I bought the the engagement ring it went great. Then ordered the wedding band, it came in, the sales person handed it to me all scratched up. The day after our wedding the Diamond fell out. They had to resize the rings 3 times before they got it right. After all that mess the rings were paper thin. . So we requested them to replace the whole set with the original center diamond . Picking it up today hopefully it is PERFECT.. I honestly dont know if they know what that word means.....

They helped put together the ring I wanted. I didn't want a traditional Diamond as the main stone but a Sapphire. They helped us find a setting that we liked and set a Sapphire in it instead of a Diamond. It was exactly like I was wanting. The service and Robin,the sales person who helped us, was fabulous.

My husband and I shopped for my ring WAY early in our relationship. The sales people were either incredibly sneaky or very genuine in their like for us and support of our relationship. While I was off being dazzled by all the sparkles, my husband was learning about diamonds...this is how it should be, folks!! Because the sales guy spent so much time teaching my husband about this specific diamond, my husband was convinced that no other diamond existed that would equal this quality and value. After spending FOUR hours staring at this ring and telling my husband that it was just too many dollars, we put it back. Shortly after my husband went back to the store and put it on layaway. I used to go visit my ring and the sales people always accommodated me and let me walk around the store with it on (yah, I was THAT girl!). After a few months of being on layaway and me regularly visiting my shiny rock, we had built up a relationship with the employees at the store. We'll always buy from Helzberg. Hands down they had the best people with the most knowledge and the best quality jewelry. Subsequent purchases have included several pairs of earrings, a watch for my husband, a bracelet, and a few other things. It's our go to place. We love them.

They were awesome!! I got both my husbands and my rings there. When I was picking out my ring I liked the less expensive one. Not a normal girl response! He showed me one that was very similar that was more expensive but didn't push it on me. They gave us all of our warranty options and what was all included in the life care plan. I have delt with them a few times before and never been disappointed. P.S. Their extended care plan is WELL WORTH IT!! On a previous purchase I lost a diamond and it was replaced no questions asked. Also, they size and engrave within a very reasonable time. They keep their promises.

I love my bridal ring set. I get compliments all the time. I found a ring I wanted that was way out of our budget but they worked with us to find a ring with the same style for a much lower price.

Definitely tops in the mall jewelry store category

This was the only jewelry store that we really felt at ease in! They really gave us the time to ourselves to try on rings and decide what we really wanted. I found the perfect ring, but it was round and not princess cut and they customized it for me! We even took home the empty band and my husband was able to later put my birthstone in it for a Christmas present. It was so wonderful!
