  Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful this hotel was. We had a lot of out of town guests, and blocked rooms for them at the Hyatt Place (KCI). Kayela was wonderful to work with. She helped with booking snafu's. Everyone loved the hotel, and the friendly staff.
