The prices were great and everything was good until the rings actually came in. When I went in to pick up the ring they didn't ask for my ID or anything. They would have just given anyone who walked in and said the right name my ring. I thought that was rather unprofessional. They also didn't even give us ring boxes so we had to wear our rings out of the store until we could get home and put them away safely. Even though those seem like small things, those were just little things they could have done to make the experience better. Also not long after I received my ring my mom was talking to someone who said Gordon's lost her ring. A ring is very precious and to think that there is a chance they may lose a ring made me leary of taking it to them to have my wedding band and engagement ring saudered together. I chose to go to a well-trusted local jeweler to have my rings saudered.

Great. wonderful service and product.

There could be better...
but i would recommend this to other couples, affordable.
