Hiland Park is worth it for the food and team alone. No one wants traditional dinner anymore. Do yourself the favor and go with the Modern Package. No matter what happens at your wedding, this is what your guests will love the most. We had the amazing pleasure of working with Kasia and Matt as our day of coordinator and lead attendant and to me (the groom) I could not ask for more professional, accommodating and fast acting team. No day goes without issues but they handled everything so swiftly you’d think they planned it. Our wedding was greater than anything I could have imagined and there is no way any other venue could have delivered what Hiland did. Thank you Hiland team for our special day!

BEST Wedding Venue EVER !!!
I would HIGHLY recommend Hiland Park Country Club as your wedding venue!! Hiland made all of our wedding dreams come to life!! They’re extremely accommodating going over every detail beforehand & putting it all together for your special day! Anything you’d like to bring in they can do for you from signs to pictures or any other items you’d like out on display. I had the pleasure of working with Rachael who is a sweet, friendly, warm welcoming manager who was able to truly bring our vision to life. She has an incredible team with Kasia & Matt that are both extremely helpful throughout the day, especially Matt who was able to attentively check up on you throughout the day to see if there was anything you & your spouse needed. Hiland has a gorgeous outdoor golf course ceremony space as well as a beautiful indoor ceremony space surrounded by giant open windows over looking the golf course. The cocktail hour is a stunningly rustic room with brick walls, fairy lights, & a cozy fireplace. The food is absolutely outstanding from the various food options during cocktail our to the main course for dinner in the ballroom. The reception ballroom is a beautifully elegant room with the most amazing set up for your dining & dancing needs! The combination of the golf course to rustic to elegance is absolutely breath taking! Not only do they provide desserts but if there is a specific dessert item you’d like to bring in you’re able to as well! The DJ & dance floor is the best, you’ll have enough space to dance the night away! We appreciate everything Hiland did for us from start to finish. From setting up to packing up your belongings that were on display as well. This is your wedding dream place to get married, a beautiful setting & staff who is incredible & on top of everything for you! Absolutely fantastic venue - the entire property is gorgeous and there are many different areas for photo opportunities. My fiance (now wife) and I fell in love with the space the second we walked in - the building is incredibly elegant. We were very happy with our experience with the managers and other staff at the property throughout - they are professional, friendly, and accommodating, capable of addressing any concern we raised and making sure our day went without a hitch. The food was absolutely amazing and plentiful - almost every guest at our wedding commented on how much they loved the food. We were incredibly glad we chose this place for our wedding day. -

We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Hiland Park Country Club - and especially Rachael and Dan who run the venue. My husband and I got married on May 3rd of this year, and from the moment we stepped onto the property back in late 2023 and took our very first tour, we knew so easily that this was the perfect venue for us. As soon as the tour with Dan ended, we looked at each other and couldn't help but laugh and smile immediately because we both knew right away in our gut this was where we wanted to get married.
Rachael and Dan felt like friends from the second we met them, and by the time the wedding arrived, they truly were friends! They made every part of our planning process so fun, easy, and stress-free. Rachael answered every single Type-A question I had (there were a LOT). She was calm, organized, was extremely dependable and trustworthy based on her experience, responsive, and always gave us thoughtful options and backup plans to make sure we felt confident in every decision. Dan brought so much energy, knowledge, and warmth to the process - his excitement made us even more excited. They were such a dream team and the best vendor duo we could have asked for.
As a couple who have each been in multiple weddings and attend 4+ weddings every year over the last few years, we've seen a lot - and we can confidently say that Hiland is the best venue we've ever experienced. Not just because of how stunning it is, but because of the people behind it. (Shoutout Kausha!)
From the absolutely gorgeous upgrades to the most beautiful marble ballroom floors, to the in-house chef who blew our guests away with the most food I've ever seen in my life - we are still hearing about it seven months later. People actually thought our cocktail hour was their dinner because it was that incredible, that plentiful, and that beautiful. And then the actual dinner came out and blew them away again! The venue is flexible, elegant, and gives you the ability to make your day your own. We had such a clear vision for our wedding, and Rachael and Dan helped us bring that to life and then some.
The backdrop for our ceremony was breathtaking, the ballroom was transformed into something out of a magazine, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I didn't feel stressed for a single second on our Wedding Day - and I truly owe that to Rachael and Dan.
If you're considering Hiland Park for your wedding: stop thinking, and book it! It was the best decision we made, and we feel so lucky to have had the wedding of our dreams with the kindest, most genuine people making it all happen behind the scenes. It was the perfect kickoff to our marriage - and we'll forever be grateful. -

We had our wedding here in June 2025 and couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire team at Hiland is extremely professional and welcoming, from the very first interaction through every minute of our wedding day. Rachael and Dan made our wedding planning process so much easier than we could have imagined. We toured a number of different venues, but as soon as we finished our visit at Hiland, we immediately asked for a pen to sign a contract. Every detail you could ever think of has already been carefully planned out or considered by the team here. The planning meetings helped keep us on track and kept our stress away. We had all the confidence that Rachael had a plan for everything. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and attentive. Our guests still rave about how great the food was and how impressive it was to have so many options to choose from. If you are looking for an incredible wedding venue and experience, we could not recommend Hiland Park more! We can’t wait to hopefully come back as guests one day! -

Hiland Park is the Best!!
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful but it was the attention to detail and the amazing staff that impressed us the most. The team at Hiland has truly thought of everything you need for a smooth wedding day. The pre-wedding meetings helped me stay on track with planning & the vendor recommendations helped us pick the best vendor team. Each staff member we interacted with on the wedding day made sure we were having the best time and that everything went as planned. My husband and I have already planned a trip back for a round of golf to remember the best day! -

I had my wedding here July 2025 and it was perfect. Rachael and Dan were amazing, from the first initial communication, to touring, to the wedding day they were super responsive, friendly and made everything go so smooth. Same with the day of coordinator, Kasia, we loved her! The venue itself was beyond beautiful! We got married in the garden and the view/pictures were breathtaking. From cocktail hour to dinner to dessert, our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, and even weeks later they still are! A huge plus was our dog was allowed to be there with us for the ceremony and getting ready. It is literally a dream venue, with the best food, the best staff and best location! My husband and I couldn’t have had a better wedding and we couldn’t recommend them more! -

Hiland Park Country Club was the perfect venue for our October wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to celebrate our day there. From the moment we met with Dan and Rachael, they were attentive, professional, and informative, answering every question we could think of and guiding us through the process step by step. After our initial meeting and tour with Dan, my husband and I left completely blown away and in full agreement that Hiland Park was everything we had envisioned for our wedding day.
One of the toughest decisions we faced was choosing the menu—everything they offer is simply incredible! From cocktail hour to dinner to the wall-to-wall dessert display, the food was a major highlight for us and our guests. Months later, one of the first things people still rave about is how amazing the food was! If we could have chosen the entire menu, we would have.
Hiland Park’s team worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything came together perfectly on the day. They also went above and beyond to check in on me, my husband, our wedding party, our parents, and even our guests throughout the event, making sure every detail was taken care of and everyone felt perfectly attended to. This level of attention made us feel so supported and valued, and it added a personal touch that we’ll never forget.
As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to work at Hiland Park many times before as part of other couples' big days. This familiarity gave me so much peace of mind as a bride, knowing how well-organized and professional their team is. I already knew how seamlessly their weddings flow, and that left me feeling nothing but excitement leading up to my own.
Of course, wedding days rarely go exactly as planned, and ours was no exception. Just two hours before our ceremony, my father-in-law was rushed to the hospital. My husband and I were devastated and unsure how to move forward, but Dan and the team were absolutely incredible. Dan and Taylor, our wedding coordinator, came to us in the bridal suite with a suggestion to swap the cocktail hour and ceremony to give my father-in-law more time to return. Within 10 minutes, their kitchen team had cocktail hour ready to go, and we decided to move forward with the change.
Although the adjustment was unplanned, our guests loved the unique flow of the day. It gave everyone time to mingle, eat, and drink before the ceremony, and it also allowed my husband and me to greet guests early, leaving us more time to dance and enjoy the reception later. While my father-in-law wasn’t able to make it back in time for the ceremony, he arrived just before the parents were introduced at the reception, which was such a relief and joy for all of us.
The professionalism, empathy, and quick thinking shown by Dan, Rachael, and the entire Hiland Park staff during such a stressful moment were beyond anything we could have hoped for. Their ability to adapt and ensure our day remained special was truly remarkable.
On top of that, the venue itself is stunning. Our wedding photos feature breathtaking backdrops, including their beautiful grounds and vintage Rolls-Royce, which added such a fun and elegant touch. Every detail was handled with care, ensuring that our day was everything we dreamed it would be.
As both a bride and a photographer who has worked many weddings at Hiland Park, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their attention to detail, incredible food, gorgeous setting, and unwavering professionalism made our wedding day unforgettable. Thank you, Hiland Park Country Club, for giving us the best day of our lives! -

We just had our December wedding at Hiland and cannot recommend it enough. Dan and Rachael are an incredible team, the food was delicious and bountiful- our guests RAVED about it. Dan and Rachael were incredibly helpful, patient and responsive. We were engaged for a year and a half and they answered all my questions from May 2023 through to our wedding day. The Venue its self is stunning, offers tons of options and charm. The perfect slate for anyone’s personal touches! We also truly felt like it was an incredible value! When my now husband and I first stepped foot onto Hiland's grounds, we were floored by its beauty. It was apparent to us that the staff took really good care of the property, whether it be on the inside or on the outside. Rachael, Dan, and their entire staff delivered first class service to us and have supported us through every step of the way. Great hospitality was delivered to our Bridal Party and parents in the Bridal Suite & Groom Suite! Our guests absolutely raved about the food (nonstop comments about the mouthwatering Cocktail Hour), and our guests couldn't get over how beautiful each and every detail was. It is apparent that Rachael, Dan, & beyond take great pride of the property and putting weddings first. We sincerely hope that we will be able to attend a wedding at Hiland again as guests, because it was absolutely beautiful and we miss it already! -

The Hiland Country Club is the best venue to have your wedding at! The venue speaks for itself. It’s beautiful, clean and open. It has an amazing cocktail hour space that flows into the breath taking ball room. They also have a beautiful outdoor and indoor space for your ceremony, so weather is never an issue. Beyond the venue itself, the Hiland provides top notch service! We worked closely with Rachael and Dan throughout our wedding process and they were a dream to work with. They are super responsive and helpful and are always happy and welcoming. They never leave you feeling unsure or worried. They are on top of everything and genuinely happy to help which puts you at ease. Our wedding day was a dream come true. Everything was seamless and easy. The entire staff at the Hiland was attentive, caring and friendly. We took advantage of the bridal and grooms sweet which was definitely the way to go! We got ready on site and had everything we could need. They provide drinks, lunch and attendant for each sweet. Kashia was the girls attendant and she was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and went above and beyond. All of our guests have raved about our wedding and how great the food was and how much fun they had! We cannot thank the Hiland’s team and Rachael and Dan enough for making our wedding everything we dreamed of! You will not regret having your wedding here! Great place to have a wedding
Hiland Park was an amazing place to have a wedding. The building has a very nice layout and the outdoor area is really pretty. Dan was very professional and great to work with throughout the entire process - him and his staff were on top of everything.
We had to switch our wedding inside for rain and they are very accommodating about this by allowing you to make a decision of indoor vs outdoor very close to ceremony time. Indoor ceremony ended up being beautiful has they have large windows where you can see the outside/mountains.
They also provide a lot of food for happy hour - overall really good bang for your buck with top quality service all around.
All of our guests had an amazing time - thank you! -

The minute we walked into this venue to view it, we knew it would be perfect for our wedding and it was.
Our guests can’t get over how amazing our wedding was from start to finish. Many make point to note how they felt when they were greeted with champagne. It really sets the tone.
All of the staff are incredible. Everyone really truly wants you to have the best day. Tasha and Thomas in the bridal suites were amazing. Tasha really went above and beyond helping me organize my decor that came in, and she really handled everything. The bartenders were so fun and prompt, always smiling. Dan is amazing at walking you through the entire process, and always responds in a timely manner.
The ceremony space is beautiful. The grounds are amazing for photos. There is just such an easy flow with the way this venue is set up.
The reception room is gorgeous with three huge chandeliers.
They really make sure to cover every little detail and we can’t thank them enough.
Cocktail hour is insane, make sure to tell your guests that is not their dinner. The amount of value you get in this venue can’t be beat. And then on top of value the way they treat their couples is like we’re family. We couldn’t imagine our wedding being anywhere but here. If you choose this venue you will not be disappointed! We can’t stop talking about how amazing they made our day. -

This was at the upper end of our price range, but after the wedding, I wouldn’t trade it for anything, The food goes above and beyond, the venue is stunning, the team is so kind and professional (Thank you Daniel, Tom, and Kasha!) and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. People say planning a wedding is stressful, but with this venue, it was as stress free as it could be, before, during, and after the wedding! -

Choosing Hiland was one of the best decisions we have ever made! Dan was personable and very helpful with everything from planning to executing our vision on the day of. The wait staff, bridal attendants, and bartenders we’re all so friendly and listened to all of our wants/needs and we really appreciated that. The setting is gorgeous too, especially in fall! Finally, the food was incredible, ours guests were raving at the amount, variety, and quality of everything. If I could give more stars I would! My husband, myself and our guests cannot speak highly enough about Hiland Park Country Club, Dan, and everyone else that makes weddings go off without a hitch! To start off, the venue itself is just stunning and HUGE. The cocktail hour is in this beautiful large room down the hall from the dinner ball room. There is plenty of space and tables, which we found really great as a lot of times cocktail hour can be squished. The ball room is also this great size in which anywhere you are seated you can still see the bride and groom! There are numerous places to host the ceremony outside. We chose the rock wall with all the beautiful flowers, mums, and plants, with the Adirondack mountains behind in the distance. Next up- food! The food was all amazingly delicious and the amount of food you get is outstanding. No one will leave hungry! There are also different options for choices to fit your budget and add-ons as well! I myself have food allergies which they were able to completely accommodate and I was able to enjoy my food. We chose to purchase having the bridal suite all day and that was definitely worth it as well! Dan truly makes everything go off without a hitch. You and your significant other don't have to worry about a thing. I truly don't have all the words to describe just how much my husband and I loved this venue and Dan. Our day was absolutely perfect. Everything from rehearsal, ceremony, food, aesthetics, grounds, bathrooms, bartenders, wait staff, everyone involved. Dan, a thank you is not enough! We also completely planned this wedding during COVID and Dan was just so helpful on reassuring us everything would work out, no matter the circumstances and that just meant everything. Choosing Hiland Park Country Club was the best choice we could make! -

Dan at the Hiland has made our wedding nothing but perfect. Any questions, concerns, random visits to the venue for ideas, he made sure to accommodate them all. Working with Dan was one of the easiest decisions we had made for our wedding day. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are well taken care of. Everything about Hiland Park was absolutely a dream. For starters, Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He always respond in a timely manner and always was helping us out. We rarely had to ask him any questions because he always kept us informed and knew exactly what we’d end up needing down the line. And when we did end up asking questions, he went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. The staff on the day of were amazing as well. Incredibly kind and always making sure everything was going well. The venue was STUNNING and we were so impressed by all of the decorations and the renovations. The best part of the night was probably the food, which was amazing from the cocktail hour to the dinner to the dessert and late-night station. Our wedding at the Hiland Park Country Club was a dream. Dan and his team were amazing to work with and did such a great job! Everything was set up perfectly and ran so smoothly! Hiland Park Country Club is AMAZING! We had the best experience from beginning to end. Dan Flores helps you every step of the way and he is so organized. Leading up to your wedding, he ensures every detail is handled and the way you want it. On the day, I would highly recommend getting the bridal and groom suites, both well worth it. The bridal suite is fully stocked with beverages and there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready including getting dressed, hair, and makeup. They also provide lunch, which is wonderful! The groom's suite has a lot of entertainment for getting ready. Dan had us come the day before to rehearse and again it went very smoothly. The day of he made sure everything ran smoothly and as a bride I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The staff were beyond friendly. The cocktail hour provides countless options in addition to dinner. Both offer a wide variety of selections. We opted to do the dessert station and our guests were so impressed. This included lighting things on fire and a unique s'more station amongst countless other desserts. Dan allowed us to use one of their cakes from the dessert station which saved on cost--we only needed the cake topper. Our wedding day was a great success and a memory we will never forget thanks to Dan and his staff. The following day, everything is packed and organized. Hiland handles putting all of your special touches up and taking them down. They have a ton of items already available which helps with cost. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this venue. Thank you for the most memorable day of our lives. -

Wedding Venue
Having our wedding (ceremony & reception) at Hiland Park was a dream come true! In fact, Hiland Park was the only wedding venue we looked at and instantly fell in love as soon as we walked in for our tour. We knew it was the one! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and it was everything we could have hoped for. The food for both cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic, in fact our guests thought cocktail hour was the dinner because of how much food there was! Everyone raved about the quality of the food and the experience they had at our wedding.
The staff was incredible and so attentive to our needs! You can tell that they love what they do and we appreciate all of their help and special attention given to us on our special day!
Dan was phenomenal to work with! He is professional, communicative, and just an all around good guy. We had a wonderful experience having Dan as our coordinator and can’t thank him enough for all of his help and expertise! We wish we could relive this day over and over! Hiland Park Country Club is a classic venue with a modern feel. Having our wedding at Hiland was easily one of the best decisions we made during the planning process. The grounds are stunning and their cocktail and reception spaces have that classic look that just oozes "wedding". The bridal suite and groom's room were wonderful and I loved that they were on the opposite side of the building from one another! There's a plethora of food at every step of the day and almost everything is included so you don't have to pick and choose, a much needed break from all the choices you make during wedding planning. We got so many compliments from our guests on every aspect of Hiland - it's beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was helpful and friendly. Dan was very easy to work with as well, he was always there to answer any of my questions (and I had a lot!), offer advice, and you could tell that he wanted our day to go as perfectly as we did, because of him our wedding day went off without a hitch. You absolutely get your money's worth and more here, plus a peace of mind that they really have thought of everything! Would recommend Hiland Park to anyone in a heartbeat. -

My Husband and I got married at the Hiland on 5.21.22, and it was the best day ever! We are so happy with the venue choice. Everyone was very professional throughout the night. Dan and all of the staff were friendly and got us anything we needed throughout the night. My guest are still raving about the cocktail hour, it was amazing! They know how to decorate and make the room look elegant! We had our ceremony at the Venue as well, and it was gorgeous. They keep the grounds very well maintained, the flowers made for such a nice background in the ceremony pictures. We would 100% recommend anyone to get married at the Hiland Park County Club! -

My husband and I got married at the Hiland Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out! Before, during, and after the wedding and during the planning process the staff are so helpful and responsive! The bridal/ groom suites are perfect for hanging out/ getting ready prior to the ceremony..The food is absolutely amazing, our guests are still talking about it! The cocktail hour can not be beat, there’s so much food that your guests will think that’s dinner! The ballroom is so beautiful, and the golf course is perfect for sunset pictures. Our guests really enjoyed the patio space with the fire place as well. The staff are so accommodating to the bride and groom during the reception always making sure you have a drink in your hand and anything else you may need! I couldn’t recommend the Hiland more, I wish we could relive our day again! -

I can’t speak highly enough about Hiland Park Country Club and their amazing staff! From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Dan was so attentive and flexible with our ever-changing plans. We had booked the Hiland before the pandemic began and had never imagined having to reschedule. But through it all, Dan was there every step of the way and helped us make the difficult decision of changing our reception date from October 2020 to October 2021 very easy. He was always quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process.
As for the venue itself, it was absolutely perfect! The grounds, cocktail hour space, and ballroom are all absolutely beautiful and have undergone recent renovations. There are so many great photo opportunities both inside and out.
The actual day of our wedding reception was so stress-free from start to finish! My bridesmaids and I arrived early that morning and got ready upstairs, which is also lovely. It was a great space and we were served snacks and mimosas from their amazing staff the entire time that we were getting ready, which made it even more fun! Cocktail hour was absolutely amazing! SO. MUCH. FOOD. Our guests were blown away with all of the options. Then came the reception- we were so pleased with how beautifully the room was set up. Dinner was also just as delicious as the food at cocktail hour. Open bar went over very well with our guests and everyone danced the night away!
We have gotten so many compliments from guests and many have said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Overall, our wedding reception at Hiland Park Country Club was absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing! Highly recommend! -

Let's be honest: While everyone wants their fairy tale wedding, the planning, money, and execution that goes into the *special day* can drive anyone crazy. It's stressful! Throw COVID into that mix, and any bride is ready for a nervous breakdown.
My now husband (!) and I started planning our wedding in February of 2020. I wanted to make the wedding process as streamlined and simple as possible: We knew what we wanted in a venue, and the Hiland Park County Club checked every box. Copious amounts of delicious food? Check. All the alcohol we can drink? Check. Ceremony and Reception all in one spot? Check. Beautiful grounds? Check. Tables, chairs, linens, and plates included? Check. Places to get ready on site? Check. ...it doesn't get much easier than this, folks. Throw in Daniel, the most patient and attentive coordinator, and you have the total package.
We booked the Hiland Park Country Club within 20 minutes of going over details with Daniel. As someone who has been both IN and TO more weddings than most people, I knew we hit the jackpot with this venue. For what you get here, you will easily pay 2x more at other places. (Like, how are chairs not included in the cost at some venues?!)
A month after we booked, the world was turned upside with COVID. Everything was uncertain, including our wedding date. As someone who needs to plan everything neurotically, you can bet I was in contact with Daniel on a regular basis. (Side note: He's an angel.) ...Daniel took the time to not only talk to me on the phone at length, but answer every single one of my obsessive emails, no matter what time of day or night. His calm, reassuring nature was enough to put ME at ease, and that's saying a lot.
Flash forward to our wedding day. ...I didn't have a bridal party. When it came time for me to walk down the aisle, it was Daniel holding my train and giving me all the confidence to head out to the ceremony. This is a memory that will stick with me forever. He didn't have to be there at that moment, but he was. He made sure everything was taken care of and perfect, all the way to the last second of go time. (He also ended up taking my shoes off for me later on in the night because I couldn't find my feet in my giant dress. WHAT A PRINCE! Truly goes above and beyond.)
Bottom line: I can't speak highly enough of the venue and the staff. Everyone was incredible; from the chefs to the bartenders to the servers to the clean up crew. Weeks later and my wedding guests are still talking about how amazing the whole day was. "The best wedding I've ever been to" has been thrown around more than once ;)
In a world where most people and businesses are out to make money, there are rare gems like Daniel and the rest of the staff at the Hiland Park County Club who truly want to give you a memorable experience. And that they did.

My husband and I got marrried here in August of 2021. We honestly can't say enough about how great Dan and the Hiland Park staff were. Dan was always very professional in all of our interactions, was very responsive to my (many) emails, and truly helped to make our wedding day the best day of my life. He was there to personally walk us through the ceremony during our wedding rehearsal. The day of the wedding, Dan brought champagne and a fruit platter to the bridal suite. He was always checking in to make sure things were running smoothly. We had been concerned about the weather, as there was a big storm approaching around the time we were having the outdoor wedding ceremony. Dan assured me that we could wait until about an hour before the ceremony to make the call on an indoor vs. outdoor ceremony, and he was there to set up the chairs with the rest of his staff. Since all of our guests had arrived, he suggested we start the ceremony a few minutes early to beat the rain, and he was right! We made it through the ceremony and got indoors, and then it downpoured! During cocktail hour and family photos he was personally checking on us to see if we needed anything to eat or drink, he even helped to round up some of my family members for photos! Everyone who attended our wedding raved about how beautiful the ceremony location and the venue was, and we absolutely agree.

I can NOT. Let me repeat myself CAN NOT say enough good things about the Hiland! We originally signed our contract back in 2018! But due to COVID we ended up moving our date 3 times. Through all the madness the Hiland help med us and worked with us to find a new date every time. They were always quick to get back to me and answer my hundreds of questions. Due to pushing back we ended up with a totally new venue due to recent remodels. And all I can say is that it was worth the wait. They did a wonderful job making the Hiland fresh, light/bright and modern.
The food was to die for! If your wedding guest like to eat you can’t go wrong with the Hiland! We had so many guest ask if cocktail hour was the reception due to the amount and variety of food that was served! Everything was fantastic some of the best food we have ever had. Everyone working was attentive and so kind to all our guest and bridal party needs big or small.
The manager, Daniel, is quick to read a room and make a decision into what needs to happen to ensure the flow is uninterrupted. We had practically all guest show up early and he made the choice to start about a half hour early to avoid issues with guest experience! He was our guide through most of the night!
From the moment the bridal party walked in the day of the wedding the Hiland crew had already help so much. After having a wedding the night before the staff were able to put it almost all our decor so that we didn’t have to worry about anything the morning of.
The moral of the story is if you are looking for an easy, stress free day, which I know most people are. Go. With. The. Hiland! I can’t not tell you how happy we are with our choice. All our guest said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was money VERY well spent.

Best Venue Ever!
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at Hiland. From planning our day with Dan, to the food, the atmosphere and everything in between it made for the perfect venue. Dan was very attentive to our needs both during our day but also in the many months leading up to it due to Covid. The venue itself is stunning, and we have been told countless times by our guests how good the cocktail hour and reception was! It even has a grooms suite which was awesome to get ready in (with a pool table, putting green, tv and beer fridge). I recommend Hiland to anyone looking to get married in the Adirondack area. -

Our wedding day at the Hiland was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more!! Everything was absolutely gorgeous!! The renovations were a great touch and the grounds were beautiful as usual! I am so glad I chose Hiland Park as my wedding venue! Dan and him team were so accommodating, and the venue is absolutely beautiful. We planned a traditional Pakistani wedding, and it is so difficult to find venues in the area that will allow you to bring your own catering. Hiland Park was so accommodating and worked so well with our caterers to pull off an amazing spread. Our guests were so impressed with everything about the venue, from how it looked to the service. We opted for the dessert table, and that was an absolute hit. After researching and talking to so many venues in the area, you definitely get the most for your money at Hiland Park - their offerings and service is top notch! Their package includes so many small (but important) details that I wanted in my ideal venue: chiavari chairs, charger plates, uplighting, etc. I feel like I found a hidden gem when I booked them for my wedding! -

One week ago I married my husband at the best venue we could have chosen. 11/10/19 will forever be one of the best days of our lives and we have those at Hiland Park Country Club to thank for that. Throughout the process from signing the contract, to the many questions while planning, to the actual day of the wedding, everything was so smooth. All of the questions were answered within the day of asking and any requests were carried out. The day of the wedding being able to use the bridal suite was a huge stress relief and Daniel helped cater to all of us that morning all while making the venue look exactly how We envisioned. Cocktail hour is truly amazing at this venue and I know how much all the guests loved it. Some even thought that was dinner with how much you get during that hour. All of the staff was so sweet, from commenting on decor, to my dress, and the flowers. With our overwhelming 175 guests, they were amazing at accommodating everyone (and cleaning up the occasional broken glass that got dropped)! I will always be so happy to say I got married at this venue and would recommend it to anyone considering having their wedding here as well. Daniel, you were a pleasure to work with and Pat and I appreciate all you and the staff did to help us have our perfect day. Thank you so much!

Hiland hosted our wedding reception this Fall. I cannot sing their praises enough. Our guests were blown away with the amount and quality of the food at both the cocktail hour and the dinner. During the planning process Daniel was very responsive, answering even our most unusual and specific questions both quickly and professionally. On the day of, Daniel was right in the thick of things, making sure all of our decorations were set up properly and that the day ran smoothly. Much of the venue has been recently renovated, and the interior of both the cocktail area and the ballroom are beautiful. We are so happy that we chose Hiland for our venue! -

September wedding 2019--Excellence!
With the new remodels, the Hiland looks incredible. The whole process of working with Dan was so easy and his recommended customization was perfect. The Hiland is so accommodating, it makes you feel like the whole place is for you on your big day. The staff is great at making sure all your needs are attended to and are willing to do what needs to be done to make everything perfect. We opted for the champagne display when guests arrived, which everyone absolutely loved. Dan and his team got everyone in place for the ceremony by the rock wall/garden, which was gorgeous. The view of the Hiland from out there is amazing. Its a beautiful, sprawling, stately building, and the grounds are very well kept. The cocktail hour has SO MUCH food, all of it excellent. The carving stations give great hot options while there were so many other passed options going around. With so much space, the newly renovated area is comfortable and easy to move around to see all the guests. As for the reception, the food was excellent and so was the service. As a family owned business, they clearly take a lot of pride in making the bride and groom the most important people there.
Working with Dan made the whole process seem almost too easy since he was so casual and reassuring. He delivered on every plan and unique ask while making it all seem easy. Dan is a super hard worker and was several steps ahead of us the whole day. THere was nothing we had to ask for or adjust the day of--he had it all handled. Everything about our wedding day was exceptional and there's not a single aspect we could even wish to change. Dan's planning, organization, and professionalism accounts for much of that. The other thing was the gorgeous venue that is the Hiland. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Dan and the Hiland every single time! We seriously cant recommend them enough. -

We recently just got married at hiland and I don’t even know where to start with telling everyone how great it was. From the time we started meeting to get details to 10pm when our wedding night ended, it was phenomenal! They had everything organized and ready to present at the initial meeting. The Hiland Park Country Club was everything we could have asked for! Not only is the venue itself absolutely beautiful, but Magdalena, Daniel, and the entire staff were phenomenal. We had a 225 guests and the staff did a great job making sure everything was taken care of. Our guests are still raving about the food, the cocktail hour room, and the beauty of the venue itself. The value of the food, bar services, and overall experience exceeds all other venues in the area. They even added ice cream and fruit to the cake plates! When we were looking at venues, we loved how the Hiland was upfront with the cost and included everything in the price rather than having little fees added in all over the place. They stayed true to that the whole way through. They were also extremely flexible with us when we had to make some last minute changes. Furthermore, they let us come in early to set up the things we wanted to which allowed us to really turn the venue into our own before the big day. The way they delivered their services and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process is exactly what every bride and groom deserve! We wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding at the Hiland. They carried out every vision we had for our big day and exceeded our expectations! -

Everything In One Place
Our wedding was on July 12, 2019. From our first meeting with Magdalena, I knew the Hiland was where we were going to have our wedding. She is so personal, professional, and literally made our special day amazing. The Hiland is an incredible venue and offers everything in ONE place! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there. Our ceremony was outside, then our guests were able to enjoy the delicious cocktail hour which was the hit of our wedding. All of our guests raved about it! The cocktail hour is in a gorgeous setting inside and from there the reception continues in the ballroom (another gorgeous setting)! I was so nervous about how all the colors of the linens I chose would come together with my flowers and decorations, and I was not disappointed. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. The only criticism I have is that my husband and I were not really able to eat because our meals were taken before we could finish them (we had gone outside for sunset pictures) and we were not asked if we needed drinks by any of the waitstaff. With that said Magdalena was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly during the ceremony (I was so nervous), she was so easy to work with and we really enjoyed meeting her! I highly recommend having your special day at the Hiland, it is the best bang for your buck! -

We were very picky choosing a venue. Magdalena was very helpful with helping us make all of the choices needed to have our perfect day. It was the only venue we toured! Technically I saw one other at a wedding show but officially it was the only one, anyway. But it was the only one we needed to because it is the most picture perfect setting you could ever ask for. EVERYONE I’ve spoken with from the wedding has said pretty much exactly that (without me asking!). It rained on our wedding day (boooo) but that’s OK because the ballroom is still so lovely that even an indoor ceremony was breathtaking. We just got our pictures back last night and I am swooning! Ivan (owner) is great to work with and was so incredibly patient with me emailing him a million questions and my odd requests (I still need to return my sample napkin… I haven’t forgotten, Ivan!). You’ll hear everyone say it and it’s so true – he’s got weddings down to a T! Listen to him, ladies! If I had to do it all over again I’d still choose Hiland in half a heartbeat. -

When my now husband, mother-in-law, and I were looking at venues, we saw the reviews and pricing for Hiland and thought that it was all way too good to be true. But it is true! Ivan and his crew put on an excellent event. From day one Ivan is responsive to emails regarding any questions you may have, and towards the end of planning, he really helps you out with figuring out the final details of your party. We felt as though we had an included wedding planner! Our ceremony in the rock garden was gorgeous, the cocktail hour food was abundant and delicious, the drinks were flowing, and the dinner/rest of the party were amazing. I can't say enough good things about this venue. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Hiland every time!
