Josh from inspire entertainment was AWESOME! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night long- from our 8 year old nieces to my 60 year old father and everyone in-between. My fiancé is very particular about music and Josh was the best! We gave him pretty much free reign on the music and every song that was played was literally one of our favorites! He was very professional and easy to work with. His online system for picking and submitting songs was also very user friendly and really helpful. Everyone loved the music and it was one of the highlights of the night!

Jamie was fantastic! He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He paid close attention to me and my husband, picking up on cues to turn the music up or down. I didn't make a lot of music selections before the wedding but gave examples of the type of music we wanted. Jamie's selections were fantastic and the dance floor was full all night. We had a blast and Jamie definitely contributed to the success of our reception.

Jamie from Inspire Entertainment was one of the best decisions I made in hiring for my daughter's wedding. He was on time, totally prepared, had excellent attention to detail, looked and acted professional in every way and "kept the party going." Every time I contacted him in the planning stage, he responded immediately. He was also responsible for the sound system at the beach wedding ceremony and made sure it would function properly under any and all conditions. First class all the way.

When we were interviewing potential DJs in the beginning, I was all about having a DJ b/c my experience with bands have been either average or not good. When our wedding planner recommended Phase 5 and the DJ combo, my then fiancé was all over it. I was skeptical but after talking to Josh, reading a bunch of reviews and hearing some of the band’s songs – I was sold. Our family/friends love to dance so we wanted to have great music to have people out on the dance floor the whole night.
Josh and Samantha have amazing voices and the songs they played were modern and fit the mood. Phase 5 played for a couple hrs – during the dining and first hour of dancing. The last two hours of the night, Josh took over as DJ to keep the dance floor crowded. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting about how good the band was and how much fun they had!
Dealing with Josh was great – easy going, open to requests and gave us a good deal for the band/DJ combo (also included the lighting, which was a nice touch to our room). We were at the Don CeSar and moved to the larger Grand Ballroom at the last minute and Josh was able to accommodate with more lighting at a discount. Overall, great experience with Inspire Entertainment and HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want the hands down best band, a 5 star DJ or both!!

Josh was an awsome DJ! We met with him at Starbucks in Hyde Park and he figured out real quick what our personalities were and our likes, we told him what we didn't like and he ran with it. We had him trim songs and edit a few and we had no clue if it would come out right. He showed up on our wedding day and just blew us away, his work was amazing his DJ eqipment was high end apple and great lighting no big bulky equipment taking up the space. We cannot give Josh enough credit, he was recommended to us and we strongly recommend him to all others. The value was excellent, Josh is a young upbeat guy that understands the industry well, look no further if you find cheaper you will not have the piece of mind that you will with Inspire Entertainment!! Josh and the phase 5 band are AMAZING! My husband and I were just recently married in June and phase 5 played during our reception and Josh DJed during the band breaks. They were wonderful. First, they were very professional, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating. For example, my now husband could not make up his mind about what song that he wanted to dance to with his mother. He didn't tell Josh until right before we introduced in the reception. Somehow Josh found the song online, downloaded it, and this song ready 15 mins later so that my husband could dance with his mom--WOW I mean talk about working with you.

Second, the band is fantastic--they play music that attracts all age groups. Our college friends were breaking it down on the dance floor next to my great aunts. There was something for everybody--and all of the music was great. Our dance floor was packed all night and we ended up staying and hour and half later because everyone was having such a good time. The band was even willing to keep playing after that.

I would hands down recommend Josh and the phase 5 band to anyone for any event. Our wedding would not have been as wonderful without them.

I was very picky in choosing my vendors for our wedding and I can not say enough about Jamie and Josh. We used their band for our rehearsal dinner/party and Jamie as our DJ for the wedding. I was more than impressed, they were both really great to work with and extremely professional. Very nice guys who I was glad to have at our special events.

Jamie was awesome - he followed the playlist we gave him as far as music genre and mixed in some great songs that everyone would like and get up to dance to. He also checked in with me very subtly a few times to say "Hey, how is everything going?" "Are you good with the volume?" And "if you are good with it, let's cut cake around 10:15" considering how the reception was flowing. He was a huge help to me! Really great guy. Unless he is booked, I would not go with another DJ - I also found inspireDJ to be extremely reasonable.

On top of all of this, my father in law wanted to play a DVD movie at the reception - this isn't something that Inspire normally works with, but they jumped in right away to help with the technical set up and helped us to play the DVD. They were great in telling us what we needed to hook the projector and DVD player up to their own speaker so that the sound could be heard by everyone in the room. They went above and beyond to help us with something that wasn't within their contract/services agreed to.

The Phase 5 Band played on Friday and every 10 minutes we were getting approached by guests asking who the band was, and that they were unbelievable. Not to mention, my father in law wanted to sing a couple of times and the band was very flexible. Great people to have at your events, and to work with!

Josh was simply amazing at our recent wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. He was highly recommended by multiple wedding vendors and we felt at ease knowing that he was so highly respected by many of his colleagues in the wedding industry. Josh met with us early on to customize our event and helped us achieve the vision we had for our wedding -- he perfectly executed an elegant yet fun atmosphere! He played the perfect combination of music to please all of our guests of varying ages and had everyone on the dance floor all night long. From the start of cocktail hour to the end of the reception, Josh was able to integrate the music we liked with other music he selected to fit along with our guests’ tastes and the overall feel of our wedding. He also did a wonderful job facilitating the announcement of key events throughout the evening.
Josh truly has the technical skills and ability to play the right song at the right time. He exceeded our expectations in every way and we would highly recommend Inspire Entertainment for any bride looking for an absolutely fabulous DJ who has the talent of putting on a great wedding party!

We hired Phase 5 to play at our art museum wedding reception. They rocked! We could not be more pleased with their performance and professionalism, and we believe they were a true component in creating our reception’s party vibe and providing great entertainment throughout the evening. Great energy. From the beginning of wedding planning, my husband was adamant about having a live band to play at our reception. We were very picky with our selection, and were extremely thorough in our research. Josh and his band came highly recommended as an up-and-coming band from our wedding planner and other vendors in the industry, and several large corporate vendors in the Tampa Bay area including the Florida Aquarium. My husband and I both agree that we are lucky to have found Phase 5 early in their entrance into the wedding circuit as soon they will be the most sought-after band in the industry!!

The band’s song selection and vibe not only appealed to our friends who are in their late twenties, but was enjoyed by our grandparents and great aunts! One of my mother’s favorite memories of the night was watching her parents dance at our reception. The playlist ranged from Frank Sinatra to Cee Lo Green’s “Forgot You” and of course, included Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” as a tribute to my husband’s favorite baseball team. Every song played seemed to keep everyone on the dance floor and was a hit. When the band was taking a break, Josh stepped in and acted as DJ for the interim and maintained the evening’s flow. The band’s guitarist also played acoustically during our outdoor cocktail hour.

Josh was very friendly and easy to work with. He and his band approach a wedding as a performance and have already “rehearsed” your wedding’s set list in advance so the band is able to easily flow from song to song and keep everyone on the dance floor. They learned the words to, practiced, and performed our request songs beautifully - our first dance (“You are the Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne), the father-daughter dance (“Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle), and our bridal party entrance (“Marry You” by Bruno Mars). Josh is incredibly talent and numerous people complimented his voice throughout the evening.

Josh also provided, for an extremely affordable fee, a speaker and sound system set-up for our garden ceremony, which was held at a different location than the ceremony, so that the pastor and our exchange of vows would be heard clearly.

Josh did a great job at our wedding...Played exactly what we requested and kept the party going! We were thrilled!

Josh will always be one of the great heroes of our wedding! We were a long distance couple from Los Angeles where I am a musician and work in catering. I work at a wedding or two every week and see all kinds of DJ's and bands. We hired Phase 5 to play our reception and Josh to be our after-party DJ. They were a huge hit! Even though it was 80something degrees and the sun was high in the sky, people couldn't resist the urge to get on the dance floor. Josh is an amazing talent and has such a versatile voice. He and his bass player were also gracious enough to let our friend get up and sing us a song. Not only did our guests have a blast, but people in the area couldn't help but stop by to listen to how great they sounded! All day during our reception, guests were saying to us "These guys are so great! Where did you find this band?" We continue to receive compliment upon compliment about Josh. He is also the perfect DJ to have at your wedding because he is the opposite of cheeseball (we all know the type). He played exactly what we asked for and provided beautiful lighting to set the mood when the sun went down. Josh's website is incredibly easy. In fact, he is the one wedding vendor we never even needed to talk to! We just went on his website and created our play (and do not play) list. He has it set up in such an easy and organized way. It's no surprise to us that he won a national "Entertainer of The Year" award and we feel so lucky that our wedding planner recommended him! We HIGHLY recommend him!

Jamie was our DJ for the night! He did an awesome job! He played all the music on our “must play” list and none of what was on our “do not play” list…even if it was requested! He was not cheesy, and very professional. He had the dance floor packed all night long. He is so good at what he does, I highly recommend him for any music needs you have!

Jamie was the dj for our wedding and was totally amazing! I am a huge music lover and this was one of the most important parts of the wedding for me. He was absolutely professional and definitely not one of those cheesy wedding djs. He went with the play list I had given and then selected music for the time I left open and also took requests. The music flowed and was so perfect!

Josh provided the music for my ceremony and reception, and also the uplighting inside my venue and the BOGO for the dance floor. I was sad it rained so everyone didn't get to really enjoy the BOGO but his musical tastes and ability to read the crowd was great! His announcements were fun but professional and he had great recommendations for ceremony music. I only wish we had hired his band for live music!

Definitely hire Inspire Entertainment, you will not regret it!! We hired Jamie for our ceremony and reception music and everything was perfect. He played all of our required songs and found the exact songs I wanted for our ceremony (believe me there were not your typical songs). He kept the entire night moving smoothly and would ask our input on the evening to make sure we were happy. Our lighting was perfect thanks to both Jamie and Josh and our dance floor was packed as soon as we opened it up for dancing. They will totally be my first choice if I need to hire a DJ again.

Josh was absolutely excellent. He was extremely professional while bring a young, hip vibe to our reception. We chose to leave much of the night up to his discretion and he did a great job of reading the crowd and kept the party going all night. I would highly recommend Josh and his team. After researching several DJs, Josh was by far the most friendly and real. He has a passion for this work and is an artist himself.
