Jeri and her second photographer Barb were great to work with, and did an excellent job photographing our wedding this past October. Jeri was very responsive throughout the whole process, and answered tons of questions as we had as planned out what we wanted for our wedding photos- she also had a lot of great suggestions for us on other aspects of our wedding weekend since she’s so familiar with the area—a getting ready hotel, hair and makeup recommendations, etc. That was so helpful to us as we were coming up with our plan and timeline for the weekend. On the wedding day, Jeri and Barb arrived while we were getting ready at the hotel; Jeri photographed the bride, while Barb took pictures of the groom and groomsmen. They both did a great job helping us and our bridal party and families stay calm and feel more comfortable on what was a stressful morning! We both don’t love getting our picture taken, but Jeri and Barb really helped us relax and enjoy the process. After our first look at the hotel, we did our pictures at our wedding venue before the ceremony – Jeri and Barb made it a lot of fun for the entire bridal party, and we have a lot of great and unique photos on the beach, both before and after the ceremony to capture different light as the sun started to go down. They really captured the beachy feel we wanted. During the reception, they took a ton of candid shots of our guests, which was exactly what we wanted (we didn’t want a lot of staged photos). Overall we had a great experience working them both!

Jeri and her team are incredible!! i have never seen anyone take more beautiful pictures. She took my engagement photos and wedding photos and I will be using her for much more in the future. She never poses you so you look "fake" or uncomfortable only natural and they candid shots are even better. Her farmhouse is a stunning backdrop for any occasion! Her assistant Barb is wonderful as well. Everyone who sees her pictures say they belong in magazines and they couldn't be more right! Jeri thank you SOO much for such fantastic pictures and for letting me use your farmhouse! If you want the best photographer call Jeri! :)

I thought of Jeri first thing when we began planning for our wedding. She is a local legend having photographed my friend's wedding back in 2012, a wedding I was a bridesmaid for, as well as a few other brides I've known growing up. I've been familiar with her work for a long time and she always brings a tear with special shots she's able to get! It really wasn't a question when it came time to book someone to photograph our big day. Full disclosure, her experience and level of talent (top notch) is reflected in her prices which we made a point to build our budget around. It was worth it for us. I couldn't imagine having anyone else there on that day. Jeri not only takes stunning photos, she is a true professional. She kept us on a timeline and orchestrated our giant wedding party (of 16) plus our families to get beautiful photos taken in a quick and beautiful way so we could move on to the ceremony in a timely manner (we chose to do a first look). She will get every shot on your list, plus more! We have so many photos I can't decide which ones I want to print (I want to print them all but I don't have enough wall space). I can't say enough about her! Her demeanor is calm and serene which kept me calm in the minutes leading up to seeing my dad for the first time and then seeing Eric for the first time. She made it all so seamless for me. I would recommend Jeri and her very talented, ball-of-fun assistant Barbara Wentzel to any bride looking for a photographer!

I knew Jeri personally before I knew her professionally. She's part of my family on my father's side, and shot my father's and stepmom's wedding a number of years ago. My stepmom was (and still is) IN LOVE with Jeri's work at her own wedding and many other events, for good reason. Therefore, we had the inside scoop on just how talented and artistic Jeri is, even before we got engaged. My husband and I were really excited to hire Jeri to shoot our vineyard wedding in Virginia. She and Bob didn't disappoint. They captured so many incredible shots from our wedding, making it tricky to narrow down our favorites. In my opinion, that is a good problem to have. :) Jeri and Bob not only proved their expertise with their photography, but are also really great people to be around. We had three ring bearers between the ages of 3 and 6, and a nine-month-old niece as part of our wedding, and Jeri had such a natural ease photographing the kids and getting their smiles and attention. It seemed like an impossible task, but she did it! Once things got rolling with our ceremony and reception, I honestly didn't even notice Jeri or Bob as they continued to capture our day- there was never a forced feeling or unnatural moment of cameras snapping. Above all else, Jeri aims to please. She wants to be proud to put her name on her work. She is tireless in capturing pictures that you will love and have for the rest of your life. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

We were so fortunate to have Jeri Houseworth photograph our wedding day. We were blessed with a "lucky" rainy gray day in September and Jeri was still able to capture the most beautiful photos and moments throughout the day both indoors and even on the beach. She is so easy going and wonderful to work with and beyond talented. She even managed to keep calm a bride who was anxious about the weather! We are so happy with the finished product and couldn't have asked for better pictures. We would highly recommend Jeri to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

After seeing Jeri's stunning work, I knew I wanted her to photograph my wedding. Her ability to capture the feeling of a moment is incredible, and her artistic eye cannot be beat! Every time we met with Jeri, she was very confident but calm, and it was just the same on our wedding day. She kept everyone at ease and was able to have us pose without making us feel unnatural. Jeri's assistant, Barb, was an equally calming presence and was also a ton of fun. So far, we have only seen a sneak peak of the pictures, but each and everyone of them is perfect, and I am so excited to pick out our photos for our album. I would recommend Jeri to anyone and everyone! I will certainly be coming back to her for any future photo sessions we might need!

I was married the second time in October of this year and never in my wildest dreams did I realize that the most memorable moments of that day would be captured with such artistry and depth. My beautiful photos taken by Jeri and her staff are works of art. She has the amazing ability to notice subtle nuances and transform them into photography. Artists like Jeri Houseworth are few and far and I certainly believe she made that perfect day even more pristine with her professionalism, warmth and gifted eye. Jeri was sensational to work with! She was professional, kind, friendly and so easy to work with. On top of being wondeful, Jeri is extremely talented. As soon as I saw Jeri's website I knew she was definitely one of the photographers I was interested in for our wedding. Once my fiancé and I met her we knew she was the photographer we wanted. She was so personable and easy going that we immediately felt comfortable with her. The day of the wedding she made us feel the same way. She is so skilled at capturing the perfect shot on film. Jeri Houseworth has a unique ability to capture the Magic of your Wedding Day. She and her partner photographer Kristina Rupp captured moments, that we would not have remembered at all! Everyone says you will not remember your wedding and although you will try, without someone like Jeri those memories can be lost forever. We have never seen such beautiful photographs in our lives. We are all so accustomed to "great" iphone pictures, but when you see what Jeri Houseworth produces, you will be blown away. We can't recommend Jeri Houseworth Photography enough for your wedding!

Flowers fade, the food gets eaten and the guests go home. Jeri and her assistant were amazing! Not only were they extremely professional, but they were so much fun to work with! They captured the most important moments of my wedding day (such as the first kiss and first dance), but more importantly they captured the unexpected moments. A glance from my groom, a dip on the dance floor, a smile from my father...these are the photos I will treasure most. Jeri's great all around. She's artful and creative and she knows her way around a wedding! Not only does she take beautiful pictures, she does a seamless job getting all the picture scenarios you want. I have a big family so I was a little worried about getting everyone and timing, etc but Jeri is a pro and got it all with no fuss. She also knew our venue (Avenue) in and out so she was able to navigate to all the picture perfect spaces quick and easily. And of course, she got all the candids we wanted. :) Loved her asst. Jules too! Highly recommend!

Jeri did the photography for our June 1st wedding and I can't say enough about her! She and her assistant were prompt, professional, worked well with a large family, and helped everyone get through our bridal party shoot in 100 degree weather! I only have a few words to say about Jeri....BOOK HER NOW! Jeri is not only a talented photographer, but an amazing to meet and get to know. Jeri is an absolute angel. Some pictures were posted of me immediately after the wedding that mortified me and made me question my hair, makeup, weight and everything else you could imagine. Jeri is a very talented artist, and I am very happy with her photographs of my wedding. She was so helpful on the day of my wedding, and gave wonderful instruction to everyone for the pictures themselves. If you aren't a natural at being in front of the camera, you would never know it from the photos. She really worked hard to make sure that all of our photos were done so we would make it to our cocktail hour. She was wonderful.

Jeri! We can't believe that it was so long ago that Nick and I sat in your beautiful home to meet you and possibly have you photograph our wedding. Well it didn't take long for us to decide (considering we agreed you were the one when we left and were still sitting in your driveway!). Honestly, trying to put into words how much you have made both Lindsay Palmer Kohn's and Seth Kohn's wedding and our wedding an experience to remember is very hard. We think it is evident since we have all become so close.

You have an impeccable skill to be both extremely professional but also make us feel so comfortable with you. You were not just our photographer, you were a special part of our day. Well, all I can say is absolutely fabulous. Jeri and Sara were so wonderful to us and we had a blast with them. They are so artistic, articulate, and captured every single moment of our wedding with such stunning photos. We got married on the beach at Windows on the Water in Sea Bright, and our beach pictures looked like we were on a tropical island. The day was perfect, and Jeri made sure to take full advantage of that. We can't express enough our thanks and gratitude to Jeri and Sara for capturing our wedding so beautifully. They got candid shots that you would have never known actually happened. At one point, Jeri got down in the sand in a dress to capture the perfect picture that she wanted. Jeri and Jessica did a great job photographing our intimate beach wedding. I have a special needs sister who was also my maid of honor, and they were both so sweet and patient with her. They were so much fun to work with and had lots of creative ideas of where to go to get cute photos in Asbury Park. Jeri's photos are always so beautiful, and we love ours! Having Jeri Houseworth as our photographer was one of the best parts of our wedding day! She was incredible. We met with many different wedding photographers and none of them felt right for us. As soon as we met with Jeri and saw her work, we knew she was the perfect photographer for us. She was very laid back and easy to talk to. I followed her blog for the months leading up to our wedding and was always amazed by the photos. I couldn’t wait for her to photograph our wedding. Closer to the wedding when I had to contact Jeri, I always got a response quickly. The day of the wedding Jeri and Sara were easy going and were a joy to work with. About a week after the wedding our wedding blog was posted. I was impressed at how quickly the blog was up. I was even more impressed with the photos. The photos were incredible! We loved that we could look at the photos and tell a story about a part of our wedding day. About a month after the wedding we were given a website to view more photos and there were more fantastic photos. It will be hard to choose which photos we want to hang in our home because there are so many we love. Our friends and family all viewed the blog and can’t stop talking about how incredible the photos are. Jeri and Sara truly captured our ability to laugh with each other and our happiness together. The photos really exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with our decision to have Jeri photograph our wedding.

We met Jeri in her beautiful studio and we immediately felt comfortable with her. After reading so many wedding photography tips we knew that feeling comfortable with our photographer should be at the top of our list. Jeri’s professionalism and patience made us feel that we had made the right choice. She photographed our engagement session as well as our wedding. Our engagement session took place in Asbury Park, NJ and the pictures both on the boardwalk and near the water were playful, sentimental and breathtaking! We couldn’t wait to see our wedding pictures in the following months.
On the day of our wedding Jeri and Bob were on time and ready for action! They were so creative and fun to be around. We are thrilled with the pictures and so many of our friends and family can't stop talking about them! After reviewing many wedding photographer web sites, I found one that stood out from the rest. Jeri Houseworth does not follow the same formula or trend like the others. Her pictures are unique, creative, warm and sweet. She captures the beautiful details of the day and those special candid moments. Her pictures are flattering to the bride and groom. At our first meeting, I found Jeri’s studio to match the feel of her web site; light, airy and beautiful. The pictures framed on her wall were just what I imagined in our own home. Jeri made my husband and I feel so comfortable, we knew our search had ended. On our wedding day, Jeri and Sara joined the bridal party while we got ready. It didn’t take them long to ease my nerves of picture taking. They felt like old friends. They took most of the coordinated photos before our ceremony so we did not miss out on cocktail hour. We did not want to leave the dance floor the entire night and they managed to work around that.
I had no doubt the pictures would be wonderful but I was blown away by the preview. I loved the way I looked which is an impossible feat in itself. She managed to portray me the way I felt and had hoped to see myself! The feedback from friends and family were phenomenal! Everyone commented on how great we all looked and that they had never seen wedding photos like this. Our family members are just as excited as we are to order pictures and create albums! We are truly grateful for these beautiful memories to reflect on for years to come!

I could not have been more pleased with Jeri Houseworth Photography. She captured our story perfectly and I have received more compliments than I can count on my wedding pictures. Very creative, different and unique. When I saw her portfolio, I commented on how different each book was and she responded to me "that's because each wedding is different." I was sold from that moment and did not regret it. She suggested a package that fit our needs perfectly and I never felt pressured or like I was being ripped off.

Jeri is so talented and really takes amazing pictures. It was really important to me to have candid shots the day of the wedding. I wanted someone who would capture moments, not poses or cheesy shots. That is exactly what Jeri did for the engagement session and the day of the wedding. She makes you feel really comfortable during the engagement session, as it can seem a little awkward at first. The day of the wedding, you barely even know Jeri and Sarah are there, which is so important because you do not want someone constantly in your face the day of your wedding. We also had a huge, and sometimes rowdy bridal party. Both Jeri and Sarah were really patient, and seemed to enjoy the day as much as well all were.

We recently picked up all the proofs from the day of the wedding. Jeri and Sarah took so many pictures, and didn’t miss a single moment. There were some pictures that literally brought tears to my eyes because they captured those special moments! There was one of my brother and I looking at the locket on my bouquet. Inside the locket were pictures of loved ones, and grandparents that have passed. I don’t even remember that moment, but having that picture means the world to me. If photos are important to you.....Book Jeri Houseworth!! I have already sent 2 of my family members to her, and they both booked her for their weddings!

Jeri and her assistant Elliot captured our wedding BEAUTIFULLY!!! We just got out proofs (which are close to 1500-1800 and we get to keep them all!!) back yesterday and my husband, family, and I couldn't be more thrilled! We can't wait to start building our album!! There are soo many BEAUTIFUL pictures to choose from and she is more than willing to help out in any way.

Jeri and her team are the most professional, patient, talented, and kind people to work with. Like another reviewer posted - she and Elliot were subtle in their approach to photographing the day that we got a chance to really enjoy our day with family and friends.

I can't wait to work with her again!!

Jeri photographed both mine and my sister's wedding all within 3 months of each other and she was completely a pleasure to work with and be around on both occasions. As soon as we got engaged, our mother had heard wonderful reviews about her from other family friends, and she made sure that we booked Jeri before anything else was figured out for the wedding dates! Jeri and her assistant Sarah are so subtle in their approach to photographing the day that you feel completely comfortable to be with your family and friends- yet they do not miss a minute of the events! One of the things I was looking forward to most after the wedding was over was looking at the picture preview that Jeri posts on her blog just a few days after the wedding. It is so fun to see the pictures that quickly when the memories are still fresh in your mind. She will definitely be our family photographer for all future special occasions- we hope to have another one soon just to see her!

If i could give Jeri and her crew, Sarah and Elliott 15 stars, i would. 5 full shiny stars for each one. I don't even know where to begin describing how much we LOVED working with the team on our wedding day. Seamless, care free, non-chalant, comical at times.... just a few words to describe how she made me and my husband feel the day of. At certain points throughout the day, we hardly noticed she was there because of her laid back nature, but the much anticipated end result was very clear: Jeri was so present, in all the right moments, capturing the happiness and love being shared by everyone at our wedding. Even photographing nearly half the wedding (my mother's family) was nothing impossible for her and the team. We had requested many "special" pictures to be taken, and she managed to get every single one.
Sarah and Elliott were an incredible addition to Jeri's already very well established talent. the 3 of them were an all-star team. Between the 3 of them, we could have a whole set of encyclopedias of our wedding photographs; they were all so fun, and super easy to work with.
Jeri came highly recommended to us by 2 other couples; my husband was a groomsman in one of the other weddings and when it came time to choose, he said "I want to work with Jeri, she didn't make us do any weird poses, and made us all feel very comfortable and natural". She knows her stuff, she did the same for us the day of, which quickly eased my husbands anxiety about being photographed.
For a NYC/NJ area photographer, her prices are fair. She gives meaning to the word "professional" in her field, and her images deserve to be on the covers of magazines, or hanging in photography museums; she has a very artistic and photojournalistic way of bringing out everything and everyone she and her team capture. Plus, the quantity and above all, QUALITY of the photographs are invaluable.
We feel so fortunate to haved worked with Jeri, Sarah, and Elliott. Our wedding went so fast, we joke that we wish we could get married and have Jeri and her team all over again!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. We are forever grateful to her and amazed by her talent. Special thanks to Phyllis as well; she helped us stay so organized and was so quick to respond to every email and every single question.

Jeri and Sara told the story of our wedding. We can easily re-live the day, just by thumbing through the photographs. Jeri provides a phenomenal consultation, asking about us as a couple, really getting a feel for our style, and what we liked. Follow up was quick, and Jeri has an assistant available to answer questions when she might be on a shoot. She also provided some great advice on other vendor selections. It is so important to have a vendor that you can trust. My sister-in-law also used Jeri for her wedding, so I can say with conviction, that no two weddings will look alike. Go to Jeri's blog and see for yourself.
On the day of the wedding, both Sara and Jeri were lovely, even at such an early hour. (day weddings mean you get ready really early).
They came in and captured some great moments. They even helped my family get organized and dressed, which came in handy.
The best compliment I can give them is that you never saw them! They took interesting photos, and not just the standard poses you see everywhere. My guests loved looking through the pictures and they kept saying they had no idea that the photographer was watching.
We have enjoyed being showcased on Jeri's blog, and also looking through the web slideshow. We pick up our proofs next week, so this has been the gift that keeps on giving. Fingers crossed, I can make a swift decision on the albums!
I would say that Jeri and Sara are well worth the money. We chose not to have a videographer, and we do not regret that decision, as the day is forever documented with such grace and originality. I will definitely use Jeri and Sara again!

Words can not explain what talent this girl has. True story....In the first week I was engaged I was recommended a venue, I clicked to open their catalog and I saw her listed. I went to her website and knew in my heart that if I had nothing else Jeri HAD to be the photographer for our wedding. The price was a little overwhelming at first but after researching (some second placers) I realized her prices really weren't far off from professionals of her caliber. On the day of, Jeri and Sara were amazing. When they first arrived I said hello and didn't even really realize they were there. When it was time to start taking pictures, Jeri stayed with me while Sara went to take some shots (pictures) with the guys. My fiance and I decided we wanted to take pictures together before the ceremony so when it came time we did. After that it was once again as if they weren't there. Though the entire time they were right with us helping us along and so professional at the same time. Well when I went to pick up my proofs (all keepers) I couldn't believe when i was holding somewhere around possibly 1500 to 1800 pictures!!! (Yes you read that right) They had captured what looked like every person and minute of my wedding and the quality of the pictures were stunning, amazing, breathtaking. Every picture that I had said previously in our meeting that I wanted were taken and then some. They were where they said they would be, when they said they would be. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Her work is outstanding and worth every penny. I wish I could have her everyday just following me around to capture my life she makes it look magical. Use her, book her, get her, you won't regret it.

I am following up to my first review from right after our wedding because I feel it is important for brides to know the exceptional quality of service you are receiving when working with Jeri as your photographer. Not only will you receive beautiful photos but amazing service as well. She isn't just there for you on your wedding day - she's there for you all the days after too! She continues to work with you over every detail when selecting photos to use in your album and will help to guide you when you are as confused as we were because every photo is so beautiful you can't seem to narrow it down, and we didn't. We added additional photos to all 3 of our albums because we couldn't choose any to remove, we wanted them all.
Jeri's skill, service and expertise is unmatched, she is highly regarded in the wedding industry and in high demand for a reason. Thanks to her amazing and artistic eye we have beautiful photos we will treasure forever. I recommend Jeri to everyone I know and would never use anyone else, neither would my family who all adore her and her work as well (I have two sisters who won't go anywhere else after seeing her work).
Even more, Jeri really cares about all of us and has most recently taken some photos for me to help on a new endeavor. I first saw Jeri's work in 2003 after my friend's wedding. I was amazed by how beautiful all of my friend's photos were. Following that, she did two more of my friends' weddings and again, the photos were spectacular. I knew that when it was time for me to get married, I would not even research other photographers. I was confident that Jeri Houseworth Photography was the best out there. And now I can tell you, that she did not disappoint.

We not only have gorgeous engagement photos, but beautiful wedding pictures as well.

From the beginning, Jeri was very easy to work with and very responsive with any questions or requests we had.

Jeri and Sara exude the epitomy of professionalism and talent. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They make you feel completely at ease in front of the camera, and to be quite honest, half the time, I did not know they were even there. When I look at my wedding photos now, I enjoy looking back at the moments of the day, which Jeri and Sara captured so well. They were able to capture so many of the happy moments of the day, and not to be cliche, but they really tell a story.

Jeri very quickly posted great pictures on her blog (a few days after the wedding) and also provided us with a great webshow of pictures. I just picked up my proofs and was happy to see that I have TONS of pictures to look at and choose from!

Anyone who saw Jeri's blog after our wedding had rave reviews. I cannot tell you how many people said, "they look like they should be in a magazine!"

Photography was at the very top of our list when we began planning our summer wedding in Spring Lake. So when we met Jeri, it was love at first sight. We could tell right away she is an arist- one who is very, very good at her craft. Her friendliness and candid humour put us right at ease.
On our wedding day, Jeri and Sara did an incredible job getting all the photos we had requested, despite some seriously uncooperative weather. They took photos with incredible alacrity, and even had no problem organizing our (gigantic) families for group shots. With simple and fluid direction, we were able to get both posed shots and candids while fully enjoying our celebration.
When Jeri put some of the photos on her blog a few days later, we were amazed!Though we knew Jeri would do a fanatistic job, we were not prepared to see ourselves and loved ones captured in such a beautiful, artistic light. Then we got our proofs and were astounded by the sheer number of photos we received- all of them just beautiful.
Friends and family (and even some strangers who visited the blog) paid us compliment upon compliment. Many have said they've never seen wedding photos of such quality, others say they look like they came from magazine. Everyone asks "where on earth did you find Jeri Houseworth?" And we're happy to tell them.
We, like most couples, wanted wedding photos we could treasure for a lifetime. Jeri exceeded our expectations. Jeri captured our wedding day, and our relationship, in such a personal way, it's as if she'd known us all our lives. We will never tire of reliving our first day as husband and wife through her timeless photographs.

What can I say...I had the most amazing photographer EVER!!! Jeri and Sara were absolutely everything I ever imagined. I fell in love with Jeri's work when I came across her website.. if anyone appreciates great work..not average..then they will also see what I am talking about. Jeri and Sara captured EVERYTHING and much more!! I was in my honeymoon when I received the email from Jeri saying she had posted a blog with some of our pictures. My husband and I were in Thailand..in the middle of nowhere, and I literally looked for a place where I could use the internet to view the pictures. I had worked so hard in creating all the little details for our wedding to be US ..and I was overwhelmed with happiness when I saw the pictures Jeri had posted.
on the Day of the wedding..I was nervous, our wedding had fallen on one of the hottest Saturdays in the month of July. Jeri kept me calm during the entire day.
Jeri's team is fabulous! I had the chance to meet Sara and the both of them made me feel at ease. I did not feel uncomfortable around them by any means... I felt as if I was amongst my closest friends.
After sharing her blog's link with family and friends, I had 3 friends contact me for Jeri's information. I recommend her to anyone that wants to have quality pictures that will not only be memorable and full of detail, but will be able to tell a story that will make you remember what was going through your mind that very second they captured the image. it's amazing..I am more than thankful to Jeri and Sara!! When we first began looking for a photographer for our wedding I knew that we wanted someone who would do more than just take pictures. I wanted the pictures to tell a story of the day. Jeri and Sara - THANK YOU not only for the beautiful photos you have given us, but for making the whole experience SO easy and stress-free. From our very first meeting with Jeri, to the many supportive emails during the planning stages, to the "morning-of" when nerves were high, to the "days after" when we were anxious to see our first glimpse on Jeri's blog - the one thing we never had to worry about was how our photos were going to come out. After seeing some of Jeri's work both online and in her studio, we knew that she would capture every significant moment of our day, and she definitely did that... but for us, it was the moments that seemed insignificant at the time that made us smile the most when browsing through our proofs. Our photos are artistic, but natural; bold, yet delicate - we couldn't have asked for more. Jeri and Sara managed to capture every emotion, every detail, every page of the story, all without being intrusive. One thing I learned while planning our wedding is that you can't put a price on trust - we trusted Jeri and Sara completely and it made our day that much easier. I do not even know where to begin to tell you about my WONDERFUL experience with Jeri and Sara. I had met with a few other photographers before meeting with Jeri and when I walked into her studio I knew instantly that she was the one. The smile she greeted me with told me right away that she loved her job and would be the best person to help capture our special day. Her sample albums were absolutely breathtaking. After booking with Jeri I realized that a friend of mine from high school had chosen her as her wedding photographer as well. After seeing the blog of her photos I absolutely could not wait to see the photos Jeri would take of us. The pictures that Jeri took of our wedding captured every second of the day and truly tell a story. Her professionalism and eye for beautiful pictures can't be beat by anyone else. From the moment we step into Jeri's studio, saw her work, and clicked with her personality, we knew that she was the photographer for us. Jeri's ability to capture the details and emotions on our wedding day is amazing. When I was first looking for a photographer for our wedding I simply did a google search for anyone in my area. After a few big name websites, I clicked on to jeri's page... and I am so thankful I found her! It was simply beautiful! The pictures capture more of a story-like quality and were amazing. I couldn't wait to see what pictures Jeri and Sara would take at our wedding. Jeri did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding!! I had seen her work before as she also photographed my sister in-law's wedding but her pictures came out even better than I could have ever imagined. Her and Sarah were completely unobtrusive throughout our entire wedding day and made the whole experience fun! Jeri had a very small window of time to take pictures after our ceremony (less than an hour) before the sun went down but you would never know it from looking at the pictures!! I can't even say enough praise for Jeri and her team - her pictures really speak for themselves!!

Jeri just shot our wedding on 6/27/10 - we could not have been any happier. Her work is so compelling and tells such a beautiful story. Photography is something important to my husband and I so when we found Jeri, we knew were making a really big decision, and the proof is in the pudding as they say. Our photos are incredible. Jeri and Sarah did an absolutely amazing job!! I cannot say enough about the photo’s they took of our wedding last October! I would without a doubt recommend Jeri to all of my friends and family ~ Her style and natural ability to capture every little detail speak for itself!!

Jeri and Sara were wondeful to work with and captured many beautiful moments of our wedding that we missed. They did a great job keeping the mood light and supportive even during our formal pictures taken outside in really hot weather. She was able to post pictures from our wedding 3 days later giving us a sneak peak at the wonderful pictures yet to come.

Jeri was by far, the vendor that we were most excited to work with and based on her photos from our engagement session and wedding, she did not disappoint.

Her work is absolutely beautiful - she has a unique talent for recognizing and capturing all of the emotions and details from our wedding that we look forward to reliving through her photos for years to come. Our biggest problem is that we won't be able to narrow down which photos to choose for our wedding album.

Aside from her wonderful photography, Jeri is a pleasure to work with (as is Sara, her assistant!). She's fun, friendly, creative and very accommodating. Throughout the day, it was easy to forget that they were even with us, as they are minimally invasive but are continuously capturing moments during the wedding day with their breathtaking photos. I could go on and on about how absolutely wonderful Jeri's work - I can't recommend her enough!

One tip: Although the photos on her website are beautiful, go to meet with her in her studio. You will be amazed at the amount of gorgeous photos she has there

Jeri photographed our engagement shoot and wedding in December 2009 and we couldn't have been happier with her service. She was always incredibly professional, honest and lovely to be around from the day i met her. Her and her assistant Phyllis were always there to answer any questions and I never worried about a thing. She is very reasonable and worth every penny. She has passion for what she does and treated us so well. I highly recommend using Jeri~ my photos were ready right after the holidays and they all came out so beautiful. We loved them and we plan to use her in the future.

Jeri Houseworth photography. There are few words that describe this woman & even fewer to describe her talents! She is an amazing photographer & a vision herself! ... Jeri and Sarah did an amazing job documenting our wedding day. They were not only great to work with, but they somehow made hours of taking pictures on a cold November day fun! They continued shooting throughout the reception, but were never intrusive; Jeri and Sarah are true professionals who excel at their job.

Brian and I are thrilled and amazed with the pictures we've seen so far, and we can't wait to see how our albums turn out! Everyone who has seen our pictures were very impressed by the quality and creativity of each shot. We would definitely recommend Jeri to friends who are getting married!

Every step of the way, Jeri and her staff provided professional, courteous service. On the day of the wedding, they were efficient, artistic, creative and fun. We searched for numerous months for just the right photographer as we wanted a mix of traditional photos with unconventional, photojournalistic shots and looks. We could not ask for better than Jeri. Jeri was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. She did an amazing job. All of our pictures came out absolutely gorgeous. Working with Jeri was a wonderful experience. Her presence during the ceremony and the reception was unobtrusive, and her speed and efficency during the formal pictures was appreciated by the entire hungry wedding party. She took what seems like thousands of pictures, and there are all so lovely, and she did a wonderful job capturing the "story" of our wedding. We used Jeri for our Wedding day. Out of all of the vendors you select, the photogapher
will be one of your most important selections. She was the best selection my husband and
I could have ever made! Jeri is one of the most amazing and creative
photogaphers I have ever seen! For our wedding, she paid close attention to details and
had a way of capturing the most amazing candid shots! Jeri and her associate photographer were so attentive, fun and extremely professional!

When we recieved our proofs, we were blown away! We had so much fun going through
all of them with our friends and family. Jeri was able to capture on film so many intimate moments which took place through out the course of the day, including all of the tiny moments my husband and I were unable to see. These pictures are memories frozen in time!

From begining to end, Jeri was professional, and so generous with her time in working with us. I will continue to use Jeri as a photogapher for all the speical moments we would like capture through out our lives. We would highly recommend her to anyone! Her photography speaks for itself, it is stunning and captivating!

First of all, the quality and quantity of pictures was outstanding. She captured every moment of the entire day without being intrusive. We have been to too many weddings, where the photographer takes the bride and groom away from the festivities. Jeri allows you to simply enjoy your day and gets the job done. Plus, we had 4 children and an 8 month old in the wedding party - she is great with the children. Finally, she is extremely pleasant - she will never leave you stressed.

Jeri Houseworth is a phenomenal photojournalist! Her photographs are flawless and the black and white pictures will blow you away. Jeri is also extremely professional and fun to work with. On your wedding day you have so much going on and you want to experience and remember every bit of it. Jeri works quickly and efficiently to capture every moment. She is worth every cent, especially since your photographs are one of the only tangible things you have to remember your wedding day.

When our wedding proofs arrived it took me forever to select the 51 photos that made it into my album. It took so long because every single picture was beautiful.

I would, and have, recommend Jeri to anyone getting married. The pictures were one of the most important things to me for my wedding and Jeri's work was above and beyond what I could have ever immagined. She was able to capture all of the emotions, special moments and things we would have missed without us ever knowing she was there.
She has a wonderful eye and the candid shots (as well as posed) are absolutly amazing. I cried when I saw my pictures - it was like I was reliving that special day. She, and her staff, are amazing - I cannot say enough about them and their work.

I first saw Jeri's work at a bridal show I attended a year before our wedding. I ran home to tell my husband that we had to set up a meeting with Jeri. Within weeks we met with Jeri at her studio and saw more of her incredible photographs. Each photograph is more than a picture, it is art. The way Jeri captures the emotions of the day is unbelievable. My husband and I knew that we wanted Jeri to capture our special day. We were so excited to work with Jeri we also had our engagement photos taken with her (which were beautiful).

Our wedding day was perfect. I will never forget the special moments of that day and thanks to Jeri and her team we have the memories captured in photographs. Our family and friends are in awe when they look at our wedding photos. My husband and I had such a hard time picking the photographs for our album as each photo was more beautiful than the one before.

As many brides and grooms would agree a great photographer is very important. From the moment we met Jeri we knew we didn't have to worry about what would be captured at our wedding. Besides what we discussed at our meetings before the wedding date, Jeri "knew" what photos to take. Some of my favorite photographs are candid shots through out the day.

To sum it up in one word, AMAZING! When you take one step into Jeri's studio you will be swept away by the gorgeous photographs that adorn her walls. Then look through her sample albums and feel like you were at the wedding. I actually started to tear up when I was going through one of her albums!

Photography was the most important thing to me for the wedding and I was extremely dissappointed when I found out the photographer my sister used the year before was booked. I visited a ton of other photographers and finally came to Jeri. I thank my lucky stars that the original photographer was booked because I CANNOT imagine someone else doing our wedding besides Jeri. The pictures came out absolutely stunning. If I had a dollar for every compliment I get on the pictures, I would be a millionaire (okay, a millionaire is exaggerating a little, but I would definitely be richer!).

The entire day was so much fun and Jeri added to it! I never felt like I was being pulled off to take pictures (which was VERY important to my husband). She captured the entire day as I remembered it and even captured some things that I didn't remember!

If you are looking for a photographer in the NJ area, I wouldn't look any further than Jeri. She is truely amazing!

Before meeting Jeri, we were very impressed with her work on her website and we were sold once we met with her in her studio. Jeri is exceptional at capturing small moments that make the day special. The day of Jeri and Jessica were extremely accommodating with a hectic schedule and several family members. She blended into the background and took stunning pictures of everyone and everything.
