  Fiji Vacations and Melissa Pomeroy are the best! They went out of their way to help make our trip extra special. From start to finish everything came off perfectly! Transfers were smooth, all three recommended resorts were amazing and they even went the extra mile by helping us to get special beverage delivery! If you are booking a trip to Fiji, Fiji Vacations is top notch! All we can say is VINAKA, VINAKA, VINAKA!!!

  Fiji Vacations and Melissa Pomeroy are the best! They went out of their way to help make our trip extra special. From start to finish everything came off perfectly!   My husband and I have recently returned from our honeymoon in Fiji at Yasawa Resort, which was better than imagined (id read some reviews and became nervous about Bugs). Melissa Pomeroy from Fiji Vacations could not have made the process any easier! Melissa possessed a great deal of patience, personal knowledge and expertise. She took the time to explain the differences in all of the various resort options we were considering and provided quotes specific to our interests. From the white glove service we received upon arrival into Fiji, the upscale service at the resort to the unbelievable private beach picnics, I give a large amount of credit to Melissa for making it possible. All the details were dovetailed and honestly not much could have improved the experience, It was a honeymoon we will cherish together forever! Thank you so much for making this experience unforgettable!

I received the email from you when you arrived about the front desk mixup. I immediately called the owner and she assured me that it was handled and you were all set. Would you mind speaking to me over the phone about the details that were unacceptable at the resort and let me see what I can get done to make this right for you. It is my goal that all clients end in a place of utter happiness. I hope that we can connect tomorrow!

  We wanted to go to Fiji for our 2013 honeymoon. We had never before gone through a travel agency for holiday plans, but thought since this was our honeymoon and we wanted the best value for our money....we'd try an agency.
  
  We found Fiji Vacations online, and were pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge Melissa had with the majority of resorts that we had been looking into. It was great to know that Melissa and her team have been to the resorts personally to determine the overall appeal for different styles of vacations.
  
  The fact that we were states away from their office location had no bearing on the level of service and support we received. Melissa answered calls, replied to emails, and responded to voicemails in a timely (and friendly) fashion, and always had informative/helpful/insightful responses.
  
  Overall, Melissa was an absolute joy to work with.
  I have already recommended using Fiji Vacations (and Melissa specifically) to a friend getting married soon. I will continue to recommend them, and plan to arrange travel in the future.

  My experience with Fiji Vacations was amazing! They put together a 100+ wedding on the beautiful resort of Namale in Fiji where guests stayed for a week (what a GORGEOUS place). Overflow of guests stayed 1 mile down the road at Koro Sun Resort. It was very organized and a great time held by everyone! I would highly recommend Fiji Vacations!

  I was put In charge of booking our honeymoon and I wanted to keep it a surprise from my fiancé. I knew she wanted warm and tropical so I had selected a few destinations, Kauai, sandals (liked all inclusive) and Fiji/Tahiti. I sent inquiries to various websites requesting pricing and general info and Caroline from Fiji Vacations was not only the first to respond but she was also the most informative and thorough. We ended up booking with her for Matangi Island Resort (cheaper than Tahiti options) The resort was everything she described and more. Dealing with Fiji Vacations and Caroline was a painless experience and I highly suggest their services to other considering Fiji/Tahiti! We are planning to return!

  I found Fiji Vacations to be the most efficient and organised travel and venue service I have ever received.
  Planning an event like a wedding is very stressful Fiji V removed almost all of that burden from my wife and I. Travel organisation for our self and our guest was seamless including ground transportation and assitance and co-ordination with the hotel venue. Nothing was too much trouble for them, their attitude was always joyful.
  I can not say I will use them at my next wedding!! , but I am going to use them for planning and travel services for my business events, travel and accomodation.

  This review is actually for our honeymoon but that option wasn't available under event. Very professional and easy to get a hold of. We stayed at the Nemale resort which was amazing! With every meal/drink brought to you at anytime, anywhere on the resort, it was the perfect way to relax after the stress of planning your own wedding. The only reason I have flexibility four stars is because of our flight options. Our flight was fine, we just had a 7 hour layover on our way home. Overall I would recommend!

Melissa was easy to work with, had really good suggestions on planning details, and really came through under tight time pressure to help me plan what was truly an awesome vacation and honeymoon. While I was a little concerned after signing paperwork when I wasn't able to get in touch with Melissa for a few days, she came through in the end. Everything went smooth and seamless on the trip; from our flights to and from LA; during all transfers between islands; to all the fun activities we did. It was awesome, and made for true peace of mind so my wife and I could just enjoy everything! My wife and I both loved it! We didn't want to come back! Both resorts we stayed at were top-notch, had great staff, and catered to honeymooners well (Yasawa Island Resort in the Yasawas and Lalati Resort & Spa on Beqa Island). Thanks again to Melissa and Fiji Vacations for making our honeymoon amazing!

I unfortunately would have to say this was the opposite service I received for planning our destination wedding in Mexico and honeymoon in Fiji. It was a very frustrating and time consuming process and if I could have cancelled my plans I truly would have. The customer service was unbelievably unprofessional. From the beginning to the end the service provided was inconsistent, incorrect, delayed, non-responsive, unorganized, and inappropriate. Sadly, not one apology was provided for such service.
