I can't say enough about Jeanie - she is amazing! She followed my daughter's vision perfectly and provided the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. She did our welcome party & wedding with absolute perfection! I don't even think the pics we found on Pinterest hold up to the magic Jeanie did with her flowers. She is a true professional & I would recommend her HIGHLY! Our welcome party was held at the Andover Carson's and wedding was at Fasig-Tipton; Jeanie provided timeless arrangements that fit the elegance of our events perfectly. She also provided an extra bouquet on the day of the wedding we had mistakenly miscounted. She saved the day & it was absolutely perfect!! I can't say enough great things - you will not be disappointed.

We were SO happy with the florals that Jeanie did for our wedding. She provided our bouquets, boutonnieres, cake flowers, centerpieces, head table design, and arrangements for our ceremony arch.
Aside from a beautiful product, she was responsive, efficient in our initial phone call, and asked questions to get to the root of what we wanted. She respected our budget, which we greatly appreciated.
We really were impressed with the proposal document that she puts together after the initial call, which includes flower choices, design elements, pricing, etc. It was the most comprehensive, polished, and clear proposal of any vendor that we considered. She was also open to feedback/discussion after the initial proposal in order to make the design exactly what we were looking for.Her final product was above and beyond what we expected.
She thought of everything. She was truly one of our favorite vendors, and this was the product that we were most pleasantly surprised by on the day. 10/10 recommend Jeanie!

The BEST florals!
Jeanie was THE BEST! I really wanted to incorporate pink into my florals and she nailed it! Every arrangement was breath taking and the floral arch was everything I dreamed of and more! Jeanie was outstanding to work with. She was very accommodating when we had to reschedule our wedding from May 2020 to August 2021 and was communicative through the various changes we asked for while finalizing details.
Day-of, she went above and beyond to make the space look amazing. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and flowers were beautiful and she was generous to include other decors I had, making the whole setup flawless. We got lots of compliments on the overall setup. I can't recommend Jeanie Gorrell enough!!

She did garlands for the balcony and front door, large urns, an arch, centerpiece florals, bridal and bridesmaid bouquets. From the first contact I had with Jeanie, she was great. Compared with other florist in the area, she was the most organized and gave the best breakdown of prices and product. The dreamiest details to make our elopement perfect!
When we decided to elope a mere two months after getting engaged, we knew that finding quality vendors willing to tackle last minute orders was going to be a tough feat-- but Jeanie was just as excited as we were! Jeanie Gorrell did an amazing job listening to what I wanted during the planning stages. She executed my vision wonderfully. She was easy to work with as far as payment planning and I found her price to be comparable to others in the area and a bargain for the quality flowers she provided. She was professional and when we almost had to reschedule our entire wedding due to inclimate weather she didn't flinch or stress but was there for us and offered suggestions on how to work with the situation. I wouldn't change a thing I would choose Jeanie Gorrell over and over again!

Jeanie was WONDERFUL!! We planned our wedding in Lexington from Chicago. She was so easy to work with and made my dream flowers come to life! She spent time working with me on the phone and sending pictures of flower choices, so that everything was perfect. I wanted hanging arrangements which turned out better than I could have wished for. She also last minute worked with me to add some flowers to our cake which were beautiful. She helped me get everything I wanted within my budget. I would 110% recommend using Jeanie as your florist!

Jeanie has the perfect eye when it comes to designing a dream bouquet! she was absolutely wonderful to work with and we have had so many compliments on all of our arrangements! She designed my bouquet along with my bridesmaids, the arrangements for our ceremony and even an adorable halo for my flower girls hair. We will use her in the future for all floral needs!

BEAUTIFUL Flowers and Arrangements
Before, during, and now after my wedding, I continue to feel that Jeanie was a very lucky find. I planned my wedding from out-of-state, which has a number of challenges, but Jeanie worked very well with me via email and phone to develop flower choices and create ideas for an autumn wedding theme that was absolutely in budget. She also worked with our budget and logistics so I understood cost-effective choices I could make, such as purchasing my own candle holders and votives. While my bouquet was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen, the floral decorations for our chuppah (wedding arch) were simply stunning. Jeanie also made really unique boutonnieres and corsages for our families that tied together so well with my bouquet and the chuppah decorations that our portrait pictures somehow look more cohesive. I highly recommend Jeanie. You will not be disappointed!

Jeanie is amazing! She did an absolutely outstanding job on the flowers for my wedding. I didn't know a ton about what specific flowers I wanted, but I knew I wanted something with succulents, different shades of pink, and greenery. Jeanie went above and beyond our expectations and our bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces were all stunning. Jeanie was also super easy to work with and really reasonably priced. We were unable to physically meet due to the wedding being out of town, but Jeannie spoke with me over the phone to work out every detail and even e-mailed pictures of specific flowers she would be using. We were so thrilled with our floral design. Jeanie listened to our ideas and incorporated our favorite flowers and greenery into the most unique and stunning centerpieces. It was so easy to communicate with Jeanie. She always responded promptly to our emails, worked with our cake baker to incorporate fresh flowers in the cake design, broke our expenses into an itemized list for us, and confirmed each detail of our order before the wedding to make sure we got everything we needed. The bouquets and boutonnières mirrored the centerpieces and were absolutely gorgeous. She worked with us on delivery time for our wedding day and was there to set up exactly when she said she would be (which means one less thing for the bride and groom to stress over). We can't thank her enough for making our vision of our special day not only come to life, but do so even more beautifully than we envisioned. We both agree that the flowers were the least stressful part of our wedding planning, and that's a huge tribute to how organized and professional Jeanie is!

I wasn't even sure I knew what I was explaining, yet she took it all down and sent me the vision which was perfect! She is incredibly easy to talk to and you can tell she really knows what she is doing. I loved working with her! Everything came out perfect on the wedding day and was very low stress. Jeanie Gorrell did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. I had very high expectations for the flowers at my wedding and I had a very specific design in my head. Jeanie went above and beyond. The arrangements she made exceeded my high expectations. Her eye for design is top notch. She was so kind and easy to work with. I would say that her prices are "normal", not too high but also not super cheap. She provided flowers for the bridesmaids, groomsmen, mothers and fathers, many different types of centerpieces, a beautiful bride bouquet, cake topper and two large arrangements for the alter.

For the value, the bouquets and flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful! Jeanie did a fantastic job! I'm used to seeing very traditional bouquets with just a bunch of flowers tied together, but Jeanie put a lot of thought and creativity in her arrangements and they stood out nicely in our wedding photos. People are still talking about the arrangements from Jeanie Gorrell Floral Design, months later...even our venue's event coordinator. We knew we needed something with a unique vintage flair for our 1916's inspired wedding hosted at Louisville's Frazier Museum in the "History of Prohibition in Kentucky" speakeasy exhibit.. We wanted a contemporary interpretation of historical floral design, which required both historical research and the type of knowledge only experience provides. The resulting arrangements brilliantly combined lush greenery, succulents, pheasant and peacock feathers with a bounty of beautiful florals. Amber glass beer growlers and snuff bottles were used for the centerpieces and accent arrangements, perfectly connecting the designs with the historically staged venue. We couldn't have been happier with the results and the ease of communications.

We really could not have picked a better florist. Our wedding was at Apiary downtown Lexington and is pretty spectacular in itself. Jeanie was able to make arrangements that pulled from the venue itself. Really her work was UNBELIEVABLE and everyone raved about our flowers, even the owners of the venue! She was so accommodating and really made us feel important by gathering our likes and dislikes and being easy to reach. My bouquet was a work of art, it was exactly what I pictured but much more. Jeanie arrived early on the wedding day and everything was set up quickly, she made sure everything looked perfect. Jeanie also worked very well with the lady who made our cake to put beautiful finishing touches on that as well. We LOVED our flowers and Jeanie Gorrell!

Going into my wedding I did not know much about flowers let alone what flowers I would want in my wedding. Jeanie was very professional, provided me with some ideas and had pictures of different flowers I could use based on the theme of my wedding. Jeanie was a blessing! The flowers at my wedding were stunning and we received so many compliments. She was easy to work with. She understood my vision, and she delivered come our wedding day. Definitely recommend!

Jeanie provided the floral arrangements for our daughter's wedding. She was very professional and most willing to incorporate our wishes into the floral designs. The flower arrangements were spectacular, and we couldn't have been more pleased. She is very talented and creative. We highly recommend her services.

Jeanie was wonderful to work with, had lots of creative ideas and was very accommodating to my wants and needs. She delivered the flowers on time and was very kind to have delivered it to my house and the hotel! It was lovely working with Jeannie. The flowers were beautiful at my wedding. She also was great about adjustments and changes! Definitely go with her for your flowers if you are in the Lexington area.

Jeanie did a wonderful job, we had a beautiful outdoor wedding and the flowers perfectly complimented the setting! She followed up with me periodically prior to the wedding, arrived early the day of to make sure there was plenty of time to handle any surprise/issues and had all of the bridal party accessory/flowers delivered to the dressing areas with everything we needed. Jeanie has a great eye and a beautiful style of decorating but is still laid back and easy to work with. I highly recommend her services!

We hired Jeanie for the flower displays at our wedding reception and the corsages, bouquets, and lapel ornaments for our bridal party, and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. She was very professional and met with us a number of times beforehand to make sure she knew what we wanted, exhibiting very high levels of expertise, interest, and attention to detail. The beautiful flower displays at the reception hall combined just the right amounts of class and exuberance to make the day one we will never forget. We will definitely be using Jeanie's services in the future.

Jeanie Gorrell, of Jeanie Gorrell Floral Design, was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the floral design process. Communicating with Jeanie was very easy, we met in person once, on location, and communicated mostly by email to nail down details and changes. This was super convenient as a busy bride-to-be, planning her own wedding!

We had a florist emergency about a month before our wedding, and Jeanie stepped in and saved the day. All she asked from us was our budget and a sense of what we liked, and then she worked her magic. She produced ceremony and reception decorations that were even more beautiful than we had dared to hope for, and she was a model of professionalism. It is fair to say that working with her was the single easiest aspect of our wedding. After talking to her the first time, we knew that we could trust her judgment entirely, and we're so glad that we did.

Jeanie was fantastic with every single ask and request. She was so easy to work with and really helped me figure out everything about my flowers and design details!
