We had the absolute best experience working with the team at Jefferson Street Mansion! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. Kaitlin, our day-of coordinator, is an absolute joy to work with! She was incredible—organized, professional, and so patient with our guests, families, and my husband and me. She took the stress off our shoulders and made sure every detail ran smoothly, all while having a smile on her face.
We had a blast at each of our meetings and we credit that to the wonderful ladies of Jefferson, Kathy and Sophia. Their joyful personalities made the planning process so much more enjoyable, and their great communication helped us feel at ease the entire way through. They truly listened to our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined.
Thanks to Kaitlin, Sophia, and Kathy, our wedding day was seamless, beautiful, and full of joy. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, patience, and dedication. We had been price comparing different venues prior and were feeling defeated before we came across Jefferson St. Mansion. Based on my sister-in-law’s recommendation and the prices posted online, it looked promising.
It was love at first sight as we toured the space and it was perfect for our intimate 65 guest wedding. This was the first and only venue we visited. We were confident it was the one and we put down our deposit that evening. They had the date we wanted, the venue was STUNNING and pricing was reasonable especially with everything that was included. An all inclusive venue which included catering, florals, tables, chairs, Dj, open bar, cake, wedding planning and day of coordinator. You’re able to customize your package to your liking. You can upgrade certain aspects of the package or take out things to cut costs. Aside from their in-house catering, if you have a specific bakery, florists, Dj or any other outside vendor you would like to hire you’re able to do so.
Prior to the wedding, they invite their engaged couples to a cute wedding fair event where you can sample the menu, drinks, the bakery, see examples of floral arrangements and table settings, get a feel for the Dj and get acquainted with the vendors.
We felt relatively stress free when it came to the planning process. The mansion provides you with a handy planning binder with timelines and vendor info. There were two in-person meetings and the planning team was there via text or email for any questions, concerns or changes.
The execution of the wedding was flawless and went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the venue, food and ambiance . We had many guests say it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve been to which is a testament to how amazing and hard-working the team is. This is also coming from an type A personality, who is very picky. Overall, we were well take care of throughout the process and would recommend them to anyone. Jefferson St. Mansion truly made our dream wedding a reality. -

We knew we wanted to have this venue as soon as we did a tour, based on looks alone! Wedgewood made the planning process so easy since we were able to customize our package & we ended up selecting all of the preferred vendors, since they know the venue best. Day of our wedding, we just had to show up & have a great time to soak everything in. Especially after the planning meetings with the venue, we had timeline all worked out & the team took care of us -- shoutout to Maricela, Taylor & Demika for alletting us know where to be & making sure we had everything we needed! -

Absolutely amazing service!
Everyone at Jefferson Street Mansion were absolutely incredible! And the florist, DJ and photographer that Wedgewood recommends were the best! Everyone is so professional and always answers any questions you have. They take care of everything on your special day, I felt like a princess. Would highly recommend to everyone! -

Get married here!
The staff at Jefferson Street Mansion are so reliable, so good at their jobs, so fun, and so kind. Maricela and Demika went way above and beyond our expectations.
Maricela in particular took care of us over months of planning, emails, phone calls, and meetings. She was always organized, responsive, and kind. As we got closer to the wedding, it really seemed like she cared about us and our special day.
Demika was our banquet captain on the day of the wedding. She took care of our every need, built us up, and joined the party.
If you get married at a Wedgewood venue, you'll benefit from an extremely well-designed and well-organized system of planners, facilities, coordinators, and relationships with preferred vendors. It made my wife and my experience so much easier than it otherwise could have been.
Jefferson Street Mansion is beautiful and delightful. If you live in the Bay, it feels both local and like an escape.
We loved everything about the experience. -

I got married here this year in September 4th!!! I LOVE Wedgewood Weddings due to their all inclusive packages. It really saved me a lot of time so I could focus on myself. The coordinators there were ALL wonderful. I had such a great experience with Nicole Sullivan, Cherilynn, Laura, Melissa, Mariana, Kirsten because I interfaced with them at least once with my 2103498234 questions (even the day before the wedding). They were all very attentive and even reached out to other vendors when I panicked that I was not getting a response. They made things work and they never left me hanging (which is a big deal for someone who is planning a huge event like this-hopefully a once in a lifetime event). I would choose Jefferson Street Mansion in a heartbeat!

Amazing Venue, Amazing Team!
For starters, the team was awesome. We got to work with Mariana and Selena ( I think I have the names right 😅). They were so kind and very nice to talk to😊 I was nervous before but after the first appointment they made it so easy! Not only were they very professional but they were flexible! We had a lot of last minute changes but despite any of that they put together such a beautiful wedding and all we had to do was sit back and pick what we wanted !!😂 Stress-free!!! 10/10 recommended and the food was bomb!! We got the elite package with the prime rib. Trust me. So worth it!!!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Thankyou wedgewood☺️😊

Thank you to all the staff for accommodating us! They were so friendly and devoted to making our day special. Everything was incredible and set up as we asked. The mansion is so beautiful and unique. It was the perfect scenery to take photos. Our family and friends had such a good time at our reception. My husband and I were very fortunate to have our event at Jefferson during a time we thought wouldn’t be possible. We loved our experience with Wedgewood Weddings and highly recommend them!

Beautiful venue, easy planning!
The venue was the perfect mix of elegant and beautiful while still being low key and natural, and it was exactly what we were looking for.
The flow of the event was great, with ceremony and reception, and all in all we had an amazing time, and LOVE the photos we got from this venue.
Kristen was our main point of contact, and she was really flexible with us and made the planning process so much easier than if we didn't have her.
Overall, highly recommend the venue. -

Wedgwood is AMAZING!!! Nicole and the entire staff are incredible at assuring that your special day goes off without a hitch! Our wedding couldn’t have run more smoothly. The DJ, photographer, officiant, photo booth, Baker, florist, caterer, etc.... all work seamlessly together!!! Not s detail was left undiscussed!!
The BEST way to go! Keep up the good work Wedgwood, Jefferson Street Mansion in particular!!! -

I photographed a wedding here and it is such a pretty place to get married. It has such a cool vibe! Everyone will love it :) And there are plenty of gorgeous rooms to explore (or keep bags in).

I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding because they executed everything so well. The food was great (which was very important to us) and we got to have our open bar at such a deal. Everything was within our budget and we were so happy with the results as were our guests. Beautiful place, great food, friendly and professional staff, and highly recommend (especially if you're a budget bride who wants minimal stress)! -

Morgan was prompt, understanding of our situation, and not pushy in the slightest. When I asked to come back for a second time with a large group, she was incredibly accommodating. I am so excited to continue working with her. -

We had such an amazing wedding. The staff was wonderful from start to finish and made our wedding process stress free. The only bummer was that we had a few guest notify us last minute they could not attend due to being exposed to covid. Due to the notification being after the final 10 day headcount we were unable to get refunded those guest despite it being pandemic related.
Otherwise amazing experience. Food was delicious, guest told us that it was some of the best wedding food they have had. Florist, baker, and Dj were included. -

Renee worked with me on everything and the end result was just breath taking! The price is good and the food is simply one of the best "wedding foods" ever(according to my guests as well as my husband and I ) we are so happy to have picked the mansion as our venue. -

Emily Sent on 10/18/2016This venue is GORGEOUS! and our day went off without a hitch! The food was lovely (I highly recommend the ginger braised short rib). The staff was awesome, the bartender and wait staff was always responsive and making sure we had food and a drink in hand at all times.
However, the coordinators left a little something to be desired (Note: it's not Renee anymore). I found them to be a little snobbish and very traditional in their idea of how a wedding should be. Example: rehearsing the ceremony, my dad walks me down the aisle. I told him to give me a hug and then take his seat. The coordinator steps in and insists that he take my hand and place it in my husbands hand and then step back. Um WHAT? First of all, this is my ceremony and I will do things the way I envision them. Second of all, this is not an exchange of goats. I am a grown woman and don't need to be "given away" like I was once my dad's responsibility and now I'm my husband's. This is just one example of them sort of stepping on my toes when it came to how I wanted things, but it is the one that made me most angry. We of course went with my original plan, I am not property and my dad and husband (and entire bridal party) agreed, but it still irks me to this day.
Also, hire your own Day of Coordinator or make sure you have ushers. The venue had staff greeting guests as they came in, but no one directing them to the ceremony space. There are several different spaces to wander before the ceremony and the venue encourages guests to fill the time checking out the mansion, but with no direction as to where the ceremony space is and no one encouraging people to find their seats, it's almost impossible for the ceremony to start on time. Luckily, I have an amazing mom who saw this problem and stepped in to direct guests, and an amazing dad who saw my sense of urgency in starting on time and encouraged the venue coordinators to get the show on the road and my ceremony started only about 5 minutes late. -

Inside the mansion the furniture is old and dirty it needs touch ups. No AC inside other than the spouse suite. they provide fans for outside that don't do much. DON'T do a summer wedding here its hot! The tents walls are gross. The DJ is not an actual DJ and takes 30 min to play a song you ask for or doesn't play it at all. He was very rude to my mother when she asked for a song like WTF. We complained and got some money back but there was no management around to talk to the DJ during the event. The florist they recommend is petty. The view around the mansion looks terrible (run down mansion next door, run down commercial buildings). The perks are the dedicated parking lot and the grass area for photos (but you can get great photos elsewhere with your photographer).Jefferson Street Mansion by Wedgewood Weddings's reply:

I really loved the venue, and my guests were very pleased with the venue as well however, there was some miss leading information that I received and changes that I made that did not happen, which I was not happy about. For example, I was told that the tent did have heating however, on the day of my wedding, I was told that I would have had to purchase propane tanks prior and there was an additional fee to heat the tent. Also, I did make a change of the linen colors but on my wedding day, that change was not made. I also did not like the fact that I did not meet my Wedgewood wedding planner for the day of until the day before. I would have much rather coordinated with my actual day of planner prior to that, which none of that was explained. There were also items miss placed by the venue when I brought my items on the rehearsal date for the day of the wedding. And when the wedding staff packed up all of my items, there were a few things missing as well. Lastly, I did lose a very special rose necklace at the venue, which was not anyone’s fault, but mine, but unfortunately that was not recovered. -
