They made our honeymoon perfect!

Trish attended to our every need! We were delayed in Mexico and she made sure she communicated with us the whole time!! Thank you so much!! We also have since referred others and gone in another trip arranged by her.

Trish and The Travel Gals are extremely good at what they do. If you are looking for advice and recommendations on where to stay and how to get there, they will not let you down. They just helped us plan our honeymoon to Jamaica, and everything was perfect. The resorts that Trish recommended were phenomenal and we enjoyed our week in paradise. They are super easy to work with, and will even "price watch" for you after you book your trip in case the cost goes down. We will definitely be booking through them again in the future.

Messed up my honeymoon- instead of helping streamline my multi-city trip, they cause more stress that I had to resolve on my own. Found out that these travel agents work with other travel agents overseas, who then work with a 3rd travel agent in the actual city I was visiting. Due to this long chain of communication, they were not even clear of our plans themselves and not able to resolve many issues that came up such as tours that were canceled because they didn’t even know the tours were cancelled in the first place. They also messed up my husband’s name on the plane tickets and insisted it was right-he had to call the airline and fix it himself. At least we got the canceled tours refunded from (one of the agencies) and then (one of the travel agencies) tried to make up for the ruined trip by upgrading us at the hotel in the last city.
