Wedding photography with Jenna was perfect!
Our experience with Images by Daniel Michael has been wonderful. We live out of state so had to do most of the wedding planning by phone and video call, but it was all very well communicated and easy. Our main photographer was Jenna and she was great. Communicated poses well and the photos we have seen (engagement) have looked so beautiful. I needed breaks and to sit more and she was really accommodating and helped me plan around that need. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting professional photos. Thank you for helping make my wedding so memorable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **1000-Star Experience with Don!**
From the very beginning, Don was absolutely incredible. As someone who *loves* having beautiful photos but genuinely hates the process of taking them, I was nervous about how the day would feel. Don completely changed that for me. He has this amazing ability to gently guide you — adjusting posture, fixing those sneaky double chins (bless him!), and offering subtle tips — all with so much grace and kindness that you never feel self-conscious. Instead, you feel confident, cared for, and honestly… kind of like a model.
My fiancé was *dreading* the endless photos he knew I wanted (and that were very important to me). He’s camera shy and not one for over-the-top praise. But after the wedding, he turned to me and said, **“That guy was pretty great.”** And let me tell you — that is a *1000-star review* coming from the man of far and few between compliments for anyone😂. If Don can win him over, that says everything.
The additional photographers (I am so sorry I blacked out and don’t even remember names!) were also phenomenal. They were everywhere in the best way — quietly snapping candid, behind-the-scenes moments that I already know will become some of my most treasured memories in the years to come. Those in-between laughs and little glances? They caught them all.
And I have to give a special thank you to Don for one moment that meant so much to me. When I arrived and realized no one had given him my fancy custom hangers (that my bridesmaid and I had made ourselves), I felt a little panicked. To anyone else, it might have seemed like a small, even silly detail. But Don immediately understood it mattered to me. He was so gracious about redoing the detail shots and took the time to capture them exactly how I had envisioned. That level of care and attention speaks volumes.
Don doesn’t just take pictures — he sees what matters to you and makes sure it’s honored. He made us feel comfortable, confident, and completely taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend him a thousand times over.

The BEST part of our wedding day
I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. Eric truly made our day. He had amazing photo ideas and made sure everything throughout the day ran smoothly. He personally made sure there were no hiccups and worked so well with the rest of our vendors. Eric made every single moment feel completely personal like they were part of the family. Out of all the wedding vendors we picked Daniel Micheal was definitely our favorite. From start to finish they made us feel like we were the most important in the world. My photographer was fantastic!
I just had my big day and everything was great. It took me a long time to pick a photographer, but I ended up choosing Daniel Michael. My first visit with them was great. I stress over planning anything and they talked me through a lot of wedding things in general and it made me feel more at ease. I also found out my cousin's friend used this same place, I saw their photos on the wall and in a book. I texted my cousin immediately to ask her what her friend thought about her photographer and she said she loved them. I ended up having the exact same photographer! Lauren was so great to talk to, she gave us great directions (even though my now husband went the wrong way for our first look, I heard her say the right thing! Lol). I was very open to all her suggestions and relied on them a lot but also if I wanted a specific photo she took it. When I arrived i immediately saw my now husband standing with his back to me by the water and I told her he looks so cute can you take a photo when you go back over? She did, and also informed my husband what I said which I loved as he was extremely nervous before the first look. I thought I would be more nervous for the photos, so many and being the center of attention but Lauren made the experience so fun and lovely. My grandma was crying when we were taking photos and had to run her eyes several times, Lauren was so patient, told her she would wait for her as long as she needed. We haven't gotten our photos back yet but I'm so excited to see them.

The Dream Team Who Captured our Day Perfectly!
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding photography team — Cory, Tyler, and Jenna were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable and capture every special moment perfectly.
Cory, our lead photographer, was an absolute pro — calm, organized, and creative all at once. He gave such great direction while still letting us feel completely ourselves. He somehow managed to capture every little detail and emotion without ever feeling intrusive!
Tyler, our photojournalist, had this incredible ability to blend into the background and catch all the candid, genuine moments — the laughter, happy tears, and spontaneous joy that made our day so special.

Worth Every Day
I got married this past Friday and had the absolute pleasure of working with Images by Daniel Michael Photography. My master photographer was Don, our journalist photographer was Rick, and our bridal assistant (aka bridal bestie!) was Jenna.
From start to finish, their team was phenomenal—kind, punctual, funny, and amazing at keeping us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. Don’s experience really shined, guiding us seamlessly and making sure every moment was captured perfectly.
When I wasn’t feeling well at one point, Jenna immediately noticed and went above and beyond to take care of me. She also handled my flowers and dress throughout the night, giving my bridesmaids the chance to relax and enjoy themselves instead of worrying about the details.
Don and Rick captured everything so naturally and beautifully, making the entire day feel effortless and stress-free.
If you’re considering booking them, definitely go for both photographers and the bridal bestie package—it was 100% worth it and made our wedding even more perfect and memorable. I couldn’t be more grateful and would book them again in a heartbeat!

Ceremony photographer
Dan was extremely patient with me and my busy schedule. He took time out of his busy day to accommodate mine. He was kind enough to do a late night call and gave me suggestions, speak about services, and attentively listened to EXACTLY what I wanted.
Lauren was my photographer and she KILLED it. She knew exactly who was who, had the patience to deal with all the military men in the party, and was extremely attentive to our weird family dynamic. She was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough!
Hired Daniel and his team to do photography for our wedding at the Heritage Village Museum in Sharonville. Don and Daniel were absolutely incredible both just in terms of the images we have seen as well as being helpful with the wedding, reception, having a Bridal Assistant available (Thank you Jenna!). I could *not* be happier with the service, skill and professionalism. The engagement photoshoot was incredibly fun and gorgeous and the wedding photos themselves are stunning. I am going back for pretty much anything I need photography for.

MOST FUN Experience!
I remember my first bridal show I attended last April, 2024 called a Bridal Affair. Not only did I meet incredible vendors there, but I met Daniel Michael and I knew he was going to be my photographer. His work was beautiful, but his personality was even BETTER! :) Having a great photographer is important to document such an important day, but to have a photographer who's fun, hilarious, and fits in with your vibe is A++!! Daniel was all of that and he made our wedding FUN!
Besides, you gotta think... your photographer is going to be with you from start to finish on your big day. Who wouldn't want someone who is going to have as much fun as you are and make you feel like a million bucks!

Wedding Day
We used Daniel Michael Photography for our wedding this past weekend. Don was our primary photographer. His experience and his professionalism helped us the entire time. Don was able to position us perfectly and was able to work around the sun to get the best possible lighting. He was able to get the angles he needed to get the best possible look. Even in the darker parts of the night, no quality of pictures were lost. Don and his team were very helpful from the moment they arrived. They not only took amazing pictures, they helped with dresses, carrying bouquets, making the flower girl laugh for pictures, and so much. They were a very special part to our day.

I would choose this photographer a million times!
We absolutely loved working with Images by Daniel Michael. From the initial meeting with Daniel we could tell how much his business, his clients, and his employees mean to him. He offered great advice and coached us into picking the perfect staff member for our big day.
And then we met Jenna, who was phenomenal at making us comfortable in front of the camera. She was so attentive and sweet on our big day. We had a tight schedule but I felt zero stress because I knew she had everything under control despite sneaky raindrops and out of control cicadas. She stayed the entire day to make sure she didn’t miss a moment. Toward the end of the evening, one my friends told me they saw her looking back on her camera at some shots she had just gotten and had a grin on her face from ear to ear. You can tell she loves what she does.
I would recommend Daniel and Jenna a million times. I can’t wait to see the photos and relive the best day ever.

We had Don as our photographer because as a photographer myself I wanted someone who could personalize to my preferences and direct us with his own vision. He and his team of Noah and Jenna were amazing. They delivered an amazingly experience and the photos to match.

Eric was amazing!
The whole team at Images by Daniel Michael was professional and helpful! Eric our main photographer answered all our questions over the months leading up to the wedding! The day of the wedding they were punctual and helped keep us on schedule. They were even down to help us sneak away from our reception to take beautiful firework photos! They were open to our ideas and feedback, would highly recommend!

Johnny is absolutely amazing to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we loved our engagement photos and were comfortable with taking photos. He was a lot of fun to work with in the year leading up to our wedding. Johnny and Rick were a great team on the day of the wedding, making for a lot of amazing photos being taken. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and love how all our photos turned out, especially the wedding day ones. Best Dream Photography Team!
We just cannot say enough nice things about this studio and their photography. We first spoke with Daniel Michael on the phone after he was referred to us by several other vendors we had secured. He was so outgoing and friendly! He really spoke to the craft behind his photography which we enjoyed hearing. We also appreciate the time he puts in day of. He doesn’t set an end time like most photographers, he stays until he feels he’s captured all the shots and moments he needs to or you want him to. He keeps everyone laughing and managed posing our large bridal party with ease (20 people total)!! One of the BEST parts about working with Daniel Michael was his amazing team. I (the bride) cannot say enough nice things about Terry!! She was my shadow, had an emergency kit with anything you could think of, fluffed my dress for every picture, held my flowers and shawl as they were in/out of pictures and had a very calming energy about her which rubbed off on me from the beginning. She was a dream and I can’t imagine my day or pictures being half as perfect without her help. The turnaround on both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures was incredible! We returned home from our honeymoon and were surprised with a sneak peek just one week after our wedding!! The pictures were breath taking, the candids were perfect and we honestly couldn’t imagine having worked with another photographer. Thank you Daniel Michael and your dream team!

Seriously blown away!
We hit the jackpot finding Don from Images by Daniel Michael for our wedding photography. After talking to Daniel on our initial phone call, he led us to Don, and we could not be more grateful for that recommendation. Don’s photos speak for themselves, and he is a true master at his craft. I was absolutely blown away by all the images! Don’s passion for his work allows him to look through his lens each time with a fresh set of eyes and despite having done this for years you never feel that he is “going through the motions,” which I think can be easy to do for someone with his level of experience. He was also just a joy to work with on our wedding day. I can credit him for creating and running the photography timeline for the entire day and he and his team for making sure things ran smoothly. Truly, everything you could possibly need his team has thought of, and it was there before I even knew I needed it! I also need to credit his team member, Terry Holt, for going above and beyond the day of our wedding. She had EVERYTHING you could imagine ready to go for everyone. She taped up my feet when they were hurting, fixed my dad’s boutonniere when it broke and kept water in her pocket to offer to me during the downtime of my whirlwind of a day. She even stayed later than expected to help Don capture more images from the reception! This team led by Don knew exactly how to make our day amazing and then captured breathtaking photos while they were doing it and we could not be more grateful!

Best Photography Vendor in the business!!!!!
From start to finish, this team was absolutely amazing!!! I had Amber as my lead photographer and she was incredible!! I spoke with Daniel first and he sold me on booking their team based on price, accommodations, professionalism and value!! Amber was so nice and so easy to work with! Great energy through both our engagement and wedding day photos. Kept me calm when we were running behind and things went wrong, as they always do with a wedding. She never made me feel rushed and got all the photos I asked for still even after arriving at the venue almost 2 hours behind schedule. Best day ever and a huge part was because of this team and the work they put in!!! Just got our photos back a few days ago and I am over the moon with the quality!!!!! 100/10 would recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a photographer!!!!!

Me and my now husband booked Daniel Michael Photography partly because we saw that they had an award winning picture in 2019 from our actual venue and we liked how they went about editing their pictures. For our engagement shoot we got to meet Allyson. She is such a sweetheart and was very easy to work with. On the day of the wedding (September 18th), her and her team were absolutely amazing!! They were so much fun and Melissa (photographers' assistant) had such a great attention for detail to make sure everything looked great, while Allyson and Meggie got the best shots! They took into account all the pictures we wanted to get and Allyson stayed til the very end of the night to capture every moment. Also, as a nursing mom, I was a little stressed about having our 4 month baby girl at the wedding and wasn't sure how things were going to go. But these ladies were such a blessing. They helped with our daughter and made sure everything went smoothly, so that I didn't have to stress and could focus on having the best day!

Beautiful photos and amazing photographers!
We’re so happy we chose to have Images by Daniel Michael photograph our wedding day! As soon as we met with Dan to hear his pitch, we knew we wanted him as our photographer. We had such a great time with him shooting our engagement photos and were so excited to work with him on our wedding day. His entire team was amazing! Our wedding parties and families even commented on how great the photography team was. They were also so prepared! They brought a toolbox filled with anything you could possibly need and even fixed someone’s hem. The pictures came out even better than we could have imagined. They captured so many little details that could have been easily missed, like the weird faces my now wife and I tend to make at each other or the table numbers we made ourselves. In the rush of the day we forgot to have pictures of our invitations taken, and Dan offered to have us stop by the studio so he could take them there. Thanks to everyone involved for helping to make our wedding day special! If we had to do our wedding all over again, we’d definitely choose Images by Daniel Michael as our photographers again!

Amazing pictures!
Don is a photography mastermind! I am beyond thrilled with our wedding photos, and I am so happy we chose Images By Daniel Michael to photograph one of the most important days of our lives! Right off the bat, we had a good feeling about this studio. Daniel was so easy to talk to and really helped us understand the art of photography before we even got into talking about booking, which made me feel more comfortable about what we were paying for. We decided to book Don for our big day. I mean, his portfolio of photos was fantastic, so i was not worried about our photos, but I was still floored (in the best way possible) by what we received. We had several artistic shots showcasing our venue, as well as all of the family and candid shots we were looking for. Don took time to figure out our style and what we liked/wanted from our wedding photos. He is so talented! We had several family members and wedding guests ask about who took our photos. They really were amazing! I absolutely loved ever photo he took. The only problem you will have is deciding which photos you want to display! cannot recommend Images by Daniel Michael enough! Thank you Daniel, Don, and the amazing photography teams and assistants for capturing our most precious memories

In making a decision on a photographer for our wedding, we met with Daniel Michael, hearing his “pitch”. Cathy had already read his company’s online reviews, and this is what led us to meet with Images by Daniel Michael.
The reality is that when you choose a business for a service, you really don’t know whether it’s a good decision until after the event. You look back on the event and how things went, and then you ask yourself… would I choose this company again for the same service?
In the case of Images by Daniel Michael, the answer is absolutely YES! Daniel and his staff were all extremely professional, but also very approachable. But what made our event flow was that Daniel and staff were very experienced in how to keep things moving, while also coming up with some unique and amazing settings for photos.
Every appointment was on time, every time we met with Daniel and his staff they impressed us with how seasoned they were, and also how much fun it would be to have them there on our special day. Daniel chooses his staff and you can see his influence is why this company has such great employees.
If we had to do it all over again, we would pick Images by Daniel Michael!

Johnny and team were AMAZING on my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better team to work with. Johnny made sure we had fun taking pictures even though it was cold outside and everyone was shaking! I cannot thank him enough for the beautiful pictures I received, especially the ones he made special for me where he photoshopped my mom into them. Creating magical memories!
We used this vendor at our wedding at Pinecroft in October. Lauren and her team were absolutely awesome the entire day. For all 12 hours they spent with us, they captured all the emotion of the day from so many people. Looking at the photos brought back all the tears of happiness of the day as if we were reliving it again. They did an absolutely magical job! I would highly recommend them!

Exceeded my EVERY expectation
I cannot day enough about this company. Every step of the way they have been outstanding. My husband and I chose Mark for our wedding photographer and have been blown away. From making sure every detail was covered in engagement photos, staying up to date and in contact with us, to being amazing on our big day. Our contract was for Mark to stay the first hour of the reception (to ensure to capture the day and some of the party)... he stayed until the VERY END! He captured every time we were on the dance floor and our very last dance.
When you go for appointments they do a great job getting to know you and what you are looking for! They have an amazing bar stocked with rare bourbons (and everything else, my husband was very impressed with the bourbon selections). We even met Daniel who have my husband recommendations on where to find the rare Bourbons.
His whole team (Jenna and Amber) were all fantastic. I cannot wait to see how the photos turn out. They are well worth every dime and the best in the Tri state
We are expected to get photos back in September and I will upload some then!

I literally don't have anything but great things to say about Images by Daniel Michael! The whole experience was wonderful! Meggie was our lead photographer and she was AMAZING. For two people who don't take pictures very often and were worried about feeling awkward, Meggie and her team made us feel super comfortable. We are so happy to have both candid and posed photos from the day in addition to having someone help make sure everything was placed (i.e. my dress, hair, etc.) correctly in the shots. Meggie even rearranged her schedule so we could meet for an engagement photo session when we were coming from out of town. We both love all of our pictures and agree Images by Daniel Michael was our best vendor for the day by far! Seriously, they are amazing!

They were amazing at my wedding. All of the images they captured were beautiful and I’ll always have them to remember that special day. They were very professional and were ready for any unexpected surprises along the way. They made it a very fun experience and helped my wedding day go very smoothly. The team from Daniel Michael Photography exceeded our already very high expectations. Johnny, Don, and Jenna made everything from the planning through the entire day of the wedding a professional, stress-free and exciting experience. The way the photographers played off one another's strengths completely captured every facet of the day and made every moment, from hysterically candid faces, to the beauty and majesty of the dress against the skyline, pop to life in the finished photos. The way the team blended into our party allowed them to capture some things i couldnt have dreamed of, and made our guests all comment on how amazing they all were. Best photography team ever
The Daniel Michael team photographed our late January wedding and we have nothing but positive things to say. Johnny was our lead photographer and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole planning process. From the moment he arrived on our wedding day, he took charge and we had zero worries that every single shot we wanted was going to be taken. We've seen a preview of the pictures and they are even more amazing than we ever imagined possible--Johnny has a real gift. Lauren kept us laughing from the moment she arrived and bridal assistant Deedee (there are no words to describe how invaluable she was in our day) anticipated the entire wedding party's every need--we actually enjoyed taking pictures in below freezing temps because of this team. From the beginning, the whole team felt like good friends sharing in our day and we could not have enjoyed working with them any more than we did :)

Special Memories Captured
Daniel Michael Photography was an all around amazing experience. When we met with Daniel Michael to see if we wanted to work with him, he was welcoming, friendly, and very warm. He sold himself and his team without over talking himself, which was a turn off we had with other vendors we met with but didn’t hire. We were paired with Photographer Don who is very friendly and has a passion that he just can’t hide. He got to know us with an Engagement Photo Session. It started raining at the park, but it wasn’t pouring, so we had fun with it and he captured some very fun and beautiful pictures. I like that he can take advantage of a situation that doesn’t seem very enticing. Don did the same thing when it rained on our wedding day! Luckily we had a venue that had a wrap around covered porch. I really wanted outdoor fall photos, but the day was so rainy that it didn’t seem possible. We got some pseudo outdoor photos using the covered porch, but also got out a few times for not so rainy photos. We met with him a few weeks before the wedding and talked about what we wanted, who was going to be involved in photos, and where everything would be. He showed up at the Salon to take photos. When I was laughing because my nephew was watching his iPad while laying underneath chairs in the waiting room, Don immediately ran to him to take photos. This made me feel like he truly wanted to capture all the moments of the day, no matter how silly they seemed. That made me feel so... taken care of, for lack of better words.
Truly a great experience with Daniel Michael Photography. I plan to use them for future photography needs - Maternity, kids, etc. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Myself, my husband and my whole family had a great time working with Johnny and the whole staff at Images by Daniel Michael. The engagement and wedding day process was all such a blast and we have you guys to thank for that! The photos were given back in an extremely timely manner and were of excellent quality. Johnny did a great job of making us both feel comfortable in taking photos. During the wedding, the staff did a great job of taking photos that we didn't even notice the staff there during the ceremony which made for some great candids! We couldn't have been more pleased with Images by Daniel Michael! We immediately felt at ease the moment we walked in to the studio. Daniel did a great job of explaining every facet of the company, how the day would go, and how great each and every one of their photographers are! The choice was easy! Every package comes with 3 people... the main photographer, the journalist/2nd photographer/candid moments photographer, and the assistant. We knew we wanted someone exclusive for candids and the assistant was just an added bonus! (She was so so so helpful throughout my day!!)
We picked lead photographer, Mark Wilder the very next day! Once booked, the communication was great! I never felt like I had to chase anyone for information. Mark was quick to get in contact with us to schedule our engagement photo session and our details appointment to go over the timeline for the big day.
We met Mark at Sharonville Park for engagement photos a few weeks later. He did a great job of explaining how certain things look on camera (hand placement, how close/far to be from each other, etc)! It was really helpful for preparation for the wedding!
Mark and his team showed up exactly on time the day of the wedding. He took my dress, shoes, jewelry and went around the venue where we were getting ready to grab some photos of the items while we finished up hair and makeup. The 2nd photographer, Meggie Bierkan, stayed with us to grab some snapshots. She was adorable!
Once ready, we hit the ground running! They were there every step of the way and I almost felt like they were an extension of the bridal party!
Mark was there nearly 12 hours even though they were only contracted for 8 or so. The bridal party and both sets of parents cannot say enough good things about him and the staff. Aside from my new husband, this was the best decision I made on my wedding day!

A picture speaks 1000 words, so I am not sure what I can say about Daniel Michael that their photos don’t already speak volumes about, but I am going to try to describe how awesome they really are. If you have looked through enough wedding photographers work, you can certainly tell which photographers are just taking picutres, because that what you do at a wedding, and which ones are truly creating a moment to capture. We first met with Daniel in his studio and while looking around at the work on his walls and we noticed a number of really incredible, dramatic shots that really spoke to our personal style. We asked who was the photographer on those, and we learned that most (if not all) our favorites shots were done by Don, one of the master photographers at Images by Daniel Michael. We were so very lucky to learn that Don was available for our wedding date and immediately booked him. You can really tell by not only his work, but the way he went about shooting that he is definitely deserving of the master title. He was so detail oriented with every shot. Telling us when keys or phones in pockets were showing, making sure the scenery was just right, fixing hair and flowers, getting postures right. I mean this guy won’t take a shot unless he knows its going to look right. The studio is fantastic as well, they were so helpful with tips and advice on all things wedding, and making sure all our photo needs/requests were planned out and scheduled for the big day. In addition to Don, they sent a secondary photojournalist to capture candids while Don was taking main shots, and a bridal assistant to help out with anything we needed, as well as work directly with the photographers to get lighting, attire, scenery and any other detail just right for each shot. The whole experience from the first meeting, to the engagement photos (included with the wedding package :D) to the big day was nothing short of spectacular. We were lucky enough to have Daniel Michael as our photographer on our special day. We are SO happy that we choose him!!! Photography is something he is an EXPERT at. He takes fantastic pictures and also goes above and beyond on every single detail as it comes to plan your wedding. What really impressed us the most was the passion he puts into his work and understanding the emotions of the day. He makes sure to capture each of the little moments! His whole crew he had with him that day was extremely knowledgeable and well trained. At one point his assistant pulled out a tackle box and gave our bridesmaids hand warmers as they waited in the cold. He stayed around well into the reception and got lots of fantastic shots!!! He is very nice and extremely professional. I highly recommend his services.

Words cannot describe how truly happy we were to have Daniel Michael photograph our wedding. We will continue to use him in the future for capturing all of our most important life moments. He was so fast and no one ever felt like they were having their pictures taken. The way he interacted with us and the guests was amazing. We still have people talking about how funny and friendly our photographer was. I think he seen more of our guests than we did! When you look at our pictures you can actually see the emotions the people are feeling. They say a picture paints a thousand words, his really do. I am so happy we chose to work with Daniel Michael for our wedding in early October this year. The company was easy to work with and they were very great at getting our engagement and wedding photos back to us in a timely manner. Above all, I can't rave enough about our photographer - Meggie Baker. From the moment my husband and I met Meggie during our engagement session, we knew we had the right photographer for our wedding. She is so personable, made taking millions of pictures seem like a breeze and even the whole bridal party was talking about how awesome it was working with her! Plus, she saved me with a safety pin when the button on my wedding dress popped off during my dad's toast. Thank you Meggie for going above and beyond to capture breath-taking photos and making the entire process so much fun!

I loved working with Lauren at Images by Daniel Michael! She was so easy and fun to work with. We first had our engagement pictures done by Lauren and she captured exactly what I was looking for. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process! She took the time to sit with us and go over the whole day and exactly how we wanted it to go. For the day of the wedding Lauren and her team were so nice, happy and helpful! She made sure we stuck to our timeline but captured everything that we asked for. We received a preview on Facebook a couple weeks after and they were AMAZING! I cannot wait to look through all of them. I have nothing but positive ravings about Johnny, our master photographer, his second shooter, Hope, and my "matron of honor" Natalie (Natalie was the bridal assistant - but she was so awesome we started calling her my matron of honor!), and everyone at Images by Daniel Michael.
From the very beginning, the staff at Images by Daniel Michael were so kind and welcoming. Johnny continuously went above and beyond our expectations - with our engagement shoot, my bridal portraits (rock the dress, session B), and of course the wedding! We get nothing but compliments about our photos. Even before we got them back, people kept asking us "who is your photographer, he's so good!" but how they knew he was awesome (he definitely is) I'm not sure, but they're spot on!
The entire staff is phenomenal. Before we set up the initial appointment, I was quite certain we would hire Images by Daniel Michael. Upon meeting Daniel Michael, both my (now) husband and I knew we had to hire them immediately - they were the only studio we met with! They were the first vendor (aside from the venue) that we booked, and we booked 2 years in advance. Every time Linda (office assistant) emailed that my pictures were done, I came the same day because I was too dang excited. Linda was always so accommodating as well! She stayed a little late in the studio on a Saturday so I could get my engagement photos! She is so sweet and I'm sure I seemed crazy! Haha.
Johnny, Hope, and Natalie worked together fantastically as a team. They were all in sync and so accommodating. Natalie constantly would tell me that I was to do nothing - she would take care of it - and she did.
I seriously could ramble on and on about how awesome these humans are, but I'll end it with this: we got all 800+ gorgeous photos within 11 days of our wedding. Look no further!

Everyone at Images by Daniel Michael Photography are so friendly, professional and truly phenomenal at their jobs and creating amazing pictures capturing all the important moments of the ceremony and reception. Our amazing team included Daniel, Meggie (2nd Photographer) and Amanda (bridal assistant) who truly had my back throughout the day including holding my dress while we walked so that it would get dirty, ensuring I was staying hydrated, and supplying anything we needed from her tackle box of items. The team not only helped keep everyone on the timeline but made the whole picture process fun and easy going, while being extremely efficient for every pose. They are so talented, it literally only takes them one or two snaps of the camera to get the perfect photo. I was surprised that my face didn't hurt by the end of the day from forcing a smile because it didn't need to be forced since we were having so much fun!
We also had our engagement photos with Daniel at Sharon Woods. He was so efficient and knew exactly where he wanted to take the pictures, how he wanted us posed all while making it light, relaxing and easy. The session only took 20-30 minutes and we came out with an amazing group of pictures. This was also super helpful to see how he shoots, to get used to his style to give you an idea of how easy it will go on your wedding day. I used this day to have my make up trial as well in order to see how it photographed.
Lastly, I got my husband a boudoir photo book as his wedding gift. I had the pictures taken through Images by Daniel Michael by Lauren. I was very nervous about doing these photos but Lauren made it super fun and knew the perfect angles to make women look their best in a very classy way. I never knew I could look that way and wonder now if maybe I got the best outcome from the "gift" through a lift in my self esteem and positive self-body image to the many many thanks of Lauren and the team at Images by Daniel Michael Photography.

Our photographer was Don, he is the most talented, most incredible photographer I've ever worked with. He made my day so easy and stress free. I'm the type of person who doesn't really like to tell people what to do, where to be and all that jazz, and Don made sure everything ran as smooth as possible. Jenna, our bridal assistant was an angel. She is so precious and helped all my girls pin their hair when needed, pinned on flowers for the bridal party. I felt she just went above and beyond and I could not thank her enough. My photography team made getting married so easy. I'm telling you... please, please PLEASE, do not go cheap when booking your photographer. You will have these images for the rest of your life, so if there is one thing you can afford to splurge on, splurge on Don. You will not regret it.

Daniels team was absolutely fantastic! We had Don Schvart as our main photographer and he was beyond amazing! He blew our expectations beyond what we had expected. I knew he was great from his previous photos however words just cannot describe his work on our wedding day. Also, the extra perk of having a bridal assistant, at that time we had Meggie, was just the right touch! Her professionalism, experience, and genuine caring throughout the session made it more than a pleasant experience. Last but not least, Casey was our 2nd photographer who had capture such touching moments that are absolutely priceless.
Throughout the wedding day and after, we had came across many compliments on the team. I highly highly highly recommend everyone to use them after having such a great experience with them!

Dan has been fantastic so far. We just had our engagement photos and had a terrific time. My fiancée doesn't exactly enjoy being the center of attention, but Dan made us both feel so comfortable and relaxed, my fiancée didn't feel overwhelmed or self-conscious at all. Look no further! Images by Daniel Michael was the first and last photographer we met with. The hardest part of the process was choosing a photographer from his amazing team. While they are all surely great, we could not have been happier with our choice in Johnny. He was so flexible and easy to work with. He took the time to get to know us and we now think of him more as a friend than a vendor. He was very in tune with me (the bride), heard my needs and concerns, and changed the plan accordingly (my makeup took much longer than expected, it started to rain while we were outside, etc). The second photographer, Mike, did a great job, too. He was the "fly on the wall" and I rarely knew he was there but he was also quick to give us hints and advice when we needed direction. Hope was worth a million dollars!! She was doing things before I even realized they needed doing - adjusting my dress as I was about to sit down, quickly throwing her own coat over my shoulders when it started raining, bobbypinning the maid of honor's hair, and more. We cannot think of anything that could have been improved and will absolutely be recommending this company to anyone and everyone.

First off, the simplest thing I can say is that we knew we were going to pick Daniel Michael within the first few minutes of talking with him, and he was our first and only appointment. To begin, he could not be a better guy and so clearly want your wedding to be perfect. He takes so much time to make sure he has a great feeling about what you want captured, how you want your photos to turn out, and what is truly important to you. Nothing about the processes or your day has focus on him.
Our photos turned out to be absolutely incredible. We ended up with so many shots showcasing the greatest memories of the day and showing off our guests. The photos are such high quality and we now have too many photos that we want to hang on the wall. We couldn’t say enough good things about him, or the photojournalists who accompanied him through the day.
Two other important notes, we absolutely loved working with him, besides the photo quality. We looked forward to all of our meetings, and even though we spent a lot of hours just talking, we could have spent many more. Second, we were so impressed with how much he cares about his fellow Cincinnati vendors. It was really refreshing to hear him say so many good things about fellow people in his profession and make such great recommendations. We really couldn’t say enough good things about Daniel Michael and would recommend him to anyone.

We had our engagement and wedding photos done with Mitch. They provided a second photographer, Hope, and a bridal assistant, Ally, (who literally sowed me into my wedding gown an hour before the ceremony because the top bottom on the back of my backless gown had fallen off!) I can not rave enough about how wonderful these three people were! The helped the day run smoothly and captured some really beautiful shoots. I am beyond pleased with our wedding photos and want to print all 600 out!
They provided us with a flash drive copy of 600 images and 100 special edit photos, which we are allowed to do with what we want. This is my favorite part - that the photos are actually ours. The turn around time was about 5 weeks (during peak wedding season, May).
This company is a little pricey but over all it was well worth the cost - you pay for the quality you receive. I personally believe it is worth paying for a photographer you are confident will provide exactly what you want, and I know Daniel Michael's can do that.

I went to one bridal show and found Lauren from Daniel Michael. I was in love with her. We went for a visit spoke with Daniel and booked with Lauren the next day. Everything was perfect from engagement pictures to wedding pictures. We were (I was) a crazy couple and she got along with us and we had fun with her. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and I think that came across in the photos she took. We haven't made it through all of them yet, but the ones we have seen were more than I could have imagined. We did not have video done, but she has given us memories to share for a lifetime and remember how special our day was. She captured what we saw and what we missed that day, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you Lauren, we love you and your work. And hope to work with you again in the future.

Dan and his team are top notch! They did such a wonderful job capturing all of the moments of our special day! He is so professional and I never had one worry of what time it was, where we were supposed to be and NEVER thought "Is he getting all of the pictures I want?" Because he was getting them all and more!! My husband and I both have large families so sometimes it was a task to get them all in the same spot, at the same time, and all paying attention, but Dan had no problem stepping into that role and wrangling all of the people! AND the Bridal Assistant, what a life saver!! Seriously, I am not certain I could have made it that day without her (Thanks Jade!)...for real, that alone is worth the money! Example: As we are pulling up to the church, We forgot all about putting the boutonnieres on the guys... panic! And at that moment I realized I was supposed to pin my dad's on and I have no idea how to pin a boutonniere. No problem, the assistant handled it, with extra pins to secure. Phew! Overall, Dan and his staff are the real deal. They take great care of you and they take amazingly beautiful pictures. We have had nothing but compliments from our family about our "great photographer". If you have any doubt about booking them, don't have a doubt, they are the best!

We had the absolute best experience with Images by Daniel Michael Photography for our engagement session and wedding. Lauren was our photographer and was amazing throughout the entire experience. From the engagement session to the wedding, everything was flawless. Even while she had food poisoning and a sinus infection on the day of the wedding, she surpassed our expectations x100. She made my entire family and friends feel so comfortable throughout the day and made sure we had a blast. Her entire crew was professional, proficient, and so kind. They really made our day spectacular. Not only was she amazing, but her the pictures she captured are breathtaking. She obtained every shot I requested and then so much more. Lauren was our photographer and oh my gosh she was absolutely amazing!! She was worth every penny. She did our engagement and wedding pictures and she also did my boudoir shoot. She was so flexible she drove all the way to our house twice, which is probably a hour away, to take pictures for us. And I could not have been more happy with all of the pictures that she took. We had an incredible experience with Images by Daniel Michael. We were blown away from the beginning. We felt that Daniel Michael was very honest with us in our first meeting and really helped us make an informed decision on a wedding photographer. We of course went with them and had Don Schvart be our lead photographer.
My husband and I felt super awkward in front of the camera during our engagement pictures, but after just 10 minutes Don made us feel comfortable and have fun with it. The engagement pictures were beautiful and we knew that we had no worries for the big day. The day of the wedding, Don and his team were professional, on time, and so helpful! I loved that there were assistants there simply for whatever random need came up. They carried my dress, my shoes, and even brought hand warmers and blankets (we had a January wedding). One of his assistants even helped make me a bustle last minute! They were awesome. The day went so smoothly thanks to their attention to every detail. My husband and I chose not to do a first look. However, unlike most photographers, Don did not pressure us to change our mind. Instead he worked with us and was able to get all our pictures done after the ceremony in less than an hour! I couldn't believe Don was able to keep the wedding party on schedule. He came early and stayed all day until the wedding ended at 12:30am!
We got our pictures back a week later and they were AMAZING!!! I have had countless people tell me how beautiful our pictures are. Its only been a month since the wedding and I have had 3 couples ask me who my photographer was, so that they can get the same one. Don and his team are so talented and hard working. I have absolutely no complaints or criticisms. I would highly suggest that any couple looking for a wedding photographer to use Images by Daniel Michael. Ask for Don Schvart, he's the best!!

The photography team assigned to my wedding day was excellent. They made myself and my husband feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We got all of our "must have" wedding shots and a lot of fun ones we never would have thought of. Everyone was patient the day of and made sure to keep us on time. I love the selection of photos we have to choose from and we got our cd in a very timely manner.

We really enjoyed working with Lauren from Daniel Michael and were so happy with our pictures. We live out of state and they were so accommodating with us beforehand and really tailored the photos to what we were looking for. The personalized service made such a difference and we really enjoying having Lauren and her team with us on our wedding day. We chose Beth Verdon as our wedding photographer, and she was absolutely incredible! We had an engagement shoot with her in January, and we were so happy with how the pictures turned out. On our wedding day in September, Beth exceeded all of our expectations! She and her team worked incredibly hard all day long, and they were able to perfectly capture every important moment throughout the day. They were also very efficient and stayed almost perfectly within our timeline, which did so much to keep me relaxed before the ceremony. Our pictures look wonderful, and we could not be more happy with them! We were shocked with how many little moments Beth and her team were able to capture. We are in love with every single picture! Images by Daniel Michael did an exceptional job for our engagement photos and wedding day photos.
Daniel gave us a really reasonable price that is within our budget given that we are having a small wedding with around 70 guests. And he recommended Don Schvart as our photographer. This is the best choice we had ever made during our entire wedding planning.
Words can not describe how good Don is.
He is a passionate artist. We played with lots of fun ideas that I borrowed from pinterest and he created.
We sat down a few weeks before the wedding and made a detailed day of plan. The flow of the day was great although I forgot my veil at the hotel. He helped us changed the plan so that we had good amount of photo shooting and enough time for the groomsmen to fetch my veil for me.
He truly listen to what your really want and execute those really well.
We LOVEd our photos and so does everyone else.

All I have to say is, there is a reason they have received all of these awards! I had truly an excellent experience with Daniel Michael. I chose to use Daniel for my wedding day, although they offer four different levels of photographers for those who don’t want to spend as much money. The engagement photos really turned out wonderful. And, I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful our wedding photos are! Not only is he very personable, but also he is truly a talented person and very experienced with wedding photography. On the day of the wedding, he brought two additional photographers and one bridal assistant (who came in handy many times!) They were all extremely professional, and most importantly the pictures turned out absolutely amazing! He was really able to capture our emotions and all of our guests and family members as well. He was even able to get some really good photos of my autistic brother, which is saying a lot because he does not pose for photos. I would definitely recommend him 1000 times over to anyone. It was a truly wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Daniel Michael and his team! We used Don for our engagement shots and wedding day and loved every minute of it. He made us and all those involved in photos extremely comfortable. The extra photographer for candid shots and bride helper (who have us hand warmers for the cold) and other small touches like the planning meeting a few days beforehand truly shows their dedication to detail and keeping the day organized in order to get the most beautiful pictures. Spend the money and book them now!

We absolutely loved working with Daniel Michael Photography for our wedding day photos. They were extremely flexible working with us since my now husband and I were planning our wedding from Texas. Communication was quick whenever we had questions and they were super willing and friendly to work with us. We had a traditional Indian wedding which lasted essentially a whole day and they were willing to be there the whole day starting from getting ready all the way to the end of the reception. Brian, our photographer was great to work with! When our day ended up falling behind from our timeline he was very go with the flow and was still able to get everything that we wanted done in our shortened time frame. He was also super energetic and helpful with anything we needed even if it wasn't related to photography. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for pictures!

Dan and his staff are absolutely amazing! Dan is the real deal. His work is amazing and he did everything to make sure we got every photo we requested at our wedding (I had a list of Pinterest ideas! LOL). I have had more compliments on my photos and I am so happy we decided on Daniel Michael Photography. Dan worked with us personally and he worked with us on payments and was extremely quick to return our photos. His work is art and you will not be disappointed!!

I believe it's so important to hear from the parents point of view! DANIEL Michael Photography made all the difference in our daughter's wedding day. While sitting down in the beginning with her photographer, Don, we were so relieved because he helped her and her fiance plan the entire day. We were confident that no matter what, the day's timing would flow like clockwork. What we didn't know what a true artist he is! He was so very passionate about her day and what she wanted. As I commented later,he captured the very essence of the couple, their friends, and their families' personality and joy! He painted pictures with his camera that day. A wedding which was to be outdoors was transformed into a beautiful memory--made so by an artist's pride and love of his creation. The photographs are nothing more than luscious! He made what seemed to be a gloomy day brilliant! If only I could include pictures with the review. He made the day. But, isn't this what an artist does for you?!

WOW, we hit the jackpot with our photographer choice! Dan made the day SO much fun and his whole team was incredibly helpful. He went way above and beyond, not just perfecting the photos but even helping with jewelry choices and pinning my bustle when it ripped just to name a few. Worth every penny!!

Lauren was our lead photographer and she was unbelievably amazing! On a hot day in June, we took many pictures outside and she was so supportive and patient even when our wedding partyy became hot and cranky! She stayed with us until the very end of our reception and made sure we had all of the shots that we wanted. I can't begin to thank her for all of her hard work and amazing pictures!

One of the most important pieces to putting together the perfect wedding is selecting the right photographer and with Don Schvart from Daniel Michael Photography, we had the perfect photographer which made for such an amazing experience.
We went to Daniel Michael Photography under high recommendation from a friend who had just finished their wedding. They had a great experience, so we met with Daniel Michael, the second photographer we had met with. In being 100% honest, this meeting was the only experience that we did not enjoy. In our humble opinons, the meeting went on way too long and we were being sold on how great Daniel Michael Photography performed, by Daniel talking about what all of his competitors did wrong. This rubbed us the wrong way from the start. We were there because it was recommended and we already loved his work. We could have went without 30-45 minutes of hearing why others were not as good. At that point, we decided that we still wanted to go with Daniel Michael Photography because of the recommendation, quality of work and packages available, but we did not want to work with Daniel.
We worked with Don Schvart for our engagement session and it was an instant match! His personality was amazing, his eye for amazing images was awesome, he got to know us and worked with us well. We were a little 'stiff' at the start and Don has us loose within 15 minutes. Now we were working with a friend!
The wedding was no different! Don was a guest at our wedding, not a vendor, but a guest, we wanted to make him feel as welcome as he made us feel. He kept the day moving, we kept on the timeline and most importantly, he kept us out of the heat so we didn't sweat through our outfits and suits! We had family members and members of our wedding party compliment us on how great of a photographer we had. We hit a homerun with Don and would highly recommend any package where Don is included. He really made for a wonderful experience and captured memories.

We had Johnny as our lead photographer and was lucky enough to have Daniel as our 2nd photographer. They were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. answers all emails and questions promptly (and I asked a lot). Were on time with everything, very nice and outgoing and took a ton of pictures! Johnny even ended up staying later at the reception to make sure he got us every picture we could have wanted! These guys were just the best! Made sure had everything we needed even drinks at the reception! Wonderful to work with!!! Have seen a preview of the pictures and are in love! Can't wait to see them all!! Highly recommend!!!
