  The service that Icing on the Ring provides was extremely valuable. Ani made sure to explain all characteristics and types of engagement rings to me thoroughly. We spent considerable time going back and forth between different diamonds and settings until we finally arrived at one that I was happy with.   Superior Service from a Family-Owned Jeweler

  Ani and the whole team at Icing on the Ring were so great to work with. My partner and I started our wedding ring/band shopping with a wide variety of jewelers, from big-name brands to individual shops like Icing. None were as approachable as Icing. Ani helped us find exactly what we were looking for, even though we didn't know what that precisely was right away. As she showed us their jewelry on offer, she listened to what we thought about each piece and made great recommendations on what else we might like to see. She patiently and seamlessly guided us to figure out what we liked, what we didn't, and finally what we chose! It was all the more amazing to learn that Icing is a family-run business, with Ani, her siblings, and their father all contributing to the excellent experience in their store.

  Amazing service!

  This was the easiest engagement ring shopping experience. I searched for lab grown diamonds in DTLA and after looking through some pages, made an appointment to see stuff in person. Ani was very helpful and absolutely not pushy. When I came in to Icing on the Ring, all I knew was I wanted a lab grown diamond engagement ring, I wanted it to be round and I had a very small budget. I didn’t know anything about diamonds, colour scale, sizes, etc, but Ani made it easy. Ani presented a few options and with her knowledge and experience helped/guided me through the process of deciding (so many choices and they are all so beautiful) and finding the perfect ring for me.

  Great experience and great options! My only complaint was that I didn’t get formally sized, but I also didn’t ask! We used more of a “guess and check” method and the first one happened to fit. I still wonder if I would have tried other sizes if we would have found a different result! Either way, I absolutely LOVE my ring and my experience with icing on the ring. Will definitely be going back for our wedding bands!

  What an incredible experience. Ara was extremely patient, thorough and accommodating for our custom design. He explained everything very clearly and not once did we feel pressured to make a decision with him. My fiancée is over the moon with how the design turned out, especially with the intricacy and attention to detail. We are blessed to have found Icing on the Ring on social media and highly recommend this lovely family owned establishment to anyone that is looking to add any new piece of jewelry for themselves.

  My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted our wedding rings to look like, we found Icing On The Ring and immediately made an appointment to pick out rings. We met with Ani, shared our budget, tried on lots of rings and decided on what we want. Ani was so sweet and worked with our budget perfectly to make sure we were getting our dream rings. The rings were ready for pickup so quick and were even better than we were imagining! We love them so much and couldn't recommend Icing On The Ring enough! We are so happy we came across them!

  Icing on the Ring has been a favorite in my circle of friends for engagement rings and wedding bands! My fiancé Michael and I are the 4th couple in our circle to come to Icing on the Ring and the experience has been amazing! They have a variety of styles and selections, everyone is incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating! Michael went back a few times to select his wedding and they were so flexible and helpful during this process. I will definitely be returning for future purchases; I LOVE my engagement ring! we recently picked up our wedding bands and can't wait for the day we get to say, "I do".

  Found Icing on the Ring through some online searching and submitted and inquiry to them back in May of 2021. I’ve been emailing and doing virtual visits with Vic directly in order to find the best option for my fiancé until I had a weekend too make it down there by myself and fully see the options. While I was there, Vic provided exceptional service and professionalism while giving me the best options to choose from. Ultimately found the Diamond I was looking for and submitted my order. Few weeks went by and it delivered at my address and couldn’t be more satisfied with how it turned out. Absolutely stunning and my GF at the time had no idea which was the best part. End of the month we had a special weekend lined up and she couldn’t have been more shocked, happy, thrilled to see the ring I got her. She was absolutely shocked in the moment and caught her by surprise. An absolute memory that I’ll never forget and starts with the ring! Vic is your guy and very easy to work with. Ara again worked with us to determine which criteria mattered to us most and helped us get bands that truly represent our marriage. It's also worth mentioning that Ara was very responsive, flexible, and was never pushy. Overall, a great experience!

  Icing on the Ring did an amazing job in helping me find the right diamond. Since I was unsure of what style of ring my partner would like, they provided a "proposal band," a simple and temporary ring for the diamond. Once engaged, they did an amazing job of helping my fiancée figure out the perfect ring.

The first place on my list was ‘Icing On The Ring.’ Ara was the salesman I met and he was extremely helpful. I couldn’t decide between 2 diamonds (the only difference was size) and he didn’t try to push the bigger one on me which I really appreciated. I immediately felt that he was patient and not pushy and that was exactly what I was looking for. I decided to not go to any other jewelers after that first meeting. I couldn’t decide between 2 diamonds (the only difference was size) and he didn’t try to push the bigger one on me which I really appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the engagement ring we got and my fiancé is obsessed with it. It’s stunning. Buying from ‘Icing On The Ring’ was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend it to anyone!

  If I had to summarize my experience with IOTR, I would say that it was MEMORABLE. Ani is super fun to work with and she really invested her time understanding mine and my fiancé's style preferences. Gagan and I knew that we wanted a Tacori setting, and Ani was super helpful in walking us through the entire collection. At the end, we found the ring that was PERFECT for us. I will definitely be going back to Ani when we purchase the wedding band.
