The only reason Carrie got 4.5 instead of 5 for professionalism is that she was really laid back (not to be read "lazy"). She was professional in that she did what she did well and knew what she was doing and was easy to work with, but she did not have the aspect of "professional" that sometimes seems serious and methodical.
