The most amazing florals ever

Wow. Just Wow. Dawn and Mary are so impressive. I gave them my color scheme and said like want spring wild flower florals and they blew us away with what they put together. The florals were a focal point and talking point that people still bringing up. I'm so incredibly happy we go to work with A Garden Party to make our garden party spring wedding dreams come true. I will forever be obsessed with these flowers.

Everything you could ask for!

A Garden Party did an amazing job and absolutely transformed our venue! We were blown away with the floral arrangements; we could not have asked for anything better. The flowers were vibrant, fresh, and matched our vision perfectly! The team was so kind and helpful throughout the process. beautiful experience

The team immediately got my vision. I picked them because i had seen their work at my venue before. They were so quick to catch onto my vision and remembered any details I requested. I also had a major over site on my part and emailed them 1-2 weeks before the wedding panicking. They were so quick to respond with ease and a adjustment that made me so comfortable and happy.

Just Got It

We interviewed two florists and there was just no comparison. From the initial interview, Dawn and Mary just got "the vision." She showed us flower choices that were just what we wanted. A Garden Party was easy to work with, worked within our budget and responded promptly to questions and the final result was truly perfect. Highly recommend!

Incredible Florist

AGP was responsible for my florals and centerpieces at my wedding. Our candles and florals on our tables were stunning, our hanging Spanish moss at the reception and our bouqs were amazing. AGP constructed a floral arch for our ceremony that made it through some rain and was perfectly intact at the time of the ceremony. They were timely and professional and truly made my wedding dreams come to life. I would without a doubt recommend AGP.

The best florist!

We hired A Garden Party for our April 2023 wedding and SO happy that we did. They helped bring my vision to life to create a colorful wedding. We looked to A Garden Party to not only create bouquets for the bridal party, but also transform the same space for our two separate ceremonies (Hindu & Christian) to ensure each ceremony had a unique look. They also made beautiful floral garland's and created a Mandap of flowers & greenery for our Hindu ceremony. I highly recommend A Garden Party for your wedding / event - they were so easy to work with and were able to make changes / adjustments up until nearly the end. I was obsessed with the final product!

Stunning and amazing wedding flowers

Our planner Michael Emens, from “Weddings down the Shore” recommended A Garden Party. After looking through their Instagram and website, we knew we needed to meet them! And they didn’t disappoint - after our first meeting, we walked away excited and confident, knowing that Dawn and her team at A Garden Party would bring our wedding day vision to life. We are forever grateful that everything about our wedding day was absolutely amazing, down to the littlest detail. Using local blooms and design elements that blended perfectly with the background of Willow Creek Winery, the end result was beyond amazing - people are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were. The flowers, greenery, lanterns and centerpieces were so stunning and absolutely beautiful. They even made a little boutonniere and a beautiful flower collar for our golden retrievers. If you want a team that is full of passion and creativity, then you need A Garden Party!

Breathtaking Execution - Stunning Work

Being the groom in my wedding, I was very handsoff for the floral arrangement. I'll be honest that I had no idea how much flowers cost and was a bit surprised by the final amount. After seeing A Garden Party's work, I would say we got a heck of a deal. The transformation of an ordinary wedding tent into a truly breathtaking a magical space was incredible. When I walked into the tent, I was left with my mouth on the floor. Additionally, we had a mantap (hopa) for our ceremony which was quite possibly the most stunning thing I have ever seen. The amount of compliments I received and the line to simply take photos in front it shows just how magnificent a job they did. I could not endorse this company more. 11/10

The true stars of my wedding day!

Dawn and Mary went above and beyond every step of the way! My wedding had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic and the team could not have been more accommodating with all of the changes. When the day finally came, I was blown away by their artistry and creativity! My bouquet brought me to tears, especially when Mary mentioned she had cut my peonies from her garden that morning! The attention to detail on my ceremony arch was remarkable. They had arranged the flowers in a subtle ombre of pink shades. Celebrating with A Garden Party was the best decision I made while planning my wedding!

Dawn, Mary, and the rest of the Garden Party team are truly the BEST of the best. From our very first meeting they were IN CHARGE, organized, and fun to work with - everything a bride-to-be wants in a vendor! Throughout the planning process, Dawn and Mary were quick to respond to all questions, communicated with us the entire way, and met with us to ensure they understood our vision. Their work goes far beyond florals, as they also created beautiful signs, seating charts, table decorations, and more. My husband and I often talked about how lucky we felt to have found Dawn and Mary and how impressive they were to work with. On wedding day, the Garden Party team was on time and truly transformed our venue space into the most beautiful secret garden. It was absolutely breathtaking! My husband and I spoke to multiple florists and no one compared to Mary and Dawn. They immediately understood the vibe we wanted and gave us confidence that they could flawlessly execute our vision, which they did! Best Florist

A Garden Party was an absolute dream to work with especially with all the curve balls Covid kept throwing our way. They stuck with me through three different wedding dates, multiple color theme changes as the dates changes and even venue switches. Dawn and Mary make a great team. Dawn is so organized and was always for quick to respond. Mary’s creativity was unbelievable and she brought my vision to life. The wedding coordinators and guest at the wedding were all very impressed by the décor. We heard many times that night that it was the best that many people have ever seen. Pure Magic.

Pure Magic.

There are no other words to describe what A Garden Party team does. Mary & Dawn were extremely helpful from the start of the process to the very end. Dawn being so organized and helping me ensure everything was perfect for the big day. We even threw in a VERY last minute addition and she didn't even flinch. Dawn said we're on it, and they sure were.

Then Mary... where to even begin. Mary truly made my dreams come true. I have always said I wanted my guests to feel like they are walking into a garden, and she just absolutely blew any expectation I have ever had out of the water. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. It's like she read my mind!! I don't know how they do it. The team was so sweet and so organized on my wedding day, they were the most professional group. I didn't even have to give it a second thought, I knew it was going to be perfect.

I could go on for days about how amazing they were and how lucky I was to find them. Take my advice.. don't wait on this one. A Garden Party is worth every single penny and I would chose them again and again.

Perfect Wedding Florist!

Mary and Dawn at A Garden Party went above and beyond to make our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! They were super easy to work with for booking, brainstorming, and planning. When Covid hit, they made it easy for us to reschedule to a new date a year later. In terms of design/flower selection, my partner and I had a loose sense of what we wanted, but were hugely appreciative of the professional advice we got from the team at A Garden Party. By the way, they bring so much more to the table than just flowers - for our event, they brought TONS of greenery (per our request), gorgeous flowers, beautiful candles/votives, a terrarium card-holder, and an incredible vintage mirror perfectly printed with our table assignments. And beyond just what they brought, their people are amazing - they precisely arranged and draped greenery from the rafters of our venue, getting it all done the morning of the wedding. 10/10, would recommend! Fairytale Team

The owners Dawn and Mary are a dream to work with. They helped my husband and I navigate through postponing our wedding 2 times, due to COVID. They were always there throughout the whole process, so supportive and understanding. They are the best and our whole experience with A Garden Party was absolutely wonderful.

My Husband and I love flowers. When we first started dating my husband would send me fresh flowers every week. He even had my engagement ring custom made to look like a flower. We got engaged at Longwood Gardens. We wanted to have a beautiful garden wedding and A Garden Party nailed it. We are both still dreaming of the day.

Amazing florists that do it all!

For someone who does not know a lot about flowers, A Garden Party was an absolute dream to work with! Not only were they adaptable to each of my wedding dates (rescheduled due to COVID), but they also somehow knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to tell them I just wanted natural colors (light pinks, greens, and white) and they absolutely ran with it and made it everything I envisioned in my head without having the flower knowledge to describe. While I had every intention of making some of the extra accent pieces myself, I eventually realized the ease of having them make it for me outweighed my aspiring creativity. They made a beautiful welcome sign and a stunning seating chart display - my photographer said it was the prettiest one she's ever seen! The flowers were of course stunning, and the team did an amazing job adding to the natural beauty of the venue without taking away or competing with it. I wasn't planning on doing anything to save my bouquet, but I woke up the next morning in a panic and gave my maid of honor the last-minute job of researching a way to preserve and frame them while we left for our honeymoon!

Absolutely epic!

I’m still SPEECHLESS at the entire experience with A Garden Party! Mary and Dawn exceeded my wildest dreams; people are still raving about the flowers and beauty of my wedding. They are the absolute best of the best to work with. Being a COVID bride, I was feeling a constant state of disappoint having to constantly change my “vision” — until I talked with these ladies. They designed an EPIC first wedding which was cancelled and designed an even more EPIC second wedding. They were so flexible with my change in style. Most importantly, my wedding day poured ugly rain and was completely outside, Mary, Dawn, and their entire team worked their asses off to transform what could have been an ugly, rainy backyard wedding into an absolutely breathtaking affair. Their talent is absolutely without compare. Plus their personalties are the best!! So warm, smart, caring, and creative. I’m so sad my wedding is over because their gorgeous work brought my soul so much happiness. Hands down, hiring them was the very best decision I’ve ever made.

Absolutely stunning - my favorite wedding vendor!

A Garden Party came recommended by our wedding venue, ICONA Avalon, after we pivoted from our big city wedding amidst the pandemic and decided to do a microwedding at the beach with our family and bridal party. I cannot describe how beautiful the flowers were that Mary, Dawn and their team developed for our wedding. The bouquets were gorgeous, they supplied a perfect driftwood arbor for our beach ceremony and the decor was exquisite. Plus, they were the easiest vendor to work with - I cannot sing their praises enough, their work is second to none!

The best in the business

It took me so long to write this review because I couldn't find the words to describe how incredible and talented the entire team at A Garden Party is. They can do the most creative and unique floral designs I've ever seen. When I saw them at a wedding show, I was so blown away that I said when it came time for me to choose a florist, it would be them no matter what. But somehow they ended up being so much more than I thought. When I sat down with Mary to just brainstorm, I loved her passion for what she does. It was incredibly inspiring. She took my ideas and turned them into beautiful works of art - she was so creative that I picked my theme, colors, and decor decisions for my wedding at that meeting. A Garden Party gave me the wedding inspiration I needed! Then, when it came to day-of, they did such a beautiful job that I'm still comprehending it. From my sweetheart table to the window florals to the bouquets to the arch, A Garden Party gave me the most beautiful wedding. It felt like a fairytale. People were obsessed - everyone took pictures with the arch, and even now, two months later, we are still getting calls and comments on how perfect the flowers were. People keep saying, including men, they've never seen more impressive, beautiful, stunning flowers. Mary and A Garden Party team were a dream to work with. After seeing their gorgeous work at my best friends wedding, they were the first florist I contacted when searching for our wedding. On our actual wedding day there was horrible rain predicted for our outdoor ceremony. They held off decorating our plan B, set up completely outside at our plan A ceremony space so we could take all of our photos under the gorgeous arbor, and then switched everything to our indoor plan B location just in time for the ceremony. Insanely amazing!

The florals that A Garden Party created for us on our wedding day were legitimately outstanding. They were one of our favorite vendors throughout the entire process. We worked with Mary the whole time and from the very beginning every interaction with her was so positive. She is organized, responsive, warm, easy to work with, creative and so so talented. In regards to the day of planning, she was great at presenting the items that we might need without being pushy with her opinion. We gave her a general idea of the colors we wanted and the vibes that we were going for at the wedding and visited their farm to pick out some specific flowers that we loved. From there we gave them free reign in designing the final products and OMG. They went above and beyond and delivered something more amazing than we could have ever imagined. My bouquet literally left me speechless and our ceremony arch was so beautiful and unique; everything was unlike anything that I had ever seen before. They are worth every penny and I really cannot recommend them enough! We love them so much!

Our Perfect Day

I got married on 5/31/19 at Running Deer Golf Club and was fortunate enough to have A Garden Party completely TRANSFORM the venue into everything I dreamed I wanted and more! Seriously Mary and Dawn are the experts when it comes to all things flowers and weddings. From booking to executing our vision, they made the process so smooth and effortless. Linking to my Pinterest page was amazing to express my ideas to them and they knew exactly what I wanted. Mary and Dawn were absolutely the best. They have an amazing staff that set up for our day, and prior to that, Mary and Dawn worked with us to create our dream wedding. Our dream wedding come true!

A Garden Party made our dream wedding come true! We loved working with Mary. She completely understood the look and feel we were dreaming of and made it come to life! A Garden Party had the most amazing inventory, I didn’t have to worry about candle holders or anything! They put together the most beautiful lounge area and seating cart... our guests are still talking about it! Mary was super knowledgeable and the work was just absolutely stunning. The initial planning meeting with Dawn was great because right off the bat you realize that these people know what they are doing. Dawn carefully listened to what my daughter was looking for and quickly pulled up pictures of previous designs, showed alternative options and wrote detailed notes on everything we inquired about. It was impressive. And every detail gets covered - not just the flowers but the containers, the lighting, the linens, etc. Really amazing.
Budgets are welcomed and are taken into full consideration at A Garden Party...these ladies are happy to work with you to remain within your dollar amount and provide you with a beautiful product.
Every question that we asked was addressed and noted. Nothing was ever too much, even adding on two items towards the very end. They are great with suggestions and happy to supply information on other needs that you may have for the event itself.
Our venue looked spectacular - A Garden Party staff comes in to set things up and if anything needs to be moved or adjusted, they are on site to do it - no dropping off and running. This means so much...
Our guests could not get over how beautiful everything looked - every detail, covered. These kinds of touches go a long way in putting together a wedding. A Garden Party was instrumental in making our event so beautiful and so very memorable.

A Garden Party is Amazing!

A Garden Party exceeded our expectations in every way! I didn’t know much about flowers, but had some initial thoughts on what I wanted for our wedding. So, we felt we should put our trust in some experts and that’s exactly what the AGP team is. Dawn and Mary are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with especially if you’re open to creative solutions. They had lots of ideas and recommendations. We provided some general color preferences and Pinterest ideas but otherwise let them have the reins on what flowers would be included in my bouquet, centerpieces and other floral installations. We had lots and lots of candles at our reception that AGP provided. It added so much to our venue with a glow and warmth that lasted the whole evening. They also offer other rental items like welcome signs! Our absolute favorite floral element was the staircase in Parque (our venue) that they decorated with flowing flowers and vines, and it was BEYOND beautiful!! We would highly recommend A Garden Party to any couple looking for a creative and inspired florist that will surely exceed all your expectations for your wedding!

A Garden Party made our wedding flower dreams come true this past May at Bonnet Island Estate! Mary and Dawn truly have an special eye for floral design like no other. They were spectacular to work with from beginning to end (hands down most professional and punctual vendor) and provided many unique and different ideas to the table while still respecting my vision. I can safely say that my favorite and the most jaw-dropping element of my wedding was the floral and event design.

There are many things that can go wrong on the big day, but we never had any worry that something would be missed or out of place with their team. Their professionalism is top notch and even during the stress of the day they were true rockstars, were calm, cool, and collected.

The flowers truly exceeded our expectations above and beyond. We have been getting many compliments about the flowers still to this day! That is a true testament to their talents. I have no doubt I will find a way to work with them again in the future.

From start to finish these girls took my hodunk, $500 venue wedding to something girls dream about. I had no vision, nothing but shrugged shoulders and photos of what my girls were wearing...and I think it came out perfect! I will go nowhere else when it comes to sending floral arrangements, unless it’s someone I don’t really like!

A Garden Party was really the florist of our dreams and a joy to work with from initial consultation to wedding day! Mary and team were amazing on our wedding day and set up not only a beautiful beach ceremony in Cape May but also did an amazing job on our cocktail hour and reception location. We had a few specific ideas which Mary brought to life just as we envisioned--if not better! We loved every bloom, my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, and our reception felt like we were in a beautiful garden of flowers. No detail went unnoticed and we loved everything so much! I am a wedding hairstylist and have seen a million brides flowers. One of my brides was truly memorable and had an amazing crown and awesome packaging from A Garden Party and that really stuck out to me so when it came time to book my florist I didn't even look around I knew I wanted them! My wedding was literally out of a dream. My bouquet honestly couldn't have been better I LOVED it, every time I looked down at it, it made me smile ear to ear. Our ceremony arch was beyond words an what they did with the room was literally magical. Flowers were SO important to me and it's a little scary because you just describe your vision and kind of hope for the best and my expectations were not only met but exceeded to the max. My only regret is not thinking to preserve my bouquet!!! I wish I could have it forever! The team at A Garden Party is perfect from start to finish. From the first inspirational meeting, I knew I was in the best hands with Dawn and Mary. As our vision built, they were transparent about pricing and budget, and flexible to help us stay within our affordable window. We had an "event planner" who came with the catering company. She was not very organized or detail-oriented. My saving grace was Mary! Not only did she communicate with my planner in advance to clarify roles, she also followed up with me to put me at ease. My saving grace was knowing the team would be on the ground on the day of the wedding. I knew everything would be perfect, and it was truly beyond my wildest dreams! These women will pore over the details with the same love and care as the couple themselves.

Mary and Dawn and the whole Garden Party team were amazing! From the very first meeting, we felt that they listened and understood the vision that we wanted for our wedding. We wanted a "Rustic Vintage" wedding with lots of succulents and a more masculine feel. Awesome and quick communication. Very professional. The day of the wedding everything (boutonnières, bouquets, centerpieces, flower girl basket, ring bearer moss pillow, aisle decorations, sweetheart table, chuppa, & all the extra little touches) was absolutely perfect! We went to several florists, but none could compare to A Garden Party. Everything they do is customized and beautiful. I am so glad I booked with A Garden Party. Their work is simply stunning. I loved all of the possible container options – there are SO MANY! I had a consultation in their office and was able to share my ideas through Pinterest and emailed photos. They recreated some suggestions of mine that I could not be happier with. I primarily went with white and off-white flowers, and there was such texture in the bouquets and centerpieces I was blown away. I had rented mirror blocks for the ceremony behind the altar area but as they were packing them to be transported they were broken. I felt so bad! They substituted with mirrored tables from Home Goods (looooove that place), and it looked just as pretty! Everyone was so happy with their flowers and they look gorgeous in all of my photos. They were very accommodating every time I emailed them with every little silly thing, and I was grateful for that. I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out, they made my vision come alive!

A Garden Party did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. They were very easy to work with before the event -- guiding us through image boards and doing a great job of listening to what we liked and didn't. I absolutely loved the bouquets they created for me and my bridesmaids, the bouts were great, and they made very cool bracelets for our mothers' flowers. They also did a terrific job on our ceremony lighting, working with some ideas that we had they used plants and twinkle lights on the aisles and our chuppah for a unique, dark venue. They then worked with us to transfer the aisle arrangements to the tables and incorporated twinkle lights in additional high and low centerpieces -- all of which were beautiful. They were very responsive to my hopes to minimize flowers in favor of plants we could take home, and even the place card table which we planned to do very simply turned out to be beautiful!

I am not a DIY kinda girl, A Garden Party took care of every little thing, the room was transformed into the most flawless wedding reception!! They have so many things to rent, and whatever they don't have they will make sure to get for you. The original plan was to do the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, well the rain was hanging over our head the whole time, but they waited til the last minute to set up to make sure we still got to appreciate the beauty of the outside!! They truly made our day special, but most importantly-easy!! Hiring people who you have so much confidence in, makes everything that much better, because we got to just show up and have fun!! No worries at all, just family, true love and enjoying ourselves was all that we had to be concerned with!! One of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!

I am giving A Garden Party a 5/5 stars because they truly deserve it. I met with Mary a few months before my wedding to go over the flower crown I wanted as well as my flower girl. On the day of my wedding, my flowers were not made, and my invoice was not able to be found right away, but I want to reflect on the positive here and I would still ONE HUNDRED percent recommend this vendor to anyone who asked. People are human, and make mistakes. My order had been misplaced for whatever reason, and A Garden Party got my two flower crowns delivered to my venue, earlier than expected, and fully refunded my charge without question. These women were apologetic and I had heard nothing but great reviews about them, and know they worked closely and numerous times with my vendor: Pratt Gardens. Thank you ladies for my flower crowns, they were beautiful. Thank you for accommodating my day and bringing them to me. A Garden Party provided all the flowers for my wedding, and they were breathtaking. I met with Mary and Dawn initially and I felt that they really understood what I was going for - bright, saturated purples and pinks. They had the idea of incorporating gold-painted accents into the flowers, and it made them really unique and tied the flowers together with the other gold elements at the wedding. I totally put my trust into their aesthetic judgment and I was not disappointed. When the bouquets arrived to the hotel that morning, I could have cried! They were spectacular, and somehow exactly what I had pictured, but better. Walking into the reception space later that day was one of my favorite moments. The centerpieces completely lit up the room with color. Looking back at the photos now, I am so glad I trusted the flowers to A Garden Party. They were tasteful and memorable. Mary and Dawn were a pleasure to work with and respected my budget. I would absolutely recommend working with them!

So words can not express how happy we were with these ladies! Mary and Dawn did an unbelievable job for our summer wedding : ) The flowers were not only stunning, but better than we could have imagined! They understood our vision and then of course whipped out their amazing talents to create beautiful centerpieces, boutonnieres, wristlets, bouquets, and even a floral headband/crown for my hippie self! In addition, they provided loose bunches of flowers(they gave us TONS of flowers!!) the day before our wedding, which we used to place around the farm for our outdoor ceremony.

Mary and Dawn at A Garden Party did an unbelievably amazing job! From our meetings in their cute meeting room to the end result, everything was better than I ever imagined. They're so creative but also understood what I wanted and stuck to my style. Mary and Dawn suggested things I didn't even know existed like a floral pocket square instead of a boutonniere. They created a theme for my night beyond flowers. They worked hard on a place card shutter and create a beautiful display for my favors. Everything was great, and they are great people to work with. A garden party was excellent!!! They paid attention to very thing I said I wanted and delivered!!! They exceeded my expections!!! My bouquet was beautiful and I received many comments in it!! Where do I begin? The following is my version of a love letter to Mary & Dawn and the entire A Garden Party team. Are you looking for flowers for your wedding day? Sure, A Garden Party can do this… they’ll be beautiful, I promise you, but Dawn and Mary are SO MUCH MORE. If you’re looking for the ultimate partner in bringing your wedding vision to life, then A Garden Party is most definitely for you. We used A Garden Party for all of our flowers and a good amount of décor and signage. For this Type A bride, they were everything I could have asked for – super responsive, supportive, patient, honest, ALWAYS lovely, and filling the knowledge gap of floral design, wedding décor and how to create an event that reflects the couple and their vision. Their work is so very beautiful – they have an exquisite aesthetic when it comes to floral design and styling and can really do anything. They have the talent and demeanor to handle either type of bride – the one who knows what they want and the one who isn’t quite certain. This is a super important nuance for brides – not only will they work with you to specifically create what you are asking for and provide counsel on how to best execute your vision, BUT, they are just as spectacular creating beauteousness with full creative license. From our birch chuppah (which a month later we’re still getting compliments on) to the bouquets (which included 10 unique bridal party designs), the boutonnieres, the LOVE sign (romantic/whimsical-style brides should ask about this rental!), then to the centerpieces, window designs, etc. – there were so many beautiful details to take in. After our initial meetings (and my multiple requests to add items and elements – their Facebook and Pinterest pages are amazingly dangerous sources of inspiration), I had no doubt that they were going to execute flawlessly… I never lost sleep, cried, accumulated frown lines over their elements – they were a dream to work with :) What more can you ask for?

We were on a very tight budget for our wedding. We were welcomed into A Garden Party and met with Mary. As soon as I explained to her about our budget she reassured me I still had many options. We opted for their DIY party and purchasing only local flowers to cut costs. The day before our wedding I brought 7 girls to the florist with me and we made all our own bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces! We were there about 3 hours, brought champagne and snacks. We had a great time! It was so nice to spend some quality time with friends and family prepping for my big day! The best part is we planned for Mary to be there to help guide us along in the process, so everything turned out beautiful! Dawn even stopped in to help too!
The girls have big hearts and LOVE what they do. I could not gave asked for a better florist. Thank you!!

Mary was amazing to work with, I hope to work with her again on something in the future! Beautiful perfection! Mary and her team blew us away from our very first meeting. She was kind, patient, and her goal was to get to know us as a couple, and what our vision was. We chose A Garden Party after our first meeting with Mary. She helped us bring our vision to life, giving us advice when we asked for it, listening to our thoughts, and creating something more breathtakingly beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

The detail in every single thing Mary and her team provided for us was made to evident to every single guest of ours. We are still receiving endless compliments on our flowers and decor 3 months after our wedding! The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were simply perfection. The bouts for the guys were simple and beautiful... And truly... there are no words to describe the beautiful, unique, artistic arrangements Mary and her team created for not only our center pieces, but for our outdoor cocktail hour. Everything was so elegant, and personalized to Kevin and I.

It was impossibly difficult planning a wedding as a bride without a few special loved ones who have passed away... Mary wrapped my bridal bouquet in my Pop-Pops sweater.. She created a lace flower and made the leaves out of my other Pop-Pops sweater, and the middle of the flower was decorated with my Mom-Moms blue earring. Words cannot describe how meaningful and special the details in my bouquet were, and how much it meant to me. Mary also saw how difficult it was for my husband and I when his sister became sick and wasn't able to attend the wedding. Mary, Dawn and the whole team at A Garden Party were a joy to work with. We had a quick engagement and they made the planning process effortless. They were able to exceed my expectations while staying within our budget. When I first discovered the website, learned about Mary and her sister, and the farm, well, I was smitten with this team and everything they were about. I couldn't have had a better florist! Every idea I had they made it come to life- it was so beautiful!!! AMAZING job with the flowers. Mary really understood my vision just by looking at a few pictures. She did a sample sale, so my mom and I could go see a centerpiece and bouquet before the big day to make sure it was what we wanted. I recently used A Garden Party as my florist for my wedding on 9/19/14, and I would highly recommend them! I worked closely with Mary who is the owner (she and her sister own this company). Mary was SO friendly, and so helpful all throughout the entire process. I went into this with a certain style in mind but because I do not know very much about flowers and what looks best together, I really needed some guidance. Mary spent hours on the phone with me going over my ideas for what I wanted for my reception, and she really worked with me to create exactly what I had in mind. In the end I would say it's definitely safe to even leave it all up to Mary and her team, and you could trust that the end product would be amazing.

My bouquet and my bridesmaids were gorgeous, and the venue looked absolutely beautiful. When I first walked in and took a quick peek at the room, it brought tears to my eyes. You cannot go wrong with choosing A Garden Party as your florist for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!!

Beyond doubt, A Garden Party is THE best florist around. My wedding flowers were gorgeous, unique, and better than anything I could have every expected or anticipated. I requested all flowers that were in season, and I had incredible summer bouquets. My wedding bouquet had an enormous, brilliant dahlia that everyone could not stop talking about! My husband and the groomsmen were also so incredibly impressed with their bouts because they were not typical, ordinary bouts that you see at every special event. They were brightly colored with many different types of flowers. Also, the mothers and grandmothers wore FLOWER JEWELRY. That's right, flower jewelry! They wore beautiful, bright floral cuffs that were excellent accents to their attire. The florist also makes floral rings, necklaces, etc. I could go on and on, but to get to the point, my experience with A Garden Party was amazing, and to top it all off, their prices were outstanding! I would recommend this vendor to anyone and everyone!

A Garden Party did a beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding! I was very laid back about my flower choices; I pretty much just told them I wanted something simple and pretty and I left the rest up to them. They did an AMAZING job. When I walked into the bridal suite and saw the bouquets, I couldn't believe how pretty they were. They were exactly what I wanted. I loved the little details, like the wraps on the father's bouts matching the mother's dresses. My bouquet was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and even better than I had imagined it would be!

Mary & her team did an amazing job providing exactly what we wanted for our wedding! From the table arrangements to the bouquets and boutonnières everything was beautiful! I wish I could give a higher number than 5.0 to Mary and all her staff at A Garden Party. Working with her on the design of our flowers, alter and tables really was the best part of my wedding planning. After meeting with her and describing my vision for the wedding she ran with it and came up with the best ideas ever!!! From my beautiful bouqet to the fantastic floral arrangements all over our event space, the beautiful alter arranged with tables and candles from her home and the fabulous floral bracelets and rings for my family she made a special day even more special. Every touch was so heartfelt and beautiful, I really wanted to spend the night just looking at all their beautiful work. Dawn and the team at A Garden Party are amazing! I visited two other florists before going to A Garden Party. I traveled 40 minutes to meet with Dawn and right away I knew that they would be the perfect florist for me. I'm into DIY and being creative and am an event planner myself. I knew the standard bouquets from a hometown florist just wouldn't do. Dawn helped my rustic romance vision come to life and within a reasonable budget. She used mason jars and candle that I already had and added in her own touches. I could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend!

These ladies are absolutely amazing. They understood completely what we wanted just from our brief meeting and translated it into a fantastic, romantic event. There really are no words to describe how beautiful "A Garden Party" made my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception look. Our wedding was in Avalon and we wanted a nautical theme, but didn't want the usual, generic things. We met with Mary once before the wedding to express what colors, centerpieces, etc. we liked. We were very casual about it because we had seen her work before and knew it would be great. But, "great" isn't the word...it was more like "amazing!" Our bouquets were so feminine and pretty, with unique flowers. Mary lined our beach "alter" with giant cherry blossoms that were so much cooler than the usual wedding arch-type thing people normally use for outside ceremonies, they look awesome in our pictures! But the best part of Mary and Dawn's work was how beautiful our reception room looked. OMG! The centerpieces were original and absolutely stunning with a mixture of flowers and pretty glass/candle decorations. Everywhere I looked I was surprised and amazed by Mary's talent, and some things I didn't even have time to notice and I'm just now seeing in pictures. She made super cool table decorations out of driftwood, and took my idea of fishbowls on the ends of the bar to a new level (my family and fiance weren't too keen on my idea until they actually saw them)...They were so cool and actually elegant, my FAVORITE! And people took the fish home, whew! Our guests are still complimenting how beautiful our wedding looked, especially when the lights went down and all the candles sparkled. I would highly recommend "A Garden Party" for anyone having a wedding/event. Just Step back and allow them to work their magic and take charge of creating a beautiful atmosphere for your event. I'm so glad I did, it relieved some wedding stress and I was able to be surprised and in awe of their many thoughtful touches my whole wedding day....it was very cool. A Garden Party did the flowers for our wedding in Cape May, NJ.

Throughout the entire process, everything about working with A Garden Party was wonderful. I worked primarily with Dawn, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. I started out thinking I wanted one style, and ended up wanting something completely different. She was completely flexible, and gave me great feedback and ideas. I got to visit their shop and see all of their beautiful rental items, and Dawn was really helpful in helping pick the perfect items. She made my Mom and I feel really relaxed and comfortable talking through all the details of the big day.

The day of the wedding, when my bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets were delivered, I was just floored. My bouquet was just stunning, it was pillowy and soft and luxe and regal at the same time. I didn't want to put it down all day! When I got the the reception venue, all of the flowers were just perfect. They really just made the venue come to life, and A Garden Party's attention to detail was just impeccable.

Best of all was the ceremony- my Dad built an arbor for us to be married under, and I had asked for a floral garland to go on it. I gave them no direction as to what I wanted really, but when I walked down the aisle, what they put together was just perfection. It was so much better than anything I could have come up with, and it was just a wonderful detail that made the moment all the more special.

I really can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with A Garden Party. They do an amazing job and they're really fun to work with, and I highly recommend them for any event!

When I first met with Mary, I didn't really have an idea of what flowers or centerpieces I wanted, I just had a theme in mind. She picked up on exactly the theme I was going for and started putting together some great ideas. She was extremely flexible to keep within my budget and was always available for a phone call to walk through any questions I had, discuss new ideas, or to make any changes to the order. I’m a very visual person and it was so helpful when she would post pictures to my pinterst board during our phone calls so I could see the wonderful ideas she was coming up with. The day of my wedding, I walked into the bridal suite and saw my bouquets and instantly fell in love. They were so unique and beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. All the centerpieces and small touches around the windowsills really made my theme a reality.

The bottom line – A Garden party is affordable, flexible to work within your budget, responsive to communication, really LISTENS to what you are looking for and has this wonderful talent of taking your vision and beautifully crafting it into a reality. Going into our meeting with Mary I had no vision for our wedding flowers except that I wanted reds and candlelight. At our meeting, and in the months leading up to our wedding, Mary and her team were so helpful in answering our questions and helping us pull together a vision that we ended up being thrilled with. They were more than comfortable taking the lead whenever I didn't have an answer to their questions and asked them to do whatever they thought would look best.

When we walked into our ceremony and reception space we were blown away with what they had done and on so little guidance for us. The pieces that we talked about were exactly what I had envisioned and the pieces that I asked them to do on their own were just breathtaking. They have such a talent and went above and beyond what we were expecting. Mary and Dawn were a joy to work with and we were so happy with our choice to use them and their team.

Dawn and Mary are super friendly and created the look we were trying to accomplish for our wedding! They created the vision that we discussed. They were very accommodating!
