I don't know how we could have had the reception without all the help that was provided by JDK. Our coordinator was fantastic - very helpful and organized. I've never had a better meal at a wedding. We received compliments from everyone about the food and service. We had an extremely positive experience and would recommend JDK to anyone.

The whole process was simple & straightforward. No hidden fees. Very good explaination of the costs of everything. It was simple to make desired changes to the plans as needed.
The actual dinner presentation and the food was exceptional.Many guests stated it was the 'best wedding food they ever had'. We have no complaints and we were very pleased. Working with JDK was worth the money.

We worked with Heather Helmick from JDK and she was very detail oriented and organized. From the first time we met with Heather, she was asking us questions about our wedding style that we hadn't necessarily thought of yet. But it was great to know she really knew what she was doing and wanted to meet our every expectation. The food for our reception was delicious and the display for everything from the buffet to the place settings was just perfect. The staff was all very professional and really catered to the bride & groom throughout the evening.
Rose Roth from JDK was our florist. It was very convenient to work with her since she was already doing the JDK inhouse floral arrangements for our reception. Rose had great ideas for all our floral needs. She also took a lot of time to help track down the "right" colored gerber daisy which was quite a challenge, but she succeeded and the gerbers were the exact color we wanted.

My husband and I wanted to have an hor dourve Italian themed reception. JDK was able to offer us that and so much more. They did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend them to anyone who's planning a wedding or needs a caterer for any event.

We were extremely pleased with our wedding reception. at the Antique Auto Museum. Everything was well planned and presented in writing. David was excellent to work with and has a creative vision like no other. The food was hot and tasty and the bar service was nicely presented. Best of all, many guests told us it was the most interesting wedding they had ever attended.
I've attended several JDK-catered events over the years and I have always been impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We rented a bar from them and we loved it! Even the bartenders at the venue said how much they loved it and due to the bar there were a lot more guests back at the bar than any other wedding they ever worked at before! It was great and just what my husband wanted! We couldn't have been more pleased

JDK was amazing. They handled everything at the reception so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. The coordinated all the other venders, made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it and executed our design flawlessly. Diana was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond... going so far as to locate a photo booth for our guest book! The food was fantastic, everyone is still raving. I would highly recommend them!!

Wedding food is usually nothing to write home about.... Not with JDK. Their food is absolutely DELICIOUS. I'm actually getting hungry just thinking about it! Aside from the food, they also took care of our flowers and decor, and the entire event was spectacular. My event planner was David, who really understood my vision of what I wanted for my reception, and he absolutely nailed it. I was blown away when I walked into the room. David also kept the day more organized and smooth than I could ever have imagined. I really don't think I could have done it without him! Rose is their on-site florist, and she is an absolute blast to work with, not to mention a true artist with floral design. If you want your wedding to really make an impact, you can't go anywhere but JDK.

Our wedding was the best day we could have, and we can't thank JDK enough for the services that they provided to help in making it that way. From the first day of planning, through additional meetings, through dealing with the lack of responsiveness from Hank at the Zembo, and till the end of the reception, we truly felt as though we were given the best service, treated with respect, and were the primary focus of their attention. We still hear from our friends, family, and other guests on how impressed they were with our wedding, from the food served to the friendly staff. Our wedding turned out even better than we expected. Our Event Planner, Diana Buck had everything covered before we could even think to ask about things and other items we didn't even know about. We know that our wedding was handled so very well due to having Diana stay on top of every detail. Diana is extremely professional, courteous, friendly, personable and dedicated to the customer. Diana uses her knowledge to make her clients ideas and budget work, especially when we made several changes. If Diana hadn't taken care of us, we would probably be upset and disappointed in the reception. We can’t thank Diana enough, as well as Pat who personally took care of my wife and I at the reception. Pat made sure we had a drink in our hands from the moment we arrived at the Zembo and throughout the evening. JDK is absolutely the best caterer in the area!!!

David at JDK is absolutely amazing! We can not say enough of great things about this company, the food was incredible and décor was fabulous. We received so many wonderful reviews of the food and décor. We had filet and chicken, I was worried transporting the food would make it overcooked, but it was perfect. When our wedding coordinator slacked, David picked up the pieces, and made our day wonderful.

Our coordinator left four days before the wedding, but the president of the company contacted us right away and brought us in to make sure everything was as we wanted it. They really turned a scary moment into a beautiful reception. Everyone raved about the food and the way everything looked. We also used them for our reception flowers and they were beautiful. I would recommend using JDK to anyone!!
