Eilat worked with me on a very unique request! I got married in a replica of an ancient Greek garden, so I asked her to make me a Roman flammeum instead of a traditional veil. Eilat worked tirelessly to find the perfect fabric - a red ombre tissue silk with gold thread! The veil picked up all the fall colors of my autumn garden wedding and absolutely MADE MY DAY! I got so many compliments - even from some of the more conservative attendees that I was sure would be scandalized by my display of color! This veil won everyone over and was the topic of conversation at every table at the reception! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! You made my day perfect! I highly recommend honeycomb veils. I was looking for a very specific fabric for my veil. I found a designer version but it was $1200. Eliat created a version for me for 1/8th the price. When my dress arrived a few weeks before my wedding I saw that the ivory was a lot darker than I thought it would be and the veil would not match. I emailed Eliat in a panic. In one week she found a similar material in the darker color, made me a new one, and had it shipped to me! Honeycomb is great for the bride looking for a unique custom veil at a fair price.

Honeycomb veils was amazing, just amazing to work with! I knew I wanted a light pink veil, and she was so excited about this prospect, and so resourceful- she perfectly made my dream veil a reality- she incorporated all of my ideas (I had gorgeous pomegranates on my veil, and beading) and gave me many fabric and bead options to choose from. She was warm, positive, and extremely quick to reply to my emails and phone calls. She is extremely reasonably priced and professional- my veil was made quickly and beautifully. I loved wearing it so much, and I got so many complements on it, that I wore it all night, and it stayed beautiful through 5 hours of dancing!!! :)

I originally found Honeycomb Veils while looking for a not too expensive veil. I was able to go see it in Brooklyn, and I bought it right away! Eilat mentioned she was also a seamstress, so I brought my beloved Henry Roth dress back to her a few months later. She was AMAZING at working with the hemming, removal of some of the satin and crinoline, and she was able to work with the intricate lace and beading of the dress. She also found an amazing lace for flutter sleeves that matched the dress perfectly!

The dress was BEAUTIFUL, and Eilat also presented me with a new veil she had made to match the dress! The comb included beads from my dress from the extra fabric after hemming. Additionally, she was able to take it in for me with very short notice in about a week.

I looked forward to all of my visits to the studio and felt stunning in both my gown and veil on my wedding day

I had the best experience working with Eilat and Honeycomb Veils. I purchased a gorgeous floor length Mantilla veil for my wedding this past July from her. She was so helpful, and even offered to create a whole new veil for me (with only 3 weeks until the big day) if I felt that the one she sent was too long for my dress. In the end, it was beyond perfect, and so many people told me how "timeless" it looked.
