The Fox Hollow exceeded all of our expectations. Our maître d’ was incredibly attentive and adaptable to changes, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. My bridal attendant, Sophy, was very sweet and took care of us the entire evening, helped prompt us when needed, kept us on schedule, and even made sure we had a private moment to eat, which meant so much to us. The entire staff was professional, warm, and detail-oriented. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team! Everything turned out to be amazing!!!

This wedding venue was everything my daughter dreamed of from start to finish!
The cocktail hour was beyond perfect and all the guests were letting us know! The lighting and the decorations for the season were so beautiful. The staff was helpful, present and very attentive. We made our decision quickly and we never looked back! It was an easy choice and it was the best choice.

I just wanted to take a moment and share our wonderful experience with Fox Hollow Catering for our wedding on 11/7/2025. From day one of booking to the very last day it was an absolute pleasure! Our wedding was on 9.27.25 and if I can give more than 5 stars, I totally would! The stars of the show were our Maitre’D, Matt and our Bridal Attendant, Sophia. Our wedding was a mix of Ukrainian and American culture and they were able to accommodate all of the traditions I wanted for the wedding without hesitation. They handled all of the decorations with ease and made the room look gorgeous and surpassed my expectations! The little touches that I wanted like flower petals on the tables or candies for the bars was handled before I even mentioned it. Matt was always on top of his staff and always came to me and my husband with any questions or requests throughout the night - he even taught us how to slice our cake :). And then with Sophia, from the moment I left the car, she was always by my side, carrying my dress through photo sessions, making sure I was being fed and drinking water and the most important, my strap came off right before entering the party and she fixed it with no problem! I would TOTALLY recommend Fox Hollow for any future couples who want to have their wedding taken care of and only worry about having a good time!!!!

We got married in the Somerly in July and it could not have been a more perfect night thanks to the team at Fox Hollow. My bridal attendant, Noelia was there for anything I needed and was so kind and helpful. Samir was our Maitre D and I cannot say enough good things about him. He made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night and made sure we (and our families) were taken care of at all points of the night. The food was amazing and they even packed up extra cocktail hour food for us. We cannot recommend fox hollow enough!

We had our Son’s wedding reception at the Fox Hollow on September 28,2024. The party was excellent. Our bridal attendant was very attentive to our daughter in law. But I must emphasize the treatment we received by our maitre d’ Samir. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went well. We were so grateful and happy with his assistance. He was very professional. Thank you to the Fox Hollow for providing a beautiful party.

Had the absolute best experience having my wedding at The Fox Hollow Somerley room. Everyone I spoke with was quick to respond, honest, helpful and professional. Bruce helped us book, Victoria and Hilary helped with the details, Matthew was an amazing Matre D made sure the day went smoothly and Glenda our bridal attendant made sure we had everything we needed all day. I did all the planning myself and Fox Hollow made it so stress-free. The food was amazing and never-ending. We had a December wedding and the decor was so beautiful and elegant. The Somerley room is SO beautiful. If you are thinking of booking your wedding there, DO IT!

The Fox hollow was/ is a great place to hold your wedding event. My wife and I were attended to the day of and were checked on the whole time by Matt the weeding coordinator and the assistant coordinator Sophia. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was special and were making sure that the event without a hitch (it did! It was a perfect evening). I can't recommend them enough if you want an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

We just got married at The Somerley at Fox Hollow and while we can go on for hours expressing our gratitude for this team, simply put, they were FLAWLESS. The staff was PERFECT. Arthur, our Maitre D, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was not only engaging, but so methodical, efficient, precise and organized, we knew we had nothing to worry about. He executed every single vision, decor item, and timeline with such care and compassion that we wouldn’t have had an opportunity to worry regardless. He is amazing at what he does and it shows in his work with such grace. I have to emphasize ASHLEY, our bridal assistant, was an essential piece of the puzzle. I do not know what we would have done without her! Not only was she professional, but stuck with us like glue throughout our entire wedding. She made sure we ate (and we really did,) stayed hydrated, and when a guest spilt red liquid all over my dress, came straight to the rescue with a sense of calm, humor, and warmth that was so needed. Fox hollow would not be as great without her! We have so many memories and we are thankful to everyone who helped make them come true. Truly- Fox Hollow is one of a kind. The service was impeccable, ALL the food was OUTSTANDING, and we are so grateful we could work with a team as wonderful as Fox.

After booking our March 2023 wedding at the Fox Hollow (Garden Terrace room), we were confident the day was going to be amazing. The team was kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Fast forward to wedding day... and all of our expectations were exceeded. Our Maitre d', Matt, was incredible! He kept us calm, in the loop, and had all operations running like a well oiled machine. Not to mention he was funny, approachable, respectful, and came to my rescue when my dress strap broke! Our bridal attendant, Katira, was equally as incredible. She was by our side (holding my dress and bouquet!!) throughout photos (even bringing out a warm cloth as it got chilly!), brought us food for our own private moment before heading into cocktail hour, checked in on us constantly throughout the night, and made sure we were taken care of. Matt and Katira are superstars and we cannot thank them enough!!!

Many venues in the area persuade couples by pushing "one wedding per day" set-ups... this is not needed at the Fox. Fox Hollow ensures that every single wedding has their own arrival times, photo times, and a dedicated staff to cater to any and every need. I truly felt like the only bride in the world, let alone one of a few weddings that day!

From cocktail hour, to the reception, to our after party, - the food was AMAZING. Our guests are still raving about their meals and overall experience on our special day.

I would choose Fox Hollow over and over and recommend to any couple looking for their perfect wedding location. The value of what you receive in your package is high and the experience of the staff is second to none.

First I need to say any couple that is comparing venues and considering anywhere other than Fox Hollow for their wedding need to PLEASE read this review. It is long, but heartfelt and is a very real example of what to expect from this incredible venue and staff. My husband Joe and I finally got married on 6/30/22 and when we were originally planning our wedding in 2018, we visited 9 different venues with Fox Hollow being the last one. We wished we had gone there first because we would have not had to look any further. The ONLY reason we placed it later on the list was because we just assumed with its stunning beauty and admirable reputation, it would be far out of our budget. However, we were happily surprised with their competitively priced packages which included extra unique things that set them apart from the other venues! As soon as we walked out the door, we knew in our hearts that Fox Hollow was the one.

Overall, they checked every box and offered more than any other venue we visited. I could go on forever about the ambiance, décor, photo opps, delicious food, and the venue’s elegance, but you can see all of that on the website and on your tour. What I want to talk about here is the actual experience –The level of professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness, and attentiveness of their staff blew us away and is something I truly praise them for since I am in sales/customer service myself and know how much hard work it takes.

Before I go into further detail on our experience, I do want to give specific shout-outs to Gennaro, Alicia, Matt, Hilary, Zach, Jake, Nicole, Samir, Noelia, & Mike. You all did more than you will ever know for us and we are forever grateful. The fact that I have to name drop so many of them shows how personalized their service truly is and how much their staff genuinely cares about their clients. I felt like they all became my friends along our 2 year journey - their dedication to making our dreams into a reality was heartwarming.

We were originally supposed to get married June 2020 but the world stopped only a few months before our big day and we had to pick a new date and push everything back. Gennaro handled this for us FLAWLESSLY! I am sure they were overwhelmed dealing with a stampede of upset brides, but he remained calm, sweet, genuine, understanding and he was actively there to problem-solve with me. He rescheduled our date for us two years in a row and instantly diffused any stress we felt each time.

Alicia and Matt were awesome helping me book and rebook the hotel rooms, the afterparty, and the conference room for my girls to get ready. Hilary was super organized when we had the meeting to go through all the final details and quick to respond with any question I sent her way. Zach was our master cocktail creator! My husband and I were having trouble selecting our signature cocktail so we went to Volpe to try out some of our ideas at their bar. We met Zach, who we would have never guessed was on the newer side to bartending. He did such an amazing job tweaking the different recipes and brainstorming with us to land on our perfect delicious cocktail that we specifically requested him to bartend our wedding (which he also did a phenomenal job at!).

The night before the big day, I stayed at the Inn at Fox Hollow and was a ball of nerves. My girlfriend and I hung out at the Volpe bar with two bartenders, Jake and Nicole. They kept me laughing all night, calmed me, and when I told Nicole that Samir was my maitre d, she gave me the most reassuring reaction telling me I was in excellent hands. We had such a good time at the bar, I made them promise to say hi to me the next day and they did!

Samir was our maître d and Noelia was my bridal attendant. The Fox Hollow described to me ahead of time that these two would both be with me for the day and I would not have to worry about anything. I did not understand the magnitude of what that meant until the day of. What they promised me was an understatement. When I tell we were treated like royalty, I could not be more literal. They were both quarterbacking every little thing. Noelia was outside from the very start during photos feeding my whole bridal party finger foods and drinks and getting us anything we needed during our very long day. She helped make sure my dress was bustled perfectly for all the photos. And OMG Samir….he was beyond on top of his game. There were so many things to cram into the timeline, and he was so polite and professional about making sure we stayed on track to fit in all the photos on our list while also enjoying ourselves throughout the entire reception. It was great having him by my side the entire time basically to do all of my thinking for me while we focused on celebrating and being in the moment! He thought of things I did not even know to think of! I always hear stories of things going wrong on people’s wedding day and people are astounded when I tell them I had zero mess-ups. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

And I had the pleasure of working with Mike Mourantonio for some questions I had in the beginning stages as well as after my wedding, and I just want to speak highly of how professionally he handles his business and how pleasant and devoted he is toward his clients. The whole staff is a shining example of going above and beyond.

Fox Hollow as a whole surpassed all expectations with flying colors that we had for a wedding venue and the experience of our wedding day. When it was finally time for bed after the most epic, magical day of my life, I literally started crying. My husband was so concerned at first but then realized I was crying because I was the happiest I have ever felt and in awe of the tremendous experience we just had together with all of our loved ones. My heart continues to burst every time I replay all the special moments through my head. Thank you Fox Hollow for making this all possible, I will ALWAYS tell EVERY couple to choose and trust you for their dream wedding!☺️❤️

My daughter Danielle’s wedding was held there yesterday (10/23/22), and I must say that it was fantastic.
The Venus was beautiful (as advertised), the food was outstanding and the service from the entire staff was impeccable - from Josh, our Maitre’d to our Bridal Assistant, to Hilary & David as well as every single server, bartender and everyone in-between.
Our guests all told us that they had a fabulous time.
I would recommend the Fox Hollow to anyone looking to book any event!

I can’t say enough good things about this venue! From the second we set foot into the venue until the moment we left everything was just outstanding! The food, the atmosphere and the staff was simply amazing!
The biggest shout-out goes to Carlos and Sofia tho! They really made the whole wedding a smooth and great experience and we’re able to make sure We enjoyed every moment of it! I’m a little speechless because I can’t even express how these two really contributed a HUGE CHUNK to our unforgettable day. We couldn’t be more happy and couldn’t have done it without them and all the other staff! Our phones are getting bombarded with compliments about the night! We had a BLAST! Everything was smooth sailing and we felt well taken care of. Sofia Never left my side and was right there when I needed something and Carlos was the biggest sweetheart and simply phenomenal! I already knew that the wedding is gonna be outstanding but you guys really made exceeded my expectations! It was simply outstanding!! My husband and I needed to plan our wedding in three months before moving out of state. We struggled to find a venue that would host our 30 person wedding especially on such short notice. When we called, we were told that the wedding could be hosted through their restaurant, The Volpe. After meeting with the restaurant manager Nicole, we were able tour the possible event rooms, choose a date, and get a price estimate. She was constantly working with us, trying to get us to have the best wedding we could, regardless of circumstance. Nicole went above and beyond for us, coordinating our entire wedding start to finish while managing The Volpe. She had helped us pick out all of our vendors, including our DJ, officiant, photographer, and florist--the latter was set up just over a week before the wedding. The event itself was flawless, and special accommodations were instantly made when necessary or asked. Nicole was always professional, charismatic, quick on her feet, and extremely kind. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without stress thanks to the wonderful staff at the Fox Hollow.

Fox Hollow- Garden Terrace Room
Fox hollow knows how to have a wedding! We booked in March 2018 for April 2020 and they were amazing during the booking process. When we needed to push the date back, and back, and back they were happy to accommodate us. I know some people had issues with them when it came time to postpone but we were very happy with our experience. We booked our wedding with David Taylor and worked with Hilary throughout on all of the details. Samir was our Maitre D’ and Noelia was our bridal attendant. These two were AMAZING made our night so perfect every step of the way. They met us at the hotel and made sure we had help bringing everything over to the venue. It was freezing when we were taking photos and they stayed outside with us to make sure we were warmed up in between photos. They have everything down to a science and made sure the night flowed exactly how we wanted it to.

We booked Fox Hollow over 2 years in advance, we have been dealing with them for a long time and all through the adventure of Covid, the entire time they have kept us excited and never let us worry. Samir, Carlos and Sophia are just incredible. Samir understood exactly what we wanted and filled in all the blanks for things we were unsure of. Carlos was not even our Maitre D, during the week of drop off he was always available and after he finished his party, he checked in on us and even hunted down a few things we needed, all off the clock!! I had no idea what a bridal attendant was and now after meeting Sophia, my expectations are sky high. She kept us from going crazy and when we might have been to shy to ask for something she insisted that she could and would do anything needed. The room was beautiful, the food was fantastic and the people are the best! Having the hotel next door has spoiled us for all other people's events now.

Let me first start off by saying I'm a Covid Bride who had to change her wedding from last year. That being said I thought the Fox Hollow was great about helping me move everything. As long as you're a Bride who's on top of everything, especially checking emails, you're fine. That how I always communicated with them, specifically Hilary, up until our final appointments.

The day of was amazing beyond words. Our Maitre' D was Arthur and he was very on it. Always checking and double checking. Extremely organized. One of our champagne flutes broke the morning he was setting up and he went out and bought us another one, which he definitely did not have to do, and we appreciated it so much! However, the real star is Sophia my Bridal attendant. She deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment I was taking pictures outside (and a little cold) she came right over to me and helped me with my dress and asked me if I needed a warm beverage. She was so easy to talk to and so unbelievably helpful the entire day. I can't thank her enough she made my day so wonderful.

Everything was set up exactly how we wanted from the ceremony, to our own handmade centerpieces. The food was amazing, and they made sure we ate some of it and even packed us up some at the end of the night. Sophia wrote us very cute notes on each box. Have I mentioned she's the best?

We had the most amazing time at our wedding! Fox hollow handled postponing really well and it was a smooth transition for us! After such a long wait everything came together so well! Couldn’t say enough great things about staying at the hotel. Carlos our matridee was amazing! He handled everything for us and it came out beautiful and he is such a nice guy! The bridal attendant was fantastic and the food was amazing too! We are so happy we went with fox hollow! It was an amazing night!

Our daughters both married this spring. One on April 18, 2021 in the Spring Room and one on May 23, 2021 in the Somerly. We felt like we were in two completely different venues. Each room is incredibly beautiful and different. We were treated like royalty in the planning stages and all the way through the weddings. Josh was our maitre de both times. He was most attentive and accommodating. He anticipated our every need. The grounds are beautiful and the food was amazing. Even if there is another wedding being held at the same time you never know it. They are excellent at making you feel you are the only wedding happening at that time. Our guests had a memorable experience! Thank you to the Fox Hollow for making our daughter's weddings everything we could have imagined!

I had my wedding at the Fox Hollow in the Winter Garden room on 4/23/21. We booked before COVID, and we fell in love immediately with this venue, as there is truly nothing like this one on Long Island. Planning the details closer to the date with Hilary, the event coordinator, was a smooth ride. She answered all of our questions and kept us up to to date to the best of her ability during all of the unprecedented circumstances of the pandemic. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, Samir, our maitre d truly went above and beyond for us. I always heard great things about Samir, but I will never be able to put into words just how incredible he is. His passion and attention to detail is truly unmatched. He and my wonderful bridal attendant, Noelia, were 10 steps ahead of me the entire day. My veil blew off into a pond and without me even knowing, they had it dried and fixed for me within 15 minutes. They handle every "hiccup" with the most unbelievable calm, relaxed manner, with a smile on their face the whole time. Any request I had was not a problem and the Samir/Noelia duo never made me feel like I was a burden for anything I needed that day. I truly believe I owe my perfect wedding day to them and I am so grateful I chose the Fox Hollow for my big day. Thank you Samir & Noelia!!!

I booked my daughter's bridal shower at the Fox Hollow, the Garden Terrace room, pre-COVID. She wanted an outdoor space and dancing. They were AMAZING!!!! No issues in rebooking a date, they didn't change my contract to require more money, and, many guests were uncomfortable coming to an event and Fox Hollow kindly reduced my minimum. My maitre'd was Matt and he was INCREDIBLY PATIENT and had a CAN DO ATTITUDE with the decorations, climbing on a ladder to hang various banners! The room looked spectacular, as a result of the decorations we had and Matt's ideas and help! The food was delicious, cooked on point, and I received numerous texts the next day how amazing everything was! It was perfect!!!!! My daughter can't stop thanking me for "the most amazing day she's ever had" and "her dream come true for her bridal shower". It didn't feel like other events were going on, as this area was totally private with an AMAZING outdoor space. I had one issue having nothing to do with Fox Hollow and Hilary at Fox Hollow took care of it! They are THE MOST Professional, Caring and Accommodating service provider I've dealt with. I finally had my wedding celebration a few weeks ago after having to postpone it a year due to the pandemic. Throughout the entire planning period (first for a 2020 wedding and then for a 2021 wedding), the staff at the Fox Hollow were nothing but kind and extremely helpful. Hilary, the Event Coordinator, always made herself available to answer my questions and answered my many, many emails in record time. The week before the wedding, Matt the Maitre D' was warm and gracious and could sense how much of a control freak I was when we were discussing the final arrangements. He assured me I had nothing to worry about, and that he would make sure the day went smoothly. Boy, was he right! I have ZERO complaints about my wedding day and this is thanks to Matt! He made sure everything went as planned and he did not make any decision without making sure I was okay with it. I so appreciated this! I also need to mention Ana, my bridal attendant, who was the most incredible help! I didn't even know I needed a bridal attendant, but I can't imagine what my day would have been like without her. From an hour before I walked down the aisle until an hour and a half after the reception was over, she never let me out of her sight, and she was the sweetest! She did everything from bustling my dress for the reception to going on a mad search for my car keys! She gave us TONS of leftovers to take with us to the hotel from cocktail hour and the reception. I'm so grateful for her! My guests told me that the waiting staff was so nice to them as well. Whoever is training these people in customer service is doing a GREAT job! My guests also raved about the food calling it "delicious and abundant!" I stayed at the Inn at the Fox Hollow for the weekend and the hotel was beautiful - immaculate and great food for both meals I had there (breakfast and dinner). After the wedding celebration, we were greeted in our room by a beautiful display of champagne, rose petals and chocolates. Finally, they followed all the New York State protocols regarding COVID regulations and made sure guests were safe. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding, stop searching and book this place!

Fox Hollow actually made all of our wedding dreams a reality! Of course the grounds and the room (we got married in the Somerley) are beautiful, but it’s the staff that sealed the deal for us. From the moment we booked (pre-COVID), throughout the planning, to the big day, everyone was wonderful! The food is so good and they have tons of options for menu upgrades, which all of our guests loved. Everyone there genuinely seemed like they wanted us to have the time of our lives, and they delivered! Was never a bride who wanted a “typical wedding venue” but the Fox Hollow is absolutely incredible!

I am so thankful for Mike M. and the whole Fox Hollow family! Planning a wedding is not for the faint of heart, especially during a pandemic, but Mike M., Hilary, Noellia & Samir literally made our vision come to life. From the first time stepping into this venue everything was just perfect and so easy. All the staff was professional and considerate. Any time we reached out to someone they got right back to us. The Fox Hollow is such a great venue for weddings! The grounds are beautiful. The staff are easy to talk to and professional. The food is amazing. The Winter Garden Pavilion is truly spectacular. We couldn't have been happier! I highly recommend this venue.

The Fox Hollow was the first (and eventually last) venue my fiance and I visited. After exploring other venues, we compared them all to the Fox Hollow and knew the Fox Hollow was the venue for us.
We decided to have a Twilight wedding on a Sunday in October. Our wedding was absolutely magical. We knew that we were in good hands with the Fox Hollow, but our wedding day far exceeded our expectations, which were already so high. We had 125 guests in the Winter Garden Pavilion, which was the perfect amount. All the food at cocktail and reception was amazing quality - all of our guests enjoyed what they ordered. Guests also have TEN options to choose from for their main course, which is another treat the Fox Hollow has to offer.
As a bride, I felt like a celebrity the moment I walked onto the Fox Hollow grounds for my first look. Our Maitre D Matt and Bridal Attendants Kirsten and Ana were THE BEST. They were friendly, funny, attentive, and genuinely seem like kind human beings. My fiance and I wish we were friends with them in real life. Matt was very respectful of our wedding vision, while also making helpful suggestions of tiny tweaks to our decor and presentation. He kept us on schedule and made transitions from ceremony to cocktail to reception absolutely seamless. Kirsten and Ana were always one step ahead of me and my fiance. They were there with water before we even knew we needed it. It was amazing! As soon as the ceremony ended, they led us to the bridal suite and had a delicious cocktail hour spread for us. During the reception, they had our drinks of choice ready to go every time we sat down. Kirsten helped me with my dress in the bathroom, and both girls worked their magic on my dress by safety-pinning it in place after my bustle wouldn't stay!
Honestly, I can go on and on about my positive experience with the staff at the Fox Hollow. My parents also had a blast interacting with Matt and thought the service and quality of the Fox Hollow was superb. The venue makes the wedding and we are so happy that we made the right choice in using the Fox Hollow for ours. After seeing other venues,nothing came close to comparing to the Fox Hollow, especially considering what they gave you and for the price. The outdoor ceremony venue was everything we could've wanted. With a night wedding, they had it all lit up so nicely and elegantly with flowers all around that they provide and not to mention the waterfalls all around. It was the perfect setting to get married at. Cocktail hour, we had so many great stations to choose from along with a beautiful ice sculpture that we got to choose as part of the package (we made it the Brooklyn Bridge which they were perfectly fine doing). The food options at the reception were even better. Most places only allow you to have 4 to 5 options at the most on a menu. They give everyone 9 menu options and they are all top notch ranging from filet steak to salmon to duck to a vegan meal. They also not only provide the cake as part of the package through a local bakery but also a dessert and an exit station with pretzels, cookies, iced tea and lemonade to go. Everyone was raving about the food and drinks all night. They were also very accommodating for our guests and bride who had all different allergies from dairy allergies to being vegan to gluten allergies to nut allergies to soy allergies. They made sure everyone had something to eat at all meals which was so important to us and really made the night. The staff really makes the night and the whole experience that much better as well. From the start with the sale manager Bruce helping us out a year in advance, they were there with us every step and wanted to make sure everything goes smoothly during the rest of the process. The maître d' Matt was very organized and friendly, making sure everything went according to plan and keeping us up to date about everything going on to make sure we were good. The bridal attendant Dorothy was amazing as well, making sure that from the moment we started pictures to the time we got back to our hotel room next door that we had drinks to stay hydrated, food whether it was before the ceremony, during cocktail hour or at the reception,making sure we had all of our stuff that we brought and even just making sure the bride didn’t trip on her veil. We could go on and on about how beautiful the rooms are and how you even get an amazing room at the Inn at Fox Hollow right next door. Simply put, our wedding went beyond our expectations and we are so thankful that we chose the Fox Hollow! We would highly recommend it to anyone for their wedding!

We booked our wedding at the Fox Hollow for September 2020. We had such a great experience with the staff. They are all so welcoming and the grounds are beautiful! We can’t wait to start our forever!!!

The Winter Garden Pavilion at the Fox Hollow was everything we could’ve wanted and more. From the accommodating waitstaff and thorough Maitre’D to the overall look and polish, we received SO many great compliments on our choice of venue. The food was ample and delicious (not that we could taste much given how much fun we were having) and the fireplace, ceiling, and lighting made it as perfect as can be. Our wedding was in late April, and while we wanted to have the ceremony outside, the venue was more than accommodating with our late decision to bring all of the chairs inside and it was still done BEAUTIFULLY. While our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, the staff at the Fox Hollow tore down the ceremony pieces and had the reception tables up so quick that we were able to sneak away into the reception room to get a practice dance in, along with our photographer and videographer. We fell in love with the Fox and so did our guests.

Fox hollow is top of the line. If you are looking for class and elegance this is where to go. No complaint at all from the planning process to the end of the night everything was perfect

This was the first and only venue we looked at for our wedding. From our first meeting with Bruce to the day of the event, there was not a thing that went wrong. Our initial meeting showed us that this was the place to go. We planned our wedding in the Winter Garden Pavilion so we could have the feeling of being outdoor with the comfort of weather and temperature control. Our cocktail hour was in the Volpe restaurant. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff set everything up exactly as planned. Their pricing was amazing compared to other locations and the food and menu were spectacular. Our guests were talking about our wedding weeks after. Our bridal attendant Renne was spectacular and literally there at every moment to assist. Angie was our maitre d' and she had everything running so smoothly we didn't see it happening. She even blotted the perspiration from my husband's forehead before a picture. This was a spectacular team of people to work with and we couldn't have been happier. Thanks for making our wedding day run smooth, easily and perfect all around!

I would like to comment on their wonderful customer service. I spoke with Melissa today in regards to booking 2 rooms for the night before my upcoming wedding. I had many questions and 2 rooms to book and she was so informative and kind, I felt bad keeping her on the phone for so long but she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Thank you for your patience, we can not wait to stay at your hotel.

We had our wedding at Fox Hollow on March 15th - we had the Winter Garden room with about 120 guests. I have been eager to write this review because I am truly blown away by the incredible service we received that night! Literally every single detail we discussed and planned for came to life. Our Maitre d’ Matt was excellent and attentive, he did an amazing job at organizing the entire event that night and was sure that every detail we discussed was fulfilled. We literally didn’t have to think about anything and truly enjoyed ever bit of the night. Ana was my bridal attendant, who I also cannot say enough about. She was excellent and helped with anything I needed that evening. Overall, the venue beyond exceeded our expectations - from the gorgeous grounds, the gorgeous room, the amazing staff, the delicious food, and the convenience of the hotel next door, which I must say was beautiful as well. It was all a dream come true for us. Thank you Fox Hollow for being a part of one of the best nights of our lives thus far.

Love Fox Hollow! Had my wedding here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere beautiful and the staff were excellent especially my Maitre'd Samir. My family is of German descent and they loved the Oktoberfest station at cocktail hour. Would definitely hold more events at Fox Hollow and highly recommend them.

I don’t know where to start......everything and everyone were unbelievable from the day we were looking at venues to the minute we left our reception. The Winter Garden Pavillion is such a stunning room and was everything that we could’ve asked for! Our maitre d and bridal attendant were beyond helpful and attentive. The food was spot on.... everything was just beyond what we could’ve dreamed of.

The Fox Hollow was amazing. I was nervous about it not being a one wedding place. However, I didn’t even notice any other weddings going on. Having the hotel right there is extremely convenient. The food was outstanding. The service was phenomenal. The holiday decor was beautiful.

Fox Hollow catering was everything we could have wanted & more! You're in good hands there. They know what to do & how to do it. Everyone we worked with at Fox Hollow from day of booking until day of wedding was amazing. They listened & worked to give you exactly what you wanted! They were flexible in adjusting the cocktail hour menu how we wanted & swapping out the complimentary ice sculpture with a martini bar. Jessica (who helped with all the even lead up planning) was very quick in responding & always helpful. Our maitre'd was Arthur & he was just amazing! In our eyes our reception was perfect, & that's exactly how it should be. If anything went wrong, Fox Hollow did what they needed to make sure we were not aware of it, and I certainly appreciate that!

My wedding at the fox hollow was everything I wanted! Food was amazing, ambience was on point and the staff was beyond accommodating! They make you feel so special and everything went so smooth! They are on top of everything! We got married in the winter garden room which is very romantic with a glass ceiling so you can see the stars! Amazing night and amazing memories!

There is always the worry of what will go wrong on your wedding day, but Fox Hollow has everything so down to a science that you don't have to worry about a thing! The night was truly perfect. Guests raved about the food, the service, and overall the beauty of the venue all night and have been ever since! We had Samir as our Maitre D and I think he was a huge part of the night going off without a hitch. When we met with him for our final appointment he went through everything down to the last detail and made us feel so at ease- we were confident he would have everything under control and he certainly did! If there were any issues that came up in the night we didn't know about them because he took care of everything, even making sure our glasses weren't empty. We had Rose as our bridal attendant and she was just as incredible. At the end of the night she even wrapped up what was left of our cake and treats from our exit station and brought them over to us at the hotel. Overall, an amazing experience down to the very last detail. I am SO happy that we chose to have our wedding at Fox Hollow, they truly made our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined!

I would strongly recommend fox hollow!!! I planned a wedding in 7 months and Fox Hollow made it so seamless!! My guests kept raving about the food and overall service!! My matridee Matt and bridal attendant Kristen were amazing the day of! I twisted my ankle before I walked down the aisle and Matt rushed and got me flip flops! I had a fantastic experience with Fox Hollow. The Somerley room is gorgeous and I knew it was "the one" the second I walked in there! Throughout the wedding process, the staff (especially Jessica) was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. On my wedding night, Samir was my Maitre D and Megan was my bridal attendant. They are a true power team (which I'd heard a million times), and they worked tirelessly to make sure the entire evening ran smoothly. I will be forever grateful to the two of them for making my wedding a dream come true!

We just had our wedding in the Garden Terrace room at The Fox Hollow on 5/19/18 and we are so unbelievably happy we chose that venue! We knew a few people who got married there before us who had nothing but good things to say, and we found out first hand that they were right! I fell in love with the venue the day we took a tour. The grounds are so beautiful for pictures and the decor was just my style. The food is absolutely delicious -- we had people texting us for days after the wedding telling us how much they ate and how much they loved the food. We had Dominic as our matre'd who was very helpful without being overbearing. We can't recommend this venue enough and wish we could relive the night all over again!

I can’t say enough about how amazing the Fox Hollow Was. Jessica answered any and all questions that I had. Samir was our maitre’d and I think Renee was my bridal attendant. They were both amazing and made sure we were happy and everything was taken care of. One of the best parts was being brought food from the cocktail hour to the bridal suit so myself and my husband could eat something together without being disturbed. The food was amazing! I was calm, relaxed, and comfortable all night - which was a near miracle because of how anxious I was leading up to the day. Everything went so smooth and was timed perfectly.

We had such a wonderful time. The grounds were beautiful for photos. There were other weddings there, but you would never know it.

The Fox Hollow is second to none when it comes to hosting weddings. Having attended weddings there in the past, we came with high expectations for the food, facility and staff, however my husband and I were blown away! Our wedding was January 19, 2018.

First and foremost, the staff is amazing. Words cannot describe how the Maitre d', Samir, and the bridal attendant worked harder than any person I have ever seen to make my wedding day something out of a story book. Add in all of the outstanding waiters, bartenders and staff, and my wedding was OUTSTANDING!

Next, the facility and the food was nothing short of spectacular; make sure you try the surf and turf - it melted away. We were in the Garden Terrace room in January and it looked like a winter wonderland. Samir really knew what we had in mind and turned it into a reality - from the color tone of the room, to the favors being placed on the table, to the little extras we added for our guests - everything was spectacular!

For weeks after the wedding all of my family and friends said that the wedding was the best they ever attended. That would not have been possible if not for the fantastic Fox Hollow.

I have no words to express how PERFECT our wedding was last night. Everything went through smoothly, Josh was such an amazing Maitre'd and Renee was such a wonderful bridal attendee. From the start, I knew this place was going to make all my dreams come true. Thank you so much!!

My daughter and new son-in-law were married at the Fox Hollow on friday February 9,2018. From the moment we walked into the hall the staff were professional, courteous but most of all caring. Josh and Meagan were amazing!!! We could not have asked for anything more!!! Thank you for making their day unforgettable!!!!

We got married Friday 2.9.18 and I am still riding the high so I wanted to say some good things;
Fox Hollow Winter Garden Room: Our Maitre d was Josh and I cannot say enough great things about him. He was AMAZING. Anything we needed he was right there at all times, but not at all like on top of us. Our Bridal Attendant was Megan and she was also amazing. She was with me the whole night from getting drinks to bustling my dress and even walked us back to the hotel with a cart of all our stuff and extra dinner and desserts for us to take. She helped me get my dress off. It was just absolutely amazing.

The Inn at Fox Hollow: The hotel is super reasonably priced, in my opinion, really nice, and they were very accommodating. They even had a bottle of Champagne for us in our hotel room when we got back after the reception. They had a complimentary breakfast for everyone Saturday morning and the food was good. It wasn't just like hard boiled eggs and bagels. They had pre-made omelets, eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. They also have a complimentary buffet dinner Thursday evenings for guests but we did not take advantage of that. The hotel bar usually closes at 2am but our wedding ended at 130am and they stayed open until 4am for us! Even when the bar closed down they told us we could keep hanging out in the dining area.

We first decided to book with Fox Hollow after going to a wedding there in 2016 in the Garden Terrace. But we absolutely fell in love with the Winter Garden when we went to see the venue. We booked with Taylor, who lied to us about what time we would be able to go on the grounds for pictures which was extremely frustrating but Jessica and Mike remedied everything as best they could after that and were very accommodating. My only recommendation to other brides, don't book with Taylor and if you do get EVERYTHING in writing. Aside from that, the venue is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well kept and stunning, the food is phenomenal, the hotel next door is so convenient and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Our Maitre'd, Josh, and our Bridal Attendant, Sabrina are AMAZING. Josh made sure all of my personalized decor was laid out right, he checked on me constantly, checked on my family, made sure we had everything we needed and more. Sabrina helped with my dress pretty much all night because of the long train, she waited on my family hand and foot, they LOVED her. We also got the feeling that Josh and Sabrina were genuinely so happy for us and so happy to be there helping us with our day, even though it's their jobs. By the end of the night we felt like friends. I wouldn't change anything about our choice to book with Fox and I would recommend them to any couple looking to have a beautiful wedding.

We cannot say enough about our experience having our wedding at the Fox Hollow. From start to finish we were floored at the service we got. Everyone who we dealt with was kind, not pushy (sales-y), and saw our vision. All our questions (and there were many) we're always answered in a timely manner. Our maitre'd Donna put ALL my anxieties to rest the week before the wedding and assured me that everything would be perfect and that they were the best in the business. Well, the day of the wedding proved that and more! The garden terrace room, the beautiful grounds, the food, the service all top knotch. My bridal attendant Megan was amazing, she made sure my husband and I ate (brought 2 huge trays of cocktail hour foods to the bridal suite), kept our drinks full, and was so sweet! It was truly a perfect day. I am thrilled we made the decision to have our big day at the Fox Hollow!!

WOW-- Thank you Fox Hollow for the most memorable night of our lives! I was a bit skeptical going into the Fox because I wanted a venue a little less traditional, but once I saw the Winter Garden and heard the EXTENSIVE food options provided, we were both sold and locked in a date not even an hour after our appointment. The Winter Garden is absolutely stunning and provided the whimsical, garden type vibe we were going for. Everyone raved about the food and beauty of the venue. Perhaps most meaningful to us though was the unmatched service from our maitre d and bridal attendant. These two went above and beyond for us on that day and relieved us of so much stress. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you so much to everyone at the Fox Hollow!

I don't even know where to start! Our wedding day was on October 8 and Fox hollow did such an amazing job with everything for our wedding since the day we booked with them! Jessica was always available to answer any questions that we had in regards to our big day. We had our wedding in the Winter Garden Pavilion which was perfect for the amount of guests that we had! We had 158 guests in our room and everything fit perfectly. We had Josh as our maitre'd and Claudia as our bridal attendant- they were both AMAZING! We told Josh ahead of time how we would like our day to run and he made sure that on our wedding day ran exactly how we wanted it. He made sure that we completed all of our photos before cocktail hour so we could enjoy it. He made sure to show us the Winter Garden Pavilion all set up with our decorations before all of our guests entered. He was always ready with a drink for us when we needed it and made sure to accommodate us to his best ability. Josh made sure that the entire night ran smoothly and made sure we were very happy! Claudia was at my side whenever I needed her and made sure that my husband and I had some alone time in the bridal suite. Oh and I can't forget about the food! Everything was absolutely amazing-so delicious! From cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, food, and more-we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!!

I am so happy we chose Fox Hollow! The room was gorgeous, the food was delicious and the Maitre D’ and Bridal Attendant were incredible. What more can you ask for? The night ran so smoothly. Tom and I were able to sit back, relax, drink, and dance without worrying about a thing! I went the week of to drop off some cute décor and told Josh to get creative and he set everything up better than I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t be happier with the venue!

While doing the search for a wedding venue, my husband and I were looking for a place where our guests would have the best time celebrating our union and that allowed them to stay overnight, if they chose to do so. Fox Hollow stood out from other options because it offered so many more amenities, for less than what the competition asked for. They had innovative cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and dinner choices that accommodated many dietary restrictions. The venue is clearly very well-run, as the event ran so smoothly, despite the many things that could go wrong at a wedding reception. Fox Hollow was fully staffed, the food was delicious and plentiful, the beverages were flowing, and the space was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, both inside and outside on a hot July day. Our maître d', James Catania, did a fantastic job rolling with lots of personal touches that were important to us to put on the reception, including a pipe band, family toasts, guest performances, and unconventional painted rock centerpieces. He was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The rooms at the inn were luxuriously comfortable, and we had a rather satisfying continental breakfast the morning after. We’re so glad we celebrated our wedding reception at Fox Hollow and highly recommend it to anyone looking for high quality services at a very good value.

I had my reception in the Somerley June 2nd and it was beyond perfect! From start to finish Fox Hollow went above and beyond to make sure everything involved in planning to executing the wedding went smoothly. From the time we met with them to book to 1.5 years later at the wedding they were so helpful every step of the way.
The day of the wedding my bridal attendant and maitre d were both AWESOME. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect and exactly what I dreamed of. The food was amazing and people literally raved about it. Much much better than your typical wedding food, this food was outstanding. The party went so smoothly, they really know how to put on an event. Fox Hollow is a wonderful place to have your wedding. I had my ceremony and reception on their grounds. The moment we stepped into our reception room we knew this was the place we wanted our wedding. They have beautiful grounds all over their property and all of their rooms are gorgeous. They are extremely organized and make the wedding process a lot easier. They were always there when I had questions, always just a phone call away. From the morning of my wedding until I got into my hotel room I didn't have to lift a finger. I had a maitre d' and bridal attendant the entire time that took care of everything the day of. The food was phenomenal and I still have guests that rave about the food today.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing the Fox Hollow team was for my wedding. First off, the Somerley room is beautiful and my guests raved about the immaculate grounds, cocktail and reception room all night! The food was delicious and I was originally nervous about it coming from a big Italian family who loves to eat. I was expecting it to be just mediocre wedding food but hoping it would blow your socks off...well, it blew my socks off... FH added the Short Rib to our menu and I was not a very proper bride while i was scarfing the food down. I had 177 guests and i was nervous that it would feel tight but it did not at all.. could have easily added another 30 people. Last but not least... our Maitre de and bridal attendant were amazing... Samir kept me calm when my officiant was an hour late and was there to help with every single detail. My bridal attendant was absolutely amazing.. she bustled my dress perfectly and was available and attentive the entire night... i could not be more impressed (I am blanking on my bridal attendants name but ask for her! She did my wedding (Rianna) on March 4 2017). Thank you to the Fox Hollow for delivering on your promise to make our wedding day incredibly special and beautiful!

I never wanted to book a traditional wedding venue for our wedding. I always wanted to be out of the box, unique, against the grain. After meeting with several restaurants, barns and all kinds of other places, my fiance finally convinced me to go see this rustic room at the fox hollow that kept popping up on our google search. It was meant to be.

We met with David for our inital meeting. He was the absolute man. He sold us right from the start. The fox hollow KNOWS wedding and for the money you are going to spend, that's what you want. You don't want the stress of chasing people and trying to figure out ever single tiny detail. You want the ease and kind of customer service provided by these people. They are top shelf everything.

Jennifer, Jessica and mike are all the best as well. They answered my emails so quickly and throughly, I was blown away. Again, definitely a quality you want when you need an answer ASAP. The wedding was totally amazing. Just make sure you review your timeline regarding the food service and music if you are planning to be up dancing the whole night. We had a little confusion the day of over that but worked it out immediately.

Another reason I loved this venue was that they really make you feel special and like family. We ate dinner at volpe a few times before hand and always were treated so special. Mike would recognize us and always buy us a round of drinks when he saw us.

The day off was just wonderful. Everything I was pictured was there, beautiful, and without any stress. It was just the absolute best day and we want to sincerely thank the fox hollow for being such a special part of it.

Me and my husband we're extremely impressed with how The Fox Hollow orchestrated our wedding! They were very organized, punctual and professional! Our guests complimented that the food was awesome and that it was well organized! We are so thankful that they made our wedding a success! They work as a team and have such great hospitality! Thank you Foxhollow for making sure we had the Best Day Ever! Josh and Renee were by our sides the entire night. Josh is extremely friendly and accommodating. Any issues that arose, not many whatsoever, he was by our side asking us what we preferred to do. Renee was by my side with my glass of wine and shawl each time we were outside in the cold taking pictures. When it was time to bustle my dress I didn't even have a second to call my bridesmaids to come help. She was already on the floor getting to work. Anything I needed, wanted or didn't like she was right there to get it or fix it. She was amazing!!!!!!
We saw Josh the next day working another wedding and he still had on the same genuine smile, He clearly enjoys his job and it shows. His dedication to us that night surpassed anything we could have imagined or asked for!

We had a Christmas wedding at Fox Hollow and it was flawless. The staff are attentive, the food was stellar, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided (roughly $100/pp but we had an off-season wedding, so that might change throughout the year). With that price, we had a full open bar, lavish cocktail hour, three-course meal, cake, desserts, a bridal attendant, maître d’, a large staff of waiters, and even an ice sculpture with our names on it! I had Noella and Donna attending to every possible need. They were incredibly thoughtful, even to the point of getting down on their knees to spray the skirt of my dress with static cling so it would look smoother for pictures. I cannot say enough about how kind and efficient everyone was.

When were first booking with Fox Hollow we had some concerns about the format of the evening, but both the catering head and the director of operations sat down with us and talked us through the whole process and made some adjustments to accommodate us. They were extremely generous with their time and attention, and I was grateful for how quickly they responded to our questions

We also coordinated with the Inn at Fox Hollow to reserve large blocks of room for that night, and the sales manager Jennifer was extremely helpful and patient with us, despite our making numerous additions and changes. Our guests were very impressed with the quality of the rooms and they appreciated the breakfast buffet and weeknight dinner (which is free and available Mon-Thurs). We were given a free bridal suite on the wedding night, and they packed up all our gifts, leftover cake, wedding favors, and guest books and had them delivered to our room. I would highly recommend booking with the hotel (but be sure to do so in advance as it fills up quickly!)

I am still beaming at how absolutely amazing our day was. Fox Hollow was the perfect venue for us for so many reasons. The professionalism, expertise and overall experience completely exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend this venue more! Our maitre d and bridal attendant worked from the moment we arrived at the venue until the last second to ensure we were happy, fed and relaxed. I was so impressed by the organization and flow of the entire evening. No detail went unnoticed and We really owe it all to our amazing team for all of their hard work the entire night. Even though we were unable to have our Wedding Ceremony outside they did terrific job setting up our reception room for the ceremony and we didn't have to worry about how it was going to look. They did a phenomenal job switching the rooms between the Ceremony and Reception during the Cocktail so everything ran smoothly even though it was a last minute decision to do the Ceremony inside. The reception room was absolutely gorgeous and our guests were extremely happy by the cocktail hour, and the reception food and drinks. We are so happy to now be part of the Fox Hollow family and We would strongly recommend booking them for your venue.

I'm officially Fox Hollow obsessed. I am still beaming at how absolutely amazing our day was. Fox Hollow was the perfect venue for us for so many reasons. The Best Day Ever ! This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is excellent! Our Guests raved about the food , they did an all out job on our cocktail hour .Our wedding here was perfect!

My husband and I had our wedding in the Winter Garden Pavillion room this past September 2016. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more thanks to the wonderful, thoughtful staff at Fox Hollow. We booked our wedding with Taylor who spent hours explaining every single detail with us. Jessica was amazing as I sent her countless emails and she always answered promptly and was open to all of my suggestions.
Our maitre de Joshua was hands down amazing! He had our drinks ready for us every time our drink got empty. He made sure we had time to eat, checked in with us constantly throughout the night. Many of our guests raved about him.
The food was absolutely amazing and being that my husband and I come from Italian backgrounds with family and friends who love to eat. This was so important to us. People raved about our food and said they were very satisfied with the service of the waiters and all staff.
Fox hollow was open to our fall decor ideas. I gave them very detailed instructions on how I wanted our room to be set up and they truly exceeded our expectations.

Amazing experience I definitly recommend this venue!

The Fox Hollow met all my expectations on my wedding day. Everything was great. My wedding day was disgustingly hot and humid, so we decided to have the ceremony inside in the winter garden pavilion and it was beautiful! We didn't miss the outside ceremony one bit! They set up every detail and decoration beautifully. All of my guests loved the food, the gardens, and the ambiance. The cocktail hour, which was done in the Volpe restaurant, was amazing. They threw in a complimentary ice sculpture! My Bridal Attendant Dayana was awesome! She was with me every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. The service was incredible! After the wedding, the Inn at the Fox Hollow was equally as great. The bar stayed open until 1 and the room was luxurious. We came back to a rose on our pillows, a bottle of champagne chilling in the refrigerator, and a box of chocolates. The Fox Hollow made our wedding an experience to remember.

The only recommendation I have is that they should tell their brides ahead of time that it is recommended to reserve a room for the night before your wedding too, eventhough they give you a comped room for the night of your wedding. It was impossible to get a room after the fact and early check-in was not guaranteed.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue, from the very start to the very end. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and attentive. The wedding day itself was seamless, delicious, and overall amazing. I can't speak highly enough of The Fox Hollow!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with the Fox Hollow for our wedding a few weeks ago. Everything went seamlessly and our guests are still twlling us it was one of the greatest weddings they've been to in a while. They went above and beyond and made sure our day was perfect. Our maitre'd, Josh, and bridal attendant, Claudia, were awesome and so kind to us. The only difficulty we experienced was with the hotel next door, The Inn at Fox Hollow. They were an absolute disaster to work with throughout the entire planning process, including the night of our wedding. Zero communication with the Fox or between their own staff at the hotel. It is a shame since Fox Hollow was so wonderful and it's the same owners. If you are choosing Fox Hollow for your event, I would highly suggest choosing a different hotel nearby for your room block.

My husband and I met with Taylor, who was friendly and easy to work with, to tour the venue. After my husband and I decided on the Fox Hollow (we reserved the Garden Terrace room), we researched on multiple websites to find the top reviewed maître d’ and bridal attendant. Jessica, the wedding coordinator, was also very friendly and easy to work with. We went over the menu selection and other details with her and supplied our requests for our maître d’ and bridal attendant for our wedding.

The Fox Hollow was organized (they were prompt in their responses and provided us with lists and forms), which is essential for a very detail-oriented and organized person like myself. Luckily, we were assigned one of my preferred maître d’s, Josh, and he was also able to request my preferred bridal attendant, Noelia. Josh was easy to work with and very competent. I had taken care of every step and detail of my wedding so it was comforting to know that Josh would be able to take care of the reception without me having to delegate tasks (like coordinating with the vendors). He made us feel very comfortable and was reassuring (a must of an anxious bride!). Noelia was also very easy to work with. She was extremely professional and always knew when I needed her help.

The weather forecast called for severe thunderstorms but luckily with the coordination between the Fox Hollow and the vendors, we were able to get our outdoor photos in the garden terrace done before it poured! All the guests said that they were impressed with the cocktail hour, the quality of the food, and the overall reception! We would highly recommend the Fox Hollow as well as Josh and Noelia. They were both very professional and highly competent.

Our wedding was perfect. No details were left undone.
The food was incredible.

We'd go back for any occasion.

After meeting with several venues’ we decided that the Fox Hollow was the perfect choice for our wedding. The room we selected was the Winter Garden Pavilion and it was one of the most spectacular rooms we’ve seen. It is very unique and different from your ‘cookie cutter’ Long Island wedding venue. The vaulted glass window ceiling provided dramatic lighting for our day wedding. The fireplace was lit, and the room simply looked spectacular.
The food was absolutely out of this world. All of our guests were enamored by the food and of course the service. During the cock-tail hour, we decided to sit in the bridal suite so we could have some personal alone time. Our bridal attendant brought us up several plates of the food that we had selected from the menu, and we were blown away by how delicious the food was. We chose a primarily Italian menu with other items mixed in, and nothing was disappointing.
The grounds were absolutely spectacular and neither one of us has ever seen so many tulips in our life! We were able to take pictures at various spots around the building, each providing an amazing back-drop for our pictures and video. Everything was so perfectly manicured, we were so happy! The ceremony was held in the same room as the reception (the Winter Garden Pavilion) and the lighting and the way the room was setup for the ceremony was absolutely perfect.
Throughout the affair, the staff was incredibly helpful and would tend to our every need. Our Maitre’D, Donna was always checking in with us, and made sure everything was going exactly as planned. She ensured everybody in the bridal party knew their places during the ceremony and reception, and was incredibly hospitable to everyone attending. She made sure our drinks were always full and that we always had food on our table. She was incredibly gregarious and genuinely happy for us, and happy to assist us and any of our guests with any request that was made.

Loved everyone at the venue. Super attentive and just amazing overall.

The fox hollow is beautiful and everyone that works there was so helpful making our day special and just as we envisioned. The service was excellent and food was amazing. Our guests had a great time and loved the place!

After dreaming of my wedding day for a whole year, it was everything I hoped it would be and more! I got married on a January Sunday evening in the Winter Garden. As soon as we saw the Winter Garden, with its stone walls, fire place and glass ceilings, we knew nothing else would compare. Taylor worked with us to create the perfect menu. Even though he met us just once over a year ago, he still remembers us and always stops to greet us. Jessica was great at answering questions along the way. My maitre Donna and bridal Attendant Victoria were awesome. They were on top of everything, never overbearing, and were there the second I needed them. All my decorations were set up beautifully. The guests raved about the food. We had 10+ items for cocktail hour, a combo course, intermezzo, and guests had 8 choices for dinner. There was also dessert, wedding cake, and an exit station of cookies, pretzels, hot cider, and hot coco. Because we were a Sunday wedding, we were able to have cocktail hour in Volpe Restaurant, which was beautiful. So happy with my wedding day and my experience at Fox Hollow!!!

Our wedding isn't until 2017, but Taylor and Jessica have already been a great help to us. The dinner we had at their restaurant was very good, and we're really looking forward to our day!

The Fox Hollow was the perfect location furor wedding. My parents were married there in 1997 they have done a beautiful job or renovating. We chose their newest room the somerly and loved it! We hope to use this venue again for another event.

I cannot say enough great things about the Fox Hollow. We had an outdoor, inter-faith ceremony as well as our reception there, in the Winter Garden Pavilion. From start to finish, the planning process was a breeze, and the wedding went off flawlessly.

Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, and our Matre'D and Bridal Attendant were tuned in to our every need.

When they say you'll fall in love with the fox, they aren't kidding, if you use the Fox Hollow as your venue you will certainly love it all!!! From our first meeting with Dave G, to meeting with Jessica L for our finals to the big day with Josh & Noellia every single person we were in touch with made it all effortless. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is amazing and the service is top notch. Jessica answered every single question I had throughout the whole process and did not once seem annoyed by me, even at times when I felt I was being annoying with silly questions. She had an answer for me at every turn. The day of we had Josh as our Maitre'D and Noellia as my bridal attendant and both of them were aweseome. Both Josh and Noellia fulfilled everyone of our needs and anticipated what we needed before we even knew it. They were always 10 steps ahead ensuring the day went without a hitch, and they made for the most perfect day and the best night ever. I cannot stop raving about how amazing they were not only to me and my husband but helping with our parents and bridal party as well. If we had to do it all again, I would most definitely request to have Josh & Noellia by our side again. I cannot stress enough how amazing they and the entire staff at the Fox Hollow were. Our wedding was really a dream come true.

The Fox Hollow made our wedding day magical! We had our ceremony and reception there and it was beyond perfect! The staff is friendly and professional! They took care of every detail and made the day go off without a hitch! The food was amazing and the decor was beautiful! We had our reception in the Somerly room, I'd recommend that room to everyone! Our guest are still raving about our wedding!

The Fox Hollow made my vision come true. The assistance they provide is amazing. They day ran smoothly because the staff knew what they were doing. Maitre'd Donna is the one to request and Claudia was also assisting. The food was DELICIOUS, although I didn't eat everything but my shrimp was YUMMY. The guest told my husband and I the food was great.

The bridal party and family from out of town stayed at the hotel. It made things easier to prep for the big day. My hair stylist and make up stylist was on time and was greeted with kindness. Everything was amazing! !!

The moment I walked into the Winter Garden Pavilion at Fox Hollow and began crying, I knew it was the place for me. From the beginning, everyone we worked with to plan our wedding was so professional and attentive. When it came time for the wedding day, I couldn't have even expected how smoothly the evening would run thanks to the amazing staff. Our maitre d', Josh was there everywhere we turned making sure we were taken care of. And Claudia was the most patient, calming, and attentive Bridal Attendant. Myself, my fiance, and our families truly felt at ease and were able to dance the night away. The staff even made sure we got to eat plenty of both the cocktail hour and reception food!

On a logistics note, my mother was able to bring all our reception items (champagne flutes, favors, cake cutting set, etc) a few days before at our final appointment, and we got everything back, all packaged up safely, immediately after the reception was over.

Our guests were happy, we were happy...great night all around!

I cannot thank Fox Hollow enough for a near flawless wedding. Everything ran smoothly, they were watching the clock and communicating with us so we could do everything we wanted. Our bridal attendant, Victoria, was very helpful in bringing us anything we needed, from making sure we got to eat every course, to helping me bustle my dress and change my shoes! The maître d' Donna made sure that everything was perfect, including setting up our DIY centerpieces that had 9 candles each to be lit. Communication leading up to the event was great, from Bruce who booked us, to Jessica who helped finalize things and all the operations team.

The venue is beautiful, and we had a lot of places to take photos.

They included a hospitality half hour, giving our guests an indoor space to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before being led over to the ceremony area right before we started so there was no awkward wait time in the July heat.

We had our ceremony outdoors in the garden and Fox Hollow decorated it beautifully. Even though it is right off of Jericho Turnpike, you could not hear passing cars because of the waterfall and fountains. They also provided a microphone and speaker so everyone could hear the ceremony.

Cocktail hour was both indoors and outdoors, so our guests could move around and be comfortable. Everyone loved the food. We were able to relax in the bridal suite for a few minutes and eat in private before joining our guests to mingle.

At the end of the night, the bridal attendant and maître d' packed up our stuff from the bridal suite, cake, gifts, etc. and carted it back to our hotel room!

The only thing that was disappointing was that we provided bubbles so guests could blow bubbles at us while we walked out of the ceremony, but they were nowhere to be found. In the moment we didn't even think about it, and didn't realize until much later in the evening. So I have no idea where the bubbles I gave them went.
