I decided to order my dress online on a website that said they could provide my gown for me in plenty of time for my wedding. Well lets just say the whole thing turned into a disaster. The dress still hadn't arrived one week before my wedding and I had already paid them $500. I called Hart's Tux and Gowns in Idaho Falls to see if by chance they had anything similar. The girl on the phone was so helpful. She told me to come in that day. I arrived and was happy to find such a good selection of wedding gowns at great prices. I found a dress but it needed a few alterations. They were so great. The crazy thing about all of this is I ordered my dress online in hopes to save money but in the end I found a dress at Hart's comparable to what I bought online plus I had them to help me with arrangeing for alterations, steaming, etc. I wish so bad I just would have gone to this shop first instead of trying to save money. They were huge life savers. Who knows if the internet store will even give me my $500 back. Whatever you do don't order online just go to this shop they will take care of you.

Hart's was amazing. Though I used the store in Casper, not in Idaho, they were wonderful. They made sure to accommodated my needs as I had to travel for my fittings. They made a special alteration to my dress and it looked stunning. My bridesmaids' dresses were beautiful as well and all done through Hart's. The mens' tuxes were dashing and flawless. Everything was ready ahead of schedule and the staff was extremely easy to work with!

I really liked working with Harts. I had seen a dress at another place in another state and thought they were asking too much. So I called up to Harts and asked if they carried that dress. They said they didn't, but that they carried that vendor and could have the dress in my size there in a matter of weeks, and even with the extra shipping charges, they charged me about $150 less that the other store would have. My only complaint is that when we went to pick up my husband's tux, it wasn't ready and we had to come back the next day to get it. They apparently overbooked themselves and weren't able to get back the tuxes they had rented out in time for the pickup they'd scheduled. They offered to deliver it to my house, though, which was nice, and when we did go get the tux, they were very helpful with replacing the shirt which had a very little (almost unnoticeable) stain on the collar. I'd definitely work with them again.

Great place. I went some other places where the workers were just plain rude and pushy. Here they were pretty friendly and let me take my time.

Hart's is very professional and makes you feel totally comfortable as you search for the dress of you dreams. They have a full staff ready to assist you (including alterations) and they have a full line of dresses and accessories for you to choose from.
