We recently had the pleasure of working with Rocio for our wedding, and I cannot express enough gratitude for her exceptional work. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our big day as special and stress-free as possible. Foxchase was love at first sight for us. The high ceiling, beautiful lighting, access to outdoor space etc. was fantastic. Above all the team at Foxchase are the best to work with. Special thanks to Carolyn, Cassandra, Assia and Ali who made the experience seamless and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate ever shifting plans :) Thanks to the team.

They also have the professional network that are amazing folks as well. So it was under one roof - table, linens, silverware etc. and the professional network that we engaged were wonderful. Everyone loved Nadia's decoration and she came up with so many ideas to make things better. The AV was fantastic, guests had a wonderful time dancing to the DJs music all evening. We used Chennai express, catering through Foxchase package, and weeks after the wedding and we are still receiving calls about how good the food was.

While planning the wedding is a long drawn process with so many unknowns, the team at Foxchase with their experience truly guided us and made suggestions that made everything better for our daughter's wedding day. Thank you Foxchase team - you were all amazing.

Assia and her team at the Manor were easy to work with and helped us have a wedding day that will be remembered as a special occaision for everyone involved. We worked together to develop a plan for the evening and Assia was willing to adapt when things needed to be changed last minute. From the table placements, to food service, it was a very special program for the guests and bride and groom. Thank you to the staff for their exceptional services.

I had a great experience having my reception here, the staff is professional and made sure to cover all bases to make the night successful. From my first meeting to check the venue out to working with an assigned venue supervisor, I had a pleasant experience. They were very accommodating to meet every detailed need. Responses weren’t always quick but they were always answered nonetheless. They have their clients’ back. Would recommend them if you’re looking for an elegant and regal place!

I hosted wedding reception for my brother in law at Fox Chase, the place is beautiful and with assistance from Assia (representative from Fox Chase) the event went very well. From the point of serving appetizers to the very end things were smooth. She really went over and beyond to help us get the maximum out of this place. The waiting staff to bartenders everyone was helpful.
I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I’m not sure where to begin when speaking about our coordinator. Our experience with Rocio and her team was so seamless and enjoyable. Her and her team went above and beyond to facilitate the wedding of our dreams. Prior to the day she did an excellent job of maintaining communication and ensuring that everything the day of would be perfect. She even helped us with unpacking and organizing all of our items we needed to hand off to other vendors. When the big day finally came, her and her team became such a valuable resource for my family — especially with all of the last minute guest arrangement changes. Overall highly recommend asking for her/her team!

Fox chase made every dream come true, they helped us feel a ease of mind in such a hectic situation. The food service was done very well, and they accommodated very well with our outside vendors, i.e decoration, cake, and sparklers.

My daughter got married at Foxchase Manor on May 14, 2022 and we couldn't have asked for anything else. The staff and coordination team were very helpful, especially Tori and Brittany. They made the special day seamless by coordinating all the vendors and timeline. They paid special attention to the small details we wanted. The special arrangements for the groom's rituals, the baraat, the ceremony and the reception after were executed effortlessly. All of this was done professionally, courteously and with a smile all through by these two beautiful ladies. All the guests raved about the venue and the staff. Thank you Foxchase, Tori and Brittany for making this a memorable day for all of us!

Foxchase Mannor is a beautiful venue and the staff was friendly and easy to work with. Penny was the one we worked with for our wedding weekend and she is very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Ours was a pandemic wedding in which they were able to accommodate us and Penny worked closely with our vendors to make sure we can still had our dream wedding. Foxchase Mannor is a beautiful venue for any event. My husband and I had our reception at FoxChase and were nothing short of amazed. The staff was friendly and efficient especially Penny who we worked with to book the venue. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I got engaged June 2019 and started looking at venues in northern Virginia shortly after. I had several venues on the list, but by the time I toured Foxchase I knew that this was the venue I wanted. It is a beautiful, spacious venue with two large ballrooms that can hold hundreds of people each, as well as a beautiful lobby. They are very affordable especially in comparison to some other locations. They have inclusive packages that already come with nice chairs and table settings, as well as the option to add things that were important to me like a large white dance floor and a stage. We also booked Gala cuisine (which is their caterer) and the food was excellent - everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to search around for lighting/sound before booking the company they have a deal with, since I did not love my lighting.
Customer service from Foxchase was excellent and they were always very responsive. The venue was very flexible when I had to change our wedding day TWICE because of COVID, and it was much appreciated. I primarily communicated with Penny who I booked as my 30 day coordinator, however she was my right hand throughout the whole process. She is extremely detail oriented and worked hard to ensure we had the most wonderful wedding, but also too away a lot of the stress that comes with last minute coordination of things. I cannot thank her enough! I strongly recommend this venue to anyone hosting a wedding in the DMV area.

My husband and I were so pleased with our choice in having our wedding celebration at Foxchase Manor. The whole team from Sammy to Penny to the admin team were very flexible, responsive, and professional. It was such a joy to work with them. If you want a memorable wedding celebration, you should choose Foxchase Manor.

We had our daughter's half-saree function here and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome!
We got introduced to Amara while looking for venues and he has been very helpful throughout the process. Penny was our event coordinator and she was fantastic at explaining everything and with communication. The venue was lovely, the staff were friendly and very attentive and not to mention the excellent level of service! They also recommended Nadia, their in-house decorator who did excellent job with the decoration. Nadia was accommodating based on our need and budget. Also the food was from licensed caterer and when we talked to Amara about exploring different options, he was very helpful through the process.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of all the above.

I must say Foxchase was the perfect fit to what we envisioned for our wedding day. When we booked Foxchase, like many bride & grooms, the pandemic was not part of our plans. We are very thankful of the understanding and flexibility with postponing our wedding date. Penny was our coordinator and she has worked really close with us and was always ready to help. Throughout the whole process Penny was fast at answering our questions, provided guidance and genuinely cared about us. Penny was on top of things and even introduced us to one of the owners who also answered some more questions we had had. Foxchase staff were very nice, attentive and professional the day of our wedding. Penny will forever have a special place in our hearts and we are very happy we got her as our coordinator for our big day. We highly recommend Foxchase Manor and staff to anyone planning a wedding or a special event.

Background: Due to health circumstances and doctor recommendation, we needed to plan a wedding in just two months and have it be close to home, in the Northern Virginia area. We called our close local family and friends (due to COVID-19, and also to minimize risk, it was impossible for our families overseas to attend) and had a total guest count of ~135 guests (I know that seems large for a Western wedding, but it's intimate for an Indian one!) My family is Indian (North-Indian on one side, South-Indian on the other) and my now husband's family is Western. My family's side also had two days of festivities prior to the wedding to plan, so all in all, we knew from the start that this would be tough to pull off!!

Foxchase Manor made everything so easy given our situation. We didn't have the time or money to hire/debrief a wedding planner for a Hindu ceremony & Western-style reception, so the venue providing an on-site wedding coordinator to help with layout and venue requirements was essential. Dawn was fantastic and highly responsive to all requests, and asked great questions related to timing, use of space, etc.

We went with Foxchase's Gold Package, and were originally going to go with the in-house caterer, but we did not like their in-house Indian food. Dawn saved the day by letting us know that we could use one of Foxchase's external partners for food, and that in fact, most Indian couples choose to do this. She arranged a complimentary tasting with Bombay Tandoor in Tysons, and we liked the food there much better. Our guests on both sides let us know that the food was enjoyable, and we got the "best wedding food" accolade from some of our guests.

Foxchase has you provide the alcohol yourself and then provides bar staff. I thought the bartender did a great job, and generally, the Foxchase servers seemed polite and well-mannered. We had some wedding crashers come over from an event happening on the other side who joined in the drinking and dancing (lol) and Dawn dealt with this quickly and professionally.

We went with one of Foxchase's preferred vendors, Nadia from Enchanted Events, for decor and the decor was fantastic. Foxchase also made it easy by already having all the chairs/linens/napkins/plates so we could just choose it with Nadia and Dawn present and be done.

For AV/lighting/DJ, we went with the all-inclusive package from Foxchase. This is the only thing I would reconsider - while we got there eventually, this vendor was overbooked so I didn't think we were quite getting the attention we needed, and had to really push to get things done. We ended up choosing the songs in the playlist entirely ourselves because the DJ wasn't understanding our style, and in the beginning, the room looked smoky/hazy which was hiding our decor in the photos (this was apparently done to help the lighting, but we didn't like this effect, so had them stop creating haze.) All of our guests danced, and had a good time (and we hardly left the dance floor ourselves), but if I had to do it again, I would have picked a vendor that was familiar with the venue but maybe not the premier partner.

All in all, we had so much fun with friends and family, and this was a memorable event for us. My fiance says he just wants to relive the night over and over!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From start to finish, Fox Chase Manor made our daughter’s wedding dreams come true. Sammy and team are amazing at what they do. They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The venue is breathtaking. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the DMV area, this is it. No need to look further. You won’t regret it!!!!
We held our daughter’s wedding at Fox Chase Manor this May, and we are still getting raving reviews from our guests about the venue, the food and the “service with a smile.”. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but everyone at Fox Chase made it so much easier with their guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness, and positive attitude. Once I arrived on the day of our wedding, I was able to just relax and enjoy the experience as the Fox Chase team ensured everything went smoothly. This was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. We had few of our ceremonies outside in the terrace area as this was an Indian Hindu wedding. Sammy and his team are amazing, and they helped us throughout the planning process and answered all the questions I had until the day of wedding. Trust me, I had a lot of questions, and emailed/texted them back and forth so many times. They were very professional, nice, and easy to talk to. I will have to mention Sammy by Name, as he is an incredible guy and a perfect gentleman who was always prompt in returning calls and answering our questions patiently. We had to move our dates due to Covid by a year and Fox Chase was very understanding and helped guiding us enduring this process. Sammy’s recommendation for catering was perfect and our guest enjoyed both the venue and food. We got a wedding package at Fox chase Manor, so that included appetizers, food/drinks, table linens, chairs, etc.

We decided to have our wedding at Foxchase manor after considering countless other venues because of how beautiful the space was, how easy it was to work with the team, and how many people the venue could accommodate. Our assigned coordinator, Penny, reached out to us months before the wedding and was extremely competent. She helped us plan and execute the wedding to perfection. She responded to our texts within minutes, and was always flexible and ready to work with us/other vendors to make our day perfect. This was especially critical because we were planning a wedding in the midst of the pandemic, so everything was extra stressful. Penny and the team from Foxchase made everything feel so easy.

She even helped us quickly set up an outdoor ceremony, which was a decision we made at the last minute (literally 1 month before our actual wedding date). On the day of, all of our vendors had no problems figuring out where and how to set up, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to us for the entire night. I absolutely loved working with the team at Foxchase and would highly recommend Foxchase Manor to anyone looking to have the perfect wedding!

If you are looking for an elegant, DIY, and accommodating venue, Foxchase Manor is the place to go! Not only is the venue beautiful, stunning, spacious and grand, the service provided by Penny (Venue coordinator/Rep) and staff is exceptional.In addition, what makes Foxchase Manor a great place for a wedding is the flexibility to utilize all of their services, a portion of their services or do everything on your own including food and alcohol. With a large ceremony and reception came many unique and detailed requirements. Although it took a lot of coordination, in the end Penny and the team met and exceeded every requirement, including going above and beyond capturing significant moments for us after the primary photography team departed as we extended the evening. As for the value, the venue is a great value for the cost. We received a lot of positive feedback on the taste, abundance and quality of the food. Highly recommend the venue and the wedding coordination services of Penny. Foxchase books very quickly so plan early. 

Our daughter and her husband were married on September 28, 2019. We looked at many reception venues, but we fell in love with Foxchase Manor as the venue for their reception. We worked along with Sammy and the Foxchase Manor staff. Everyone was great to work with, very professional, and so kind. On the day of the event, the venue was so beautiful, from the linens to the table chargers, to the white dance floor, and the food, everything was absolutely amazing! Hats off to Chef Ami and Gala Cuisine for the delicious meal. The day was perfect and went off without a hitch. It’s 2021 and our family and friends are still talking about the great time they had. I would definitely recommend Foxchase Manor and Gala Cuisine. Thank you Sammy, Gala Cuisine, and the Foxchase Manor staff for making the day so special, amazing, and memorable.

Truly the wedding of my dreams thanks to Penny and her team! We also loved the florist Sherri from Fresh Bouquet and Nadia from Enchanted Design who helped with the breathtaking draping and decor. They all went above and beyond. The venue is beautiful and spacious which we absolutely loved and appreciated. The decor , flowers , stage , lighting was all so elegant and exactly what we wanted. Penny took the time to listen to us and make sure everything was executed just the way we wanted from start to finish. She helped us with questions and recommendations early on which helped us feel comfortable and never alone in the process , I highly recommend working with her!

Words cannot express my gratitude for Penny Shafazand and her staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine! I came to Foxchase Manor with a simple idea and then I was introduced to Penny who worked her magic to make my wedding day just perfect! She helped me pick out top notch vendors an organized everything. I had nothing to worry about. Penny was there for me through thick and thin when I kept having to reschedule my wedding because of the pandemic. I started planning my wedding in May 2019 for May 2020 and my wedding did not happen until August 8, 2021 because of the pandemic. Foxchase was amazing working with me to change my wedding date four times and not charging me any extra change fees because of the pandemic.

Please don’t hesitate to hire gala cuisine at Foxchase for your catering needs. Their food was amazing as my wedding guest are still raving about it. Believe it or not food plays one of the biggest parts of your wedding and gala cuisine is the best.

If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Penny is a top-notch wedding coordinator and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want her as your wedding coordinator! It's like she was reading my mind! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. I am very thankful and appreciative to Penny and Foxchase Manor as my wedding day ran so smoothly. Every moment was perfect.

We had been to a South Indian Wedding event several years ago at Fox Chase and we loved it. So when we started planning our son's wedding event, Fox Chase was the first venue we looked at - and very happy to have performed the event there! The venue is beautiful, big and has ample outdoor space. It also has plenty of parking making it very convenient for guests. The Fox Chase team of Penny, Sammy and Turon were always helpful and responsive to our questions and provided us great support. We have one more event planned at Fox Chase and we are eagerly looking forward to celebrating the event after the pandemic has been resolved. Thank you Fox Chase team for making our event memorable!

From start to finish Foxchase Manor was more than accommodating and flexible to all of our wedding needs, budget, floorplan, vendors literally every aspect of a wedding they can accommodate. I had no idea that there would be so much hands on deck staff the day of my wedding and there was. This made me feel even more secure and happy than I already was. Everyone was attentive the entire evening. I am pregnant so to have so much support is a cerling that I can’t describe. The venue is so beautiful, the lighting, the chandeliers serve as great complimentary decorations. The showroom linens and napkins are filled with options. Coming from someone who originally didn’t want a wedding reception go with Foxchase Manor...you will not be disappointed! Great value great investment! A successful COVID-19/ winter storm wedding!

I had the pleasure of working with both Sammy and Penny from Fox chase Manor for my brother’s wedding reception on 11-07 2020. The venue itself really is quite beautiful and all of our guests commented on how breathtaking it was. The great thing about this venue is that it can really be a one stop shop. They provided our linens (which were all lovely), our food (which everyone raved about. During our journey we worked closely with Penny who was great as we prepared for the details of the day. Everything was handled and planned by Penny and we didn’t have to worry about anything on our special day. She has great service and even treated us with extra care during a wedding Reception. It was all because of the event coordinator Miss Penny. We would always like to hold events here in future also if needed. Highly recommended for wedding events.

Sami, Penny and the entire staff at Foxchase made sure that our wedding was everything we desired it to be. There were multiple mixed feedback we had heard about Foxchase Manor. We were unsure at first; however, after we had met Penney we were pretty satisfied and were able to finalize Foxchase as our reception venue.
Having attended at least 3-4 wedding receptions in 2019 here at Foxchase, we decided to do something different than usual Punjabi Receptions. Penney worked with us and other vendors to make that vision come to reality. She was very professional, courteous and supporting and lastly transparent through out the process.
Would highly recommend this location for an Indian Reception and having Penney be your banquet manager/coordinator for that day.

The venue was clean and beautiful with abundant parking. More importantly the staff, from the manager to the servers were uniformly professional, courteous and super responsive. From the moment my husband and I began planning our fusion Indian/American wedding, we knew we would need a team to pull every detail off as smoothly as possible. Penny Shafazand and the rest of the Foxchase team made all of our dreams a reality, beyond anything we could have even imagined. We were planning this wedding while both working full time jobs living 2 hours away in Richmond. I can 100% say that if we had not had the help of Penny, and our wedding planner Bahareh, nothing would have worked out. The day of our wedding was perfect and stress free for us, thanks to them. We selected the Gold plan which included all the food, and I can easily say I have never been to a wedding with such delicious food. Penny was with us for our tasting and even worked to find a compromise between us wanting American food, and our parents wanting Indian. There was a slight scheduling error in which Penny was removed as our coordinator with less than a month left but after speaking with Foxchase, they promptly reinstated Penny back to our team and I could not be more grateful. She took care of everything, from making sure my husband and I were well fed throughout a very long day/night to making sure our beloved dog (who was so graciously allowed by foxchase to be there for the ceremony) was well taken care of so that we did not have to worry at all. For anyone looking to have a large wedding, whether it be American, Indian, or fusion, I would absolutely recommend Foxchase, and asking for Penny to be your coordinator!!

After meeting with different venues in the Northern VA area and the Richmond area, my husband and decided to go with Foxchase Manor. The whole experience was amazing. We worked with Penny, Sammy & Hellen and all were helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help out create a great wedding. The food is AMAZING! We did the gold package which includes (food, servers, linen, silverware). Sometimes you get worried about the food tasting the same as your food tasting, but it was great. Our guest said nothing but good things about the food, the service etc. We are so appreciative of the Foxchase Manor team!

my husband and I would like to thank Penny for being such a great coordinator... even though I asked for her last minute,,, she did not say no as she knew I was stressing out with all the wedding planning, regardless she was great and I don't think we would've been able to have this wedding go smoothly if it weren't for Penny to make me the timeline and help us with everything. We hosted our​ daughter's wedding sangeet at Fox chase.  The venue is beautiful and the staff is very professional.  Penny Shafazand is extremely knowledgeable on all types of events and is very helpful. She was very detailed during the design reviews  and walkthrough meeting. From the day we met her to discuss the event till the day of the event, she listened to all our needs.  She made us feel that this is her personal event.  Thanks Penny for making the event memorable.  We highly recommend the venue and Penny's services. 

My Husband and I got married at Foxchase in August 2019. We booked this venue back in 2017, after searching high and low for a venue that could fit our guest count (250+), was flexible with food/decor, and one we could host both an outdoor ceremony and reception. With this criteria in mind, Foxchase was the best choice in the DMV area. During our journey we worked closely with Penny who was great as we prepared for the details of the day. She has great service and even treated us with extra care during a wedding we attended as guests in September 2019. All in all, if you don’t mind making an investment in a venue that provides several concessions, I would highly recommend this venue!

This review is long overdue but I have to say that Penny is hands down the best coordinator! Throughout my wedding planning she went above and beyond for our special day! She made everything on my wedding day run smooth. I didn’t have to worry about anything! I highly recommend her for your next event! We got to enjoy our special day without having to worry one moment how everything would work out. All of our guests remarked how much they appreciated the very relaxed and harmonious atmosphere where everything ran smoothly without any apparent strict schedule. All this happened thanks to Penny who was our wedding coordinator for the day. Penny was ever present in the background, directing all of us in timely manner for our event and coordinating between the vendors. Our wedding was on Saturday, August 17, 2019. To say we were overwhelmed with joy is an understatement. Foxchase went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with both Sammy and Penny from Foxchase for our wedding reception in July 2019. We knew the venue was the one immediately after meeting with Sammy the first time, and checking out the space - it's beautiful! Sammy was fantastic to work with - answered our questions, made recommendations and guided us through the initial process. Once we got into the specifics and details, we worked with Penny (Event Supervisor), who is extremely detail oriented and also fantastic to work with. She made us feel like family and answered all of our questions - at all hours! We really appreciated the flexibility of the staff, and professionalism that we experienced. Our wedding reception was beautiful, and Penny was on-site overseeing everything and going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We are super grateful to her and Sammy, and the Foxchase staff!!

Very Nice place to hold wedding events. Our event was very well organized by the coordinator Miss Penny. She did excellent job and we had no problem except the service on soft drink bars was a bit slow specially the one designated for gents. Food was excellent service and all other arrangements were also excellent. It was all because of the event coordinator Miss Penny. We would always like to hold events here in future also if needed. Highly recommended for wedding events.

Foxchase Manor is an amazing venue to have your wedding. They are very professional, and the coordinators there are extremely attentive and communicative and want you to have every need met and your day, perfect. It is an extremely beautiful space, has room for big, medium and small weddings with no problem, is super convenient for having your ceremony and reception in one place, and not far from DC at all. The food is delicious and they have many cuisines to choose from. In particular, Penny and Hellen were extremely helpful every step of the way. They all truly care there about the bride and groom as well as your guests and want to help in any way for everything to go as planned and smoothly. I highly recommend Foxchase Manor.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is even more amazing, especially my venue coordinator/event supervisor Penny. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding and reception went smoothly! I had my wedding on Sunday, September 9th. It pretty much rained the entire day, so unfortunately I could not have my wedding ceremony outside, but Penny was able to move our ceremony inside and provided us with a beautiful backdrop that made our ceremony so beautiful! She also provided us with a beautiful floral wall for both the wedding and reception that guests were able to use to take pictures! I can't thank her enough for the amazing job she did! We had our wedding at Foxchase Manor and it was stunning! The venue itself really is quite beautiful and all of our guests commented on how breathtaking it was. The great thing about this venue is that it can really be a one stop shop. They provided our linens (which were all lovely), our food (which everyone raved about) and our white dance floor (an additional charge, but honestly worth it). There is no doubt that this venue will certainly wow guests. However, the real pleasure of having our wedding at Foxchase Manor was definitely the people. We worked closely with Penny and Hellen who both were great. Hellen was incredibly sweet and polite while handling all of our questions throughout the wedding planning process and during our tasting. Penny as a venue coordinator was awesome! She was direct and had a "make it happen" attitude. She is the type of person you can easily trust to make sure things happen as you want them for your big day. Which as a bride is incredibly reassuring. We had a lot of last minute decisions and updates (as is usually the case with weddings) and she handled each request promptly and with grace. She provided good feedback and really made me feel like the big day would be awesome. Both my husband and I really loved our wedding and a lot of that is a result of Penny, Hellen and the entire team at Foxchase. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My husband and I held 3 events at Fox Chase for our wedding weekend. The team at Fox Chase has left me speechless. Their customer service isn't just customer service, it's genuine care. Our events were executed flawlessly by these talented people. My experience began when I was directed to Mr. Adil in Sales who had a very detailed meeting with me and gathered not only the essential information, but took it to the next level by asking me questions such as 'nice to haves' so he could deliver the best value for me. Not only did he deliver, he exceeded my families and my expectations but providing great value, a unique experience that was customized for my needs and the most positive and professional interactions. He spent countless hours customizing my wedding with me and finding me the best vendors to achieve our goal. He was simply perfect! After we signed our contract we were assigned what I like to call the dream team! I was initial approached by Helen who is the perfect first impression any business would love to have. She was kind and patient with me with my million phone calls and thousand questions. She also was kinda enough to stay a tad bit later and hold an emergency food tasting for us! (Phew, thanks Helen!) I don't want to say that I saved the best for last because everyone truly at Fox Chase is amazing but Penny, my coordinator really knows how to exceed expectations on a different level. Penny is by far my favorite person ever! Our wedding was far more than we even expected in our wildest dreams and it was only because of Penny. As a bride you know that you have your work cut out for you, well, with Penny, you drop it down to about 20%. We chose Fox Chase to host our wedding reception and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. This place is amazing. They are super flexible and cater to your every need. Penny was amazing at our event and checked up on us ever 10-15 minutes during our wedding and I believe that it was her service that was the icing on the cake. Gala Cuisine did a fantastic job catering my daughters wedding at Rosehill manor. They did an excellent job setting up for the reception at the venue. They were prompt and efficient. The food was superb. the wait staff made sure that each item was refilled before the dish was empty. They were courteous, polite, friendly and helpful. The wedding and reception had a seamless flow. My wife and I had the best wedding celebration we could have asked for. My wife and I are busy professionals and are based in Michigan and her parents wanted to have the wedding in their home-town in Mannasas. We selected Fox Chase Manor after we are in awe with the elegant halls and the amazing vibes we got from Sammy Hatami (The best Manager in the wedding industry ever! and Laura Kim (our A++++++ wedding planner from Iconic Events). We were nervous in the beginning as we approached the hall around 6 months prior to our Big Day. Sammy got us in touch with Laura who right from the get-go kept us immaculately organized, got us a group of talented Vendors to meet with us ASAP and jump-started our wedding planning. We envisioned a Grand wedding- Roughly 400 guests, 4 grand events, Big Indian Wedding!! We cannot stop raving about Laura as she went beyond every time to make sure we had a grand wedding celebration. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting us on the magnitude and the excellent planning involved. Laura and Sammy got us everything we asked for- a doli, Horse carriage for Baraat, and a Helicopter for the vidai ceremony!!!!! Looking back on our wedding that recently passed on April 15th, 2017, I must say the easiest part of planning was the venue. As odd as that may sound, Sammy and Foxchase made the process not only easy, but also delightful. Since the time of our booking, Sammy and his team were readily willing and available to address any and all questions/concerns. Having coordinated weddings in the past, I’ve worked with different venues and vendors, and I will always say that Foxchase is exceptional. Typically, venues and their staff only care about what happens with what they directly provide, but we had the luck of basically hiring a coordinator. Genuinely active and caring, Sammy gives his expert advice while being mindful of individual cultures, traditions, etc. Marrying into a different culture, my wedding had two separate bands and at first things were a little hectic. When Sammy noticed something was wrong, he immediately addressed the two bands and things took a turn for the better. He was open to all the adjustments my parents requested for the food and guided my vendors at initial set up for the day. I would greatly recommend Foxchase to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful wedding in Northern, VA!

We came across Foxchase Manor and Sammy via a previous wedding we had attended in the past. Sammy from the very beginning specializes in customer service! Any questions we had, we received thoughtful answers and insight into his wedding expertise.

From topics such as table placements, vendor selections, price discussions, all of it was professional, reasonable and very clear! Throughout the year while planning, Sammy and his team were available to meet and guide us through the process. Any concerns we had were met with great solutions! There was even a table cloth color we wanted that they did not have, and Sammy offered to order it and place it into his catalog.

Sammy and Elizabeth at Gala were phenomenal. From our first meeting at the taste testing to Elizabeth giving me a hug goodbye at the end of the wedding they were there for me and my daughter every step of the way. The food was out of this world. All the guest were raving about how good it was. After a small mess up with our venue Sammy stepped in and took care of it for us the day before the wedding. I went from crying because it was messed up to crying happily because he took care of it. I would recommend gala for any of your catering desires.

If I could give anyone throwing a wedding in the DC area a piece of advice it would be to book at Foxchase Manor! They hosted my wedding on June 18 and it was A+ service at an affordable price. I can't say enough good things!

Venue - First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. The beautiful pillars on the exterior, paired with the gorgeous chandeliers and detailing on the interior make this one exquisite venue! It looks as gorgeous in person as it does in photos!

Quality of Service - Sammy and his team are extremely helpful and accommodating, willing to work with any budget or special requests you may have. His team was there to answer all of my questions and accommodate every request, even a last minute change to the floor plan and size of the DJ stage.

Value - Foxchase offers many different packages to accommodate any budget and I honestly think we got the most bang for a buck at this venue than we could anywhere else. I went with a full package including dinner, passed hors d'oeuvres, staff, bar service and table settings and linens. Unlike other venues, Chivari chairs and linens you can hand pick out are included in the venue price! Most other venues will tack on extra charges for these upgrades, but not Foxchase.

Food - Last but not least, the food. We had a full tasting with Sammy and his team of chefs about 60 days before the wedding (we had a buffet set up) and my family and I were blown away with how delicious and flavorful the food was! We know that there is a difference in cooking for 5 people and over 300 people, so we were blown away on the night of the wedding to discover the food was just as good, or even better (if that was even possible)! The menu offerings are plentiful and diverse, offering American, French and other ethnic cuisines. Everything was absolutely delicious! People kept saying it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding and I agree.

If I had to do it all again, I'd still pick Foxchase!

Nowadays, you read reviews anywhere and you just aren't sure if what you are reading is authentic or not. Did management/an employee/a family member part of the business write the review? In this case, no I am in no way related to anyone at Foxchase. Me and my wife had our event here yesterday! I first learned about Foxchase when I went to a friend's wedding and thought "this would be an amazing place to get married, I bet I can't afford it though" Reading other reviews people said to talk to Sammy, the manager at Foxchase and to say he is amazing is an understatement. Sammy always takes your side and always wants to make you happy. They have several different flexible packages that is affordable and can save you so much of a headache. I recommend the platinum all-inclusive package which is what we opted for. Everything from the food, decorations, dj, lighting, everything etc. etc. is taken care in this package and you don't have to go find/coordinate/pull your hair out with a million different vendors . Not only that but Foxchase has so many relationships with hundreds of amazing vendors/choices in NOVA to pick from that can appeal to any style or preference you have for your special day. Part of the platinum package is also a team of event coordinators and planners not on your special day but throughout the planning process. Evelyn was our point person/planner and she is super flexible, meticulous, easy to work with and just makes your life so much easier. The day of our actual event we received so many compliments about how elegant, well-planned, fun and amazing everything was. We only have Sammy and Evelyn to thank for that. I could go on and on at how great of a venue Foxchase Manor and the staff there are. Just do yourself a favor go book them now!

It was simply the best staff, service, and venue...it exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful the location was, how wonderful the food was, and how all the staff was so thoughtful.

We were teetering between Foxchase and Rose Hill (another wonderful location). We decided to go to Foxchase because it had more space for a 200+ wedding that we had planned. Sammy, Elizabeth, and staff were so patient and thoughtful; they really helped us tremendously by offering so much wisdom and references to help us plan our wedding.

Foxchase provided tables, linens, plates, glassware/flatware, and catering (plus security). Although they don't provide alcohol, they offer to serve whatever we brought with no corkage fee. They also provided soda, juices, coffee, and tea - which was more than what we needed. We were so impressed with their selection even more impressed with how willing they were to work with you to find what fits for you. We definitely had a challenge with picking a menu that fit all our guest's needs. The amazing chef of Gala Cuisine was able to find something for everyone. All-in-all an amazing place to host your big day! We can't thank all the wonderful people at Foxchase for helping us create such a special day!

Foxchase Manor was the perfect venue for our big wedding (400+ guests). We had our baraat, Indian ceremony, American ceremony, and reception there. The general manager, Sammy Hatami, was great to work with and made a number of suggestions throughout the process that really optimized the venue for us, saved us money, and made for a really great experience for our guests. Other staff were also very responsive to our questions and worked with us to make our vision a reality. Though we had some concerns at the outset due to turnover in their staff, Sammy ensured everything would be taken care of and certainly kept his word. The venue itself is bright and spacious, well-lit, and is a rarity in its ability to provide a very nice indoor backup plan for outdoor ceremonies. There are also a number of reasonably-priced hotels nearby (5-10 min drive), making it easy on your guests.

In addition, Foxchase Manor's suggested vendors, particularly for catering and decor/flowers, are excellent, and made for a really smooth process for us. The price structure is also very reasonable - if you use one of their preferred caterers, there's no venue fee! - and they allow you to bring your own alcohol, which offers huge savings. Strongly recommend this place, especially for large weddings.

Sammy and his team were very helpful in getting our event together. They tried their best in every manner to make our event successful. They cooperated with us in every way when we had issues come up. On the day of the wedding, the director was there to make sure everything went as planned and we had no problems at all. It was a prefect wedding!

The Foxchase itself is beautiful, and has amazing chandeliers, and a unique floorplan. The service the staff provided for us and our guests was great. They listened to all of our special requests and were able to deliver flawlessly.
