Excellent transportation service

Grace Limousine was the perfect choice for our wedding at a private residence in the lakes region of New Hampshire. There were several logistical challenges including limited parking, a one way in / one way out narrow dive and tight schedules on pickup and drop off which Grace Limousine's team handled expertly. The team was very organized and responsive prior to the event and made sure all of our guests arrived and left safe and on time, and we were able to enjoy our day without having to worry about guest transit. We would highly recommend Grace Limousine for your special day.

Professional and Great Service

It was an excellent experience working with Grace Limousine and Shuttle for our Wedding! Nikki was a great coordinator to work with and the services the day of the Wedding were so smooth.

Reliable, kind, and professional

Black Tie/Grace Limousine did a great job shuttling guests to and from our wedding. The bus was clean and modern and the driver kind, professional, and even checked the hotel lobby to make sure guests were not left behind. They followed the itinerary to a T and were very reliable in getting our guests to our wedding ceremony on time and safely getting them back to the hotel late into the night. Thank you Black Tie/Grace Limousine for taking care of our wedding guests!

Outstanding Staff

I booked an 8 person limo to bring myself and my bridal party from our hotel to our wedding venue. The price was the most reasonable around. Car was clean and even came with a bottle of champagne. Most of all the driver was so kind and professional. She was genuinely excited to celebrate part of my day with me and even gave me a big hug for good luck.

Great and professional service!

My husband and I worked with Grace Limo for our wedding on October 8, 2021. We used Grace Limo for both our wedding day as well as our rehearsal dinner. We rented the trolley for the wedding party on the day of the wedding. It was a beautiful vehicle and perfect for photos. Ours came equipped with champagne and water, and there was a hookup for music! There is plenty of space and it’s perfect for brides who don’t want to be stuffed in a vehicle or have to sit and wrinkle their dress. You can stand comfortably! We also rented one of the 55 passenger buses for the evening before to transfer our guests to and from the hotel and restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. The bus was a comfortable charter bus that fit our very large guest amount perfectly. We were able to bring coolers with drinks on as well. This vehicle also has a music hookup for your phone to play music. I want to say there was a bathroom on it, but you would need to double check that! Both days we worked with wonderful drivers who were friendly and accommodating, as well as on-time and professional! The prices are great (gratuity is included) if you’re looking for a clean and classy form of transportation. If you have any questions, definitely reach out to Nikki from Grace Limo. I spoke with her often and she was wonderful! My wedding venue, LaBelle Winery, recommended them to me, and I’m glad they did!

Professional and Easy to Work With

We used Grace Limo for shuttle busses and bridal party limousines, they were great to work with and had detailed procedures and cleaning standards (since we had our wedding in 2020) which helped us keep our guests feeling comfortable and safe. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional limo service.

Simply the best!

Dan was LITERALLY the man!! He picked us up right out front of our hotel room and instantly greeted us with a smile, telling me how absolutely stunning I looked. I will never forget that! His customer service and just all around personality shined and made it such a great experience, from making sure that the A/C was on and running, to helping my now brother in-law get his phone connected to their bluetooth so we could blast some tunes! After the ceremony we were greeted with none other than a RED CARPET back into the coach and he popped a bottle of ice cold champagne for my husband, myself and my entire wedding party (a total of 8 of us). This guy is TOP NOTCH and I've recommended them numerous times! Will definitely hire them again but only if we get DAN THE MAN!! Thank you for your great personality, your kind heart and your genuine character!

Best customer service!

10.11.19 - we selected Grace Limousine to bring ourselves and wedding party to the venue from the hotel. We cannot recommend them enough. At the beginning of planning we thought we would need vehicles, but as time went on we realized we could do with just one. Fully aware and understanding our contract, we accepted the loss, but Rae assured us the 2nd limo would be booked. A couple weeks outside our wedding, this had not been the case, but without prompting Rae released us from our contract for the 2nd vehicle. This is just one huge example of how much this Limo company values their customers. Throughout the entire process, Rae was attentive, flexible, willing to make schedule changes. I felt like we were friends by the week of the wedding! She is a saint and very very good at her job and makes couples feel very special. On the day of the wedding, the limo was early and got the entire party to the venue ahead of schedule. He was professional, kind, personable, and again ON TIME, which was my primary request. I highly recommend Grace Limousine. Very affordable, easy to work with, and just down to earth great people. You wont regret this decision! Thank you Rae and everyone at Grace Limousine!

Great shuttle service

We used Grace limo for a 14 passenger van for our wedding in NH and they were great! Rae was very responsive to any questions I had and day of we had no issues with the shuttle and they provided great service. Thank you Rae for all your help!

Great Transportation Service

Grace Limousine provided transportation on our wedding day in September 2019. We worked with Rae who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rae was able to help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like. It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue.
The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special. For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly - early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

If you want a quality driver for your big day look no further. Make sure you book in advance because these guy are popular. All the customer service representatives were so helpful, and our driver was amazing. He made sure all of the wedding party had an altoid and that my dad had plenty of tissues. He even called the morning of to make sure he had the right address for the pickup. After the ceremony he made sure that my husband and I got in the car and ensured there was champagne ready to go. These guys were professional from start to finish.

We hired Grace Limousine for our 5/12 wedding in Massachusetts. The company and driver were professional, responsive to calls/emails and friendly. Grace Limo was very professional. Our driver was cracking jokes when he picked me and my bridesmaids up. The limo and the bus were perfect and both drivers were so courteous. The bus driver even returned back to the hotel after he dropped all of the guests off because someone forgot a purse onboard. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody for any event. I know I will be planning another adventure with them.

Grace Limo was awesome! Our driver that night was so friendly and caring to make sure everyone got into their doors okay! (We were a bit tipsy) he was so helpful and a really good driver! The lady who made the reservation was also very helpful and followed up multiple times to ensure perfection.

At the last minute we were rapidly searching for transportation for our wedding party, we only needed services from the hotel to the venue but were having trouble securing anything. Then we discovered GRACE... within one day we had everything set in stone. Rae was incredible at talking through the logistics (including whether the limo would clear an arch way that I had no idea about- things I wouldn't of considered!) She was so helpful and I was so at ease. On the day of our wedding, the limo driver was easy going and got all of us to the venue without an issue. Would use them again!

Rae the booking agent was so very helpful with the planning, and Jimmy our driver was professional and executed multiple stops flawlessly, through New Hampshire, Vermont and New York for a fabulous wedding day! Rae and the entire Grace Limo Team were excellent.
Rae was extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs in regards to transportation to and from all our locations the day of our wedding. She responded quickly to all of our questions and showed us multiple options when we were viewing the vehicles.
Both drivers we had were professional, arrived on time and accommodated everyone in our bridal party.
We would highly recommend Grace Limos for all your transportation needs.

We used Grace for our wedding party transportation on our wedding day in addition to airport transportation for one of our International guests (whose flight did not arrive in Boston on time). We were extremely pleased with Grace's flexibility and assistance with the arrival of our International guest as well as the services provided to our wedding party and my husband and I after our reception. The drivers were well dressed, very friendly and accommodating. The vehicles were clean and modern. We would highly recommend this vendor.

We were very happy with our driver (I believe it was jim). He was happy to change the route when we told him of traffic reports, and he accommodated us when we changed picture locations (due to rain). He even arrive a little early. Before the day, my emails were answered very promptly. The limo was clean, and the service was great!

Grace Limo was a pleasure to work with. We met Richard at the Sky Meadow preview and requested him to be our driver which was a wonderful choice. He was a a true pleasure to work with. He arrived early, was very polite and very on top of things. He reminded me I needed my flowers as it was a bit hectic leaving and I had totally forgot. He even knew a nice little hiding spot for a tissue for brides during their first look if they get teary eyed. It was those little things that really showed we made the right choice with picking him and Grace Limo!

We hired Grace Limousine for a couple of different vehicles to shuttle guests back and forth between venues. They were very professional and Rae from the office was so nice to deal with. They were also punctual at the events we hired them for (the most important part!).

We booked a large limo bus from grace limosine and it was perfection. Our driver was fantastic and went above and beyond getting our wedding party to our photo location despite some hiccups. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

My husband and I recently got married and we used Grace Limousine for our transportation to and from the church/reception. Grace Limousine helped to make our wedding day very special; they were very professional and friendly when booking our limo, and they are very appreciative of our military. My husband is in the Navy and they honored his service with a military discount on our limo. Our limo driver gave us the "white glove" and red carpet treatment (literally), we also had champagne as part of our wedding package, with our limo ride to the reception. Our limo driver was very friendly, helpful, and funny; he really made us feel comfortable and special on our wedding day. Thank you Grace Limousine!

Grace was fantastic! They provided transportation for us for the bachelor party and wedding, and will soon be transporting us for our honeymoon. Their service is reliable and professional, and the limo for the wedding day was fabulous, complete with red carpet and champage. Grace did a great job for both my wedding and honeymoon. I have used them before and would use them again. They maybe slightly more expensive than other vendors in the area, but you definitely get what you pay for. With Grace, I know I am getting a high quality new looking limo, and excellent service.

Outstanding!! Our divers were on time with polished vehicles, kept us relaxed and were ready with Altoids before the ceremony and champagne after. These fantastic gentleman were the ones to fix my train before I walked down the aisle! I can not say enough positive things to support this service. Let me just say, if you have the opportunity - Request "007". He is the best limo driver I have EVER seen.

We got the 12person stretch Navigator. The limo was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I wish it had been white (it was black) for my wedding, but that was a minor detail. The limo had touch screen comands for everything you can imagine. Grace Limo included 2 bottles of Champagne (Cook's) and we also brought bottles of beer for the groomsmen.

"007" met at my parents house, where he greeted my parents, bridesmaids, and myself. He helped me down the stairs, to the limo, as well as into the limo. He constantly addressed me the passengers by name, showed me how to work the touch screen and did so with a more than positive attitude. I felt as though his attitude was genuine, and he really wanted to make my day the best it could be.

Before they opened the doors for me to walk down the aisle, "007" fluffled my train to make sure I was picture perfect. He waited outside, opened the bottle of champagne when we walked out - and we toasted with the bridal party.

I am a lifetime Grace Limo customer, and will always request "007".

I was so impressed with every step of the process. Grace Limo was so easy to deal with, I had no anxiety on my wedding day about having to pay gratuities but i was able to add that into the price when i paid for my package. The service was amazing! Our driver was amazing,he went above and beyond of what was expected. Our Driver, Tom, was so pleasant and kind. He helped not only the bride in the rain but also each wedding party member and our photographer! Tom stood in the rain holding an unmbrella over the photographer while she took some shots.

Grace provided us with a limo for the bridal party, and a larger luxury van for some of our guests. We were able to change the timing at the last minute with no problem. The drivers were excellent, very professional and pleasant. They made this part of the day easy and worry free!

We called Grace Limo on very short notice (4 days before our daughter's wedding to an Army soldier who got last minute leave). We weren't expecting much on such short notice but the limo was larger than we requested at no extra charge and we were given a military discount of 10% off. Our driver, Richard, was outstanding or gracious in his service. He treated our daughter like she was Cinderella going to the grandball! We could not have asked for better service. Our chaffeur was a very memorable part of our familys special day. We'd highly recommend Grace Limo. Ask for Richard! He's a gem!

We rented a white antique Bentley for the girls and I. It was a beautiful car. The driver was very kind and funny. He talked to us the whole way there and made us laugh. He helped the girls in and out of the car, fixed our dresses for us, and gave us a very comfortable ride.

The guys took a white limousine. Again it was a great ride, and worth every cent we paid.

I know from other experiences the company itself can be great but it also depends on the driver and our driver was just so professional and really made us feel quite special on our day. He was great with everyone and even toasted us on behalf of himself and the company as we entered the limo from our ceremony. Excellent experience all the way. When I called to inquire about booking, Anise recommended booking them at a bridal show as we would receive a discount. All emails and calls were responded to promptly and professionally. The day before, I received a call confirming everything (they beat me to it - I was going to call them). They also reviewed who I should call if I needed to change anything - assuring me that it wouldn't be in issue if anything had to change. The limo was very clean and the driver professional at all times. As it rained a bit right before the ceremony, he even held an umbrella and escorted non-limo riders into the church as well. He helped with my dress, train, and bouquet. He was there when we needed him otherwise we didn't know he was around. He set up the champagne OUT of the limo, and even decorated the ice bucket with some fresh flowers he gathered. I didn't even try to call other limo companies as I knew they were reliable and would deliver an excellent experience. Overall, an excellent experience and a very stress-free way to start off the whole show!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I worked with Anise to book this and she was very helpful and prompt at returning messages. The chauffeur we had the day of (I believe his name was Byron) went above and beyond - he picked everyone up on time, when it rained he shuffled me and my wedding party inside and when it stopped he was wiping down the seats with the staff of the venue. We were extremely impressed with Grace Limousine. Though we were initially skeptical of their claim that they cost more than the competition but only because they're that much better (roughly paraphrased), we weren't disappointed.

In addition to a limo, we required a bus to shuttle our guests between our reception and ceremony site. During our initial contact with Grace Limo, Anise, one of the representatives, went out of her way to track down a company that could help us, and taking it one step further, advised us to contact them directly so that we could avoid paying extra fees by booking through Grace Limo. We were extremely impressed by Grace's willingness to forgo their bottom line in the interest of helping a customer.

Our wedding-day service was just as impressive. Jennifer, our chauffeur, made sure that we were comfortable and well cared-for on the ride to the ceremony. When we arrived and waited for our cue to exit the limo for the beginning of the outdoor ceremony, Jennifer coordinated with the groomsmen to make sure that everything was in place. Following the ceremony, she trekked out to the woods (where we were doing photos) with shawls we had left in the limo in case anyone needed them. Before entering the limo for the drive to the reception, we were treated to a red-carpet champagne toast.

I've recommended Grace Limousine to artists and VIPs who perform at the theatre and our brides for YEARS, and they've never let me down. They are THE BEST limo company, bar none.

I knew that on my wedding day, I would not trust my transportation needs to anyone else. Anise (their wedding coordinator and my chauffeur) helped me carry my gown (held it for the WHOLE receiving line!), put on my dad's boutonniere, champagne toast, red carpet, fluffed my dress just as I was about to walk down the aisleI could go on, but I shouldn't need to. They're not the priciest out there, but they are a bit on the higher end. I would definetly reccomend this limo service for any couple wanting to feel like royalty at their wedding. The service is fantastic and very easy to wrok with. I actually ended up having to cancel one of the limos a

grace offered me great service and when it came to toasting after the ceremony they not only offered me chanpaign but also sparkling cider as i dont drink. they helped keep me calm and got my train ready to walk down the aisle and one of the drivers told me a joke before the doors opened so i would smile and forget how nervous i was. afterwards we had a town car just for the two of us. my only regret was that my dress was so big it didnt really fit in the smaller car and ha i thought about it i might have gotten a whole limo to got to the reception in for more comfort

Overall, the company has beautiful vehicles and most of the drivers were great. Considering the complexity of my request for pick up and drop off locations and numbers, they did an amazing job working to get all of my out-of-town family to and from the wedding. Rae was so very helpful and great to talk to and after hours on the phone we figured everything out. The problems were few, but the one limo driver missed one pick-up, which happened to be my stepmother-in-law and her family. This may have been due to a delay and them just missing each other because the driver was delayed dropping my bridal party off at the venue. The big problem came during the reception. I had paid (a lot!) to have the largest luxury bus waiting should any of my guests need to go back early. My cousin needed something off the bus and it and the driver were nowhere to be found. Maybe he just happened to need a snack break at that time...it was a long shift. But I can't say whether or not he would've been there any other time because that was the only time we tried to find him. The dispatch called the driver on speaker and my cousin heard him making a very unprofessional ethnic slur about my family, which she was not meant to overhear. This was the only major issue of the night. One unprofessional driver. I am sure he has been dealt with in some way shape or form by the company.
Now I will say that Michael Campbell, the CEO, was very easy to contact and very helpful and efficient with making up for the actions of his staff member, which is why I still give the company a great overall review. I don't want to bash the whole company due to the actions of one driver. I would still recommend this company. They did an overall great job with my complicated wedding!

Grace was awesome, although a little higher priced than I had hoped. The driver was fantastic and the customer service, especially Heather, were awesome. Their follow up was amazing and consistent. The only issue I had was that I wish I could have split up the required 3 hour reservation time as we didn't need to go anywhere after the ceremony because the reception was at the same location.

We had a rented suv take us from the reception to our home. The chauffeur was professional and very nice.

After a little miscommunication about there being 2 limos instead of 1 but it worked out in the end with a cool stretch Lincoln Navigator & Rick was a good driver - just needed better directions

This company is very professional and came highly reccomended to me. They were on time to drive all of us to the ceremony. Unfortunately, although we had booked a town car for the ride home, it never showed up. I was also still charged! So my new husband and I were left stranded without a ride and there were no other cars available for the night. So his parents thankfully gave up their town car for us to go home in and they hitched a ride with some friends. We hadn't planned on that. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of quality of service with Grace Limousine.

Somehow this reservations was missed by both parties. The mother of the groom did give up her vehicle so the bride and groom could have a ride home, but her cash payment was refunded, so this trip was never paid for. We are very sorry this happened, and wish you both our very best.

The day of my wedding, the driver told me that we had to "hurry up" because she had another appointment and couldn't be delayed (after the manager had already told me we could have the driver for longer if we needed). The morning after the wedding, we also used this limo service for a ride to the airport. This driver was exceptional, and the price was reasonable. Overall, fair experience.

Dan the driver was a great guy. Very professional and personable and he did everything he could to make the day a success. Unfortunately, the limo, the big 20 passenger bus, was sent with broken air conditioning on the hottest day of 2011. Dan tried to park in the shade when we weren't in the limo and he tried to do what he could, but it was pointless. We were all sweaty and disgusting and some of our photos didn't turn out so well because you can see the sweat on us. I will be fair and say they did give me the option for a small refund or they'd waive the deposit for another rental, but I chose the refund. I am not overly thrilled with the results of my experience, but I've otherwise heard good things about Grace and they did get me a few dollars back for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, there was an unforseeable issue with the vehicle's climate controls on the morning of July 23rd, so we sent the vehicle with 50% A/C, and plenty of ice water. As soon as David let us know that heat was an issue, I apologized and asked him if what I could do to make it right. Quoting his reply: "a $200 refund is acceptable and fair. I appreciate your responsiveness." We then refunded $200. While this review is inconsistent with the actual service, responsiveness, and refund, the A/C issue has been repaired, and our beautiful fleet is now in perfect operating condition.

I really wish that I could give them all 5s because they are usually a great company to work with, but they totally dropped the ball the day of our wedding. We had three limos for transportation to the church and reception and three more at the end of the night to bring people home. They totally messed up and my in-laws limo was at the hotel with the other limo for the groomsmen! I called the day before myself to verify that everything was all set and went over addresses and times myself. I tried to even talk to the person who answered the phone and she wouldn't let me talk to anyone but Rae, who does the weddings. I was extremely disappointed and embarassed that my in-laws and out of town relatives had to show up, clown car style, in a minivan!! My limo was fine and the drivers were very professional and apologetic. They were able to make it right by refunding the money for that one limo, but there were no incentives offered, like a percentage off a next booking or a coupon. We used to use them all the time for airport transfers, nights on the town, etc, so I think we may be looking somewhere else based on this moving forward.

My experience with Grace wasn't great. We got married on an 80 something degree day, and we rented the limo bus to accomadate all of our wedding party. The air conditioner was broken. Well, not only was it broken but it was blowing hot air out of the vents. There were no windows that we could open. One of my bridesmaids almost passed out due to how hot it was. When we called after the fact to mention what had happened, they gave us this long list of excuses. Not to mention the limo driver was great until he told us a joke and popped out his dentures(he thought it was funny, I thought it was unprofessional and gross. Yuck!

We did receive a call regarding the heat/AC issue, and we asked if there was anything we could do to rectify the situation. We were told a refund was not necessary or desired (we did offer). Unfortunately I did not hear of the problem with the driver until this review. Dentures did, apprently, pop out momentarily, but that was purely an accident, and your chauffeur has been intructed to take care of that situation in the future. We were so disappointed with this company. Not only did they do a cheesy champagne toast that was really a commercial for Grace Limos in front of all of our family and friends, but the driver came early and rather than wait in the car, he was in the background of many of our family pictures. When we were running over a little bit on time, we talked to the driver about it and paid him for the overtime but apparently, he didn't report this and we also got a bill for the extra time from the company. This driver may have been a particularly bad one, but I wouldn't recommend the company.

Thank you for your feedback. Our chauffeurs always arrive 15 minutes early, and are always glad to move out of the way of the camera if asked. Chauffeurs are a part of the wedding process, however, and do end up in photos as they go about their jobs. The chauffeur thought the cash payment was a tip, but regardless, the overcharge was refunded. The champagne toast is an option with every wedding, and is a photo opportunity that most brides really enjoy. If anyone would like to opt out of this complimentary service, please just ask your booking agent. Thank you.

Most people go with Grace because of the Bentley. I used this vehicle for my wedding a couple years ago, and I would not recommend. The outside is kept up nicely, but unfortunately, the inside is very unappealing. There are holes where knobs should be on the front dash, and it smells quite musty. This vehicle costs twice as much as a stretch limo, and is not worth the added cost. If you are considering the Bentley, I would think twice and perhaps look in MA.

As with any Antique vehicle, we continuously maintain this vehicle's interior and exterior. The mentioned holes happen to be the original right-side steering column, which was moved to the left-side.
