Ok where to start.. Fairytale Hair and Make Up are amazing! I found them through a vendor referral and fell in love with the work i'd seen on Instagram that I requested specific artists, Tara for hair and Lizz for my make up over my wedding day. Not only are these ladies insanely talented, but they also brought such a fun vibe and energy to the bridal suite and made everyone in the bridal party feel so relaxed. I hadn't done a trial, as I figured they've done this time and time again and i'd seen what results they could delivery and oh man did they deliver! I have never felt more beautiful in my life than on my wedding day. The makeup was flawless but still felt very natural and 'me', and my hair was absolute perfection - exactly what I wanted. Tara (my lead coordinator) was super responsive, easy to work with and upfront on all the costs so I didn't have to worry about anything on the actual day. I couldn't recommend them more 1000/10. -

I can’t say enough amazing things about Fairytale Hair and Makeup—they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! As a Disney bride getting married at the Disneyland Hotel, I was so thankful to have a team that not only brought the magic with their work, but also truly knew their way around the resort. Their experience working Disney weddings was evident from the moment they arrived—they were efficient, organized, and completely at ease in the space, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
They were also incredibly accommodating for my hair and makeup trial, which meant so much to me as an out-of-state bride. They worked with my schedule and made sure I felt comfortable and confident heading into the big day.
Michelle, who did my makeup, was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted and created a flawless, elegant look that held up all day (even through happy tears and dancing!). She also did a beautiful job on my bridesmaids and both mothers, making everyone feel confident and radiant. She was warm, calming, and just the kind of person you want around on the morning of your wedding.
Meghan, our hairstylist, was just as fantastic! She worked her magic on my hair and the whole bridal party—everyone looked incredible. Whether it was soft curls, elegant updos, or romantic braids, Meghan nailed every look with professionalism and care. My hair stayed perfectly in place all day without feeling stiff or overdone, and I got so many compliments!
The Fairytale Hair and Makeup team helped make our wedding morning feel relaxed, joyful, and extra special. I’m so grateful for their talent and kindness, and I can’t imagine having anyone else by my side on such an important day. If you're planning a Disney wedding, I highly recommend them—they will truly make you feel like royalty! -

From the very beginning, your kindness, professionalism, and artistry stood out. The hair roses were absolutely stunning—delicate, glittering touches that made me feel like a true fairytale bride. I especially appreciated the crystal Mickeys and glitter accents; they caught the light so beautifully and added such an enchanting flair.
Having a hair and makeup trial a couple of months beforehand was incredibly helpful. It gave me the chance to connect with Myline, express my vision, and ensure that everything would be just right. Her attentive listening and thoughtful suggestions helped me feel confident and at ease leading up to the big day.
On the wedding morning, Myline arrived right on time for the Castle Photoshoot and worked her magic with grace and calm. She also styled my bridesmaids with the same care and creativity, and they absolutely adored their rose bun hairstyles—it was a first for them, and they felt so special and beautiful.
I’m so grateful for how everything turned out. My hair and makeup held up beautifully all day long, through every photo, every laugh, and every dance. I also truly appreciated the emergency touch-up kit Myline provided—thankfully, I didn’t need it, but it was such a thoughtful and reassuring gesture.
Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Fairytale Hair and Makeup—especially Myline—to any bride who wants to feel radiant, confident, and cared for. Thank you for helping make our day so magical. -

Fairytale Hair and Makeup was literally a dream to work with. I am a Disney CM of 20+ years and I can see why they are the preferred vendor. I did not have a "Disney" wedding but they made sure I felt like a princess on my wedding day. Meghan was an actual angel. From the trial before the wedding to my wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better makeup/hair artist. She did mine and my 3 bridesmaids hair and makeup and it all came out so beautiful. Better than my imagination could have ever came up with. THANK YOU FOR EVEYTHING and helping make my childhood dream wedding come to life. -

So much love for Alicia
Alicia was AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about her. We had a 6am start time with her arrival at 5:45 (Woof). She was not only perfectly on time, but super on top of it all morning. I had a super stressful wedding (full DIY) and she was so great about feeling out my vibe and matching it. I was super anxious, so she was just calm and quiet and doing her thing.
Not only was she the exact vibes I needed, but I LOVED my hair and makeup! I was a bit nervous since I had made some notes from my trial. Alicia really took in all my notes and executed it flawlessly. She even read my mind a bit and covered parts where you could see my scalp (gotta love curly hair) with brown eyeshadow before I could ask for it! I was also adamant that I wanted to use my own curls for my wedding and she was so awesome about it! She really knows how to handle styling curls and how to break them apart without frizzing. She was gentle and purposeful with every piece.
My makeup lasted all day and I got so many compliments on it! It was the perfect balance between full glam bridal and makeup that I would do myself for nice events. I still looked like ME, just with REALLY well done makeup!

Visions come true!
I looked around for awhile and after some research I booked Fairytale Hair & Makeup. Michelle did my make up and Natalia did my hair. I couldn't have asked for a better duo! They were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I don't wear make up everyday and my hair has been stuck in a bun for most of the year so with the look I found for my big day some glam & hair down with waves I was ready to hear it was not a good idea BuT nope! They said it was a great look and I can pull it off. I booked a trail and it put my nerves at ease. On the big day, it felt they were part of our wedding party. They laughed with us and still worked quick. Fairytale wedding is truly a team you can trust making your vision come true. -

I was told by many to do a trail which I decided against because I didn’t want to drive up there being from Orange County and what I was wanting was always changing. Kelly was amazing! She came directly to me for our makeup trial, which made things so much easier in the midst of wedding planning. Day of, she was right on time arriving to our rental condo & she did a great job staying on track - which is saying a lot, as three of my bridesmaids have very thick hair! She did hair for my bridesmaids & my makeup. Everyone's hair held up well throughout the long day, and my makeup stayed BEAUTIFUL despite the summer heat & long hours. She did a great job of helping me reach a natural low-key glam look that fit in so well. -

Wedding Hair & Make-Up
Tara and Lizz are some of the most badass women I've ever met and holy crap do they know their way around hair and make-up. I requested their services for myself, my bridesmaids, my mother and MIL for my wedding day.
When I showed up for my trial I had a particular vision in mind and both Tara and Lizz were so excited when I showed them some sample photos. It's one thing to have vendors who are professional and do their job well, but when they are also genuinely excited for you and do everything in their power to bring your vision to life it makes the whole experience all the more extraordinary.
Despite having to show up stupid early because of my giant party and trek up 3 flights of stairs to our ready space, they had such an amazing attitude. They honestly got the party going that morning - as all my ladies, troopers that they are, were also up at the crack of dawn, you couldn't help but be put in a good mood when Tara and Lizz were there.
I appreciated the fact that they gave me a great glow up for my wedding day without making me unrecognizable (something I've noticed is trending), and everytime one of my bridesmaids finished in the chair I audibly gasped at how stunning they all came out. Everyone was absolutely radiant and it couldn't have happened without Fairytale Hair and Makeup. -

I cannot say enough about this company, coming from Canada to the US to celebrate our big day was stressful enough, but right away everyone I spoke with made me feel at easy, from the quick response’s to how easy this process was blew my mind. And then there was my stylist and makeup artist Lily! She is AMAZING. She helped achieve the exact look I was going for without a consultation ( as I was from out of county) she was kind, funny, beautiful and extremely talented. I cannot say enough about her! I highly recommend involving this company on your big day!

My stylist for hair and makeup was Mayline. She was amazing. My hair and makeup turned out perfect. So much better than I could have hoped for. She did my sister and myself (starting at 4am) and it was $525 including the early morning fee for bridal hair and makeup, plus one additional makeup for my sister. Mayline was super sweet and most importantly on time. She even waited for me to get dressed to assist my sister with the veil to ensure it wouldn't fall out or mess up my hair. I asked for a beauty and the beast rose bun for my hair(half up half down) and she pulled it off no problem. It was the most magical day of my life and she made me feel more confident than I have ever felt before. I will be reaching out to them again for my photoshoot and I highly suggest working with them. * had to take the photo from her Instagram reel because I don't have my photos back yet.* -

Amazing!
It was the best! !
Since I live in Japan, rehearsals were difficult and I was worried about how things would turn out. I sent a photo of what I wanted it to look like beforehand. And she was able to recreate it perfectly!
Also, it was raining on the day of her wedding so we decided to change her wedding time. As a result, I had to change the makeup time, and I told them the day before, but they were flexible.
I had a great time and had a great time talking to me while I was getting my makeup done. I was very happy to be able to do the makeup that I had always dreamed of doing.

Enjoyed working with Fairytale Hair and Makeup for my wedding. Meghan did such an amazing job! She talked me through everything during the trial and also day of. We walked through what I didn’t like at the trial and what we would change to. Natalia worked on the hair for the girls and my mom and Michelle also worked on the makeup for the girls. We had such a fun time getting ready with them. They were so nice and made the whole process work in such a great timely manner. My hair and makeup lasted all night which is what was most important because I have so much hair, the style usually falls within an hour or so. It didn’t and I am truly appreciative of working with this group. They really know what they’re doing! -

Fairytale Hair and Makeup made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever! I never knew I could look like such a princess. My husband is still talking about how lovely I looked when he first saw me. Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup
I chose fairytale to do the hair and makeup at my wedding for me and for my bridesmaids and then a few family members also jumped in to get their hair and makeup done. Firstly Tara and Alicia who did my hair makeup were amazing, they helped me chose a perfect look during my trial and recreated it to exactly what I wanted on my wedding day.
For my bridesmaids, they did all their hair and makeup and they did it beautifully and fast! We were on time for photos which I feel like never happens.
I know this won’t be the last time I work with fairytale hair and makeup, if I ever have a central coast event I’m calling them! Beautiful work, professional and friendly all around 5 star experience! -

Our Disney Fairy Tale Wedding was a dream come true! A big part of what made our day so special was my hair and make-up team from Fairytale Hair & Makeup. I had Yesenia for my hair and Karen for my make-up. Both ladies are extremely talented and were both able to achieve the look I always imagined to have on my wedding day! They were both very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Yesenia was especially personable! She even texted me the night before and asked what kind of music I listened to and created a playlist for the day of our wedding! Just another little touch that meant a lot and probably something we wouldn’t have remembered to do with how busy and stressed we were. We chatted the entire time and I noticed my bridesmaids did too! Our other hair stylist was Natalia and our other make-up artist was Jessie. Both of these ladies were so much fun and made it a great experience for my bridesmaids and family. Natalia did my little flower girls hair and they had a blast together. All of the ladies were quick but still kept the quality of their work high, so we were often ahead of schedule which really put me at ease. I highly recommend Fairytale Hair & Makeup, especially the artists I worked with. You can’t go wrong with them! -

Idalis was my artist, and she was so lovely, I was so happy with how she styled my hair and applied my makeup, and she really made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. My make up lasted hours and I was so impressed with the quality of the products used. It was so hot on the day, and I was worried it wouldn’t last, but it looked beautiful all day. Thank you again! -

Look, your wedding memories are going to come down to how pretty you feel because that affects everything including how your photos come back. I hired them and was matched with Jazmin and she was everything I could have hoped for and more. My look was flawless but more than that, she asked me about any insecurities I might have etc and literally created my look to hide any flaws. She is SO GOOD!!! She pulled off everything.
She gave me some products to touch up through the night but even after all the crying from emotions and sweating from dancing, in the end I only had to touch up my lipstick at the end of dinner. Everything stayed all day and all night. It was literal magic.
They are the best and I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat -

From start to finish there was great communication. Easy to use website for updates. Completely reasonable pricing and great people to be around. I had Michelle and Megan for my wedding. They did an amazing job with me and all my girls. We were ahead of schedule and everyone felt at ease getting ready. I especially appreciated that they were able to manage all hair types and lengths as well as multiple ages (6-66) and skin tones. Everyone looked and felt their absolute best.
My hair and makeup stayed looking amazing throughout all the pre-ceremony photos, till end of reception, and required minimal help to make it to our 1am Disneyland photo shoot session.
This was 100% money well-spent, and I would recommend anyone use them.

Meghan, Lulu, and Danielle did amazing job! I had 10 women getting hair and makeup and they worked so seamlessly. Meghan did an amazing job on my hair. I have a lot of hair and I added extensions to make it more full and it was so beautiful. Lulu did so great on my makeup and it lasted all night! Danielle worked on the mom's and bridesmaids and they all looked fantastic. Can't say enough good words about Fairytale hair and makeup. Definitely worth it! -

I reached out to Fairytale Hair and Makeup about a month before our wedding. I had put off looking for HMUAs due to the pandemic and omicron surge. I asked if they would be able to connect us with artists that were COVID vaccinated since I was concerned about the surge and they were able to accommodate that in the most understanding way. I ended up getting matched with Michelle as my makeup artist and Kelly as my hair stylist. Michelle set everything up from timeline to inspiration photos, and during our phone consultation she was so kind - I knew she would be amazing to work with. They were right on time on the day of, made all of us feel comfortable and like old friends, and they made me, my bridesmaids, and my mom look absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I cannot recommend them and Fairytale enough. -

I hired Fairytale Hair and Makeup, as I was looking for a one-stop shop who would travel to me for my wedding. They have been attentive, answered any questions that I had, and made a lot of adjustments to the contract with no complaint.
They directed me to Nataly, who did my hair and makeup for both the trial and the day-of. She was a joy to be around each time that I met her, and she is very quick and efficient. I don’t know a lot about beauty, so someone who can understand what I’m saying is a must — Nataly did a great job of this. I was so happy with the way I looked on my wedding day, and it lasted all day.
Jenny handled the hair and/or makeup of my bridesmaids. Every single one of them looked great, and just like mine, their makeup also lasted all day.
Both stylists were on-time and ready to go when they needed to ensuring that my wedding was running as-scheduled. They were professional and were great with my group of people. Everyone looked so good, I am highly impressed with their work. -

I loved our hair and makeup team for my wedding day. We had about 10 of us to get through including Moms and groom's sister and Tara and her team (Frances and Belle) were so efficient and amazing. Everyone's hair and makeup looked gorgeous!!! And it lasted all day long. I love love loved my makeup and my hair! Tara answered all of my questions on getting extensions and I had so much fun having extra long hair. Overall, an amazing experience with Fairytale hair and makeup!! -

Magical in every way
I am SO happy I went with this company. I was really anxious not being able to meet Jenn until a few days before the wedding but the day I met for my trial my nerves were eased. Great Results and Service
Tara and Adri were a joy to work with! I am so glad my daughter contacted Fairytale Hair and Makeup for her Quail Ranch wedding in Simi Valley. They were so accommodating, first doing hair and makeup for three bridesmaids at the hotel, then moving everything to the venue to finish up the rest of the bridal party and the bride. Everyone looked beautiful and loved their look!

LOVE this company! I hired Stacie and Christie from Fairytale Hair and Makeup for my bridesmaids and my mother/mother-in-law and I am SO GLAD I did. I actually had a strange situation where I needed a trial on a day my "day of" artist wasn't available, so I was fortunate enough to meet both Stacie and Jenn! They were both wonderful to spend time with, were very respectful about wearing masks and being "COVID Careful" during the session (2020 problems, right?) and I loved the work that they both did. Stacie from Fairytale Hair and Makeup was so wonderful! She certainly did make me look and feel like a princess on my wedding day. The hair and makeup looked great throughout the entire day from the morning ceremony up until dinner that night. Even with having to put on and remove my mask countless times that day, the makeup didn’t smudge at all!
Stacie is such a joy to work with. We had so much fun getting ready despite the early 5:30am start, and she even took the time to do an impromptu getting ready photo shoot with me! -

Highly Recommend
I found Fairytale though our original venue. Due to COVID, we ended up having a small backyard wedding. Tara was so flexible and accommodating. Our new location was in Pasadena which would mean travel for her and her team. And since it was a smaller wedding the total number of girls getting ready was also smaller, but she was still happy to do it for me. We had the best morning getting ready and she and Alicia did a fantastic job. My hair was perfect all evening and my make up didn't budge, even in 100-degree heat! I am so happy they were able to travel and be apart of my day! I highly recommend them. -

We met Stacie in August 2019. She welcomed us into her home to do a trial run on make up. Not only did she make us feel like we had known her for a long time, she made us feel so confident in her ability to make me as a bride feel like nothing less of a princess. Stacie and all of the Fairytale Hair & Makeup ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with. They came early to set up and completed everyone’s hair and makeup before schedule, which as a bride, reduced some of my wedding day stress! All of my bridesmaids and moms raved about how fun and kind everyone was, as well as how wonderful their hair and makeup turned out, including myself! My hair and makeup came out exactly like the inspo pictures I showed Stacie, and I received compliments all night long. They were also soooo patient with my flower girl, who is 4 years old. The Fairytale Hair & Make up team were incredible, I cannot say enough nice things about them. They were on time, professional, lovely ladies.
They made our morning so calm and fun, I was worried I might be stressed or nervous but I wasn't at all.
The hair and make up they did was beautiful, I can't fault them.
For me, Stacie was like a friend, she was amazing and I loved that she was there. I was thrilled with my hair and make up and her company. She noticed that my dress was slightly wonky, she helped put on my veil and reminded me to go to the loo before I put the dress on!
Stacie was amazing and Lisa and Jenn were so lovely. All my girls said how great they were and they really made our morning such a success.

I highly recommend Fairytale Hair and Makeup. Stacie did my wedding hair and makeup for my after session portraits. She has the greatest personality and energy. She also has skills! My makeup was perfect! I looked beautiful and it did not budge. I did not want to wash my face at the end of the night ha ha. Same thing with my hair. It looked great and stayed put all day.
