there
and the value we saved plenty. I would recommend them to my friend's who were getting married.

Js Fresh flower service was very understanding of our circumstances of my husband being fired from his job and trying to start up a new business.(The mother of the bride talking here.) We just didn't have a lot of money to spend on flowers. She provided some great solutions to get some beautiful flowers and helped us with classes to make the boutonnierres and bouquets ourselves. This provided added fun for us and the wedding party as they all helped and the results were great! I have 5 more daughters who may get married and if they do, I will be coming back to Js fresh flowers for their help!

I absolutely LOVED working with J's. It was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! I've already sent a handful of bride friends over to use them & will continue to do so. Our wedding flowers were perfect!

I used the diy feature at J's and was able to get a lot of bang for my buck for my wedding flowers. I was more than pleased with every aspect of the services provided to me at J's. Brenda was more than helpful throughout the consultation process and everyone there is very knowledgeable about flowers. I was able to ask questions and get answers in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend using J's for any flower needs and will continue to use them in the future for other flower needs.

Jeanette an Brenda WOW what can you say. From the beginning to the end my experience
was Amazing! Jeanette and Brenda put a great amount of detail into there work. We wern't
sure if we were going to do Diy or Full Service! we went with full Service. Really glad we did.
Our Flowers they create were Breath taking. I could not have asked for more. The cost was
really great they came right within our budget . So if your looking for Great looking Flowers!
Great Value for your money! And fun people to work with! I would say check out J's Fresh Flower

We did our Flowers at Js Fresh Flower. We could not have had more fun!
Jeanette and her Staff are the best. Brenda The Bridal consultant is very talented.
we came in with nothing and brenda walked us through everything. We had some full
service and did the rest our selfs. Which allowed us to save some money. I would recommend
them there fun great pricing

Jeanette was a pleasure to work with. She was so much fun and she seemed super excited for our wedding. She is very creative...she would toss out lots of ideas and she also listened to me and what I wanted. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Hi there,

I really liked working with the girl who helped me pick out arrangements for my wedding, but when I called after that the phone was frequently unanswered, my calls were often unreturned and i didn't have the best experience with whoever I talked to. I called at one point to add on boutonnières to the order (the woman who answered said she would take care of it) and they were never delivered to my wedding - we had to go without them.

I also didn't realize that J's wasn't offering delivery of the flowers - when I asked if they could it sounded like that was out of the ordinary. Additionally,
My wedding planner didnt get a great vibe from whoever delivered.

J's was a GREAT value - and everything delivered was great, but I was really disappointed by those few things.

It was really disappointing to have such a bad experience with Js. They were recommended to me by a bridesmaid who had used them for her wedding, as well as her sister's wedding, and their flowers were absolutely beautiful. I had high hopes after our consultation and right up until our wedding week. We were married over Labor Day weekend, and at our consultation we were told there would be no issues. The week before the wedding I received a voicemail that they would now be closed on my wedding day and I would need to come pick up my flowers in advance. We live near Detroit so there was zero room in our schedule to pick them up, and on top of that we had no place to store them overnight. After a panicked phone call back they did agree to send someone over that morning to open the shop for someone to pick them up. My impression from the start had been that they would deliver on my wedding day so this caused a little hiccup but it worked out.
After making it through the craziness of that week I was looking forward to everything going smoothly. Unfortunately when the flowers arrived there was more disappointment. One of our boutonnieres was broken right out of the box, the others were so fragile that my husband's broke right after the ceremony. It is disappointing to have our wedding pictures show a flower hanging to the side instead of still looking fresh.
The bridesmaids bouquets did not look anything like the pictures I had been shown at my consultation. I am no expert at flowers and showed a few pictures to our consultant of what I was looking for, full rose bouquets wrapped with white ribbon. The bouquets were roses, however it looked like they were each just holding a bunch that we could have put together ourselves. The ribbons were sheer and barely attached, every single one unraveled, most before we even walked down the aisle.
Flowers are not what my wedding was all about, but they are the one thing I look back at and say I would have done differently.
