We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Mike and the entire Hyatt team. Our June 2022 destination wedding was truly a dream thanks to their incredible staff. Mike's responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and support throughout the entire wedding planning process made us feel like we were working with a dear friend since the start. He was always an email away even when we had the smallest questions and helped us create a weekend that was memorable for everyone. We had over 200 guests fly in for the weekend and Mike, Noreen, Hannah, and the entire crew made sure every single minute went off without a hitch. Even unexpected location changes due to weather were a non-issue due to their quick thinking and communication to guests. Our family and friends are still raving about how attentive, kind, and fun the Hyatt staff was in all areas of the resort. I can't imagine having our weekend anywhere else- we are truly grateful to have worked with this all-star team! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Highly recommend booking here. The entire staff was so helpful and wonderful to us throughout our wedding. Jamie really went above and beyond. It was wonderful to be able to have an outdoor wedding in February!

Brides, do not look elsewhere as this was similarly priced to other venues but also provided you with Hyatt points that you can use at any Hyatt hotel worldwide for your honeymoon.

Jamie and her staff were willing to work with us as well when we had some guests cancel last minute due to Covid.

Our guests are still raving over the food and service, we have no complaints.

I am so incredibly thankful to Mike Dolch and his team at the Hyatt for making it the wedding of our dreams. This venue exceeded all expectations and I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put in to help us get married in such a tropical paradise. Every guest I spoke to was highly impressed by the venue, the in-house catering, and the gorgeous cake. We did buffet style and they were nice enough to box up leftovers and slices of wedding cake for the two of us to enjoy the next day. It is not only a stunning hotel, but they are easy to access from the interstate for all our out-of-town guests, which made transportation and lodging easy. Looking forward to spending future anniversary trips there!

We were so surprised to find out that the Hyatt would host a smaller sized wedding like ours. And the prices were excellent. The Hyatt exceeded every expectation. Jamie May is a jewel. She was there every step of the way and anticipated every single thing we wanted. When we were concerned of ever shrinking guest list due to Covid The Hyatt and Jamie told us not to worry about the minimums and to just plan the best day ever. It was a load off our minds. No other place would have done that. The Hyatt made my wife's and my dreams come true with an absolutely perfectly planned wedding. I can't say enough good things and the Hyatt Coconut Point, their staff and Jamie May!!! If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank You Hyatt and especially thank you Jamie May.

The Hyatt Coconut Point Resort & Spa was the perfect venue for our destination wedding.

We were married on their private beach island and it was an intimate and beautiful location.

The food was excellent. I wish that there were more hors d'oeuvres served because I know that none of bridesmaids had any. We did the stations for dinner Prime rib station with a mashed potato bar, Caribbean station: jerk seasoned grouper with a mango chutney, coconut rice and beans, corn bread and a risotto station. Every single guest raved about how delicious the food was.

The wedding package includes a 4 hour open bar which was perfect as well

The Hyatt will make your wedding cake as well, however I don't eat cake so we went with a donut wall from Peace Love and Little Donuts.

Most of our guest stayed at the resort and the Lazy river, multiple pools and water slides were a huge hit.

I cannot say enough about this resort!! We just had our wedding here on 2/21 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The venue, the staff, the details, the food....all over the top. Kelsey, Courtney and their crew outdid themselves on so many levels! Our guests had the time of their lives and so did we. My mom did most of the planning and coordinating and Kelsey honored her every request for our special day. Flamoul from Italy was like our own personal chef from the rehearsal dinner to breakfast omelettes. I also have to mention Sammie with bell services, who was not only hilarious, but accommodating to our every wedding related need from luggage moves to shuttle services!!

We ended up leaving for our honeymoon the next day, and we were sad to leave! We went to Disney for a few days (which was an absolute blast!) and planned on going to Fort Lauderdale for the second leg. When we got there, it was not the experience we had intended on and was jam packed with spring breakers and had a huge lack in service. We literally called the Hyatt back from the jam packed beach in Fort Lauderdale to ask if we could switch plans and come back. They were thrilled to welcome us back and were happy to accommodate us, specifically Lisa in reservations and Ursula once we arrived back at Hyatt. These two ladies truly made us feel welcome and like we had made the best choice by returning. We spent the first day back at the pool and had the best waitress, Jennifer, taking care of us with rum drinks poolside!!

If you are looking for a resort getaway or a wedding venue that truly makes you feel like you are on an island, I highly recommend this resort!!! Definitely the best resort in this area and in my opinion, the best in South Florida!

We both knew we wanted to get married at the Hyatt Coconut Point without a question but the best part was working with Kelsey. Through the pandemic, we had several guests drop out and she was right there with us figuring it all out even the day before the wedding. Kelsey is amazing at what she does !! The venue handled everything for us from the cake to the booze. The hospitality at the Hyatt is absolutely wonderful we could not have had a better experience.

The Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point made our wedding day the most perfect day. Everything was wonderful and everyone was so easy to work with. Kelsey and the whole wedding team was extremely flexible with all of the changes we had to make leading up to the wedding because of Covid. The grounds were immaculate and the water slides were a huge hit with all of the kids and guests. All of our family enjoyed the hotel and their amenities. The food at the wedding was incredible. The steak was arguably the best steak someone could eat. My guests are still raving about the wedding and the Hyatt. I would highly recommend having your wedding at this resort. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort not only provided us with a beautiful venue but also amazing service. The event manager, Kelsey worked so hard to make sure that our day was special and perfect! Every staff member was kind and helpful from before the wedding to during! It took a lot of stress off of us knowing we had their support and skills behind us. Would definitely recommend this venue!

As soon as we met with Kelsey and she took us for a tour around the hotel, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. The Hyatt is lucky to have such a wonderful coordinator. Kelsey is kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable.
The Hyatt Regency did an immaculate job. They have an outstanding team. Every aspect of our weekend stay was perfect. All of our guests enjoyed the amenities and rooms. The slides and lazy river were a huge hit with all of the kids.
All of the locations we chose for the wedding were beautiful. We had a perfect sunny day for a ceremony on the Belvedere Terrace. Our cocktail hour in the Banyan Courtyard was gorgeous and surround by lush greenery. I have to give a shoutout to Phil! Thanks for being an awesome bartender. Finally, our reception was in the Estero Ballroom. The room was the perfect size.
A huge thank you to the culinary team as well. The food was outstanding! My guests are still raving.
I have to say The Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point made my wedding day better than I could have dreamed of. I can’t wait for another weekend stay and actually be able to enjoy the pools as much as my guests did.

I am from Baltimore, and I traveled up and down the west coast of Florida to find a venue for my December wedding. This resort was the only one I fell in love with, and it was the best decision. Below are the reasons why

*Kelsey was amazing to work with. Great personality, responsive and accommodating. It made planning from a distance simple.
*Food was incredible. We went with the stations for the reception, and all my guests were raving about the meals provided.
*The resort itself is wonderful. Multiple pools and relaxing atmosphere. Great for kids and adults.
*I got married on the private beach, and it was a dream. I was actually shocked how beautiful it ended up being.
*The resort offers multiple areas for your other events. I had my welcome dinner, sangeeth, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, & after party in different locations on the resort. Makes your day more interesting for guests.

In conclusion, if you are spending money for your wedding, I would recommend you do it here. You will be happy with your decision.

Our entire experience working with the team at the Hyatt was wonderful - from touring the venue to our food tasting and having all of our details put into place. The communication with each team member we worked with was excellent. They were always available to answer any questions we had and addressed all of our concerns. We had a few last minute changes the week before the wedding and the team worked with us to accommodate both small and large requests.
Kelsey Stirzel was a dream to work with and very responsive! She made sure all of the details we were invested in were perfect and on point for our big day. Since we were planning from a distance, she was able to recommend the best vendors in the area who made our day beyond perfect! Being from Pittsburgh, PA, it's a tradition to have a cookie table at every wedding. The Hyatt had never executed one of these before and worked with us to make our vision a reality, even seeming to even enjoy the challenge of something new. On the day of, we noticed Kelsey following my mom's instructions to dust certain cookie varieties with powdered sugar. :)
The weekend of, everything was even more beautiful than we could have ever hoped for. We received compliments from every guest on how wonderful the food was at our welcome party, cocktail hour, reception and brunch the morning after. We also have to give a special shout-out to Phil who went above and beyond serving our needs throughout the weekend!
Having been to two weddings at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point previously, we had high expectations and the team surpassed every single one of them!

I loved the venue so much. It was beautiful and had what we wanted. Had an area for when it rained on our wedding day. They were amazing and I loved working with Mike through everything. It was a great place and we loved having a venue and reception area all in one place.

Kiana, our event planner, was absolutely wonderful. She thought of every detail and made my vision come to life. Our wedding was perfect and beautiful. We could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Kiana and the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa.

Luis and I were married on October 11, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Our wedding day was like a dream, and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined it to be. Its been two weeks, and our family, friends, and guests are still constantly talking about how perfect our day was, how well it all came together, and how amazing the food was. We worked with Mike Dolch as our event coordinator, who was nothing short of amazing. He may have planned our event, but we consider him a friend. Mike was constantly there to answer every question, call, and email, even when he was out of the office, for ten long months, and did everything in his power to make our wedding day beautiful. It was truly a privilege to work with Mike and his team, and would recommend having a wedding at the Hyatt to anyone. Thank you for the most beautiful wedding day!

My husband and I researched southwest Florida for wedding locations and the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa won over all other options. This venue is one of the rare venues that offers a PRIVATE beach for your beach ceremony. If privacy is important to you, just be sure to check with the hotel because the beach is shared with a neighboring condo community so there are times during the year that the beach may not be completely private!

We had our welcome reception for our guests at at Cypress Fire Pit and it turned out to be perfect. One one our guests described the fire pit location as "magical." We had our reception in the Banyan Courtyard. This location truly is amazing, illuminated with uplighting, tiki torches, string lights and all the flowers ... It really turns into a beautiful reception area!

The reception food was awesome, the staff was excellent and we were able to custom design our menu for this event which was great. More importantly, Kiana our event coordinator, was outstanding and did an exceptional job helping us plan and coordinate our entire weekend. I'm sure we put a lot of stress on her as we were a destination couple coming from out of town, but she was extremely professional and detail oriented. She made us feel at ease our entire weekend and we really did get to sit back and enjoy it! I will also say the hotel staff was extremely helpful and always friendly.

My husband was skeptical about having a beach wedding, but all of our guests are still raving about it being one of the nicest weddings they've ever been to. And when my husband and I reflect back on our wedding day at Coconut Point, it brings back very fond memories. It was definitely worth the money and the planning effort. Thank you for a wonderful wedding weekend. We can't wait to visit Coconut Point on our anniversaries for many years to come.

We looked at a lot of different venues before choosing the Hyatt at Coconut Point (though, I knew I wanted to get married here based on photos alone - my husband needed convincing!). Kelsey helped us through the entire process and Kiana was great the day of the wedding! From the accommodations to the pools/fountains to the actual event space, everything is beautiful here. Pricing is great for how grand the venue is. Food was excellent and the pastry chef was very flexible when we wanted half dessert bar with a smaller cake! We used 3 different spaces for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and all 3 were impeccable. My only regret is that the day is over! Love the Hyatt and their event staff!

My husband and I got married on the private beach about a month ago and it was absolutely perfect! Kiana was our event coordinator and she was so nice, easily approachable, and so knowledgeable! She really made the process so easy with it being a destination wedding. The whole property is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. We spent time with friends and family before and after the wedding day on the resort premises, which really made the experience a fun time! We would recommend the Hyatt Regency Coconut Pointe Resort to anyone!!

The Hyatt Regency was the first & the only venue we visited. Yes, the property is seriously that spectacular! Kelsey was our wedding coordinator & she was so helpful & kind every step up the way. The service at the Hyatt was top notch all around. Kelsey, the valet staff, front desk concierges, housekeeping attendants, chefs, & the banquet staff exceeded all our expectations. Our wedding day was truly perfect thanks to the Hyatt team!!

We had the highest expectations for the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, and all of them were exceeded.
We chose the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point as a semi-destination wedding, two hours from home. From the moment, you check in it feels like vacation, the facilities are beautiful, restaurants delicious, and room and views are a cut above. While we loved the Resort, many of our friends and family questioned our decision, and did not understand why they had to cross the state for a resort wedding.
The events team made planning the event, obtaining room blocks, choosing food, and selecting vendors a breeze, even from across the state. What was to be a four-hour event quickly morphed into a long weekend, adding "mini-events".

Mike Dolch our events manager could not have been more helpful & amazing. He treated our event like it was his only event, for his own family, and was crucial in the planning; offering recommendations from his wealth of experience. He exceeded our expectations, and more impressively our parent’s expectations, meeting all of our needs; our guest’s needs, and providing the right amount of hand-holding through the process. Every idea or need we had was met with a flexible can-do attitude, questions were quickly answered, and issues that arose (like a sick officiant and a tropical storm) were met with absolute professionalism.

Everyone at the Hyatt was incredibly warm, helpful and attentive, to not just us as bride and groom, but to all of our guests. We couldn’t possibly thank them all, but from porters Mark & Miguel, to Shade at the front desk, and Mike, Erin, Jamie, Kiana, & Courtney in events, each of them made sure everything was perfect. All of our guests are still talking about the hotel, the food, and the wedding; many of our friends and family who were critical of the decision to make it a “destination”, are planning future trips back to Hyatt Coconut Point!

Mike Dolch was wonderful to work with. He was detail oriented, thorough, and extremely patient in answering all of my questions. The wedding went off without a hitch and there is no way we could have done it without Mike and the incredible staff at The Hyatt. Our guests keep telling us how beautiful everything was an how much they enjoyed it. We had a lot of out of town guests and the Hyatt is a great place for everyone to stay. The facilities are great, the property is beautiful and the staff are so nice.

The professionalism of this venue set the standard above and beyond our hopes. We went in with high exceptions and they exceeded them. Stephany Hall was our wedding coordinator. She was excellent. The day of the wedding required nothing from us. She took care of everything. We used the recommended vendors which helped to make the communication seamless. My Daughter could not have been more pleased which makes us as her parents know we chose the right venue.

If I could give the Hyatt higher than 5 stars in all of these categories I would. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and my experience. I worked with Kelsey and she was beyond fabulous! We did a destination wedding here and Kelsey was so easy to work with and made me feel at ease. She took the time to go over every possible detail to ensure it was just what we wanted. They are insanely flexible and thoughtful. The Hyatt is gorgeous and the pool areas are stunning! All of our guests raved about all the things to do and how beautiful everything was.

Kelsey E. Holloway, Event Sales Manager and Wedding Specialist, was the main reason my daughter inlaw & I picked the Hyatt Regency. Kelsey is very professional, has extremely strong organizational and communications skills. Kelsey listened and followed through on everything without being asked twice. She provided suggestions to make the events better. Also Hyatt's list of vendors were very helpful and we only used vendors on the recommended list.

Kelsey is a rock star and represents Hyatt Regency extremely well. Kelsey not only met my expectations - she exceeded them each and every time - and I have high expectations. I only hope my other son picks the Hyatt so Kelsey can be the coordinator for his wedding!

The reception captain Phil was at both our Welcome Event and Wedding Reception and continuously checked in with me through both events - well done. The food was outstanding both nights. The mashed potato martini bar Friday night was a big hit!! The grouper, beef tenderloin and prime rib were cooked to perfection and the presentation was great!

All our 100 guests traveled to Florida for the wedding and spent between 5 to 3 days at the resort. The resort offered activities for the kids 3, 4, 7 and 8 and the kids who are 26 to 35 and even the over 50 crowd had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone to do and they never had to leave the property.

Blocking rooms was easy and the weekly reports I received from Jamie helped me confirm our guests had all made reservations.

I give the whole experience a 20 on a scale of 10 being outstanding!

STOP looking for any other venue for your wedding! THIS is your place! Planning the wedding from over 1,000 miles away, Megan was absolutely everything we could have asked for. She was attentive, was able to answer all of our questions, and was timely to address any concern we had in planning from afar. Our 'planning trip' prior to the wedding solidified our decision. From the chef's at the food tasting to the coffee shop barista's, everyone made us feel so special and genuinely excited about planning the day. Once we arrived for the wedding - Sammy welcomed us at the front door with a smile and attentive to taking care with our belongings, including the wedding dress :). Megan was quick to meet with us and from that point forward, we had no more wedding planning stressors - she took ALL of the details, in which she knew down to a T - and made it happen! The time she took to really get to know us, and what our daughter wanted her 'once in a lifetime day' to look like and made it happen. Wedding day - the AWE staff were amazing to ensure everyone got the island for the celebration - many guests commented on how friendly the captain and crew were during the boat ride. Courtney and his team serving our dinner had everything so well planned - we didn't have to think about a thing. This truly was the wedding of our daughter's dreams and with Megan and the entire team at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, we were able to make her dream come true.

Its taken me a few weeks to write a review because there are just not enough words. First and foremost Thank you to the whole staff but especially Mike! Mike Dolch made my wedding perfect! Everything about the Hyatt was amazing. We have no complaints from the planning process to execution everything was perfect. The Hyatt has beautiful scenery, the food was spectacular, Phillip the banquet manager made it a point to make sure drinks and appetizers were provided to the bridal party and family while we were taking pictures as well as doing other little things throughout to make sure we were taken care of. Mike was SPECTACULAR. He is an asset to this hotel and the event department, I cannot speak highly enough about him and his team, they will make your wedding everything you could ever want and more. The food was spectacular, we still have guests telling us how great everything was. I cannot recommend this location enough!

The Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point went above and beyond our expectations! From the moment my husband and I walked in we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. One would think being from NY and having a destination wedding would be difficult but Megan made the whole process so easy. They were so accommodating with everything that we needed. Our rehearsal dinner venue let us know they double booked us 3 weeks before the wedding and Megan and the Hyatt came through with an even better rehearsal dinner venue and meal. We had our ceremony on the beach and I had a little bit of anxiety with how things were going to work out with all the vendors and the coordination of getting on boats, but Megan made everything run so smoothly. She was the absolute best! This is definitely a 5 star venue! All of our guests raved about the beauty of the hotel as well as how delicious the food was. If I could do it all again I would do it there in a heart beat!

Couldn't have asked for a better location to have our destination wedding. The hotel is beautiful and everything turned out amazing. Megan and Jaime were great. We opted to have stations for dinner so that everyone could choose what they wanted to eat and the food was AWESOME. I still have family and friends talking about the food and how great it all turned out. We had such an awesome time that we are talking about making it a yearly adventure. Thanks for everything!

I do not even know where to begin in regards to how PERFECT the Hyatt at Coconut point made my wedding. From the planning all the way through until the morning after, it was the most incredible experience. We worked with Megan Hough and she was the reason that my wedding was flawless. She made sure that we got the best 'bang for our buck' and I can honestly say I had no worries or stress from a few days before my wedding, all the way through my wedding reception. She was always available and every suggestion she made, I took because it was incredible and I would never have even thought of it!! Megan made us feel like we were the most important people on the planet. I have never experienced such wonderful service in my life. Jamie Wylie was in charge of our room block and did an incredible job of meeting the needs and requests of all of our guests, which I can imagine was not an easy task. She even was able to add rooms the day of, which I didn't think would be possible! As far as the night of, Phil was our captain and he was like a magician! Every time my drink was half empty, Phil was there with a fresh one and was constantly checking in with my family to see what we needed. He was never intrusive, but always there when needed. Some of our guests even changed their dinner order after seeing how incredible the filet was presented, and Phil was able to accommodate them, no questions asked. My guests keep describing our wedding as better than any New Years Eve party they have even been to and we can thank Megan, Jamie, Phil, and the Hyatt at Coconut Point for that!

Every single person was a delight to work with at the Hyatt, however, I am going to miss working with Megan! She was responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our clients. As a coordinator, she looked at me as part of her team and made it a lovely working relationship. As for the venue itself, it is gorgeous and my clients and the guest are still raving about the experience. I hope to work with Megan and the staff at the Hyatt again soon!

Though I am still in the information gathering phase of venue selection, I want to give kudos to Megan Hough from this Hyatt. She has been so on point with communication and so helpful in general. After a few emails back and forth we scheduled a Skype session (I live in France), and Megan spent more than an hour talking me through all the details I ought to consider in my ceremony/reception planning. For instance, she walked me through a potential wedding day/night timeline, appropriately questioning whether my desire for a sunset beach ceremony really meant vows in front of the setting sun or group photos in front of the setting sun. Fair point - sunsets only last minutes, technically. Incidentally, this Hyatt has a private island for beach ceremonies, which is what really drew me to the resort in the first place.

Anyway, I really feel like any betrothed-to-be is in great hands with Megan!

Megan is very attentive and really listened to what we wanted. She accommodated us whenever possible which made it so much easier to plan a destination wedding. She was also so kind and prompt with her communication with us even when we would call her 3-4 times a day! Megan was always positive and cheerful in every interaction. Our wedding was beautiful! I had the most amazing wedding at the Hyatt Regency. Megan was so wonderful to work with, I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Stephany Hall was wonderful. She was very thorough, specific and thoughtful in all stages of the planning. We knew every detail prior to the event. She was present the evening of the event and participated first hand in the set up and the event itself. Little extras such as special lighting suddenly appeared without supplementary charge. We did not plan on food for the DJ and his assistant but the staff provided dinner for them.
The food was excellent. We had eaten in the Hyatt restaurant twice in the months before the wedding and while the cuisine was good, it was not special. The fare at the wedding was special. It was excellent. Every aspect of the meal was perfectly done and of the highest quality. we were very pleasantly surprised.
The open bar accommodated the guests amply and the waiters brought wine to the table go the guests who requested it. The table service was excellent.
There was no aspect of our event that was even in the slightest way a disappointment. We were delighted.

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point made our daughter and son in law's wedding an absolutely incredible event start to finish. Mike Dolch and his team are professional and great at what they do. The Royal Palm Courtyard was a beautiful spot for the outdoor ceremony and extra effort was made to keep the area private for us and our guests. The Hyatt's Calusa Ballroom is a beautiful space made even more spectacular with decor and flowers. The Banquet team was amazing and the food was outstanding!! Any of our guests who stayed at the Hyatt were raving about the hotel. We highly recommend this venue along with Mike and his talented team!!

Our wedding is scheduled for May 2016 and I am so happy with the location. We had our food/cake tasting and everything was fabulous! Michael is wonderful to work with and answers questions in a timely fashion. The resort is beautiful. More to follow after our wedding in May!

I cannot say enough about this venue! Mike and his team were unreal. Everyone was responsive, caring, flexible and worked like they would as if it was their own family getting married. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day so memorable. The hotel and it's amenities are beautiful. Our family were all raving about the Hyatt!

This is the most amazing venue and vacation spot. We had a destination wedding and 75 of our friends and family attended. We made it in a week long vacation and celebration. Our friends and family have told us numerous times that this was the best wedding they have EVER been too. Service, food, and ambiance was amazing. Krystle the coordinator is absolutely incredible.

Being from NY, our expectations were very high for a wedding venue. My wife is Sicilian, and that comes with large extravagant parties. Krystal & Michelle did a great job. The entire process we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration. This is one of the only places in SWFL that allows a customized plated dinner that our guests order when they arrive at the reception. The food was out of this world. The resort, while a little pricey, did not disappoint. The overall value was more than we expected. My wife and I will be back there for our one year anniversary to celebrate, as we know how fantastic they are.

We worked with Krystle and she was amazing! First of all, we wanted to have a customized ethnical menu which they didn't have before and their chef had to make it specially for us. The food was amazing! Our guests were really happy and surprised with the mixture of Polish and Dominican cuisine. They also assisted with set-up. We didn't have a wedding coordinator, however, Krystle and her team put everything together just as my vision was. Very pleased! Thank you!

The little touches provided took our experience over the top for us, we would most definitely recommend them to friends and family. This rating is specifically geared towards the event planner there, Mike Dolch! Absolutely amazing person, professional, creative, and very flexible and understanding. Due to broken promises and a wedding that would have taken place in a construction zone, the Burrough's Home was perfectly fine with that but we were not so we had to unexpectedly move our wedding venue TEN days prior to the wedding to the Coconut Hyatt. Thankfully when we called with such short notice, Mike said that our wedding day was still available and he would do whatever it takes to still make this a memorable wedding day. He did an amazing job of working with what we gave him and pulling this together in seriously less than 10 days. When the wedding day came, it was as if we had been planning to use this venue for a year. Absolutely thankful, blessed, and could not thank this man more for his professionalism and all around good heart.

If there is one place you think you should get married, it should be here! I can't even begin to express my love of this venue and the people that work there. Krystle was my event planner and from the first time I called her to the day of the wedding, she answered. She became a friend in the process. She's meticulous and organized and the best in her field. The selection of ceremony sites is overwhelming and all are gorgeous. The rooms were incredible and Jamie was so on top of helping me fill my block of 10 rooms and gave me the most gorgeous suite to get ready in with the best views of the resort! Everyone from the valet to the check in to the servers and bartenders were incredible. My wedding went without a hitch because of the professionalism and the genuine care these people have. There is no way in the world you could possibly be disappointed in the staff here and the venue. For me, it was the perfect wedding and everything I could have ever dreamed and wished for, because of them.

Krystle Montanez helped me plan my wedding at the Hyatt on 12/28 and saying that she did an amazing job would be an understatement. Absolutely everything was perfect. She was great with communication by responding to every little detail in emails and basically pulled Everything together the day of the wedding. After the wedding Everyone told me and my husband how perfect the wedding was from the delicious food ( amazing hor d'oeuvres!!!!) to all of the decoration which thanks to krystle was set up perfectly. Nobody could get over how GORGEOUS this location was...really beautiful. Ceremony was on belvedere terrace and the backdrop was perfect!!! I got a million compliments and it was thanks to the amazing vendors (Krystle, officiant Dan Lamey, DJ Jim dalia, and 41 photo and video).

Having my wedding at the Hyatt coconut point was the best decision. It was perfect. With any of the vendors mentioned above, you will not be disappointed!

The Hyatt made our dreams come true! With a last minute venue switch it was difficult to find somewhere that had our date open only 4 months before our wedding! Mike (head of events) made our dreams a reality- he was so responsive and organized, it made the wedding planning process so easy. The venue was BEAUTIFUL and the food was amazing (we created our own menu!) - the staff was beyond flexible and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team!!

We are getting married at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs Florida. We are having our Ceremony and Reception at the hotel. Their responsiveness to every request, their professionalism and their amazing staff are why I would recommend them to anyone looking to get married on the West Coast of Florida. Mike is amazing to work with and has been such a pleasure the entire planning process. I never thought I would be able to afford to get married at the Hyatt, but their flexibility to work with you and your budget made my dreams come true. The wedding cannot come soon enough! And their recommended vendors - have all been truly amazing! They are the complete package!

This resort is the most beautiful place for a wedding or event. We had our wedding there and it was done so perfectly for start to finish. Krystle Montanez was our wedding coordinator. She did an excellent job and let nothing to chance. Our event went off without a wrinkle and ALL of our guests were so impressed with our wedding and this venue. We had guests fly in and stay at this spectacular property. Krystle made the planning and execution of this gala affair go so smoothly that we could hardly believe it. Positively nothing was a problem for her and she always had a smile on her face. He event was reasonably priced and there was not a complaint from any of our guests. Their staff are the ultimate professionals and most accommodating. The resort has many photogenic places for those special photos without leaving the grounds. Check it out for a long weekend or lunch or dinner and ask for Krystle. You wouldn't be disappointed.

We knew immediately upon entering the Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point that it was the right place for our wedding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and every detail is well designed and modern. It also offered everything that our out-of-town guests could want or need for their weekend trips. We worked mainly with Michael Dolch and his assistant Marli, as well as with Erin in group bookings. Everyone was fantastic to work with, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Mike was a true professional. He has a wonderful personality and we really enjoyed our time with him!! We were so impressed with every aspect of our wedding - the food, the service, the Presidential suite (which we were so lucky to stay in for our wedding). We also hosted a day-after brunch which was so delicious!! My husband and I were so sad to leave the Hyatt. Luckily we only live about 20 minutes away so I'm sure we'll be back to visit many times to celebrate anniversaries!! Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt for making our wedding day PERFECT, and if anyone lives in the Naples, Bonita area, there is not a better place to host your wedding or event!!!

The place is a little slice of heaven. There isn't a single place on the property that isn't beautiful. I had one minor issue that was handled promptly by Mike D (he's wonderful, too); don't even remember what it was because they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. Krystal was our coordinator and is AMAZING at what she does. I take the back. She is the BEST; LOVE her! I was pregnant & hormonal throughout the whole planning process, and she catered to everything I needed or asked of her. So much that I literally felt like I was her only client. That is true professionalism. Our wedding was flawless & perfect. Can't wait to go back in July!!

I recently had my destination wedding at the Hyatt and would highly recommend it to any bride. Mike Dolch and his team (in particular Phil) were amazing from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at the Hyatt- they are polite and accommodating to not only you- but all your guests. The place itself is beautiful at any location you choose to have your wedding. It is convenient to the Ft. Myers airport for out of town guests staying here- the rooms have all recently been renovated and are modern and clean. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Hyatt- and all of our guests felt the same way.

I would recommend the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point to everyone! Their service was OUTSTANDING! Every staff member knew exactly who we were and treated us like royalty! The Hyatt is the only place we will ever stay from now on!

The day of the wedding was flawless. They were very attentive and treated us wonderfully. I did not feel that the rest of the hotel staff was as attentive though, and they have been a bit unprofessional in regards to additional billing since our wedding. Be very careful when signing a contract with them. We had to make several changes to ours. They set a minimum of how much you have to spend, and they made our minimum for $3,000.00 more than it should have been. Luckily we caught it before signing. I think if they would work on how they treat their wedding guests during their stay, and be more up front on what they are charging you for, it would be the ideal wedding venue.

Krystle was such a wonderful person to work with! She stayed on top of everything and made sure I was getting things done on time. They Hyatt was such a great help with everything and I couldn't have pulled off the best New Years Eve Party/Wedding without all their help! Absolutely beautiful location and amazing staff. I used the salon for my hair and they were Perfect! The food was amazing and the bartenders were the best! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel reception instead of the boring country clubs around here!

When my search for a venue started I was so excited but thought it could be a little stressful, as I had looked a bit online and wasn't thrilled with anything I had seen. My first stop was the Hyatt and the second I walked in I knew that was it, sure enough we got the paperwork, talked it over and booked it the next day. The Hyatt is so classy and elegant, the staff is outstanding and the wedding coordinators are the best. I worked with Krystle Wong and she was a life saver. She understood every concern I had throughout planning was there any time I needed someone to keep my sane and made sure that day, Well the whole weekend was perfect for my Husband and I. The Hyatt also provided my cake which was an absolute success, from the look to the taste of each different tier it was perfect. The food was outstanding (I actually crave some of it still) getting married at the Hyatt, working with Krystle and their teams made my day a true Dream come True.

Mike Dolch and his staff at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa were PHENOMENAL! From the banquet room and the food, to the drinks and the laughter, Mike and his staff were joys to work with.

Ted and I checked in to the honeymoon suite on a Friday. Mike had beers delivered to our room for us. We spent the entire day at the pool on Saturday, and the outside pool staff continued to make sure everyone we were with was smiling and having a good time. Then at night, we had a Meet N Greet, that was suppose to be outside by the pool, but it started to rain. Within minutes, the party was changed in doors, and everyone was eating, drinking, laughing, and having a great time.

The day of the wedding, Sunday, Mike visited me and my bridesmaids upstairs, to make sure we had bagels, fruits, and mimosas. Then he brought me up a little surprise, a signed Bobby Bowden football, from when he was at the Hyatt a few weeks back - when Mike snuck me in and I got to meet him!!!! He was saving it for me!

And finally it was time to leave for the church. I was so nervous to walk down the isle with my daddy, because we were both going to be crying messes. So Mike offered to fluff my dress and "push" us down the isle! So sure enough, Mike was there at the church, ready to do that duty. And I will NEVER forget him for that.

The reception was amazing between Tonya Maley's photography, Ed Russo's flowers, and The Powerhouse Band. It was my far the greatest day of our lives. I love everyone there with all of my heart! Thank you so much again!

Michael Dolch and The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point did an amazing job with my daughter, Sonne Haney McDonald's, wedding...all the way down to the last detail. The staff and vendors all work together in unison so no "glitches" or pauses in the event. The ball rooms are tastefully decorated to fit any theme and the grounds are impeccable. I wanted to enjoy my daughter's wedding since my husband had just unexpectedly passed and taking on a wedding alone was overhwhelming. I checked in on Thursday, handed over all of our decorations and checked out on Monday. It was stress free, beautiful and memories that will last a lifetime! Many many friends and families attending our wedding event made their vacation at The Hyatt that week. This facility makes an event like a fairytale. I cannot commend Michael Dolch and his staff enough for all of the personal touches, suggestions and cooperation in such a professional manner. I highly recommend this location and staff for a perfect, hassle free experience for your special event.

Thanks to the Hyatt Coconut Point, our wedding day was the most beautiful day! Lindsey is wonderful to work with. She is attentive, organized, calm, responsive. The food was fantastic and all the people who attended our wedding are still raving about how amazing the cake was. My wife and I found a gold mine when we visited the Hyatt. Our decision was made as soon as we saw the wonderful views they provided. Stephanie was absolutely incredible! My wife and i had sooo many questions, Stephanie was there to answer everything. She helped with some intricate details of our big day, most importantly she nearly put my wife’s mind as ease, something that’s hard to do lol. Our only setback was the food, we felt like it could have been better. Our chicken was phenomenal, while the waffles were soggy from the steam after being cover prior to serving. A side from that, there’s not a better venue to celebrate your love in all of Florida. They also went above and beyond to make things right, after they found out we weren’t too happy with some of the food. Amazing customer service, and we were glad for it.

We had our wedding here last week and we were truly in love with the venue. Even a couple weeks after Hurricane Irma, the venue was brought back to its former beauty and everything was perfect. Stephany and Phil were absolutely amazing and ensured our day and night was perfect. The food was incredible, service was top par, and the staff did an incredible job accommodating several guests with different dietary restrictions. I highly suggest this venue!

The Hyatt was exceptional in tending to all of our needs. Mike Dolch was our wedding coordinator and the steps he took to go above and beyond to ensure our happiness was second to none. All of our guests LOVED the resort and were so impressed with all the amenities. Overall, if I could do it all over again, there is no other place I would go. Worth every penny.

I am so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Hyatt. Having a destination wedding I was worried about picking a location that would be too far from the airport and hard to find by our of town guest, but this was the perfect medium. The property is stunning and it was such an easy commute for our guests. Mike was our event coordinated and he was great! He really made the entire experience easy and beautiful. (He even upgraded our Suite the night of the wedding and gave us one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I've ever stayed in). We also couldn't have asked for a more wonderful banquet manager the night of our wedding. I've never been made to feel so special. We are definitely going back for our anniversary this year; and hope to make a tradition of doing so. :)

We had our wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point this past weekend and it was AMAZING. First of all, Krystle is the absolute best - so easy to work with and ensured that our day was perfect! Our reception was under a tent in the Royal Palm Courtyard - which was gorgeous! It rained that day, and the staff at the Hyatt did everything they could so you would not even notice the weather! The food was amazing, the service was amazing and everyone had a great time. Really - it was perfect and I can not say enough about how wonderful our day was. Not to mention, our guests LOVED staying at the Hyatt. So much to do, so pretty - so great. All in all a WONDERFUL experience. I wouldn't change a thing!

The resort is private and beautiful, and so everything has a lovely backdrop. All the staff was very professional and looked genuinely happy to be there. I don't think I've ever had better food than at our reception.

The staff at the Hyatt will make you feel like royalty! They would keep bringing our drinks to us so we never had to go to the bar at the reception. We had champagne waiting for us in our room. A room is included in the package. The property is gorgeous and we had so much fun the day after our wedding at the pools!

Hyatt Coconut Point Resort & Spa was the perfect venue for our dream wedding in December 2015! It is a stunning property with various beautiful venue options. Our Hyatt wedding co-ordinator Krystle Montanez was superb. (Krystle now has taken another position with another Hyatt property).

Our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all were hosted at Hyatt. Our rehearsal dinner was at beautiful Beveldere Terrace with the gorgeous fountains as a backdrop. Our ceremony and cocktail hour was at their private island and we were lucky to get a stunning sunset which we had dreamed for. Our reception was in one of their ballrooms back at the resort. The whole experience of taking boat to and back from the island was unique and fun!

All our events were beautifully executed. The staff were accommodating to our needs and owned up to any errors or mistakes they may have made through the process.

The resort was mostly booked out and was busy as there was a big conference taking place at the resort at the same time. We were nervous about getting enough privacy but we had no issues and Hyatt managed everything well. It wasn't disrupting except a few times we could hear the noise from the ballroom next door during our wedding reception.

All our wedding guests stayed at the resort and they all thought it was a fun and a relaxing weekend getaway for them. The slides were popular among the kids but also adults. The welcome drinks at the reception at the time of check-in was a pleasant surprise for everyone. Our wedding guests were from 14 states and 4 countries. It was amazing to have everyone staying at the same property as we got to catchup and spend time with most of our guests before or after the wedding day. Hyatt is also convenient to get to being just 20 mins away from Fort Myers airport.

We are thankful to Krystle and all other Hyatt staff who gave us one of the most beautiful memories of our life. Our wedding was just as we dreamt!

This is a beautiful venue and has many options for gorgeous weddings of any size indoors or out! Krystle is an amazing host and really makes sure your vision is carried out. She is enthusiastic and empathetic while also providing a sense of calm and a responsiveness to your needs that makes you feel confident throughout the entire planning process. She goes above and beyond making sure all outside vendors are on task and set to go. We plan to return to the Hyatt often!

We loved everything about the hotel, the atmosphere, the people, the food.... I was sold on the hotel with the private beach, when we went over after the ceremony we wanted to do family photos. As soon as we were done with the vows they got everyone up and rushed them to the boat. They told us we had to be quick with the family that we made stay back but we really felt rushed and didn’t get photos with member that we wanted to. Besides that everything went great, our family loved and is still raving about how well everything was there.

Amazing place to have a wedding. Expensive but worth it

The Hyatt is an AMAZING location. It was the perfect select for my wedding. I had countless guests come up and say it was the "best wedding weekend" they've ever experienced. What I heard from that was praise for the Hyatt because so many of our guests stayed at the hotel and most of our wedding events were there. In totality, the fact it is a resort with a large, professional staff makes everything run smoothly and really a top notch experience. It is expensive but to have the best wedding people have ever been to speaks volumes to the venue team that pulled it off.

The location was gorgeous! We had planned to get married at the Waterfall Pool Deck but the day of the wedding, the waterfall broke. Mike Dolch (coordinator at hotel) reimbursed us the $1,000 ceremony fee and let us use that area instead for our reception and provided the lighting for free. We did our ceremony under the Belvedere Terrace. It was so beautiful and perfect! I appreciated their flexibility with that.

We are from Toronto, Canada and we were visiting NAPLES, FL and decided to pop into the HYATT Coconut to check out the property to potentially faciliate our wedding. We were sold on HELLO!

We initially negotiated all terms and concept with Lindsey prior to her promotion to California. Kudos to Krystle for transitioning our wedding details so smoothly and professionaly. The days leading to our actual wedding, Krystle was my right had gal! She is fantastic. Any little glitch or hiccup she was on it! To be honest, we only had a couple of minor things. Other than that she knows how to faciliate, manage and smile through the entire wedding process.
Our out of town wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed the resort. Drinks flowing, food digested, sunshine on our wedding, beautiful photos taken on the property. We are thrilled that we selected the Hyatt Coconut as our venue of choice to be our home awasy from home on the most important day of our lives.

This was the absolute perfect place for our wedding! The service was impeccable. The ceremony was beautiful! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. They took care of everything. Above and beyond service!! We were really amazed. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place. And now we want to return every year for vacation.

The Hyatt is absolutely beautiful. We had our rehearsal dinner there and blocked rooms for our guests. We also stayed there before the wedding. Blocking rooms was very easy and they even gave us a personalized page and link to share with our guests so that they could get a discount.
The food at our rehearsal dinner was to die for. We were so impressed by the filet! We also had a welcome reception at the fire pit and loved having that space to spend time with our family and friends. The service at the events and during the resort stay was great. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. However, we did have trouble contacting some of our coordinators at the Hyatt throughout the planning process. Sometimes they were difficult to reach. We loved our events there, but definitely paid a premium for them. I would recommend the Hyatt, but you can tell that they have plenty of business and might not give the personalized attention of some smaller venues. Overall, we were happy and the photos we took there turned out great! The grounds are truly gorgeous and our guests enjoyed the resort.

The entire staff at the Hyatt were beyond wonderful in assisting with our wedding. After visiting the Hyatt, I knew this was an ideal location for our wedding weekend. There was so much to do for everyone, at any age. The food was fantastic, the cake was delicious. Crystal & Michelle in the events department were phenomenal to work with. My only gripe is that the manager of the bar was extremely rude to us throughout the weekend; based on the fact that we over took the bar for about 15 min after we did photos. Long story short, stay away from the miserable bar manager & you're event will be great.

If I could do my wedding over again, it would not be at this location. The property is absolutely gorgeous, but for the price of everything it is not worth it. The food was fair at best. To have my father not enjoy his meal he was paying for is disappointing. I would recommend having the ceremony here because it is beautiful but I would not recommend the Hyatt for the reception.

Beautiful grounds. Good wedding planner- did their best. It's definitely all corporate! Service was just ok. Felt like we were just another customer. Just another number in the pile of brides and grooms. The prices were extreme and not top quality. The bar choices were terrible. Hoped for better.
