    I highly recommend Hotel Indigo!

Cristen Dattoli, director of catering, was the absolute BEST! I catered weddings for four years prior to my current job so I have always been nervous to let someone else take that role when it came time for my day to come. Cristen was a sweetheart from the very beginning and was extremely accommodating. I had a million questions and concerns and Cristen made sure that everything ran smoothly. Not once throughout the wedding did I have to worry or think about anything other than enjoying myself! She made sure that all of our belongings were placed into storage after the wedding and organized everything back into the original boxes to make it easier the next morning. I highly recommend a wedding at hotel indigo. The cocktail hour service was absolutely beautiful on the outside patio and everyone was ravinggg about the cocktail hour food!! The only con that I have about the entire wedding was there was a HUGE issue with the way the steaks were cooked. (Heard this from almost every one of our guests that ordered it for dinner) Regardless of what “doneness” they requested, it arrived at the table rare beyond rare. Overall I would still recommend indigo for your special day!

    Perfect Venue!!

From my first phone call with Tiffany, I knew this was our place! It was exactly what we wanted, it had it all - a beautiful outdoor gazebo where we could have our ceremony, an area for our outdoor cocktail hour, a large reception room and dance floor with a bar, and a place for all our guests to stay and not worry about a thing! The service was top notch - Tiffany is the absolute BEST and helped us with everything we needed. My vision for the outdoor gazebo came to life with the help of my florist, wedding planner and Tiffany. It was even better than I had anticipated. The food was amazing - I still have people talking about how good it was and how much of it there was! Weather permitting, I highly recommend the outdoor wedding followed by cocktail hour and then going inside for the reception. Tiffany also worked with another vendor I used for draping on the gazebo and downstairs which can out PERFECT! We did half the reception room with dinner tables (we had a small wedding ~75 people) and on the other side we were able to set up a Photo Booth in one corner, couches along the wall for a lounge type feel, and a bar. We danced all night and had the best time - people are saying it was the most fun wedding they had ever been too :) Also, the day before the wedding we wanted to do a winery tour for our out of town guests staying at the hotel and Tiffany was able to help us out with that which worked out perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Indigo for all your wedding needs!

We used the hotel indigo to get ready for our wedding day and we also blocked rooms for our wedding guests there. We are so glad we did! Everyone was so professional and nice and went above and beyond for my husband and I on our wedding day! They even had an after party for us when we got back! Definitely recommend! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Tiffany and the hotel. Everyone went above and beyond for not just us but our guests as well. They were so accommodating. Everything was perfect. You cannot ask for more or get better service. Everyone who came and stayed, had nothing but amazing things to stay. You have to book here.

Tiffany made planning our daughters' wedding effortless from the beginning. She and Nadine were a pleasure to work with! From the moment we checked in at the hotel, the entire staff was very accommodating. Our family is still raving about the delicioeus food and trendy atmosphere of the venue. The celebration continued that night as friends and family gathered poolside, relaxing in front of the outdoor fireplace. Thank you all again for making their special day so memorable!

The staff at the hotel was excellent. They handled the event in a courteous and professional manner. The food was excellent and the catering manager arranged for several vegetarian meals to accommodate some of our guests needs. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more.

We could not have been happier with our wedding at the Indigo! Lauren and Tiffany worked tirelessly by our side to make sure the event went off without a hitch. Even when presented with obstacles they always had a solution, which in fact turned out even better than our original plan. The site was beautiful with its modern decor. The entire staff was beyond professional and gracious. I would recommend Indigo to any one looking to plan a wedding out on the Islands east end!

We had our wedding at Indigo East End on a Saturday in October with 132 guests. We had everything “in house”... our ceremony in the back, the cocktail hour in the restaurant, and the reception downstairs. Naturally, we had our concerns leading up to the wedding as any couple does. Before the wedding had even started we had accepted that some things would go wrong on our wedding day or look differently than we had envisioned, but we were just so shocked by how perfect everything looked and went the entire day. When it came down to it Tiffany and Lauren put together an amazing wedding for us. We were just really happy with everything from top to bottom.

Before booking we looked at a few different venues but we felt that the modern, clean, (and new!), look at Indigo was more of our taste rather than the older, floral carpeted wedding houses. We were also really intrigued by the idea of having everything take place all in one location (ceremony/reception/hotel).

We knew that we loved the design of the hotel and the wedding space, but our only concerns were with the size. After having cocktail hour almost entirely indoors and fitting 132 guests comfortably in the reception room, I now understand how they can fit 150 guests. There is an appropriate way to set everything up to accommodate a wedding party and it worked out better than we could have imagined.

My guests commented on how professional the whole staff was, and Tiffany and Lauren took care of us the entire day, from beginning to end. The food was excellent (so I am told, I was dancing or talking most of the time). The bridal suite was truly top of the line, you really need to see it to believe it.

When we booked our wedding we really didn’t find too much info online about Indigo since it is relatively new. We took a risk by getting married at a place without too much to go on. We are so happy that we took the risk because they really do a wonderful wedding there.

We used Hotel Indigo for our wedding room blocks and morning after brunch in April 2018. I worked with Lauren and Nadine and they were really sweet. We loved the fact it was dog friendly (my dog was in the wedding) and the boutique feel. My mom also got us the hospitality suite for getting ready. It was very spacious and comfortable. They brought breakfast to us too!! No major problems. Front desk staff was a tad slow and there seemed to be some confusion about whether our block “sold out” as opposed to “needed more rooms added,” but Lauren was prompt to clarify that with the staff and relay it to me. Brunch was delicious the next day. The ballroom looked beautiful. Highly recommend!!!!

I made a lower rating at the value category just because it was on Long Island and everything is more expansive than it needs to be. One little pet peeve; we're from western New York, not upstate. Otherwise, everyone worked well to make our event successful.

My husband and I needed to find a hotel to recommend to our wedding guests. I had never heard of Hotel Indigo, but my videographer recommended the hotel. It is different than any other hotel I have ever been to on Long Island. We went together one night with my mother-in-law to take a look. We fell in love with the decor and the outdoor area surrounding their heated outdoor pool. We ordered glasses of wine and sat outside by the fireplace. We learned that they had a restaurant on site and started considering it for our rehearsal dinner. The rooms are beautiful and while the rooms are not cheap neither are any of that area hotels that are not even half as nice as Hotel Indigo. The food for our rehearsal dinner was delicious everyone loved everything. The restaurant also has a great beer selection. My family and I are big drinkers so my only gripe was they had two waiters taking drink orders which wasn't enough for our party. The morning of the wedding I rented a private room for all of my girls to get ready. The room had multiple makeup stations and worked well so we could all get ready together. We had plenty of space instead of being cramped together in a hotel room. We ended up getting the bridal suite for our wedding night. We lucked out since they only have one suite, but the room worked perfectly. We took a lot of beautiful pictures in that room prior to heading to our reception location. Great service, amazing food and beautiful rooms. Not to mention the outdoor seating for the restaurant, outdoor fireplace and a heated outdoor swimming pool. The day after our wedding all of our friends waited for us outside by the pool to have breakfast. The restaurant which normally doesn't serve breakfast after 12 made an exception for us. The hotel was very accommodating.

We just had our wedding this past weekend at Hotel Indigo East End and it was fantastic! We had it booked for nearly two years because we loved the idea of a "destination" wedding without asking anyone to take a plane. There were two key aspects of Hotel Indigo - the hotel itself and its group sales person Lauren. Both were splendid and did amazing jobs.

First let's talk about Lauren. She was amazing. She was incredibly responsive, amazingly helpful and willing to work with us despite whatever changes we might've had. She was fantastic when it came to our guests and what we needed throughout the process, coordinated with their sister hotel to ensure we had enough rooms in the blocks and most importantly was patient and willing to help us come up with solutions to potential problems.

Now the hotel itself. It's right off the Long Island Expressway so its easy to get to but it is FAR out east. There really isn't much out there in the nearby area. Some of our guests played golf (though I'm not sure where), others went to Tanger Outlets (which is right next door) but other than that, there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is small(ish) with only 100 rooms but we booked 55 or so of them and it made the weekend that much more fun for us - having most of the hotel to our party. There's only one ballroom - which is great because you will be the ONLY wedding taking place at the hotel - and one restaurant (which we rented out for the cocktail hour). The food was AMAZING. Seriously, our guests loved it and it was so delicious no matter what we had (we had the rehearsal dinner at the restaurant as well).

My husband and I got married in the area and used Hotel Indigo as our hotel block for about 80 of our guests. We were extremely unhappy with our experience with the hotel. The day before the wedding, we dropped off welcome gifts for our guests and I was promised by the front desk they would have them out on the counter during the hours our guests will be checking in. The gifts were completely forgotten about by all staff. We ended up taking the majority of them home because they the time we realized the next morning they were never put out, our guests were already checked out.

Also, both my parents and the parents of the groom had complaints that they were treated poorly upon checking in after the wedding. Not even a fridge was thrown in for the parents to keep the top of our wedding cake - after an extremely large number of rooms were booked from us, and afterhours food and drinks were ordered from the at the bar until 3:30AM. It was very embarrassing.

There are a few other hotels in the area...I would avoid this one at all costs.
