I loved my experience at Flairs with Lauren as my stylist! Prior to the appointment you take a survey about the type of dress you are looking for. They also have a Pinterest page with all of their dresses, which really helped me. I was able to show Lauren a few dresses I wanted to try on. I went in the middle of a work day, so I was actually the only appointment. Even if there were other appointments I still think I would have felt the private experience. Lauren was the best and helped talk about what I liked or didn't like about a dress. Loved my stress free experience at Flairs and very happy about my wedding dress purchase!!

I bought my dress from Kaitie and she was amazing! She was capable, efficient, and friendly and fun. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in a dress and made suggestions based on my preferences and her expertise. She has a creative eye and suggested combining the top of one dress with skirt of another to create "the one"! I went to 5 other dress shops and both the shopping experience and the dress selection were the best here.

A great dress shopping experience!
I had a great experience working with Flair to find my dream wedding dress! Flair was the first place I visited when looking for dresses and I fell in love with two of the dresses I tried on first - one being a dress I had seen before the appointment and the other was a dress that my stylist, Kaitie, recommended based on my initial choice as well as some additional questions she had asked me. The second dress that Kaitie recommended ended up being the dress that I went with! I can be a very indecisive person, and when it came to choosing between those two dresses, Kaitie was incredibly patient, honest, and helpful in walking me through my decision which was so appreciated. I could not believe that the second dress I tried on ended up being the one I went with, and I would say this is a testament to how well Kaitie was able to read exactly what I was looking for. I still wanted to be absolutely sure that this was THE dress, so I went to multiple bridal shops that week and tried on countless dresses, and nothing compared to the personalized experience I got at Flair. They made this such a fun, stress-free part of the planning process, and I can't recommend them enough!

Kaitie Silk (bridal consultant) was AMAZING
I cannot recommend Kaitie (Silk), a bridal consultant, from Flair enough. It was my first bridal appointment ever, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. Kaitie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with all of the dresses I tried on…and I ended up finding my dream dress which happened to be the second dress she picked out for me. I haven’t stopped smiling since I left Flair, and highly recommend this boutique, and particularly Kaitie for all of your wedding dress dreams!

I had the most incredible experience finding my dream wedding dress, all thanks to Kaitie! Kaitie made me feel comfortable, listened attentively to my preferences, and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process! Kaitie makes the shopping experience fun and memorable!! I was nervous and anxious about embarking on the journey of finding my dress, but Kaitie immediately created an environment where I felt encouraged to explore various styles, even those out of my comfort zone, which I ultimately landed on! I am so glad I found Flair! I was feeling very overwhelmed by the process of finding a wedding dress, but from the moment I walked into my first appointment, Kaitie started to tease me and put me at ease. She made it clear before I tried on a single dress that she was there to support me and help me find something that would make ME happy, telling me "I didn't design any of these dresses, so you won't hurt my feelings if you don't like one." It sounds silly but it helped me so much! She talked me through the whole process and ended up finding my dream dress, and when I went back to pick it up she found me my veil! I don't think I could have done it without her, she's a mind reader. Thank you, Kaitie!

I cannot recommend, stylist, Kaitie Silk, and Flair more highly! After striking out at six other bridal shops, I was feeling quite hopeless and cynical about the whole process of finding my dress. Kaitie took the time to hear about my vision, and low and behold the FIRST dress she pulled off the rack I ended up purchasing! I shrugged at it when she first pulled it out -- but she knew me better than me in that moment, and I agreed to try it. Sure enough, it was my dream dress. 10/10 recommend Flair and Kaitie in particular!

I've been to several bridal shops in search of my wedding dress, and no experience was like at Flair. Their staff (Kaitie worked with me) had done all her research to know my style, get familiar with the venue and vibe, and pick only things that truly spoke to me. She was AMAZING - she and incredible energy and knowledge of the designers and she really cared that you found exactly what you wanted and felt confident in your choice. Within trying on the first two dresses, I knew we were walking out with one! She was efficient but not pushy, provided incredible feedback without trying to influence my decision, and I didn't feel rushed at all even though we had a short timeframe. The shop was impeccable and houses truly unique and beautiful designs. While there was another bride in the shop at the same time, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, as the set up is great. And most importantly, unlike other places, Kaitie knew the budget we were working with and didn't stray. I was so happy to walk out having had a fabulous experience and finding my dress! :)

I had the best experience at Flair Boston! The team is so kind, thoughtful and patient, and I absolutely loved the selection of bridal gowns available in the store. The prices were really affordable as well! I bought a beautiful Pronovias gown for less than $2500 and the dress couldn't have been a more perfect fit for my body type and personal style. I can't recommend this team enough!!

Flair was so amazing to work with! Both Kaitlyn and Zoe helped me in the process of finding my dream wedding dress and ordering a custom veil and mask. I was very picky about finding a dress with sleeves but so indecisive when I tried dressed on and they were patient with all of my questions and back and forth. I ended up ultimately deciding on my dress at the designer store in NYC and emailed Flair to come try it in their store and "say yes" through them. Super thankful for all of their help and highly recommend going here to look for a dress. They have a beautiful selection!!

I had the most amazing experience at Flair. Kaitie was fabulous to work with. I went in with a certain designer in mind, Kaitie quickly picked up on the vibe I was going for and pulled dresses that flattered my figure and stayed conscious of my budget. She asked me what I felt comfortable spending and didn’t try to up sell in anyway. The dress I ended up going with was a runway sample-( I’m not a runway size) Kaitie used her MAGIC she got me into the dress and made me feel beautiful. The designer I went with had options to customize, and I wanted a different sleeve Kaitie used her MAGIC again and put another dress on me on top of my dream dress to help me get the illusion of the cap sleeves I wanted. She made me feel beautiful in a dress that was 10 sizes too small. I never felt pressured to purchase she even made time for me the following day so I could come back with my mom who was coming in from out of town. When my dress arrived Kaitie knew I was a little crazy and so excited and got me in the same day to try it on. She had pre selected veils for me and I found the perfect veil for my perfect dress. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in September.

The BEST Bridal Salon Experience
Flair Boston & specifically Kaitie made finding my dress such a great experience! I am not the most decisive person, so having Kaitie tell me right off the bat that she uses her expertise and logic to help guide the appointment helped so much - and she wasn't kidding. With every dress she asked what I liked and didn't like, what else I was looking for, and made changes if possible to see how I felt. When I felt pressure as my appointment came to the end and the dress hadn't been found, she fit us in later that same afternoon to come back. With a more clear head, and Kaitie working closely with a designer my vision came to life and I left that afternoon with everything I was looking for! I'm SO happy I came to Flair and got lucky enough to have Kaitie help me find my wedding dress!

Flair was by far the best experience I had when it came to picking a wedding dress.
I booked an appointment knowing I really liked a dress at another store, but wanted to go to one more place before I made a final decision. Kaitie was by far the best sales person I had at any wedding dress store I had been to. Since this was probably the last place I was going to go, she wanted me to be open/honest about my past experiences and even went as far as wanting to see the other dress I liked to get the best idea of what I was looking for. When I went to try on some options Kaitie asked all the right questions, instead of sitting back and watching as the other sales people had done at the other stores. She didn't waste any time and told me if it didn't feel right or as great as the other one I liked, then it wasn't the one. To my surprise, one of the last dresses I tried on suddenly felt the most perfect out of everything I had seen. Kaitie could see how much it made me light up. After I still said I was going to sleep on it, she added a veil and let me walk around and suddenly my mind knew it was totally right. Kaitie really made me feel secure in my decision to go with this dress as it really had all the things I was looking for wrapped into one. I highly recommend going to Flair and booking an appointment with Kaitie. She was an amazing listener and so thoughtful when it came to helping make a very important/expensive decision.

Favorite Bridal Store!
Flair is one of my absolute favorites stores in the world! I went dress shopping with my mother and sister. Flair was the first and ONLY store we went to. The store is so chic and comfortable. I worked with Kaitie throughout my entire wedding dress & bridesmaid process. Kaitie is so special and amazing. When I was at the store for my wedding dress, I tried on approximately 12 dresses. She helped me figure out what I wanted, what my likes & dislikes were as well as bringing out my self-confidence as a bride. I did not expect to walk into the first store I tried dress shopping at, to find my dream dress. Kaitie was patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She is so knowledgeable, too! Between the fit of the dress, style and material, Kaitie knew it all! She supported me as the bride and took what I felt comfortable in and wanted first. The selection of dresses at Flair were all gorgeous! Absolutely beautiful selection that you cannot find in many shops. I bought my dress that day and was so happy! Liz and Kaitie kept in contact with me via e-mail, updating me on the dress selection, when I would expect to receive it and helped with customizations. But, my wedding dress experience does not stop there. Once Covid hit, I decided with my husband to change our original date from January 2021 to October 2020. We decided that end of August 2020. The day after I made the change, I contacted Kaitie & Liz, telling them of my current situation. My sisters did NOT have bridesmaid’s dresses and we were in desperate need. I made an appointment for that Saturday with Kaitie. The collection at Flair for bridesmaids are from the beautiful Jenny Yoo Collection. Kaitie was helpful, quick & thoughtful. She knew as the bride what I envisioned for my bridesmaids. We found 3 dresses in stock, with her help and ordered them. They were delivered to me that Tuesday. I could not believe it! Kaitie helped make my wedding planning so simple, easy and enjoyable. There are not enough words for me to tell you just how amazing Kaitie is, as well as the store! I recommend Flair to absolutely everyone. I had the best experience possible as a bride and my sisters did as bridesmaids. We were so happy the day of my wedding with ALL of our dresses. Absolutely Amazing!
Flair was an absolute godsent! I had a somewhat limited budget (max 2K) and found my dream wedding dress at Flair! I was super bored over the summer and randomly decided to go down the street to Flair to try on some dresses. I did not expect to fall in love with anything yet because I had a bunch of wedding dress appointments back home with my whole family. However, it was such a relaxing experience from the moment I stepped into Flair! The woman who helped me was always willing to pull more dresses for me and was never pushy. Pretty quickly we realized that I did not like at all the style that I had originally thought I would love. Based on my feedback she immediately picked up on what I actually wanted, something I did not even know in the moment, and pulled the perfect dress. Overall, the process was so comfortable and efficient! I cannot recommend enough!!

The place to go!
Flair was the first and last place I looked for my dream wedding dress. I found THE dress within the first 3 I put on my body! The ladies listen to you and make you feel beautiful. They are so knowledgable and not pushy at all (SO important with such an important decision)! I felt like a princess the entire time we were there. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a one stop shop for your bridesmaids, too!

Fantastic Spot - Dresses Beyond the Traditional
I worked with Zoe to find my dream gown! She was patient and listened to all of my request and helped me find the perfect dress. I had a pretty strong vision going into my appointment and she found options that met every requirement! I had been to other locations that pulled lace dress after lace dress despite having said my main requirement was no lace. Together we were able to find the most perfect dress that I loved through out the 2 years planning process I owned it for!
Additionally, Liz in the office was a dream to work with! I had opted not to try on the dress upon pick up because I was nearby for a meeting - DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE LADIES! After I panicked, Liz set up an appointment for me to come in and try on. For reference, if you try on outside of the store and there's an issue with the dress, that's on you! There was a spot of beading missing on the strap and Liz was able to order me a replacement that my seamstress was able to add on.
Flair was one of the only spots that housed a beautiful collection of gowns that went beyond tradition. I struggled to find a dress that met my vision, but was able to do so here!

Excellent boutique wedding dress shopping
I highly recommend Flair for your wedding dress shopping if you're looking for a sweet, non-intimidating shop with kind assistants, and are willing to look through a somewhat smaller selection than what some other local stores may have. My parents and sister flew in for a weekend of dress shopping in Boston with the goal to find a great dress for a fall wedding without spending a crazy amount of money. We enjoyed our appointments at the first two shops we visited, but were ultimately underwhelmed by the the selection at BHLDN and felt too-aggressively pushed towards a sale at Vows. Even though I loved one of the dresses I tried at Vows and the price was right, I just didn't love my experience at the shop. I called Flair and they confirmed they had the dress I was interested in along with a few similar pieces they thought I would like. Kaitlyn kindly fit me in for a last minute appointment and my parents and I had the loveliest time at this cute second-floor shop on Newbury St. Definitely the more intimate and personal experience we were looking for, and Kaitlyn could not have been kinder or more accomodating. We were very happy to order the dress through Flair, and I also appreciated their recommendation of nearby Newbury Tailors, who did a great job tailoring the intricate beading on my dress.

Perfect experience
Dress shopping can be stressful but Flair made it so easy going. All of the girls that worked there were so kind and helpful. I had no idea what type of dress I wanted and the made the process very easy and fun! I would highly recommend them!

amazing selection, range of prices
I got my Tara Keely dress from Flair and was so happy with the entire experience. I was never rushed or pushed to buy a dress, I was heard and helped extensively. I didn't really know what style/designer/etc that I wanted to I tried on a bunch of different things before I figured out what I liked. I couldn't pull the trigger during my first appointment but felt no pressure when I left without a dress. I made another appointment a few weeks later, having more in mind what style I wanted, and my associate actually picked the dress out for me. She said, I think you'll really love this, why don't you give it a try, and it was a total win! I absolutely adored my dress, it was in my budget range (they do a really good job of not showing you dresses that are out of your budget) and it was just so me. Again, she wasn't pushy at all and honestly just wanted me to be completely happy so the entire process was stress free. When it came to ordering and pick up - it took exactly as long as they expected it to and it was an easy pick up experience. I also got my veil from them, which I chose during my try on when I picked up my dress, and it was perfect for the day of. Again, no pressure or rush. I would highly recommend you check them out if you're looking for a wedding dress in the Boston area.

Wonderful selection
I am the world's worst bride and I hate dresses and hate trying them on. Alexa and Zoe took that in stride and were able to a find a gown that I loved and felt so comfortable in! (I originally asked Alexa if they make wedding dresses in spandex and she very politely said no). There were no surprise fees or pressures to pick a dress. It was a great place for an overwhelmed bride.

I got my wedding dress at Flair and it was just a great experience. We didn't try on a ton of dresses but Stacey really "got" what I was going for very quickly and was able to pick out dresses I loved. I'm not much of a shopper so I loved how quickly she was able to hone in on my style. My wedding is in just about a month and I'm so excited to wear the dress!

I was about to give up on wedding dress shopping and decided I would try Flair as a last effort. I was so happy I did! They had the exact style of dress I wanted for half the price of other high end salons. The staff was incredibly helpful and really listened to my style and calmed my nerves. I just ordered my dress from Flair after having the best experience! Kaitlyn was super helpful and very efficient without making us feel rushed. She went out of her way to help me out with a few different things as I don't live in the US. The dresses were beautiful and the whole ambiance of Flair was very laid back and comfortable while being special, we practically had the whole store to ourselves and I barely noticed anyone else around us. I would definitely recommend Flair and specifically working with Kaitlyn to find your perfect dress! Thank you! :)

I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had at Flair Boston! It is hands down the best place to get your bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. The staff and the store are unbelievably welcoming! Stacey is beyond amazing at what she does and what she has created! Flair was awesome in helping me choose and purchase my wedding dress. I had shopped at BHLDN previously and had an idea of the styles I liked, and based on these the Flair staff helped me identify other styles to try that they carried. When I narrowed it down to two, they helped me think about what I liked about each one and ultimately I made my decision with their feedback in mind. The style I chose was a little more form fitting than I'm used to, and I had some insecurities about this, but they helped talk me through how the alterations would work with the style and my body and shared the experience of other brides with me. I don't live in Boston, but the Flair staff gave me recommendations of where to get the alterations done in my area. The finished product was awesome. I loved my dress and felt great in it, and I am enormously grateful to Flair for helping me choose my dress!

I had a wonderful experience with Flair Boston. My initial appointment myself and those who accompanied me were the only ones in the store. You really get a great one on one experience. I worked with Zoe and she was so helpful. They have a beautiful variety of dresses for any preference. The first dress I tried on actually ended up being the "one". Absolutely fabulous! This boutique shop has beautiful dresses from a variety of designers, but it is the staff that sets it apart. Stacey assisted my daughter every step of the way from helping her decide between 2 gorgeous dresses to getting the dress delivered not on time BUT early! We also found her veil with their help. If you want excellent and personal service you will not be disappointed.

Amazing experience at Flair!!! I was completely overwhelmed at the thought of wedding dress shopping. Before my first appointment, I spoke with the owner, Stacey, and I described the simple and chic look I was going for. Sure enough, she suggested a dress that is my version of perfection. Amy Kuschel's "Lennon" dress was the first dress I tried on and was eventually the one I ended up buying. However, I happen to be extremely indecisive so the thought of buying the first dress I tried on made me super anxious. Stacey must have pulled 10 other dresses for me to try on, maybe more. I wasn't able to pull the trigger and had to come back for another appointment where she kindly pulled a few more dresses for me to try on before finally saying yes to the dress. She was so patient and truly cared about me being completely satisfied with my purchase. She even had one of her designers customize a beautiful belt for me to wear for my reception and I was also able to purchase my veil here, as well as my sister's beautiful Jenny Yoo bridesmaid dress. I could not have be happier with my experience here. They offer an incredible selection and the Flair team makes this intimate, personal, and FUN!!!

Stacey is the best and helped me to find my dream dress! I had been to a few other salons, but hadn't found anything I loved. Flair has great variety and dresses in all price ranges. Stacey listened to me and found a dress that was everything I had been looking for. Being indecisive, I still wasn't ready to pull the trigger but she pushed me in just the way I needed to realize that this was my dress. I just got married last month and couldn't have been happier a year later with the dress we picked. Stacey is laid-back, super cool and just tons of fun! Flair is the place to go!

First, let me say, I didn't actually buy my dress there (I really liked one particular dress but ended up finding another I LOVED at a different boutique). That being said, I loved Flair so much, and thought my consultant, Madison, was so awesome, I felt the need to write a review.
My first experience with Flair was booking my appointment: I did so online, expecting nothing more than a confirmation email. Instead, I got a call from someone at the shop confirming my appointment and asking about my likes/dislikes, what I was looking for, budget, etc.... I was so impressed! Then, they followed up with a quick online survey where you could describe things you liked/disliked for your bridal look for their file. SO useful.
Flair is located right on Newbury and is a small boutique with so much charm. We arrived about 15 minutes early and Madison was able to take us right away. She confirmed what I had noted in my survey/during my initial call and then started pulling dresses for me. I tried on a few and then went and looked through the racks with her. While their selection was great, I realized that they didn't have quite what I was looking for. That being said, they KILLED IT on price point: I believe their highest-priced dress is $4,000, which means that you have a ton of reasonably-priced options (especially given other boutiques in the area), from numerous designers, to choose from. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses (I was finally able to see a specific color in person that numerous other shops didn't have), and their accessories were gorgeous.
At the end of my appointment, Madison wrote down the dress, veil and earrings I liked the most on a card. She then followed up with a personal email (not an automated one!), thanking me for coming in with my brother and offering to set up a follow-up appointment with my mom and grandma, if I wanted to come back and look at the dress.
I highly recommend Flair; Madison in particular!

I shopped at about 5-6 places when I was looking for my wedding dress. My last stop was at Flair and I could not have been happier with the experience. Nevermind the fact that I found my dress there, my consultant was so friendly and helpful, but she was not pushy at all. She listened to what I thought I wanted and pulled a few things I may not have looked at otherwise. After a little while, the owner came over, who I had spoken to when I booked my appointment. She had pulled a dress based on what I told her over the phone. That was the dress I bought! The customer service was great from start to finish!

I found Flair as a result of hunting for a specific dress I had seen online. I assumed my online search had turned up the dress I would wear, and simply looked around for a bridal shop that carried it. I went into Flair with my mother and a friend one night after work and met with Jaime. I told her the dress I was looking for, assumed that would be the one I’d purchase, and I’d be on my way. I tried it on and thought it was “fine”. I didn’t know how it was supposed to feel when I found “the dress”, and when I mentioned settling on the one I thought was “fine”, she encouraged me to sleep on it because she could tell I didn’t really love it. Instead of taking an easy sale and having a bride who was less than thrilled with her gown, Jaime was patient, attentive, thoughtful, and never ever pushy. I went home, decided the dress wasn’t for me, and eventually scheduled another appointment. On my second visit, Jaime was patient and forgiving as I tried on a multitude of different styles before finding the one I truly loved. I never had second thoughts, never a single regret about the dress I chose. At each appointment, my Flair consultant made me feel like I was her only client (even though I knew that was far from true). She answered every email with what seemed like was a smile on the other end of the keyboard, and I never felt like a nuisance with all of my questions. Flair pointed me in the direction of an amazing tailor (All Fit Tailoring), and to top it off they brought my accessories over there for me when I couldn’t make the trip myself. It doesn’t get much better than that. For me, the idea of wedding dress shopping sounded as much fun as bikini shopping, but the team at Flair made it anything but. Working with them was a true pleasure, and I was able to choose a dress that fit my style, body type, personality, and wedding. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and most importantly, I felt like myself.

Flair was the first place I went to in search of my wedding gown. Lauren helped me during my appointment and I cant say enough about the amazing attention to detail and thoughtfullness she provided. She responded to all my emails before and after my appointment quickly . The appointment was only 1 hour but she was so organized and pre-selected dressess that she thought would work. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on and purchased it that day!! I am going back there to look at dressess for my bridesmaids. Couldn't give Flair and Lauren enough praise they were awesome!!!

This was the first shop I went to on a day of dress shopping. After the full day of shopping last fall (during which I was totally overwhelmed by my mom and bridesmaids) I knew I would go back to Flair. Stacey was a delight to work with, I loved the style of dresses they stocked, and for me, the smaller selection made it much less overwhelming. It was easy to schedule a second trip - I tried on a dress I liked during the first go round, but wasn't sure about it. Stacey was then kind enough to pull a few more dresses and in it was the one. It wasn't at all what I thought I would end up with, but I loved it and felt so beautiful on my wedding day! =) I'm so happy she found it.
Bonus, I was nervous about going to Newbury St for a dress, but the store is stocked with reasonably priced dresses! (I think they top out ~$3K)

I don't even know how to describe how wonderful it was to shop for my dress at Flair with Stacey Kraft. As soon as we walked in, I knew that this was the salon where I'd find my dress. The selection is small, but no dress is the same. When you go somewhere like David's Bridal, you tend to see what looks like the same dress over and over again. It makes the inventory look large, but there's actually not much there. Flair is the opposite. Each dress is hand-selected by the staff for its unique qualities, and no two are anything alike! You WILL find your dress here, I promise!
Stacey was fantastic. From the first words I spoke, she remembered everything about me, and our email correspondances have always been more like I'm talking to a professional friend. She never has to be reminded of anything, and she must have a hundred brides! It's wonderful that she makes you feel like you're the only one she's helping. Stacey listened to everything that I said I wanted, and the first dress that she pulled was the one that I wound up choosing. It was a one-of-a-kind design by a small company called Blue Thread Bridal, and I immediately loved it. I took a night to sleep on it and came back two days later to buy it. Stacey fit my circumstances easily. She managed to get a gorgeous dress fitted and sewn perfectly with her bride living in London! (I was in my Master's program). I can't recommend Flair enough. Brides everywhere (not just Boston), if you're tired of expensive and unoriginal dresses, go see Stacey at Flair!

I had a wonderful experience at Flair. The women at the store were super supportive and friendly. I found my dream dress at Flair and they seemed just as excited as I was. The dresses are very affordable and the boutique is low key and the opposite of the other stuffy bridal salons I visited. Flair also came to my rescue when a week before my wedding, I realized my veil was the wrong color (I had gotten it from Etsy). They squeezed me in, found my the perfect veil and made sure it got to me in time. I could not be happier with my experience.

I got my wedding dress at Flair. They're one of the few vendors that carries Tara Keely by Lazaro. I tried on my dress, loved it, and bought it within 30 minutes. I even got a discount as there was a trunk show that weekend. Stacey assisted me with my purchase and she is great. The other individuals in the store are also great, happy, and helpful. They are very communicative which is also wonderful. I did ask to order a size down a day after Stacey placed the order, which I know you can't do. I wish I had gone with my gut and ordered a size down as I did end up spending a heft number on alterations/taking the dress in which could have been avoided if I went with my gut feeling. But, better safe than sorry with these things and in the end, the dress looked great and I received great service.

I checked out several bridal salons before eventually coming across Flair and the experience I had at Flair doesn't even compare to the others. From my first appointment onward, it was amazing. I worked with Jaime the whole time and she was unbelievable!! I can't emphasize enough how incredibly kind, patient and helpful she was... not only during my appointments but for follow-up calls and emails regarding my dress as well as the bridesmaid dresses. The dresses at Flair are gorgeous, making it hard to pick just one! Jaime helped me really find the look I was going for and I can't thank her enough for that. If you are in the market for a dress or dresses for your bridesmaids, definitely checkout Flair!

Their location on Newbury Street is welcoming and gorgeous. Owner, Stacey, and her team treated me like royalty from the first appointment. Their kindness, patience and passion to help me find the right dress was priceless. My dress is just PERFECT (I'm slightly obsessed with it)!

I purchased my bridal gown and my sister her maid gown at Flair, and we were very happy with our experience. Flair offers high-quality, designer gowns at reasonable prices. I wore a classic Nicole Miller gown and paired it with a beautiful sash from another one of Flair's designers, A.B. Ellie. Everyone raved about how chic and elegant my attire was. Stacey Kraft did a wonderful job helping me dress for the occasion. She has great taste and even greater patience! I was so particular, especially when it came to the sash -- I mean, there are so many beautiful choices! -- and she guided me every step of the way. My sister is a bit conservative, and the Dessy gown we liked for her was one-sleeved. Stacey suggested adding a sleeve to the other side, and it worked out really nicely.
Stacey's guidance coupled with an extensive variety of beautiful, reasonably-priced bridal and maid gowns would have me recommending Flair to anyone!
The only drawback here is the fact that they do not have an in-house tailor. Stacey recommended the company that took care of her own gown (Newbury Tailoring Company) -- which I used, and was disappointed with. It may have been the fact that they recently expanded, but I felt the number of different people working on my gown, coupled with their lack of attention to detail during the finishing process led to a lot of stress. However, I'll leave that to a separate review.
On a positive note, I called Stacey and she did help get me through those frustrations. I wouldn't use that tailor again, but I'm glad she was there to guide me through getting the job finished.

Stacey, Jaime, Lindsay, and the rest of the girls at Flair are absolutely the best. If you live in the Boston area, you must come to Flair to look at bridal and bridesmaid dresses! They have the most stunning line of bridal gowns, all with affordable prices ($3000 or less!). Their dresses are elegant, timeless, and fun. They also have such an awesome selection of bridesmaid dresses - any color, style, or length that you could imagine! I've even used them just to purchase special occasion dresses since their selection is so great! It's also such a fun place to shop - their new location on Newbury St is so beautiful and trendy - you will love just being inside the store!
I purchased my wedding dress from Flair and had such a wonderful experience from the start. The girls helped me try on dresses that they thought I'd like and would fit the style of my wedding well, and I fell in love with a stunning lace Amy Kuschel dress (an extremely talented designer from San Francisco - Flair is the only store in the area with her designs!), and the girls at Flair made sure that it was everything I wanted it to be. They helped me custom order buttons on the back of the dress, and ordered the perfect size. It only needed minimal alterations. I felt absolutely gorgeous in my dress, and am so thankful to the girls at Flair for helping me find it. I can't even begin to say how many people told me that it was the most beautiful wedding dress that they have ever seen, and that they had never seen a wedding dress fit more perfectly than my dress!
Thanks Stacey, Lindsay, and Jaime for helping me find the dress of my dreams! You made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day.

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at Flair. After searching a few different types of bridal shops (small boutique, large warehouse, upscale designer), I had an idea of what I wanted but hadn't found anything in my price range that I was excited about. When I put on my dress, I immediately knew!! Lindsay was incredibly helpful in looking at a few ways to alter the dress to make it "my own". Not only was this "THE DRESS", but it was also comfortably below our budget for the dress - whew! I ordered my dress, belt and veil from Flair!
I also loved that while perusing the bridal selection, I could also find bridesmaid dresses! Lindsay helped me pick out a few options that worked well within my color scheme and idea for style. We had the girls in and got it down to two dresses. In order to decide, I was able to put on my dress and stand next to both styles -- we immediately knew! Being able to do this was such a great help!! I knew that I wouldn't have "buyers remorse", since I saw everything together from the start.

After going to all the fancy runway shops for bridal gowns, i gave up on looking for my dress and went to flair in hopes to find my bridesmaids dresses. Well i found my dress!!! They have the most simple and stunning bridal gowns. The appointment was extrememly personal and helpful. Stacey was fantastic!!! Flair worked with me all the way in Buffalo, NY. When I called Flair to make an appointment to look at wedding dresses, they warned me that their dresses were very simple-- not a lot of lace, beads, or embellishments. Luckily, a simple dress was EXACTLY what I was looking for after trying without success to find a dress at some of the bigger boutiques. Flair is tiny and colorful, and the women who work there are so nice and accommodating. The dress selection is small but gorgeous, and the prices are relatively low. I ended up buying a bridesmaids dress in ivory and adding a crystal belt to dress it up-- my entire wedding outfit cost less than my groom's suit. The owner of Flair was easy to get in touch with and always kept me updated on the status of my dress. She also recommended a great tailor just down the street (Flair doesn't do alterations). I highly recommend this hidden gem for wedding gowns AND bridesmaids' dresses.

Flair Brides Maids Boutique in Boston is absolutely fabulous!! I bought my wedding dress from Flair and I cannot wait to wear it in August! Lindsay was absolutely amazing, really knew her stuff, and picked me out lots of wedding dresses just based on the vague (at the time) idea for my wedding and my single picture of a dress that I liked (didn't end up getting that one). I never felt rushed or pressured to buy during my appointment. The wedding dresses are all gorgeous, beautifully constructed, and I was even able to stay within my budget (yes, even on Newbury St!). The only downfall is that it makes it really hard to choose a dress!!

She made my experience unique (she played Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds - we had a Beatles tribute band) while I tried it on for the second time. She was always available for advice as well. I CANNOT recommend Flair enough to brides to be! I went there on a lark - I hadn't found any salons in my price range and with my taste. Just bridesmaids' dresses? No way. And the only thing "Newbury Street" about this salon is the luxe setting and awesome fashions! The stock of dresses here is smaller than the crazy bridal warehouses - which just means they are carefully selected and the consultants know them inside and out. The ladies who look at Flair are friendly, down-to-early, and professional. I felt like a princess and my dress was a steal. Go here first, ladies! You won't need to go anywhere else.

Flair was the only store in the Boston area that had the Blush by Hayley Paige dress I was looking for. The experience there was personalized and the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and excited about finding me the right dress. Buying my dress at Flair was a great experience, even with a few hiccups along the way I went during a trunk show to try a specific dress on, and when I got there the dress had already been returned to the designer for a trunk show. The owner was very apologetic and gave me an extra discount on top of the trunk show discount. I tried on a few other dresses at that appointment and made another appointment to come back to try on the specific dress. I ended up loving the dress and buying it, in addition to a sparkly belt. I would definitely recommend Flair. All the girls that work there are very friendly and supportive, they have a great selection of both bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses!

I ordered both my bridesmaids and flower girl dress at flair. Flair has a great selection of some of the best designers for bridesmaid dresses. My girls decided to go with Coren Moore's Nolan design. Once we picked the dress the staff at Flair took care of making sure all of my girls got their size orders in (this included two out of town). The were also very great with working with one of my bridesmaids who new she might be pregnant and wanted to wait a while to confirm. The dresses came in about two weeks earlier then they promised. Three months after ordering the dress and two 5 months before the wedding another one of my bridesmaids got pregnant and the girls at flair were incredible with ordering extra fabric for her. She received it in less than two weeks. My girls looked absolutely beautiful in their dresses and I received so many compliments about them.
Since my wedding was in NJ I was planning on getting the flower girl dresses their so the girls could be fitted in person. I found a Jenny Yoo dress in NY that I loved, but thought it was way over priced. Just out of curiosity I called Flair and asked them how much they sold the dress for and it was $80 cheaper. Having had such a great experience with the bridesmaid dresses I decided I could not go wrong with Flair. Rachel was amazing with going back and forth with me to find the right dress sizes for my girls. These dresses can in early too and were absolutely adorable.
Flair has the best designers out there for bridesmaids and flower girls at very reasonable prices for the quality. Their customer service is also top notch. They make the process so much easier for the bride. I highly highly recommend them!!

I cannot recommend Flair enough! Everyone we encountered was so kind. The boutique is beautiful, and they carry many dresses—all different styles, prices, etc. I worked with Kaitie, who is seriously amazing! She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I appreciated how respectful she was of our budget. She didn’t show me any dresses outside our budget, so I felt like every dress I tried on was truly an option. She took time to understand my style and provide insight, which helped guide me in the right direction—I found my dress in my first appointment (ever)! Flair was the first place I went to to try on wedding dresses and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing and easy the process was! I had Kaitie as my stylist and she was outstanding. She had my show her my Pinterest board and after that I felt like she completely understood what I was looking for. She had me try on a few dresses out of my comfort zone just for fun which I loved, but stayed focused on what I was truly looking for and didn't waste any time getting me out of a dress I didn't like. I had a great experience buying my wedding dress at Flair! I worked with Natalie who really listened to what I was looking for and who pulled multiple dresses that I could have seen myself wearing. Flair does not have a huge selection of wedding dresses, but it has a beautiful, well curated selection of gowns for brides who want something more unique at a reasonable price point.
I was planning a small morning ceremony and brunch and Natalie really embraced the non-traditional nature of our event and ultimately helped guide me to a beautiful lace Amy Kuschel knee-length dress. The ordering process was easy and when the dress came in (two weeks earlier than expected), I was shocked to learn I only needed to do a final strap alteration- otherwise it fit perfectly!
Flair offers and intimate and personal shopping experience and they have great follow-up communication. I didn't have a bridal party, but if I did I certainly would have used them for bridesmaid dresses as they have beautiful options!

I bought my bridesmaids dresses and my bridal gown at Flair. Lindsay and Stacey were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I recommend Flair to any bride for the intimate ambiance, the selection of unique dresses and friendly staff!

The girls at Flair are great!
From the get go they were very accommodating on scheduling an appointment to come in as the majority of my bridal party does not live in Boston. They let me bring in three of my girls which was a nice way to get an over all opinion. They really helped me (us) narrow down what we were looking for and have an awesome selection of designers, styles and colors.
Even though we only had an hour for an appointment, I never felt rushed or that we were on a time budget.
Gillian was always available via email for any of my questions and concerns and was extremely prompt in her responses.
The dresses were pricey but this is Newbury street and they are selling good designers. Plus the dresses my girls picked out were adorable and totally could be worn again for a nice occasion. Everyone who has seen my photos so far were quick to comment on the dress - color and style!
Overall I would highly recommend Flair - two thumbs enthusiastically up!

I absolutely loved my wedding dress from there. They allowed me to come several times to view the bridal and bridesmaid dresses since I was so unsure of the style and fabric I wanted. They were great with helping me find my perfect wedding dress. I also didn't have to order it as soon as other bridal stores. The only negative feedback is when one of my bridesmaids called with an issue on her dress. They made her call the vendor directly instead of handling it at the boutique level.

great experience!
I did not have the clearest vision of how I wanted to look on my wedding day but yet somehow still found the most perfect wedding dress and could not be happier with my experience there. A few of my bridesmaids went there to get measured for their dresses as well and they had a great experience then too. You can only bring a few people (3-4) with you but that was perfect for me and I really loved that it is a small, intimate boutique. Made the dress shopping experience much more comfortable!

I wanted a white cotton eyelet dress with a sweetheart neckline and a fit and flair shape. As you can imagine, this dress doesn't exist in every bridal store. Or any bridal store.
After months of research I found a dress designer called Coren Moore. Coren Moore specializes in lovely wearable bridesmaid dresses that can be customized. To simplify the concept, you more or less pick the top the bottom and the fabric and length. The possibilities are nearly endless.
Flair Bridesmaid is a great little shop! The staff are courteous and the hours and prices are reasonable. They carry the Coren Moore line (among many others). As I am not a perfect sample size 6 or 8 wedding dress shopping was, at times, a pain in the @$$. Before my appointment at Flair I was able to choose dresses online that I wanted to try on request that they have my size available for my appointment. They actually found the dresses that I requested and brought the appropriate sizes to Newbury St location to just for me! I can't begin to tell you how nice it was to not have to squeeze my ample behind into a size 6.
My dress, when it arrived was as ordered. My one complaint would be that the difference in sizes between the 12 and the 14 were MASSIVE! The 12 was the tinyest bit snug in the bum and large in the bodice. The 14 when I tried it on before visiting the tailor was GIANT in both the bum and busom. And it was about a foot too long. I mean really, who is this 6'3" woman with triple K sized breast and a 50 inch bum? If you are out there, then this is the dress for you!
All of this was easily fixed by a competant tailor at a reasonable cost. I would buy this dress again. And I would buy it from Flair.

Quality of dresses was great, service and professionalism were outstanding and time-line of receiving dresses was accurate. Price was high but this was expected as this is a high-end retailer. The store was a little inflexible with meeting, only because you had to make an appointment every time you went in-and the hours were not always consistent.

East Coast, West Coast- it dont matter! Flair is where its at for Bridesmaids dresses. They carry the best dresses from the best designers in the best fabrics.
Like all things wedding related, place your order early in the season to make sure your dresses arrive without delays (or expedited handling fees-ouch!)!

Unique and beautiful selection!
I had such a fun experience at Flair, and they have a unique and beautiful selection. I visited almost every bridal shop in Boston (including: l'elite, Musette, Pronovias, Firas Yousif, Floravere, I Do Wedding, and Ceremony) and tried on well over 50 gowns. I found 3 dresses at Flair that I was absolutely in love with. Two of them were a toss up for my wedding, and one was in consideration for my rehearsal dinner. It was hard to choose! In the end, I am so happy with my decision, and feel like I couldn't have gone wrong with any of the dresses at Flair.
Kaitie Silk went above and beyond to help me! She invited me to the shop multiple times so I could try on my final dresses over and over, and gave me all the time I needed to make my hard choice. I feel like we are friends now! She was helpful giving me honest comments and opinions and I appreciated her experienced eye.
