  Absolute best!

  Jenny was hands down the best photographer for our wedding! She flew in from Washington to come to our wedding and was so easy to work with. She was communicative and accommodating! We loved working with her. She was patient and had a fantastic creative vision! It made our lives easy and we got phenomenal pictures. Thank you, Jenny!

  Amazing quality of photos and awesome personality

  Jenny did such an amazing job of capturing our perfect day! She was so easy to work with and made everything so laid back. The quality of the pictures are breathtaking and on top of everything, Jenny created the perfect slideshow so we can show our friends and family at our reception back home.

  Best Photographer Ever!!!!!

  We had the pleasure of working with Jenny for our wedding pictures and family pictures at our destination wedding in Hawaii. She is amazing!!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would. She’s so friendly and made our family feel comfortable and even when it was really windy she got the most perfect shots. I wish I could take her everywhere with me so I could always look as great as she made me look.
  
  Now we can look back on our day and remember how great everything was, and we can feel all the happiness we felt in those pictures.
  
  Thank you Jenny you were the absolute perfect choice!!!!

  Jenny is the absolute best! She captured my fiance and I's engagement photos and I could not be more in love with them! We were worried the entire thing would be awkward, but Jenny is so fun and calming, she made the whole thing a breeze. She helped us decide on a wonderful spot and walked me through which part of my wardrobe would be best for which area. We're new to Washington and our entire family back home in Texas was jealous of the beautiful scenery after seeing our photos. I have gotten so many compliments on them and we used them for our save the dates. She gave a sneak peek right after our shoot and the entire album was sent to us before we even knew it. They could not have turned out any more perfect! Thanks so much Jenny!

  Jenny is AMAZING! We had her photograph an engagement session as well as our wedding and I couldn’t be happier with how the photographs turned out. She is very organized and personable, you can tell she really cares about capturing your personality and exceeding expectations. She made plenty of time to meet with us throughout the process and to make sure she knew what we wanted and also suggested poses and backdrops we would never have thought of that ended up being some of our favorite photos. On the day of our wedding, she was able to wrangle our large wedding party (13 attendants and two small children) as well as both families efficiently and effectively. We got all of the photos we wanted and many more without stress or sacrificing time with our guests to do so. The photos themselves are absolutely stunning and everything you could ever want from a professional photographer. Jenny makes quick work of editing so you don’t have to wait long for your gallery and the printer she uses is also very reasonably priced and produces a high quality product. I’ve had portraits done before where you have to spend a small fortune to get only one or two shots printed, but this is definitely not the case with J. Hodges. Jenny captured so much love and excitement, we will truly cherish her work for the rest of our lives!

  I am not a talented enough writer to fully express just how AMAZING Jenny and J Hodges Photography are!!! She is the best photographer I could ever imagine working with. Her photography speaks for itself, it is simply stunning. She photographed my wedding as well as a boudoir session my wife gave me as a wedding present. Everything turned out perfectly, we cried when we saw how beautiful they are. All of our guests are still gushing about how amazing our photos are! And this is just mentioning her artistic talent, she is also the most sweet and friendly person to work with. She is always calming, even in the chaos of family wedding photos, and was instrumental in my wife and I enjoying our wedding day and finding time to really reflect and appreciate the day. At every stage, from our initial interview through when we received our photos after the wedding, including all planning and the wedding day, she was everything we could ever ask for (and we were NOT an easy client, I assure you). There is no question, she is the ONLY photographer we will ever hire from now on.

  So comfortable to be around, fantastic eye for photos, and easy to work with!
  
  Photography was one of the most important wedding details to me, but my husband hates having his photo taken. So, I was on a quest to find a photographer who not only took incredible photos filled with emotion, but also that my husband was comfortable with. Jenny met with us several times before our wedding to genuinely get to know us. She homed in on what was important to us and what made us unique as a couple. My husband was never uncomfortable around her and they became fast friends.
  
  Sometimes having a photographer in your face all day long can seem forced and awkward, but not with Jenny. She fit right into our crowd and felt like another family friend in the room. She was responsive and flexible to our needs, we got our photos so quick compared to all my other friends who’ve been married, and we so cherish the images she captured. Jenny is the best and I highly recommend her!

  Jenny is a pleasure to work with! She takes the time to get to know each couple and their wants! I love that she sends you a preview of your pictures only a couple days after the session. Her photography is a true talent and her work is great and not to mention she was my favorite and kindest vendor I had ever worked with!

  All I can say is WOW!!! Jenny is amazing. I am typically very very picky about my pictures and editing / manipulating them to enhance every detail. From the beginning Jenny said I could come over to her studio and sit by her side and explain exactly how and what I wanted edited. I figured I would be spending hours with her tweaking each picture. However, that is NOT necessary because the pictures she took of my wedding are flawless!!
  
  She is SUPER friendly, very energetic, and loves her job. I have a very noisy active group and Jenny was able to keep everyone's focus and capture all the bridal party shots very quickly after the ceremony.
  
  We left the day after our wedding for our honeymoon in Mexico. Jenny was one of the first people I texted that Sunday to let her know how much we appreciated her. At one point during our wedding night, my husband looked at me and said "I think you have a definite winner with Jenny." We were both very pleased with her professionalism and warm personality. She truly went over and beyond and surpassed all my expectations (which is very difficult to do when it comes to pictures of me!)

  J Hodges Photography is the best! The photography packages are affordable and worth every penny. Jen goes out of her way to make everybody comfortable and there were lots of laughs throughout the day. The turnaround on the photos is also amazing, as soon as the wedding was over we had a couple of sneak peek photos available! We were able to see a few of the photos the same day! How awesome is that?
  Another amazing thing about the packages at J Hodges Photography is that there are no "time limits." With most photographers, you get 4-6 hours to squeeze everything in, but Jen was there as long as we needed her and we weren't forced to rush through everything.
  My wedding day went by so fast and as a bride there was a lot that I missed. Jen was there every step of the way to see what I couldn't see that day. Now my husband and I enjoy looking through the wonderful photos and reliving the day again and again in ways we couldn't see before. That is the best kind of wedding gift.
  You couldn't go wrong with J Hodges Photography, and we can't imagine what our wedding day would have been like without her there. She's that great!

  I used J Hodges Photography for a post wedding shoot - she was so flexible on time to meet, and made the shoot a lot of fun! I didn't have a whole lot of ideas of shots I wanted, and she stepped in and gave some great ideas and they were perfect pictures, and so creative. I could not have asked for better photos.

  Jenny did an amazing job on my "Trash the Dress" photos. I was married a couple of years before our session and just wanted to have fun with my wedding dress. It seems like after you get married, your dress just sits in the closet forever collecting dust, and I wanted to get more out of it. Jenny went beyond photographing me, she turned me into a work of art. I love the settings she chose and the way she was able to tell a story with the photos. We ended up running the whole gamut of fun, sassy shots, to romantic to just beautiful. I love them all! With Jenny, you're getting an outstanding photographer for great price - WELL worth it.

  Normally when I get pictures taken of me, I feel uncomfortable and awkward because I'm not used to being in "the spotlight," so naturally I'm stiff and uptight in most of my photos. However, Jenny's friendly approach made me feel so comfortable that I was able to relax, and enjoy myself during our session rather than count the minutes until it was done. Her personality made it really easy for me to feel natural and her fun demeanor made my smiles genuine. I have never felt more comfortable getting my picture taken than when I was with Jenny, and the results of the shoot were truly stunning...(I mean, I look GOOD! haha) I can't thank her enough for such a great experience!
