I bought my dress as a sample and it was huge on me. The front of the bodice is very intricate and ornate (Monique Lhuillier style "Josie") so I was worried about the alterations and how it might affect this, but Jenny Kim was able to do the alterations very quickly and everything was PERFECT. she knew which parts of the dress were important not to mess with, and found ways to make it fit me by working around those areas. She is very quick and easy to work with. I didn't really shop around much for alterations so I can't comment too much on the cost, but I do know that she is among the top recommended tailors in Houston and I found her pricing very reasonable.

Jenny Kim custom-made a gorgeous dress. She's extremely talented! If you're petite like me, you'll appreciate having a dress made for you rather than having many alterations performed on a ready-made dress.

I had my mother's 45 year old wedding dress remade & redesigned. It went from the traditional long sleave dress to a strapless in a bigger size (my mother had a 24inch waist and I am not close to that!) Jenny Kim did an incredible job and I was extremely happy with it. It took alot for me to trust someone with that dress but I would trust Jenny with any item. Her couture line is gorgeous, especially the flower girl dresses
