We found Nancy Mann online when we were searching for an officiant to do a simple, meaningful second wedding for each of us. Nancy was wonderful, thoughtful, and flexible. She made several suggestions for our vows and reminded us of details and deadlines. She met us at Chetzemoka Park in Port Townsend, WA in September 2023 and did lovely and thoughtful ceremony. It is a day we will always look back on with happiness and warmth and Nancy's guidance was so much appreciated! -

Nancy was an amazing officiant! She worked closely with my (now!) husband and me to craft a ceremony that worked perfectly for us and helped guide us through the whole process, even suggesting venues and vendors. We are from Seattle and were visiting Port Townsend and her knowledge of the history and current town were invaluable in helping us organize our ceremony. Her special touches on our ceremony were lovely and touching and made our day so very special. Thank you Nancy!!! -

Kerry Sent on 12/28/2017Nancy was great! Even though we had contacted her a bit last minute (it was a very small civil ceremony), she still put so much thought into working with us. We loved that she wanted to meet us beforehand and get to know us, so that we all felt connected and comfortable during our short ceremony. She even had a small gift and appetizers for us afterwards, which was so touching! Thank you Nancy! -
Michelle Sent on 11/11/2017Nancy was wonderful! We called on Friday and she was able to do the ceremony on Monday. It was a very short but special ceremony. She gave great ideas but ultimately did just the ceremony just the way we wanted. It was a beautiful day for us. I highly recommend her.

She is very knowledgeable about locations, and helped us choose a beautiful place to have our small, intimate wedding. After a few telephone conversations she was able to create a personal and deeply meaningful ceremony for us. We both thought our wedding was even nicer than we had expected and this was due to Nancy's guidance, warmth and sincerity. I would highly recommend her services to any couples planning a wedding near beautiful Port Townsend, Washington. -

I would have been happy with just a quick paper signing because I had no idea what I was doing (what so ever) or would want. Heartfelt Ceremonies helped me with everything, down too the fantastic witnesses, and photographer. The price for everything was fantastic 1/3 of the cost of the other places I contacted -
User2231212 Sent on 07/17/2015My partner and I met Nancy at a wedding show in Port Townsend, and after less than a minute of talking with her we knew she was the person that was going to officiate our wedding. When she invited us to her home to work out the details of the ceremony, it quickly became apparent that she was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also a kind, intelligent, and sincere individual who genuinely cares about others. While helping us create our ceremony, Nancy was extremely patient and showed honest concern for our thoughts and beliefs, making certain that we were comfortable every step of the way.
Our wedding went beautifully and Nancy brought a degree of heart and soul to the afternoon that would not have otherwise been present. We later received enthusiastic comments from guests, who asked us to convey their appreciation to Nancy for her part in our special day. Her personal approach and level of experience, along with her wisdom, sensitivity, and generosity, were more than we expected for her exceptionally reasonable fee, and as an added bonus we ended up making a wonderful friend.
It probably goes without saying at this point that my husband and I would wholeheartedly recommend Nancy and her services to anyone looking for a friendly, capable, and accommodating officiant.
