I bought my wedding gown and veil from Francesca's and I am in love! Francesca's was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses after my engagement and Brittany was my consultant. She was wonderful, sweet, and very helpful with the whole process since I was new to eveyrthing. Brittany made me feel comfortable while trying on dresses and offered great suggestions when I seemed to be torn between my decisions. The whole process of trying on gowns with the women in my family was everything it was supposed to be because of Francesca's and Brittany. Brittany also assisted me on another occasion with picking out my veil and some jewelry, and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend them to any bride. I also love the new renovations they have done to their dressing rooms!!

Francesca's was the 5th store I visited during my 1.5 month wedding dress search. My appointment was with Kara and she was very friendly and helpful. She gave me her undivided attention throughout my entire appointment. She wasn't pushy and didn't get frustrated by my indecisiveness. By the end of the appointment, she had found me a gorgeous dress which was in the running. Out of 5 stores, I only found contenders in 2 of them and I believe this was a direct result of the consultants that worked with me. Even though I wound up purchasing a different dress at another store, I still enjoyed my experience at Francesca's and would highly recommend Kara. You can't beat the personalized experience.

I could not have asked for better service - didn't even realize owner was assisting me for mother of the groom dresses. Felt extremely comfortable with her. Shopped at 4 locations and they provided the best customer service.

I found the dress for me at Francesca's Bridal Salon in Baltimore, MD. Francesca's was the first bridal salon that I visited, and it set a standard that I didn't find among others. Francesca, the owner, gave personalized service that really made me feel special, not just like one bride among many, and the store itself has an ambiance and selection that exude quality. My wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses are back, beautiful, and fit well based on Francesca's experienced measurements, requiring minimal alterations. Throughout, Francesca and the staff have been responsive and flexible, even accommodating to my busy schedule. Keep in mind, because designer dresses are carried here, you may fall in love with a dress above your original budget; however, you do pay for unrivaled quality.

I have been going to Franscesca's since high school for all my prom dresses, so of course I had to get my bridal gown from there. In Baltimore, there is no other place to go. They took so much time to help me find my dream gown and I could not be more thankful. They were able to work with me being in Florida between fittings and appointments. Brittany, Kara, and Francesca were all apart of my look for my day, and I could not have has a better team.

Francesca provided wonderful service! After describing my vision and what I thought I wanted she pulled a dress that I would have never picked for myself. Upon trying it on, it was perfect! I purchased it right then and there. The experience was fun, relaxing, and not "sales focused." My bridesmaids got their dresses from here too! So happy with them!

Very displeased with this store and the conduct of their staff including their owner. Very distasteful in the way Francesca does business and she does not have a good relationship with other bridal shops. If another shop gets your business and Francesca doesn't...watch out. Would never shop there again!!

Got my MOG dress at Francesca's and was thrilled with the service, seletion and helpfulness. I didn't go until October for a mid December wedding and was not sure they could help. Not only was Francesca helpful but I got a fabulous dress. Just back from the wedding and the amount of compliments I got were too numerous to count.
She was very patient with me, the alterations were great and done in a very timely fashion.

I would reccomend this shop to anyone who asked and as a matter of fact , did so this weekend at the wedding.

Both my mother and I found our gowns at Francesca's. I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted but the staff, including Francesca were able to help me find the dress that was beyond my dreams. I felt amazing and looked amazing in my gown. My mother looked regal and stunning, as she should being the Mother of the Bride. The staff were friendly and genuinely interested in my wedding. Maria, the seamstress was able to shorten my dress without taking away from the beauty of the lace detailing at the bottom of my dress. Although it was one of the furthest drives for vendors, it was completely worth it. I would recommend Francesca's Bridal for any bride that wants to be treated with respect and individuality!

I really had the BEST experience at Francesca's. I am having a destination wedding and already bought my ceremony/reception dress at Betsy Robinson's-where I felt so pushed into buying that dress that I came so close to walking out just soley based on the fact that they wouldn't let me breathe! I bought a Kenneth Pool dress there during a sample sale for a great price, but I could have done without my saleswoman following my fmil and I around the salon saying I would never find a dress like it so don't even bother looking! Then when I had the dress on and my fmil and I were discussing whether or not to buy it, the saleswoman started pulling the other sales people out of their lunch break just to look at me and tell me how great I looked in the dress. It screamed desperation- "I need your commission!!" I needed a dress to wear for pictures the day after the wedding for our trash the dress session, and the Kenneth Pool silk taffeta just wouldn't work. I decided to try Francesca's after reading the good reviews on here, and I am so glad that I did. The salon is really out of the way for me to drive to, but for the service its well worth it!! From the moment I talked to my sales woman Gerri on the phone, I felt like I was a family member- not just a customer. The salon itself is gorgeous- and not too small or too big. They have a great selection of bridesmaids and motb dresses too. Gerri was very attentive to what I was looking for and encouraged me to pull anything from the racks that I liked. She made an effort to get to know me more personally, and we had a great conversation, making the whole experience a lot of fun. Gerri told me that no one at the salon works off of commission, so she wanted me to know that when she gives an opinion its only out of pure honesty of what she thinks looks flattering or not. She has great taste by the way!! Francesca made a point of being a part of every bride's experience while I was there, offering up opinions or even giving backround stories of the dresses and designers. I thought it was interesting to find out that Francesca is a seamstress, so her insight on how the dresses should fit is very helpful. Now when I go back for my fittings, accessories, etc the staff greets me with hugs and that wonderful "family" feel. I love the dress that I bought from Francescas so much (and is the one in the picture featured here!) that I will wear it when I get legally married here in the states before I leave for the destination wedding, not just for the TTD! I love my gown too much just to trash it :)

I visited several bridal shops before finding my dress at Francesca's and at many places they rushed us through our appointment and were not helpful in helping me find "the one" - they were more focused on getting to the next sale.

At Francesca's, they helped pull dresses that I wanted, but also made recommendations. Kara actually pulled the dress I ended up choosing!

We used them for our bridesmaids dresses - which was great because they offer a bridesmaids month with discounts!

The week of our wedding was hurricane Sandy, and Francesca's opened on their day off to ensure all of our groomsmens were fitted.

I've had several friends choose Francesca's because of their service and they all have loved their experience! If you want to feel like a princess on your wedding day, but also treated like a personal friend - this is the place to go!

I went to a few larger bridal dress providers where I felt like I was one in a dozen before I came to Francesca's. At Francesca's I received complete individual attention (over the many appointments!) and so did my picky mom and bridesmaids. Starting with the first appointment, you feel like you are part of the family at this family owned and run shop. Not only is the service fantastic, but also the collection (dresses, shoes, accessories, etc). Francesca selects all of the pieces individually and she has fantastic taste with a twist of European chic and charm. The collection is fantastic! The tailoring is also great.. I definitely recommend checking out this place if you are on the lookout for a wedding dress or any formal wear.

I had a short engagement, only 4 months to get everything done. Francesca's was the first and the last bridal shop that I entered! To my surprise and delight, I found my dress on my first visit. Francesca and her staff were very thorough and patient, making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. My dress was gorgeous and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!! It was perfect!!
