wedding reception

We just held our wedding reception at Hidden Meadows. This is the most beautiful venue with the most amazing staff. the food is better than at a 5 star restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about how great and easy it was to work the staff at Hidden Meadows. The owners were involved in every aspect of the planning. They were also there and available on the day of the event to address anything that may come up.
If you are thinking of booking here don't hesitate, it is just simply amazing.

Best. Venue. Ever.

From the day we decided to have our wedding at Hidden Meadows, Mick and the team were so helpful with everything! They gave excellent recommendations for other vendors and their on-site catering was incredible. Our wedding day went flawlessly and Mick was there to ensure that everyone had what they needed. Everyone at Hidden Meadows went above and beyond to make our day special, and allowed us to personalize everything! We cannot recommend this venue enough. From the gorgeous setting that doesn't need much at all to the great reception space that we could make our own, everything was top notch and everyone was so helpful!

Beautiful, Amazing

Absolutely beautiful, helpful, and kind. I have nothing but nice things to say about Hidden Meadows. My wedding was perfect and that is in part due to the beautiful venue we had it at.

Magical & beautiful

I simply cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff were on top of it, so attentive & nice. This place is actually worth the price, unlike many of the venues we visited while shopping. Mick was so great & always answered my questions promptly. They were as flexible as possible with the whole covid/postponing thing too. Such a stressful thing & they made it that much less stressful. The place was so beautiful, they have a room full of rental furniture & props. The scenery surrounding the venue is stunning. My husband and I are so so so happy with our choice of Hidden Meadows for our wedding!

Great venue in the beautiful Snohomish valley

We just booked Hidden Meadows for summer 2021. It’s a beautiful venue that includes everything you need for your wedding. A little more then we were expecting to spend but it included many extras and the in house catering is done very well and even the most expensive package is very affordable per person.

I love the whole team at Hidden Meadows! They also have blessed two couples facing cancer w their dream weddings.

Our day was perfect!!!

My wife and I had scheduled our wedding for March 28 2020. Then Covid came along and delayed our day. Mick was more than helpful in giving us multiple dates that we could reschedule our day. Mick and his brother Tyler went beyond our expectations and made our day go on without a hitch. They will get 4 thumbs up from us if you’re looking for a venue to have your wedding. Our family and friends thought it was a beautiful place to have a wedding...and food was amazing! Tyler and his team out did themselves with the food. Overall on a 5 star rating we give them a 10!!!

Beautiful Fall Wedding Venue!

We had a fantastic experience at Hidden Meadows! Mick was exceptional and accommodated our needs throughout the process. He really made everything easy and stress free for us! Tyler did a phenomenal job with the food, and all the guests were still talking about it for weeks afterward. The venue itself is beautiful, and it was great to know that the inside was set up in case it rained and ruled out using the outdoor setup. I would 100% recommend Hidden Meadows for weddings and events!

Beautiful Venue

The venue was outstanding. It was so beautiful. Mick the venue owner is so nice and easy to work with. They respond quickly to any email and answered all my questions. I loved this venue it made my wedding day as special as I thought it would be.

Beautiful space, amazing staff.

Our day was truly perfect. Mick and the HM team were so helpful along the way, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location of the venue is gorgeous, in the valley of Snohomish. We got as lucky as having a clear view of the mountains, Paragliders in the air after the ceremony and hot air balloons after dinner! I didn’t worry about weather, even in May, because HM has an indoor ceremony set up as well as an outdoor. Rain or shine, the day went on without a flaw. I used all of the recommendations from Mick for Rehearsal Dinner, Rentals, Officiant, DJ, and Catering after doing thorough research, and on the day-of everyone worked together seamlessly! Mick was quick to respond to emails and was able to meet up and accommodate venue visits, early rehearsals and on the day of, helped my friends and family with everything they needed to set up and get the venue ready. The venue itself hardly needs decorating it is such a beautifully laid out area, the ceremony lawn, open patio, fire pit lounge and covered dining and dancing hall are perfect. If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing!

Beautiful venue perfect for weddings!

Hidden Meadows is an absolutely breathtaking venue. The weather wouldn't hold out long enough for us to have the ceremony outside (which is a gorgeous option), but the backup, indoor ceremony area was just as pretty. The lights and flowers that the venue already has up provides an elegance that can't be described. Mick (the venue coordinator) was so great to work with. He was flexible, dedicated, had a fun and relaxed personality, and put so much work into making our day the best it could be. We highly recommend this venue!

Hidden Meadows was our first venue choice for our daughter's wedding, all weekends were booked so we chose to do it on a Thursday and it worked out so amazing! We literally could not have been happier, it is the quintessential Snohomish valley venue. Mick is such a pleasure to work with from minute one to closing time.

We could not have been happier with choosing Hidden Meadows as our ceremony and reception venue! The entire staff was extremely professional and easy to work with. From quick responses, answering any questions we had, to creating the best day of our lives! It had rained on our wedding day and Hidden Meadows made the switch from outdoor ceremony to indoor ceremony which turned out just absolutely beautiful! Just got married here in June, and could not be happier with how everything went. Mick, the venue owner is amazing to work with and the venue offered everything we were looking for and more. Beautiful location, especially when the weather cooperates!

We came across Hidden Meadows at the Seattle Wedding show and were blown away by the beauty of the venue when we visited. With the unpredictable PNW weather we loved the separate but equally beautiful indoor/outdoor ceremony options. The open houses every Tuesday night made it really convenient to visit both prior to booking and leading up to the wedding. Mick, the venue manager, is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. He was always extremely accommodating, in allowing us to bring out of town family to see the venue, while they were visiting. The onsite rental room was very convenient, both for planning and last minute needs. We had SO many guests complement the venue and it's beauty. We'd highly recommend Hidden Meadows to everyone.

My husband and I just got married at Hidden Meadows and we could not have picked a better spot. The location itself is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It is wheelchair accessible which was important to us and had everything we could have needed for the big day. The best part about using Hidden Meadows was the owner, Mick, and his team.

We also used The Wooden Spoon Catering with Mick's brother, Tyler. Our guests raved about the food for days. Amazing quality, beautiful presentation, and impeccable service.

You really can't go wrong with this place!

Hidden Meadows was the prefect wedding for my husband and I. All the amenities were great. It had the exact feel we were looking for. Mick was really great to work with. Anytime I had to reach out to him he responded fast and was able to give me tips. On my wedding day he was there to help us with getting things set up and he checked in on us to make sure everything was going good. I was so grateful that we were able to book this venue. Make sure you book in advance! When I went in Feb they only had a couple days left in May for the following year. It over all was an amazing experience.

We had our wedding here in early September and could not have asked for a better venue. We were set on having our ceremony on the lawn under the gazebo with the gorgeous backdrop, but it was nice to have a plan B inside. The lawn was perfect for us to have giant Jenga and bean bag toss during cocktail hour/reception. The reception barn, which has large sliding doors that open up to the patio area was the perfect layout for guests to get around freely. We also loved how easy it was to place our other vendors (photo booth and DJ). All our guests were in awe by how beautiful the venue was.

We worked with Mick throughout the planning process and bugged him with so many questions/requests for visits and he was always professional, friendly, responsive, and honest. We were also pleasantly surprised by new additions to the venue which came with our rental, but were added on after we signed our contract, including new wood slab tables available to use for sweetheart/wedding party tables, and renovations to build out the bridal suite. We would highly recommend Hidden Meadows and Mick for your wedding venue needs!

Review from Mother-of-the Bride - we were so pleased with everything at Hidden Meadows - from when we signed with them more than a year ago, to the day of the wedding - when everything was perfect! We asked a lot of questions - via email mostly - of Mick and he always responded promptly. He has a great way with people - especially nervous ones who are attempting to plan a wedding with no wedding planner! The ceremony room was decorated with lots of candles and greenery, etc. and was absolutely beautiful - exactly what my daughter wanted. The reception room & bar area worked out equally as well - just the right lighting, plenty of room for the buffet, good-sized dance floor, etc. We were just very pleased that everything turned out exactly the way we wanted.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue to get married at. They were super responsive and flexible in planning, and up to the day of we could choose decorations to add. Our guests raved about the venue and beautiful location. You can't go wrong choosing hidden meadows !

Mick is awesome to work with. The venue is beautiful and doesn't take much to make it look amazing. They have a great stock of decorations you can rent directly from Hidden Meadows. Small heads up, you have to pay extra to use the bar area. Totally worth every penny!

Mick was SO incredible throughout our engagement & on our wedding day. Over my 15-month long engagement, I sent him countless emails to which he would always reply within a day & answer any questions I had. I love that they have open houses every Tuesday evening (at least it was every Tuesday during spring & summer months) so I could bring my grandparents & my bridesmaids & my vendors & plan every last detail that I needed to. Before our wedding, they remodeled & expanded their patio, added a fire pit, & redid their outdoor ceremony path that leads to the gazebo. While this venue is really expensive, you get what you pay for. It's really nice to know that they are continuously making improvements to an already gorgeous venue.

My top 3 things for picking venues were 1) wheelchair accessible 2) REAL bathrooms 3) good indoor ceremony options. Hidden Meadows has ALL of these. I loved that they have a grooms suite for all of the guys to hang out in. They also have a bridal suite, but it can get extremely hot inside. My bridesmaids & I got ready at my mom's house that morning & had our hair & make-up people come there. Picking the venue was the easiest part of our engagement & I'm so happy we got to work with Mick who is AWESOME & takes pride in such a great venue!

BOOK VERY EARLY. Mick and his family answered emails very quickly and did whatever they could to help my event run smoothly. They make each event personal and invest in their clients. The success of their client's events is just as important to them as it is to the client.
