Heather and Mike were exceptional and so fun to work with! They captured our wedding perfectly and helped us stay in the moment while giving very helpful and efficient direction for the photos. It was awesome working with Heather!

We are so glad we went with Heather as our photographer as she went above and beyond to help make sure that every moment was captured. She is very communicative, letting you know what she has done for other weddings and why and what she thinks will work best for you. She is flexible as well when the timeline on the day of our wedding started to shift she quickly had a plan to fit in all the photos we still needed and wanted. Heather is wonderful!

Heather is incredible to work with and made our wedding day (and the pictures from it) amazing! She does a great job leading you through the day and has an incredible eye for where the lighting works well at your venue, as well as giving directions for those of us who are not very photogenic on how to position hands, bodies, etc. We loved working with her and our pictures that turned out amazing. Additionally, she is so organized, responsive, and easy to work with. We were able to meet her in-person at our venue about a month before our wedding to walk through the day of logistics, as well as to scope out potential picture spots. She even took the time to memorize our family members’ names so that the pictures flowed more easily on the day of. She really cares about her clients. We cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day and pictures from it, so special.

Amazing Experience with Heather Nicole Photography!

Heather Nicole and her partner Mike are not only extremely organized, excellent photographers, but they made taking our photos so fun! We will always remember the way Heather made us comfortable by making us laugh :) She even greeted my husband's grandmother (who doesn't speak any English) in Russian! A Gracious Photographer Who Goes Above and Beyond!

Heather Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her prices were reasonable, and I got everything I wanted and more from the entire process. Heather was always kind, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, during the wedding itself, and when designing a photo album afterwards. Neither my husband nor I enjoy having our photos taken, so it was really important to us to have someone who understood us and who we trusted to capture fantastic images that we would love on such an important day in our lives. Heather also went above and beyond throughout the process, even offering to meet with us beforehand to tour the venue and plan our photo opportunities. Wonderful Photographer

Heather is an experienced photographer that was a pleasure to work with. She was kind, caring, and considerate. Heather was open to all of our requests and had a lot of her own great suggestions. It was great that she brings an assistant to photograph the groom and his groomsmen while she photographs the bride and her bridal party. Having two photographers at the ceremony and reception allowed for so many pictures and they all came out beautiful.
Heather made everybody feel completely comfortable being photographed by her and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer!

Simply perfect!

Heather and Mike did an incredible job photographing our December wedding at Briar Barn Inn/Grove. Despite rainy weather which was disappointing they still managed to make the most of indoor photos and they came out so gorgeous that it didn’t even matter we couldn’t be outside. Heather is very experienced and it really shines through in her ability to navigate the entire process of photographing a wedding flawlessly. We were never once worried about how the pictures would come out and are so grateful that we will have such awesome photo memories to cherish for a lifetime thanks to Heather and her team!

Heather Nicole and Mike are the absolute best!

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about Heather Nicole and her photography partner, Mike. From the moment we first spoke with Heather Nicole about our upcoming wedding we knew we were in the most wonderful hands. Her expertise and skill are beyond compare. In addition to this, both Heather and Mike could not be kinder individuals. When they arrived, I finally felt like the day was complete! It genuinely felt, not like two of our vendors had arrived, but two cherished guests; and honestly, the care and fun and joy that they brought to our wedding made it an even more beautiful day than it was before.

Moreover, Heather Nicole and Mike’s photographs are simply stunning. Their ability to catch the most perfect candid moments, to plan stunning formal shots, and to make sure the photos matched their clients’ desires and personalities was beyond compare. My husband and I happened to get married in Salem, MA during Hurricane Lee! Despite the raging winds, Heather Nicole and Mike literally worked magic and captured the most stunning outdoor photos. I don’t know how they did it, but they did!

Fantastic wedding photographer

Heather truly could not have been a better photographer. Before the big day, she was always responsive and proactive in her outreach. On wedding day, Heather was flexible and said yes to every request. We did not have a formal wedding party, which reduced stress in a lot of areas but definitely added complications for a photographer (we provided a list of many names for photos and there were no matching dresses to help her identify the right folks). Heather rolled with the punches and never complained. By the end of the night, I know Heather had to be exhausted because she really gives it her all. But she never quit, capturing some great photos towards the end of the night that ended up being a fun addition for our thank you cards. Most importantly, all the photos ended up amazing and will be cherished for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Heather!!

Absolutely perfect.

Heather and Mike were more than my wife Kaitlyn and I could have ever expected. Not only were they intimately familiar with our venue (Grove at Briar Barn Inn in Rowley, MA) they were flexible, professional and fun. Heather kept everyone on schedule without rushing any of our family or wedding parties AND we were still able to get our first look and all our formal group photos done in time for Kaitlyn and me to ENJOY our cocktail hour. That made all the difference, as we were able to relax and actually take in our wedding day and take part in everything, we had been planning for over a year. Then when we got the photos, we were floored. Our wedding day was unfortunately affected by an unseasonable cold and rainy day, but Heather and Mike were able to make every shot look just as beautiful as if it was a clear sunny day. We even took advantage of the rain to get some very wonderful nighttime photos. My wife and I were in tears as we looked through all the photos the second we got them. I think the biggest testament to Heather and Mike I can give is the stunning amount of candid photos they were able to capture, where we both have the biggest smiles on our faces. Those real, big, cheesy smiles and not the smiles were all use for posing. I will cherish those photos for the rest of my life. Oh, and I know this is important too... VERY AFFORDABLE especially considering the incredible quality of the final product and the quality of the people. 10/10, can't recommend enough.

Best Photographer!

Heather came recommended to us, and from our first email exchange, we knew she was the perfect photographer to work with for our wedding day. She was responsive, professional, kind, and went above and beyond. We had an amazing engagement shoot, which we were so glad to have the opportunity to do and the photos came out stunning, and it was so fun to get to incorporate our dogs as well. For our wedding day, she captured every big moment and all of the small details so impressively. She was structured so that we were able to capture all the moments we wanted, while also keeping it a very relaxed experience for us as the bride and groom. Unfortunately my dad was unable to be at our wedding that day, and Heather and Mike so generously and graciously took photos with my dad and us the following day. They were so kind in how they communicated with him to get him to look at the camera, and captured some amazing memories for us and were so patient and kind during such an emotional experience. We cannot recommend Heather enough and cannot stop looking at our amazing wedding gallery she has created for us.

Amazing Photography

Heather Nicole Photography is an amazing photographer. I am absolutely in love with our wedding photos. Heather and her second photographer, Mike, found a lot of amazing spots for breath taking pictures. They travelled all from Massachusetts to Connecticut to shot our wedding. They also were instrumental in keeping the day running smoothly before and after the ceremony. Mike even told my husband and I that our dinner was ready and so that we could eat. I loved working with Heather and Mike and highly recommend them for any wedding.

Beautiful Work

I would 1000 percent recommend Heather Nicole as your wedding photographer! From my first email exchange with her, I knew she was the photographer for me! She is very responsive, professional, and just all around a great person, you can tell she loves her job! We used Heather for both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She was extremely flexible in planning our engagement photo shoot and was very patient and flexible in including our dog Bauer in the photos. Throughout the time of booking until our wedding date Heather checked in often with us and really made me feel like she was the only bride she was working with! For our wedding Heather brings along her co worker Mike, Mike also was very professional and great! Our wedding pictures came out amazing and everyone was raving about her work! For our wedding Heather and Mike traveled to multiple locations for photos and didn't hesitate at all! Heather sent us our online gallery in a very quick timely manner and had a USB drive with the photos quickly as well! You will not be disappointed by her professionalism or her beautiful work :)

Hire heather now

After being an MOH in another wedding that Heather did, I knew that I needed to book her. I love that her style of photography is timeless and that my photos will look fantastic for decades to come. I also appreciate her thoughtful and organized approach - she is caring and incredibly kind, but when it comes down to it, she is who you want corralling your family and bridal party to get every portrait that you'll cherish for years. Mike is also a fantastic second shooter, ensuring that you get more angles or more moments captured that Heather physically can't get by being in two places at once (but I'm sure that if she could, she would). I also have to add that with Covid, she was incredibly flexible and caring and photographed not just one, but both of my weddings. Run, don't walk, and book Heather Nicole Photography for your day.

Best Experience possible!

We were beyond impressed when it came to our experience working with Heather. She was so amazing every step of the way. Covid threw a wrench into our original wedding plans and she was so patient and accommodating to us as we ventured through unfamiliar territory splitting up our ceremony and reception into 2 different dates, one year apart! Absolutely wonderful!

Heather is amazing! My partner and I were scrambling to find a photographer for our wedding after an unfortunate set of circumstances caused us to decide to throw our entire wedding together in only a month. We found Heather through our venue's preferred vendor list and when we asked about her they told us how sweet and wonderful she is to work with. They were 100% right! By some miracle, Heather was available on our date and she was so easy to work with from the moment we first contacted her. Although we were under a very tight timeframe, Heather always made herself accessible and she was quick to respond to all our questions. We met her in-person about a week before our wedding and she was every bit as sweet and personable as she came across in her e-mails. She really wanted to make sure we were comfortable, that she answered all of our questions and knew as many details as she could ahead of time so we would be happy with our end result. On the day of our wedding, Heather and her second photographer arrived early and got right to work! They were professional, easy going, and knew all the right shots to get. They never got in the way and they got so many candid shots that we weren't even expecting! We just got our photos back from Heather and are SO thrilled with them! The pictures are amazing and we truly could not be happier with our decision to book Heather for our wedding. Do not hesitate to book her for your event! The Absolute BEST Photographer

I can’t say enough good things about Heather and Mike but I’ll do my best.

I don’t generally love having my picture taken, but when I saw how beautifully all of my photos came out, I was truly wowed. Heather didn’t just capture the events of the day – she captured everything we felt throughout the day. My husband and I love to laugh and aren’t very affectionate in public, but Heather made us feel comfortable and we ended up with photos that captured every emotion of the day for both of us, and of our loved ones.

Heather’s attention to detail is absolutely incredible. She took stunning photos of everything, down to the smallest details – the ones you generally assume others won’t notice.

At the end of our wedding, Heather kept an eye out for last-minute photo opportunities and asked us to do some unplanned posed shots there. Those pictures are my favorite (ask me again tomorrow – it changes constantly because there are too many stunners.)

Heather even helped to keep everyone on track so we could capture as many photos as possible from the list of photos we wanted – and we got them all.

I couldn’t give Heather a higher recommendation. To any brides wondering if Heather is “the one”, trust me, she is. Because if she could capture the emotions of our awkward selves in such a stunning way, I can't imagine what she couldn't photograph well.

Heather is so great. She was so organized leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day her and her assistant captured every moment perfectly. We have so many amazing photos and her style is incredible. She truly is talented and can captured amazing photos naturally.

Hire Heather!

I met Heather when she was a photographer for my friend's wedding. I loved her style, energy and general sunny disposition (not to mention her work!), and I immediately thought of her when I got engaged. She was my photographer for both my small COVID wedding and my larger party -- at both she was organized, attentive, thoughtful and funny. She made me feel so at ease during a day with a lot of moving parts (!) and reminded me about all the little details that I couldn't keep track of (when to have my bouquet, which specific photos I had requested, etc). She also was super quick to provide a sneak peek, with the rest of the photos to follow before her estimated delivery date.

Absolutely Amazing

I was introduced to Heather Nicole Photography when my cousin showed me photos of her friend's wedding that Heather had done. I knew instantly I wanted to work with her. Her style was exactly what I had been looking for without even realizing it — the ability to encapsulate an entire moment in an image, so that each photo feels like a little piece of life.

Heather somehow exceeded my expectations even from our first interaction. She already knew what time the sun would set on our wedding day (a year in advance) and seemed just as excited about our wedding as we were.

We first did an engagement session in October 2020, and she helped us get over our nerves and put us at ease right away. And on our wedding day in August 2021, she and Mike were so professional and upbeat. My mom had just recently undergone major surgery, and Heather did such a great job making sure we were able to get beautiful pictures with her while also making sure she was comfortable the entire time. They also somehow corralled my huge family into a big group photo even though it meant staying past the time they were scheduled to leave.

I can't recommend Heather highly enough. She's an amazing photographer, but an even better person. You'll love working with her.

Don't hesitate! Book Heather!

When I got engaged at the beginning of 2020 Heather was one of the first vendors I booked and it was the best decision! Our wedding was on July 31, 2021 and working with Heather throughout our entire process was amazing. As soon as she was booked, she was looking up the time of sunset for our wedding over a year out and beginning to think about every small detail. She is so professional! She made my fiance and I feel so comfortable for both our engagement photos and at our wedding. I had some specific requests for my wedding pictures and she made sure to deliver on every single thing I wanted! We even received our pictures a little bit before she had told us to expect them. We are SO HAPPY with how our photos came out. Heather knows what she is doing and is so great to work with. I promise you will not be disappointed if you go with Heather for your big day. She is absolutely someone I recommend and would work with again in a heartbeat. Her work speaks for itself and is so gorgeous.

So Many Beautiful Memories!

We are so incredibly happy with our experience with Heather Nicole Photography! From our beautiful engagement shoot in the fall of 2019, to our wedding day where she captured so many special moments – her professionalism and gorgeous photographs make her such an amazing vendor! When our wedding was postponed from June 2020 to July 2021, we were so fortunate that she was available. She is always so quick to respond to any questions and her love for what she does comes through in every part of the planning. Heather & Mike are wonderful!

Heather & Mike recently shot our wedding at the Briar Barn in Rowley. After postponing for a year we were so excited for our big day and Heather just made it that much BETTER! Unfortunately it was the coldest, rainiest day in July (on record) but Heather and Mike were flexible and still delivered amazing photos despite the weather! She even convinced us to squeeze in our first look outside during a break in the rain, which made for some really amazing photos! Heather is such a calming presence and made everyone feel comfortable, and she did a great job corralling our crazy family to keep the family photos short and sweet. Highly recommend! :)

I would absolutely recommend Heather Nicole Photography! She is the sweetest and takes incredible photos. I love her timeless approach to photography - these photos will look amazing in any decade. We did our engagement photos and our minimony with Heather and I was completely blown away by the images.

She is so organized, which is so comforting on the day of - things are crazy enough so it's paramount that you trust your vendors. She has been incredibly flexible with moving things around for COVID and I cannot wait for her to photograph our larger wedding in March. Don't wait - book her now! Above and beyond expectations

Our experience with Heather Nicole Photography was above and beyond anything we could have expected! We first met Heather in 2019 when she captured our engagement photos and she's been part of our wedding planning since! She shot our elopement style pandemic wedding in 2020 and FINALLY she was able to capture our 2021 wedding (after years of waiting) AND WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE PHOTOS!! Amazing work and wonderful person!

Heather was an absolute dream to work with! Her positivity was exactly what we needed during this difficult wedding planning time of 2020. She checked in on us, and helped us revision our wedding. She was very flexible and understanding with our new wedding plans. On our ceremony day she and her partner Mike guided us through the day with ease. She kept track of all the picture combinations- the pictures I wanted, and the pictures I didn’t know I wanted. We didn’t need to worry about a thing! The pictures came out AMAZING! 2020 Wedding

My husband and I got married in early October. Having a wedding in 2020 was extremely stressful, and forced us to change our special day into more of a “Micro-Wedding”. Heather was great to work with and she did a perfect job capturing our day. She was able to do a lot of coordinating behind the scenes, so that the day of we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We couldn’t recommend her enough, and look forward to working with her again at our postponed, full-scale, wedding celebration.

Incredible wedding photographer

Best photographer around - highly reccomend

Heather Nicole has been a 10/10 since our engagement shoot. Wedding 11/2/19

Heather was everything we could have asked for and more. From our first email, it was clear she was responsive, professional, and understood exactly what we wanted. During our first phone call, I told my husband to be Heather was my wedding planning soulmate, as she didn’t miss a beat, truly listening to everything we wanted. On the day of our wedding, Heather and her partner were nothing short of amazing. She came all the way out to our venue the day before the wedding to meet us, just because she wanted to before the wedding day. She and her partner both could not have made us more comfortable, and they remembered all of the details I certainly would have forgotten! Receiving our pictures was like reliving the entire event, and there truly is not a thing we feel was missed. We would recommend Heather to anyone!

She is Amazing!

Heather was recommended to me by a friend and she was nothing less than amazing. She treats you like family and is soo accommodating! Can’t stop looking at our photos!

Heather and Mike were amazing to work with. We had our engagement pictures in the fall, and Heather was already telling us what time the sun would be setting on our wedding day the next summer and when/where we’d be able to take the best pictures. She definitely instills a lot of trust in her abilities and style.

Heather was super responsive to any questions, but honestly she was so on top of everything and probably knew the plan for our wedding day better than we did! On the day of, she really helped make sure everything stayed on track and everyone knew where they needed to be and when. She also went above and beyond to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted and they came out perfectly! She made us feel comfortable and relaxed. So glad we had Heather capture our wedding day!

Heather Nicole Photography was an excellent decision! Heather and her partner Mike photographed our May wedding in Topsfield MA. Heather was extremely responsive, answered all of our many questions and always with a speedy response time. When we first met heather in person, I knew I had made the right decision. She was so sweet and personable. On our wedding day she made us all feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She even got my 2 year old niece to smile and laugh for the pictures. During the formal pictures she and Mike were speedy without rushing the process, as not to keep us from the party. We just got all of our finished photos back, and we were astonished! We received an album of hundreds of beautiful photos. Each and every one were absolutely beautiful and really captured the love we felt that day. It was so fun seeing all the pictures from the reception of everyone dancing. There were shots in there where I had no idea they were even photographing at the time. Amazing!!!

Heather and Mike were absolutely amazing! Heather was so responsive throughout the planning process and made us feel super comfortable. My husband and I got married at a fairly new venue in Rowley and Heather made the extra effort to meet with us before the wedding and tour the venue to find the perfect picture spots. Throughout our wedding day, Heather was super accommodating and made sure that we were able to get every photo we asked for and so much more! Unfortunately our wedding day was very windy and we were unable to get many shots outside, but Heather made sure that we were able to find beautiful spots indoors for all our our pictures. The pictures are absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier with them!

May Wedding at BVI

We had an amazing experience with Heather for our May wedding at the Bedford Village Inn (along with our engagement photos)! Soon after booking Heather for our wedding a package arrived containing a box of one of my favorite Romanian packaged cookies. Heather had noted that I was originally from Romania in our initial phone call, and went out of her way to send me something special. Clearly we had made the right decision. Heather’s attention to detail and caring attitude shined throughout our special day.

Heather was great during the entire process. She took our engagement photos in Rockport, MA. They turned out beautiful and she was willing to help us pick a couple different locations in the area that led to some great scenery.

We were planning the wedding from afar (we live in Chicago), but she was sure to be available by phone if we had any questions. She had never photographed at the BVI before, so she met us there when we were in town one day to walk through the venue with us. She made sure to walk through the entire day with us prior to the wedding to make sure we knew what to expect and to talk specifically about what photos we wanted with whom.

The weather on the day of our wedding was a bit iffy, but Heather and Mike (her colleague) were incredibly flexible, switching up the schedule a bit to ensure we could take advantage of good weather when we had it. In many ways she also served as a coordinator as she walked us through the entire day. She even helped us plan out a traditional Romanian tradition of “stealing the bride” which made for some great pictures!

Overall, we were very happy with how our pictures turned out. They really captured our happiness, along with that of our friends and family throughout the day. It was hard to filter the large number of great photos we've received down to the small number of photos that will fit into an album. We are so glad we will always be able to look back at how much fun we had through the gorgeous memories she captured. Heather’s easy-going attitude really helped relieve stress on the wedding day, and helped us look our best for the camera. We definitely highly recommend her as a photographer for any event!

Heather Nicole photography is simply the best of the best. I learned of Heather after she photographed my sisters wedding and knew that I needed her to be there for mine. Having Heather there on the day of my wedding was such a relief as I knew this was one person I didn’t have to worry about. Her work is fantastic and she works with her clients in an easing going way. Heather and Mike are a flawless team. My day went off without a hitch. From the moment we met Heather we knew she was “the one” we wanted to photograph our wedding. I did a lot of research and we met with ~5 photographers. Heather was by far our favorite. She was SO nice and I felt comfortable with her from the very beginning, which was extremely important. I felt like she was an old friend. Heather is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is so sweet, so talented and extremely professional. Heather and her partner photographer, Mike, made our wedding day run so smoothly. She works quickly and is extremely flexible. They were great about capturing all the detailed photo's I had discussed at meetings prior, even though I would have easily forgotten day of the wedding.
Our wedding day was on December 30th and Heather braved the elements by jumping right into the snow with her winter boots on with no hesitations to get some outdoor shots.

Heather is absolutely wonderful. She’s easy-going, fun, and professional. She takes beautiful photos that captured the natural moments and emotions of my day. Heather Nicole was our photographer for our September Weddings at Renaissance Golf Club. Heather Nicole was perfect from the beginning, she does not miss a single detail. She met with me twice before hand once at the venue to lay out and go over everything. She scheduled two phone meetings and emails to make sure we would not miss any pictures I wanted. She was flexible with changing times and coming earlier to make sure she had plenty of time for my large wedding party. Heather was so organized and had so many great ideas for different fun pictures. Heather promised me it would not rain for my ceremony and she was right it stopped raining just in time. She even got beautiful shots of us with a rainbow.

Heather was amazing to work with from beginning to end! She met with us at our venue to discuss the pictures we would like, and had a follow up call 2 weeks before the wedding. She captured all of the moments we asked for on the wedding day plus some! We received our pictures 3 weeks after the wedding with thousands of options to choose from. Heather was the photographer for my wedding and I honestly can't think of any words that would do her justice for the support, guidance, patience, and positive attitude she exhibited throughout my experience working with her.

I consider myself a Type A planner but Heather's attention to detail surpassed my skills! While she felt comfortable to share her input, she never pushed us toward anything that wouldn't be a good fit for us and our vision for the wedding.

I especially appreciated her willingness to photograph me with my family's energetic golden retriever. She knew that our dog was an important part of our family and didn't think twice to find a way to fit him in and maintain the patience to work with him.

It was below 20 degrees on my wedding day but Heather had a positive attitude and motivated us to stay strong while we did Photos outside on the frigid temperatures.

Heather was extremely responsive with all of my endless questions throughout the planning process. Our photos were ready to be shared in only two weeks after the wedding!

There is no doubt that Heather is a talented photographer, but she is also a warm and kind person which made our experience that much better.

We are so grateful to have worked with Heather and I would recommend her without any hesitation!

My husband and I can't say enough about Heather and her right hand man, Mike. They photographed our wedding in September and we are forever grateful for everything they did for us. I worked mostly with heather, she was excellent! Very flexible for hours to do our engagement photos, details oriented for photos with family and friends, and had awesome suggestions for the best possible photo locations and posing. My husband Mike and I are so pleased that we chose Heather to photograph our big day. From day one we knew Heather was the right fit for us. At our initial meeting, she spent close to 2 hours with us going over all our details and even came prepared with previous albums she had done for us to look at and reference. Her prices are more than resonable. Our engagement sessions was beyond a success and she captured shots for our save that dates that our family and friends were just blown away by. She helped us in cooperate our 150 lb dog and an old classic truck that we had rented from Christopher Limousine in the engagement sessions. After that, she remained in touch and was quick to respond to any questions I might have had. Prior to the wedding she made her self available for a site visit at my venue and the week of the wedding Heather was a huge support for me. The day of she captured all I could have imagined and more. Our wedding photographs are ones that we will treasure forever. We have not only gained a photographer for all our future needs but also a friend. Heather will be my go to girl for any professional photography I need done in the future. Heather is AMAZING! Words cannot adequately express how flexible, calm, eloquent, efficient, talented, quick to respond, and kind she was during such an intensely beautiful, and happy day, as well as during the entire planning process. Even with the clouds looming and the forecast with an unfortunate prediction, Heather remained positive and had such a calming effect on a very anxious bride. She was able to convince me that it wasn't going to rain even with a 90% chance of rain predicted. And we truly lucked out with the weather and with such an amazing photographer. The pictures are gorgeous and capture such wonderful memories. I honestly did not even notice her and Mike during the entire reception, they were flies on the wall, and still captured mid dance floor action. Truly breathtaking shots, that I am so grateful they were able to capture. I genuinely can't thank her enough for such a remarkable service from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone!

I would recommend Heather Nicole Photography to everyone!! Heather did my engagement photos as well as wedding photography and album. Not only was the quality of Heather’s work top-notch, but she was great to work with as well. She is such a sweetheart and made working with her easy and delightful. Though the posed photos could be a little awkward, Heather was patient and got some great shots. Heather was very organized, flexible and accommodating. She was quick to respond to all correspondences. She made it a priority to find out which photos were important to us and took the time to confirm with us the day-of to make sure we weren’t missing anything, which I really appreciated. We had so many great photos to choose from that I had such a hard time narrowing them down for the album! I have no complaints and had such a great experience working with Heather!

When we started looking for a wedding photographer, the sheer amount of vendors available was really overwhelming. Once we reached out to Heather and met with her to see some of her work, we knew that she would be our wedding photographer. From day one, Heather made us feel like we were her only clients- she is extremely responsive to email and phone calls, and is so down to earth that she feels more like a friend rather than a vendor. On the day of our wedding, Heather was so relaxed and really made the time for pictures fun and exciting (she even got some great photos of me and my maid of honor belting out Backstreet Boys during the bridal party shots!)
I cannot say enough good things about Heather- if you are looking for a great wedding photographer I would highly recommend her!

We are so happy we chose Heather Nicole Photography to photograph our wedding. From the first meeting we knew she was the perfect fit. The conversation flowed and when we told her our engagement story she already had ideas of how we could incorporate part of it into our wedding day.
Heather answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was quick to respond to all emails sent. She thought of everything. When we spoke before the wedding she brought up ideas for photos and asked questions we never would have thought of. Her attention to detail is excellent.
The day of the wedding Heather was on time and ready for anything. There was traffic heading to the reception so we arrived a little later than scheduled. We were a little worried we would be pressed for time but Heather remained calm which helped us stay calm. She made sure we got all the photos we requested and was very efficient and quick. It was also a little cold that day and Heather made sure nobody was outside too long. We got all the photos we wanted and they came out amazing. We are extremely happy with every single photo. Our wedding had subtle superhero touches and Heather photographed each one. We are going to have such a hard time choosing which photos to put in our album.
We could not have asked for a better photographer and we highly recommend Heather Nicole Photography.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather! From the moment my husband and I met with her we knew we were in good hands. Nicole was amazing through the entire planning process, responding quickly to any questions I had and helping to come up with solutions to some of our logistical issues. She is very thorough in her meet before the wedding and touched upon items I didn't even think to include. Her enthusiasm had us looking forward to the day even more. On the day of the wedding, Heather was very organized and efficient while still having time to help with getting me in my dress and assist with some veil trouble. Her calm demeanor put me at ease when everything started to move quickly. She worked diligently to get the shot she was looking for instead of rushing through which results in her gorgeous pictures. When the groom and his brothers were a little nervous and "stiff" in their getting ready pics, Heather's assistant Mike, helped get them relaxed and having fun.
Not only does she do great work, but she is a sweetheart to work with. She is very down to earth and personable which makes you feel like it's just a friend taking pictures. I highly recommend her and look forward to documenting future life events with Heather Nicole Photography.

From the moment my husband and I met Heather we knew she was going to be our wedding photographer. She was so easy to talk to and we had so much in common that we shut down Starbucks and even continued our conversation outside once all the workers had gone home.  It was during this meeting that Heather brought examples of her work in forms of the various products she offers (albums, save the dates, thank you cards, etc). Her work was just so beautiful and amazing we knew there was no one that could come close to the quality of work she produced.
Besides her work being amazing, Heather herself is wonderful person to work with. She makes you feel part of her family. You don’t feel like you are working with a vendor but rather you feel like you are working with a good friend who wants nothing more than to make sure one of the most important days of your lives is captured perfectly.
One of my favorite shots from our wedding is a picture of my grandmother’s ring (my borrowed) sitting in one of the roses in my bouquet, so simple yet looked so elegant and it was just breathtaking. Heather attention to detail is beyond words. My girlfriends and I have this Michael Jackson doll that we use as our Mascot for all our big event (bachelorette parties, weddings, etc). Towards the end of the night when Heather took mine and my husband’s rings she somehow got a hold of MJ and took various photos of him holding our rings. I mean does it get any better!!! I didn’t even tell her to do that she just saw the fun the girls and I had with MJ and made sure he too became part of the big day.

If you have the opportunity to work with Heather you should absolutely take advantage. You will not be disappointed.

Where do I even begin? If you are looking for a wedding photographer and want someone that is quick to respond, professional, kind, and knows how to put your mind at ease, look no further!! Heather Nicole is all of these things and more. I met with quite a few wedding photographers and I knew the second I met Heather that she was the right one for our June 2015 wedding. She has such a sweet personality and really does makes you feel so comfortable. Heather also did our engagement photos last summer which were all so beautiful, we ended up using one of the photos for our save the dates and got so many compliments.
During the wedding, Heather was so professional and I barely even noticed she was there and taking photos! She pulled us out for nighttime photos and after seeing how amazing they came out, I am so happy she did. She really does have an eye for a beautiful backdrop. When it came time to make a Facebook album, there were SO many photos that I loved, I had such a hard time deciding which ones to use! Again, I got so many compliments on every single picture that I posted.
Because it was peak wedding season, our photos took a little longer than usual to be completed. Heather was so quick to reassure me that she was diligently working on them and they were available the exact day that she promised. When it was time to view them, her website was down. I let her know via email, and she got in touch with me within 5 minutes. She worked so hard to get the pictures up and running for us, even calling her website technician to try and fix the problem. Of course, being the sweetheart that Heather is, she offered to send them to me via dropbox and even threw in some complimentary prints and a canvas to make up for it. I really cannot say enough about Heather and would absolutely recommend her to anyone in search of a wedding photographer. Go with Heather, you will NOT be disappointed!

Finding a wedding photographer to capture such a special day in your life is not an easy decision. Living in Texas and getting married in Boston, made that decision even harder as we could not meet in person. With that said, Heather was extremely personable via email, quick with her responses, answered all questions, and her photos depicted online were amazing. It’s clear that Heather loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. When my husband and I were home in Boston for the holidays, Heather (pulling a suitcase filled with examples of her work) went out of her way to meet us at a café to finally meet in person. We very much appreciated Heather’s organization, from confirming appointments/phone calls to going over all final details prior the wedding day. We couldn’t be happier to have had Heather (& Mike) as our photographer. She was able to capture some amazing moments from the emotions when my husband and I first saw each other, to the stunning sunset at the beach, and even hilarious moments at our reception. So if you are looking for a wedding photographer, you should probably stop looking and book with Heather now!

My husband and I were married at the Andover Country Club in Andover, Massachusetts on July 24, 2015. It poured like crazy right before our ceremony, so we decided to change our plan from getting married in the garden to the back up plan...the terrace. Feeling a little uneasy with this last minute change, Heather Nicole did nothing but reassure us that everything was going to be as magical as we had planned. Little did we know, she was right!

Heather did an outstanding job capturing all memorable moments starting with getting ready, continuing through our ceremony, and finishing up with our reception. We were thoroughly impressed with her dedication to providing us with such unique pictures that we will cherish for a lifetime. Working with Heather Nicole is an absolute pleasure. From the evening of our first meeting (when I was running late because of traffic leaving work) she has been flexible, professional, patient, and genuinely friendly. She is very knowledgeable in her profession, and takes the time to educate you with the appropriate amount of information -- without being pushy! She makes you feel completely part of the process in a very collaborative way, and really takes the time to get to know you and what your "vision" is (or isn't!)

I can't emphasize enough how responsive she is...and proactive! I never had a concern about something not getting done or a detail not being thought of, she has it covered, and then some!

She goes above and beyond to add little, personal touches that really go a long way. She values her brand and takes much pride in her work / profession, and it shows.

I really felt at ease working with Heather Nicole, and there was no added stress!

Heather works with another photographer, who was GREAT as well! Can't say enough about their teamwork and how well they work together. Our wedding photos are amazing...and the best part is we have SO many to choose from. She turned the photos around within a month (as promised) and again, I'll just emphasize her responsiveness and flexibility, and that she really takes the time to explain and make the experience personal to you.

Heather is an incredible photographer. She is talented, professional, and experienced. Heather is kind, detail-oriented, patient, and considerate. Heather had no problem convincing my 4-year-old nephew and 1-year-old niece to smile at the camera and would do anything -like jumping up and down singing-to get the shot. Hiring Heather was one of the best decisions we could have made in our planning process. Before meeting her,she was extremely prompt in responding to all of our emails. Once we met her we really got to see how awesome her personality was. She was so kind & easy to get along with yet very professional. She took over 2 hours explaining everything,showing us her work & answering any question we had. We did a walkthrough of the grounds about a month before & a phone call confirming every detail the week of the wedding. Heather worked with us to make sure that her other photographer Mike would be at my house to take pictures of the men getting ready & that really meant a lot to us. The day of the wedding she arrived at the hotel exactly on time & immediately began setting up to take pictures of the dresses & accessories. When taking pictures of the bridal party she gave us great direction & was extremely patient with our ringbearer who was not feeling up to a photoshoot. Heather & Mike continued to take pictures up to & throughout the ceremony without drawing any sort of attention to themselves away from my husband and me. Afterwards were formal pictures which went so quickly & smoothly. They were so organized & many of our friends/family mentioned how efficient it was & how surprised they were at the short wait time. Lastly we got to the part I had been looking forward to most,taking photos of my new husband & myself! This is where we REALLY got to see her dedication & passion for her job! I had shown Heather a picture from our venue of a couple standing on a dock with the sunset behind them & asked that if at all possible we recreate it. OMG! Heather FAR surpassed anything we could have imagined for this picture. It came out absolutely BREATHTAKING & to take it she actually went thigh deep in the FREEZING lake water! She truly added to the magic of our day & we could not have been blessed with a better person to capture such an important night in our lives!

Reflecting upon our wedding day, I am most proud of 1) Convincing my wife to marry me 2) Selecting Heather to be our photographer. She is awesome. Heather Nicole was the first photographer my husband and I met with when searching for a great photographer for our wedding last October and she was also our last! We knew instantly upon meeting her that she would be the one. She is so warm, personable and easy to talk to and truly is more than a photographer but a wedding planner herself. She helped us through the entire planning process and met with us on several occasions to go over timelines and help put my mind at ease through what we all know can be a very stressful time. The quality of work is icing on the cake, I love that her photo's are not over touched and don't have a lot of special effects and airbrushing like many other photographers do these days. That is what instagram is for. A true professional can take exceptional, raw emotional photos without lots of touch ups, and Heather does this effortlessly. They have to listen to what you want, keep in touch throughout the planning process, get what your vision is and make you feel like they'll get all the photos you want so that on your wedding day you don't even have to think about it. Heather Nicole definitely did that for us. After the initial email with her when we hadn't even officially hired her yet I could tell getting along with her and trusting her to do what we wanted would be a breeze. Heather is
so sweet, personable and honest. Once you work with her, you feel like you've known her forever. During all the emails and phone correspondence that we had you could tell that, even though she does this every day, she is genuinely happy for each couple individually. She never made me feel like we were just another client.
My husband and I were thrilled with all of our pictures, both our engagement and wedding photos. They were all so easy as Heather tells you exactly what to do, where to stand, etc and the photos come
out nothing short of perfect. She is good at giving you a timeline of when they'll be ready and sticking to it. She's also great at giving you so many options for viewing, purchasing and showing off all your photos. I really have nothing negative to say about her. We would absolutely recommend her as a photographer for whatever event you may need one for. You won't regret it.

When searching for photographers, I knew by looking at Heather's photos that she was someone I wanted to work with right away. I feel lucky enough that when we met her for the first time, we also realized how warm and welcoming she was. We always felt comfortable around her and she was always accommodating. From our engagement pictures, to our amazing wedding day, and now to our album, Heather has been top notch. She always had time for questions and made us feel like we were her one and only clients. I credit a big part of our wedding day going so smoothly to Heather. She is not only a great photographer but also had advice on many other details. After working as an event planner & meeting/ working with Heather I knew I needed to have her for my own wedding, so yes I booked her 2 years in advance! She is by far the best photographer you will ever work with. She is kind, accommodating, & truly a talented photographer. My husband doesn't "love" and by that I mean sometimes "hates" getting his picture taken & Heather made us both feel so comfortable. Our engagement pictures came out unbelievable. On my wedding day we ran into a bit of a snafu which delayed our timeline, Heather was the first to say - it's your day take your time we'll figure it out & made me feel relaxed and assured that no matter what things were going to work out! She is more than a photographer she truly is a friend. I can not recommend her enough! She is a one of a kind photographer -- she won't just be another "wedding vendor" she will truly be apart of your wedding experience. Her work is unmatched and she gives you the personal attention she feels every engaged couple deserves. Her photos are stunning and she has a talent for capturing the tiny intimate moments that you don't even remember were occurring (at the time).

Bottom line Brides (& grooms) if you haven't booked your photographer do yourself a favor and contact Heather. After working with a number of different vendors in my career I can honestly attest that she is the best photographer to work with and you absolutely will not be disappointed. She is an amazing photographer but more importantly an amazing person. She cares about your special day and aims to please the during the entire process of your engagement.

I can't put into words just how happy I am we chose Heather Nicole Photography for our wedding. From our first meeting, I knew she was everything I was looking for in a photographer. We booked Heather for our Wedding on 8/29/14. I found Heather Nicole Photography while researching online through The Knot for local photographers almost over a year before the wedding. From the first email, first meeting, and everything up until our big day Heather was amazing. She responded to my many emails and questions right away and always made me feel at ease with the whole planning. We had a phone conference, emails, meetings, and even a walk through of the ceremony/reception before the wedding to ensure for great photos. Her professionalism and awesome personality made us feel like we choose the right vendor from day one. We connected with Heather and her partner photographer Mike as if they were personal friends so it made it easy to capture such amazing photos. Come the Big day they were on top of everything. We didn't know what to do and they directed us and made it easier for us during the hectic cocktail hour. At one point my Bridal Coordinator was no where to be found, and Heather stepped in and took charge telling us what we should do next because we did not know. She was amazing, I cannot say enough about Heather herself- never mind the photos we just got. Our photos are everything we could of asked for. She captured so many moments that we will cherish forever. I love the candid photos and the details she puts in to her work. We have so many photos I am still going through them a week later. I would 100% recommend this vendor. Not only was she amazing to work with, does amazing work, but they are also affordable within any budget. Definitely the best vendor we worked with on our wedding day.

Thank you to Heather Nicole for such an amazing experience photographing our wedding! Heather was recommended to us by a friend and we were told not only what a great photographer she was but also that she is a sweet and caring person. This recommendation was not only true, it was a complete understatement. From the moment we met with Heather, we knew she was perfect for capturing our special day. She was attentive, responsive, and so easy to work with. She listened to what types of photos we envisioned and she brought that to fruition, even if it means lying down in a busy Boston street to capture the perfect shot! Heather was so professional and wonderful to work with. Her pictures were incredible and she did an absolutely amazing job capturing the day exactly as it was through her photographs. She was calm, but at the same time very efficient and got all of our requested shots. Heather met with my husband and I multiple times before our wedding day and made us both feel very comfortable. She's funny and just a wonderful person to top it all off! All of our guests complimented her and then they saw the pictures she took and they were amazed.

We are so thankful for the services we received from Heather Nicole Photography (engagement and wedding photography)! Heather is extremely talented and knowledgeable, in addition to simply being a great person! There are a number of things that can go wrong on one's wedding day but we never had to worry about the photography. She planned out the day ahead of time with us and both photographers were always ready to be in just the right place, flexible when other things did go wrong and provided us with flawless photographs of the most beautiful and amusing moments of the day so that we will be able to recount them year after year. Heather was easy to communicate with prior to the wedding and it felt more like making a friend than anything else throughout the whole process! I have been fortunate enough to work with Heather over the last few years, as we’re both in the wedding industry. We have developed a great working relationship and I would recommend no one else for photography. She has an incredible talent and passion for capturing those special moments on film that would otherwise only be a memory. When it was time to choose a photographer for our wedding we would have no one other than Heather Nicole.
On the wedding day, Heather and her second photographer, Michael, took thousands of pictures. Everything from beginning to end; getting ready, all the details around the ballroom, the ceremony, our formals, dancing; she even coordinated a 50 person group photo with my mom’s side of the family which was a feat in itself getting everyone in one place at one time, but Heather made it fun and the photos were every definition of perfect.
I can’t express how beautiful Heather’s photos are. They told the story of our day like a love story without words. Heather and Michael were able to get all the shots we wanted and when you look back you cant even remember them being there. The reception photos were not staged (unless we asked) she was adamant about being a shadow in the room and documenting the day as if she wasn’t even there.
And to top it all off, we received our photos within a couple of weeks not months. Having the opportunity to view the pictures so quickly made it feel like the wedding was just a couple days earlier. We were able to relive that extraordinary day with our family and friends while it was still a vivid memory. Heather Nicole and her photography exceeded our every expectation. We highly recommend Heather to any couple looking for a professional wedding photographer.
