I love all the jewelry in the store - everything is just beautiful. So I did not have a problem finding an engagement ring and band that I liked in the store. I would recommend giving yourself a lot of time though, in case of problems.
First, they misplaced our order for our bands, including my husband's ring size. So, he had to get re-sized, and we had to place the whole order again. Second, when the bands arrived, my husband's was the wrong band - he wanted one that was absolutely plain, and the one that came had some lines etched into it. So, they reordered it.
In the end, we complained about having two different problems that caused us to make extra trips to the store, which was out of our way etc. And they did give us a credit toward a future purchase. This was great because I put it toward jewelry I wore on my wedding day - beautiful Swarovsky crystal earrings and bracelet.
Despite the issues we had, I still recommend them based on the quality of the items they carry, and the wide selection.

My husband worked with them to create my engagement ring and then I did the same for my band. They created exactly what we had envisioned. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

We went to Greenwich Jewelers at the recommendation of a friend and are so glad we did. We worked with Jennifer and she was very knowledgeable about diamonds and was really helpful to us throughout the entire process. My fiance got my engagement ring at Greenwich Jewelers (his sister is a longtime customer) and insisted we go back for our wedding bands because he liked them so much. Millie and Christina spent two separate appointments trying to help us pick out the right bands, and in the end they recreated the look we wanted when they found out the vendor of the ring we picked could not make them in our desired widths. This store is so wonderful! I had heard good things about them and originally went in because I was looking for a necklace to match a pair of earrings I had wanted to wear to my wedding and had searched for months to find it. I ended up working with Christina who worked there to custom make a piece. It turned out so wonderful and the whole staff there actually worked with me to make sure it lay perfectly, (they re-did it to make sure it was perfect after I tried it on) and I can't not say how fabulous they were. . so attentive, creative and professional. Really there service was beyond anything I could have expected, made me feel like the whole store was working to create a work of art for me!! We also got my husband's wedding ring there which he loves, and he had a custom bracelet made for me as a day of surprise that matched the necklace too! Honestly I can not say enough good things about them. I don't think i will ever go to another jewler again!!!

Wonderful family-owned and operated jewelers. Best experience we had with any vendor. My engagement ring was a custom design they had already been making when I visited looking for a ring for my diamond. Turns out as I was describing what I wanted, they realized I was describing almost exactly this custom ring they were working on in the back. It was *exactly* the style I was looking for, sort of vintage looking, knife-edges, and set up for two rectangle baguette stones on the sides. PERFECT!

Liked my experience so much, took my fiance back when we wanted to get our wedding bands. I had them custom make my band to match my engagement ring and it came out beautifully and both bands turned out to be much less expensive than what they had thought, so we were able to afford our dream bands. If we ever need high-end jewelry again we will only use Greenwich Jewelers!
