Horrible photo coverage for our wedding. Monica sat in the pew the whole wedding so that the angle was the same in all the shots. The white balance was off and the pictures were out of focus. Many shots were only one of the scene so that the picture was with closed eyes or out of focus. I contacted to get a refund and was told it was my fault the pics were horrible.
Mine look nothing like the ones on their website or blog. They must have purchased stock photos to place on their site to sucker customers into using them. My wedding is Shar and matt... on the blog feel free to email me for more info. firstltshar@yahoo.com

Our wedding was very small. Most wedding photographers were going to charge us simply based on the fact that it was considered a "wedding", however Family Affair Photography worked with us and made us feel like our wedding was special no matter what size. They talked to us asking us different questions to make sure we got what we wanted. I found them by coincidence but am so happy with my luck. I would suggest them to anyone looking for quality pictures.

OMG, I just got my photos back and I CRIED! They were tears of joy as they were more beautiful than I had imagined. Monica & Sonny were everywhere yet I wasn't aware of them getting around as much as they did.

When we first interviewed them, I only met Monica and she was very quiet, I was hoping to have someone a bit more -- I'm not sure bubbly or artsy. Don't let her grandma appearance and demeaner fool you, she ROCKS! We didn't get to meet Sonny until day of the wedding because his outside work and ours didn't mesh. Sonny is also ROCKS. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Great quality in my photos, always responded to my e-mails or phone calls, very professional and they blend in with the wedding guests, VALUE for sure - try to get TWO photographers of their caliber for the rate they charge anywhere else and yes, they were flexible in offering payment plans and working wth my budget.

THANK-YOU Family Affair, I will always charish my wedding photos and it's possible because of you. Oh, ask them about DJ's and florist, they lead me to some wonderful wedding vendors.

Sonny & Monica were wonderful! They worked within my budget and allowed me to make a payments. Then the day of the wedding they were professional and friendly, rhwy were fun to have with us. Thank you for the opportunity to write a review, because because the photos meant so much to me. I must confess that for months leading up to the wedding I was starting to regret the idea of a traditional church wedding on a very low budget and all the work involved. By the time the wedding actually arrived I was in tears with stress and all I could think was "WHY DID I DO THIS TRADITIONAL CATHOLIC WEDDING?" I just kept saying to myself and family that I should have gone to the courthouse and made it as simple as possible. The day of the wedding I made the most of it but I still just didn't feel as though the traditional route was the right way to go.

WHEN I GOT THE PICTURES THAT MONICA AND SONNY TOOK AND ALL CHANGED!!!!!!!!!!!! As I looked through the photos I instantly knew that I truly had the wedding of my dreams. It may have been a lot of work but, it was all worth it because of the photography that Monica and Sonny provided. The two of them did such an excellent - AMAZING job! I love to scrapbook and I will create an album that I can show my kids and grandkids one day. Looking back at it now I am so happy with the wedding and even more content with the photos. I could not be happier with the service I received from Family Affair Photography! They did an amazing job on my pictures and were such a nice husband and wife team! They worked with us on pricing because we were was on a budget and I am so thankful for their kindness. I had a bad experience with a different photography who did my engagement pictures, so I was a little worried about what to expect from them, but they did a wonderful job! I have already recommended them to one of my friends who just got engaged!

For the price that I was charged and the quality of the photos I was very happy with A Family Affair Photography. It was my first encounter with professional photographers. When my sister-in-law got married they made themselves available, and I do mean available! They drove all the way to Cannon Beach (4-5 hour drive) to take photos. They did such a wonderful job at that wedding that when my sister got married two months later they were booked for that job too. They were professional, they gave us options on when they could show up and what services they could offer. And when we threw something extra at them, like taking group photos of all our out of town guests, they were more than up for it.
