  Everything was spot on, from the travel arrangements to the accommodations. Janet was on top of things from the moment we contacted her. It couldn't have gone any better. The only draw back was we couldn't stay longer. Thank you for all the help!

  It was so nice to be well informed for our travel. We were well prepared thanks to Janet. Never had to "Try to figure out" transportation. Wonderful! We will do this again!

  We had a wonderful time! The resort was beautiful, the food was delicious, the room was amazing. The staff wasn't as friendly/helpful as other resorts we've stayed at, but generally speaking it was decent. The staff was known to blatantly ask for tips, which often came across as a bit rude. There were only 2 places in the room that had electrical outlets to fit our cell phone chargers which was a bit aggravating and the beach was covered with seaweed. The pools were beautiful and every meal we ate was delicious. We loved that there were multiple options for dinner if we included the family side of the Catalonia Bavaro resort. There was tons of entertainment, but there weren't a ton of inclusive activities - just sailing, kayaking, and snorkeling on the beach. If you wanted to go off the coast a bit to snorkel, you had to pay extra, and if you didn't know how to sail, you had to pay for someone to teach you. Janet with Island Jacks was AMAZING and we will continue to use her for all of our future vacations! She hasn't let us down yet! :) So helpful!!

  The seaweed thing has been a problem throughout the Caribbean and Gulf for the last year or so. While we don't love it, this seaweed is part of the ecosystem that is necessary for the health of our oceans. Like all things in nature it has it's ebb and flow and will not be so bad in the future.

  Janet, with Island Jack's provided great advice and planning to accomplish a great vacation to Alaska with my wife and friends (wife's sister and husband.)

  Island Jack's has been booking vacation travel for me 10+ years and I have never been disappointed. Extremely personable, listens and responds to exactly what I want in travel and makes wonderful suggestions for excursions or hotels.

  Janet was amazing! We had some issues w our room while in Mexico and I was able to get a hold of her while we were there and she was able to help is fix it and get into another room.
  She was amazing from the very beginning giving us many options to fit perfectly in our budget!
