  Great service and easy to work with!

  Denise and Jessie were wonderful to work with at the DoubleTree Ann Arbor North. We reserved a block of rooms for our wedding and used the hotel's shuttle service to transport guests to our wedding venue a few miles away (at a reasonable cost). If ever there was a question or issue that needed to be fixed, Denise and Jessie were quick to respond and answer or resolve the question. Our guests also appreciated the ease of booking a hotel, using the shuttle, and experiencing good and friendly service.

  Amazing service. Best sales and catering Team in the Ann Arbor area.

  This hotel made sure everything was perfect for my fiance and I. The food was exceptional, the hotel was great for out of town guests, the kids enjoyed the pool, and game room. Everything was just amazing! I cannot say enough great things about our sales and catering team. They went above and beyond. I would recommend this venue for anyone! Thanks Holiday Inn for making our wedding great! #TheTuckers 4-20-19

  We hosted our wedding reception at the Holiday Inn near the University of Michigan this summer, and it was a beautiful venue! Renovations just finished, so we had new carpet, light fixtures, ect in the ballroom. The staff were flexible, easy to work with, and never told us no. It's an all inclusive package so we did not have to worry about anything from decorating the room, to food and alcohol. The food and drinks were great and Robin did a great job ensuring everything was done exactly how we asked. The only niche in the system was that they threw away my cake stand which I had a deposit on. No questions asked, they refunded my card immediately and corrected the mistake. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a beautiful but not ridiculously priced venue in Ann Arbor.
