  I just had a wedding with Jen, it was tremendous. I do not kow what I would have done without her.The only thing I can think of that I disliked about her, I ended up really enjoying about her.She was very honest, trusting, and worked way too hard.At times I tried getting mad at her, only because I wanted someone to get mad at with my stress.And during times like those she would answer my calls anytime of night.I felt like Bridezilla and she never made me feel that way. She always said it was normal. I probably would charge triple if I were her.

  I had the best time with Jen. She helped me from our first meeting until a month after my wedding when I had a bad time with a vendor.
  
  She even took my bridesmaid to her house and let her personally use one of her black dresses when my bridesmaid accidentally came with a TEAL dress.
  
  Matthew Gordon was my photographer and gave us the best pictures, I woudl of never found him without Jen.
  
  Heather our florist was fantastic as well. She is located in Frankfort.
  
  I saved so much money hiring Jenn, and have referred her to a few friends

  Jennifer came highly recommended but over the corse of time having her as our wedding planner everything went sour. We were never sure if she would meet us at vendor meetings, most of the time we were on our own. It was terrible to try and have her return our calls, she would only respond via text message. She would cancel meetings with us last minute and it would leave us on our own. Anything Jennifer was responsable for went wrong or didn't happen at all.
  
  In the end we asked her not to be apart of our wedding. After that everything was wonderful because of our friends and family. All of the vendors were great, very understanding and agreed that we were better off not having Jennifer as our wedding planner.

  Jen Farrell-Wells was referred to us and we were very disappointed in her services.
  She missed a crucial planning meeting ( should have been a red flag for us!) and was less than organized the day of the wedding at the reception site. She did not have an assistant as promised, and did not get many requested tasks done.
  To top it off she has not returned items that we own and was three weeks late in getting the cake stand returned to the vendor. She will now not return phone calls or emails. Once she was paid, her services stopped, even though she had committed to fulfilling these tasks.
  
  We had a great wedding, but unfortunately, Jen was and is a big disappointment.

  The worst thing I did was hire Jennifer Wells to plan my wedding. She talked crap about every other bride she had...which only leads you to believe she talks bad about you behind your back too!! I did not have one good experience with her as my wedding planner. The vendors that I hired through her also told me that they did not like working with her and would be ending their relationships with her soon as well. Just learn from my mistake...find another planner!!

  DO NOT HIRE HER!!! I worked for her on the side after getting laid off from a wonderful high paying job. I met her through a company who's business owner knew her. She was doing tux rentals at high schools during prom season. I worked for her for over a month + and both of the paychecks that she gave me bounced!!! Horrible after being laid off w/ 1 child, as she has a daughter of her own, to do that to someone! I sued her and was not able to garnish her wages becuase she fled and never kept a job working for anyone else. She owes me $900. She's a lier and a cheat. Her money is not good, she's unclean. She would show up daily looking like she slept in her hoochy cloths and she NEVER brushed her teeth!! Beware!!!!!!!! She's a joke.
