The team at Gina's made my wedding dress dreams come true. I had a vision and they were open to my ideas. It was so wonderful to work with everyone. Tiffany the in house seamstress was also amazing. I will continue to send everyone looking for a beautiful gown their way. -

had such a positive experience at Gina’s and would highly recommend them.
I got engaged in December of 2018 and my sister arranged for me to try on dresses in February of 2020. Gina’s was the first and only shop I went to. I fell in love with my dress in that first appointment. Gina and her staff gave me some options to add some sparkle to the dress and customize it to my liking.
We also ended up finding my mom a dress for the wedding at Gina’s. She has some cognitive and mobility challenges and the staff treated her with compassion and dignity, understanding that this was a big day for her, too.
We ended up having to postpone our May 2021 wedding to April 2022 due to the pandemic, which was extremely easy to do with Gina’s. When the time finally came for alterations and to get my dress, Tiffany was great and altered my dress beautifully.
I absolutely loved my dress, it felt very “me” and I would recommend Gina’s in a heartbeat, they were exceptional. -

The most perfect experience!!! Stellar service
Gina's Bridal was my first ever wedding dress shopping experience, and I am so glad I went here first! Gina was my consultant and shared a pre-visit survey to gauge what types of dresses I was interested in. Not having a dream dress/wedding growing up, I wanted to try anything and everything! Gina pulled such a great selection to get me started, and pulled more dresses as my visit went on based on my feedback, plus my moms and matron of honor. Her boutique is the cutest setting and provides such great space, even if other girls are trying on dresses or browsing at the same time. The fitting rooms and decorations were spot on! I ended up selecting the first dress I ever tried on and am so grateful! My girls fell in love with it, but being unsure with myself, I went on to visit various other places in Metro Detroit and back where I live in Wisconsin. I returned when I kept comparing every other dress to that very first one! I'm so thrilled with how it turned out -- it truly was the perfect dress for me. Hands down, Gina's Bridal provides the absolute best experience, options, and price ranges. Gina and her staff were fantastic throughout all of my fittings, too, and made me feel and look like a queen. I also was interested in purchasing a bridal headpiece during my second fitting, but unfortunately it was broken. During the fitting, not only did she make it functional, but she lent it to me for my consequent hair and makeup trial! It worked out perfectly and I ordered one for my big day. So kind! If you're in the market for a wedding dress, go to Gina's first! Would give 6 out of 5 stars if it were possible. Thanks again! -

I love my experience with Gina and team, and I absolutely adored my dress! Dress shopping with Gina was low-key, efficient, and but very detail-oriented (just how I like it). They were flexible in scheduling the original appointment, alterations, and final fitting. We were also working around COVID-related business restrictions, and it was great to have appointment scheduling be so flexible. Even though I picked out the dress over a year before the wedding, it fit like a glove! Thanks all! -

I went in with such a negative mind set and I really wasn't looking forward to looking at dresses. Went in tried on some dresses and all I saw was an ugly bride looking back at me. I just wanted this to just be over, picked a dress, Gina took pictures, got measured, paid half and left. Sat at home for weeks looking at that picture and cried cause I hated it and how I looked. Fast forward a couple of months and it was time to go try it on, which I was dreading. Get there Gina helped me put it on, built me some cap sleeves, took it off, went home still hating the dress. About a week later I go in and see Pam who had taken my dress in on the sides and put some more lace in the back. Gina takes a picture and something crazy happened I didn't hate what I saw in the mirror. I went ahead and paid the rest of the dress. Yesterday went and tried on the dress for the final time and looked into the mirror and cried, they made me feel beautiful and I am finally excited for my futher husband and family to see me June 1, 2019. Gina and Pam thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I love you both and God Bless you. -

I found my perfect wedding dress at Gina's Bridal in Milford. They were absolutely wonderful there. Not pushy, flexible, and comforting. The staff was always kind and listened to what I wanted and helped me find a dress that met those wants. They stored my dress until I was ready to take it home without a fee. They also handled my dress alterations. The seamstress ensured the dress fit perfectly and did anything I asked. Thank you, Gina's! I highly recommend! -

Most perfect bridal shop
I can not recommend Gina’s boutique enough! They made finding the perfect dress so easy! I went in with a different vision in mind and I’m so glad they recommended the dress they did. I got so many compliments on my dress and so many people said they’ve never seen anything like it. I absolutely love my dress and wish I could wear it again! Alterations were easy and perfect! I have also gotten a bridesmaid dress from Gina’s and they have such a great selection and they are so interactive with bridesmaid dress shopping (unlike a lot of bridal shops!) it is great! -

They were super understanding, not pushy and even encouraged trying on others. Cinnamon knew my style and body type better than me... I actually picked the dress she picked for me. I would recommend them to anyone! -

Kelsey Sent on 02/21/2015Gina's Bridal Boutique is wonderful! I am so glad I made an appointment. From the minute I stepped through the front door the warmth of Gina's surrounded me. Gina and her family were great! Having been the only bride during my appointment was refreshing. Gina takes the time to listen to your likes and dislikes. She also takes into consideration your budget. It was nice not feeling any pressure to purchase a gown by the end of my appointment. Thankfully, I loved every minute of my bridal appointment with Gina. I put on my wedding dress and ended up crying. I knew that I had found the one! I'm looking forward to having my first dress fitting with Gina next week. -

Ryan Sent on 09/22/2014I went in to Gina's as appointment 2 of 3 Memorial Day weekend nervous with the daunting task of buying off-the-rack for my wedding in 4 months. I also had a very low budget as far as wedding dresses go & I was forward about it when we came in. They did not flinch, but did caution me that certain dress styles would likely fall above my price range. They did an excellent job of selecting a variety of dresses that fit me and a range of prices. It blew me away when someone that was assisting another bride selected a dress she wanted me to try on...and it ended up being the one. The best part...it was EXACTLY what I budgeted, it happened to be a canceled dress line and it not only fit me like a glove, it fit the setting of our wedding perfectly. Needless to say after trying on about 14 dresses and finding "the one" we cancelled the 3rd appointment and had a lovely lunch in Downtown Milford to celebrate!
Later, when I found my hair & makeup artist through Gina's vendor referrals, I found out more about their community presence through a personal story that truly touched my heart. I will ALWAYS recommend a trip to Gina's for future brides in the area as they made me feel like a model in each of their gowns and every woman deserves that experience.
I'm sad Paulita is retiring at the end of this month, she made the few "touches" bustle/hem/straps absolutely perfect in a reasonable time frame and was very flexible in meeting with me when life got in the way. I doubt she will be easily replaced, but I trust that Gina's will put their Brides in the care of professional seamstresses to turn their gowns into masterpieces! -

I was looking for a bridal shop that provided personal attention and someone that took a vested interest in me. I found exactly that at Gina's! I had scheduled a long day of trying on dresses and Gina's was the last stop on the journey. I truly saved the best for last without even knowing it.
Gina truly listens so that she can capture and understand each brides individual tastes. She heard me loud and clear on likes/dislikes and ultimately offered suggestions to alter the dress I had fell in love with. I was able to customize the dress to perfectly suit my style. I have never felt so beautiful as I did in my gown that was customized for me, it truly was perfect!

Amy Sent on 06/09/2008Don't go to a "warehouse" bridal shop for the most important dress you will ever buy - I went to Gina's, a bridal shop, and also the Walmart of the bridal dress world and WOW what a difference. I was back at Gina's right away to find my dream dress. Its one on one specialty service, you get to know the family, its a beautiful setting, all adding up to the perfect experience for the big day.

My only concern was over the fact that it was sometimes difficult to get a phone call back (although I recognize that this is due to their policy of focusing on customer that are currently IN the store, which isn't a bad policy). I found a great dress at a great price. They encouraged me to try on dresses out of my comfort zone, which I think was a great practice. I also truly trusted their style opinions. They were great at accomodating my preference to have multiple appointments before purchasing. Would definitely recommend to others! -

Laura Sent on 11/12/2012Gina's is near and dear to us, they are like family at this point. We had gotten my cousin's wedding dress there last year, our bridesmaids dresses, and then my wedding dress and my 'maids dresses this year. They have a good selection of dresses, at such a great value. I was able to go in there at any time, as I live in Chicago, and was only in town once in a while. I ordered my dress WAY in advanced, like 8-9 months so when it came in 3 weeks late, I was a little taken back. They also kept telling me it was coming in the following week, so i came back to Michigan 3 weeks in a row, thinking I was getting my dress and did not. But it came in, I got it fitted by their tailor (paulita) and it was great. I only got one fitting, so I was nervous! But it turned out great.
We will be back to at least visit!! :) -

This was one of the first places I went to. The staff was very warm and welcoming when myself and my bridal crew came in to look at wedding gowns. The boutique is very clean and has a fresh feeling. There gown selections are beautiful. They have amazing designers for there wedding gowns. I highly recommend this place even though I found my wedding dress somewhere else.
