I booked Exotic Coach for my wedding in March. We booked the white 16 person Mercedes and it was GORGEOUS!! The inside was so fun and had music playing and music videos on the tvs. It also came stocked with champagne, beer, pop, and water which was nice for my wedding party and I to enjoy as it drove us to our location photo shoot. Our driver was so sweet and when the cd in the limo started skipping he dropped us off to do our photoshoot and he drove all the way back to Addison to get it fixed before we had to go to the ceremony! It was was way out of the way and it was so sweet and something that is definately worth mentioning. Their prices were also amazing. I was so happy when I got my quote bc I was expecting to have to pay much more after looking at other places. I recommend using them for ANY event!!

Exotic Coach had a great package that we purchased for weddings. The main selling point, on time guarantee! The driver was very professional and helpful and on time! He was such a blessing that day and even stopped for us when we all got hungry at the near by burger joint! The staff was easy to work with and very affordable!

Our limo was on time, fully stocked, and had amazing music videos!! Our driver was extrememly personable. He had a lighter ready everytime anyone pulled out a ciggarette and was right there laughing with my bridal party. Thank you so much for a fantastic day

My husband and I really wanted to have a great limo company and we thought, "go big or go home." So we booked Exotic Coach. We really, really, really wanted the Hot Pink stretch hummer limo but it was already booked for our date so they were willing to give us the Hot Pink stretch Range Rover for the same price. Our driver was amazing and she drove very cautiously and courteously. The worked with our schedule and were very prompt on time. There were many people taking pictures of the limo wherever we went and our guests were very surprised to see it and absolutely fell in love with it! It was the perfect ride for our wedding!

My experience with exotic coach was very pleasant. Their prices are very competitive, and their cars are very.......well exotic. For my wedding we got the Mercedes Benz Limo which was so sharp and sleek!! Inside it was clean, modern, and well stocked with liquor. Most of the limos nowadays are either Escalades, Hummers or Expeditions, and it is nice to know that you can have something cooler like a Maserati for a reasonable price. Our guests were all so impressed because most of them had never seen a Mercedes limo before. Our driver Larry was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this vendor for the couple who wants all elements of their wedding to be extraordinary!

The office staff was a pleasure to work with they were on top of their game when I was lagging, but they completly understood the situation. I originally had a limousine booked through a small mom and pop company with 3 limos, I got a call on the monday before my wedding which is 6 days before I said I do to tell me that they were no longer going to be able to do my wedding. I called Exotic Coach because my sister in law just used them for a bachlorette party a few weeks prior and they came through. I was relieved and happy and on my wedding date...WOW!

I had the Triple Axle Limousine on Sunday and my driver Desire was awesome! She was very accomidating on such a hot day, she even went out of her way to get more ice for the drinks, roll out the red carpet more than once so that we can have it for our pictures. She even let the photographer drive with us so that it made the picture process quicker!

They were very resonable on price for a Sunday wedding even though it was a busy date the rate was awesome! Everything included in the limo who can ask for more.

I will definately be using them again!

Our Mercedes limo was off-the-chain nice! Our bridal party had a blast during our ride! Our driver was super cool, very accomodating and willing to do anything for us! I guarantee you, it is well worth your money!

Talk about an entrance! We had are Chariot on wheels and it was breath taking. Exotic Coach is very helpful and easy to work with. They were on time and very, very professional. You feel like your a true movie star driving around in there elegant vehicles. We now know the true meaning of V.I.P.

I am so glad I choose Exotic Coach. They have such a unique fleet of vehicles. I had the hot pink range rover. I got so many compliments about it because it is so unique. You won't find one anywhere else. Also the service and professionalism was so outstanding from this company. They were so easy to work with. I would defintely go back to this company again.

I would highly recommend Exotic Coach to any couple or any person needing a limo. We felt at ease and well taken care of from the moment we called for estimates, throughout our wedding planning, to our arrival at the reception. Our driver was early and the car looked amazing. My husband and I were very pleased with the service skills of our driver and with the smoothness of our ride. Our wedding party was equally impressed with the vehicle and the service. I highly recommend Exotic Coach for your wedding day/event transportation needs, and they will be my first recommendation to anyone who asks. I used Exotic Coach for my transportation. They have an awesome company and everything is there to suite you on your big day! I walked in and got to look at all available limo's for my day! In the end I picked the big party bus! The driver was nice, dressed professional, and helped me with anything that I needed! The bus was decorated in my color's and I had a red carpet! It was perfect!

Limo arrived early, but came with no beer and it was suppose to be fully stocked, so he actually went out to buy us the beer of our choice. drove us around the city taking pictures in different places downtown. Great Value!

We picked out a bunch of limo services to see including Exotic Coach. They offered the best fleet and price for the occassion. We were so impressed by the packages they offered and vehicles to choose from.

On our wedding day, they were running late and automatically upgraded us to a bigger limo. They were extremely professional and prepared to handle our wedding day and party. The driver was very well dressed and not overbearing, you totally forgot it was a stranger driving. They even worked with our video guy to get a shots of the limo in the right place for a good visual image.

Exotic Coach was great to work with. It helped that I only live 1.5 miles away from the site but regardless it was great service! The open houses are great. We went to couple to make sure we were choosing the right vehicle. They are also accomodating if you want to change your vehicle. After the release of the Triple Axel H3 my husband and dad convinced me to upgrade. The size of the H3 is a little obtrusive - but in a great way. :) The price for what you get is wonderful. There was one other company I considered that was a little cheaper but the service staff was horrifying and the package wasn't as good. The service was exceptional and the driver was amazing. We made the right choice!

When booking our limo, we didn't get the best service....their office staff is somewhat rude and certainly doesn't make it seem like they want your business...but, the actual service we got on the day of our wedding was phenomenal...our BMW limo was awesome and our driver truly helped to make our day memorable!

Our driver was on time and very nice and professional. The limo looked great and was decorated in our wedding colors. The only complain I have is that it was very hot in the limo. The AC was not working well or not enough vents for such a large limo.

The limo was amazing and super fun! However, the girls and I were the first ones to get picked up. When we got into the limo it was really hot and did not feel like the air was on. Also the driver had a CD in that had some pretty explicit music with swears every other word and "nasty" lyrics. We had a couple kids in the limo so we turned the CD off but none of the radio stations came in and then it got stuck on Spanish music and the driver couldn't really help us out. I laugh about it now, but at the moment I was a little frustrated. We did have better luck while driving from the church to the reception :)

The only reason I marked Exotic Coach down is because on the way to the reception we got a flat tire. The driver pulled over and called another limo. It took 25 minutes for the other limo to get there. We laughed it off because we had enough time before the reception started. Plus, the replacement limo was an upgrade, so we couldn't complain too much. The driver was professional about the situation and kept his cool, which made it easier for us to remain calm as well. The value is good overall.

We were the first ones to ride in a brand new limo, which was great! Our driver, Brad, was fun and very attentive to us! The only one complaint I have is that the limo was suppossed to be "fully stocked" and it was suppossed to seat 18-20 people. We each had about a half a glass of champagne and a few people had beers before we were already out of drinks. I wouldn't necessarily call that fully stocked considering how many the limo was suppossed to seat. At least for the price paid. We had to stop at the hotel quick and they charged us like $50 for a case of beer from the hotel bar. I would have paid an extra $50 for the limo to have been better stocked in the first place. Then, believe it or not, the door on our limo actually broke! Once the driver opened it, he was afraid to close it again in case we couldn't get out. But they immediately had someone from the company there working on the door, and when they couldn't get the door fixed they sent a new limo for us. We were a little late for the cocktail hour, but we probably would have been late anyway with all of the chatting everyone was doing at the hotel. Overall, I think they did a great job and I truly appreciate their professionalism with the whole door issue. They could have been really shady and just left us high and dry.

We rented the mercedes stretch limo. It was AWESOME and well decorated and bar stocked. Fun to drive around and have the overhead lights flashing.
Down side -- no radio stations came in clear!
Recommend -- bringing a CD with you if you rent from this company to play in stereo as antenna does not have good reception

We used exotic coach for our transportation around Chicago for wedding pictures. The communication was very good, with questions answered promptly. The limo was on time and ready to go. The driver was professional and courteous. Downsides were that an exact itinerary was needed before the event. It is difficult to know where pictures will want to be taken on a particular day. I also thought the driver took round-about ways to get to our chosen destinations. Living in Chicago, I had a good feeling for traffic on a Saturday afternoon and didn't think the driver took the most time efficient routes.
Overall, I would recommend them as a fun, professional service.

We were referred to Exotic Coach by a coworker for our wedding day transportation. We were excited to have the chance to welcome our bridal party into an impressive 26 passenger navigator with jet doors.

We provided them with the itinerary in advance and they called when they arrived to the hotel to pick up the boys. My husband called when they were dropped off at the chapel to give me the disclaimer that the driver was driving as though it was his first time driving a vehicle that size and was not taking the most direct route to the chapel so to make sure we were ready when the limo came back to the hotel to take the girls.

The limo was nice inside and was very spacious. When the girls arrived to the chapel the driver circled the chapel two times in an effort to park, which is confusing because he had already been there.

Ultimately we arrived safe and on time to the chapel which was most important and all else could have been overlooked. However, the icing on the cake for us was after the wedding when the driver attempted to leave the ceremony with the jet door open and when we discovered there was no champagne in the limo. My husband had called two days before to confirm that this was provided (as it stated in the contract) and was told it was but to our surprise it was not and instead we were left with 12 cans of Milwaukee's Best Ice. When we inquired to the driver he apologized and told us that there was none. We ended up having to stop at a nearby Dominicks to purchase our own champagne.

In conclusion, the limo was very nice and the company was easy to work with but the day of we were disappointed in the driver and lack of promised champagne. Also, we were unsure why we were to provide such a detailed itinerary ahead of time when the driver just typed in the destination in his gps while in route which resulted in an inefficient route. Since there is no unsure recommendation below, due to the safety of transportation, i would recommend them.

Exotic Coach was great throughout our planning process. We got to see all the different limos and choose which we liked best. The staff, especially Nicki, was very helpful at answering all my questions. They ask for your itinerary for the day of the wedding 30 days in advance. As we didn’t know how the weather would be, they were great about being flexible with us on the locations between the ceremony and reception where we’d be taking pictures…since obviously those locations would be different if it rained.

However, on the day of the wedding, the limo was apparently being serviced and was thirty minutes late. No one from Exotic Coach ever contacted anyone, and they had two different emergency contact numbers, as well as mine. I understand that emergencies happen with vehicles, but to make someone late for their wedding ceremony and not even contact anyone to say they were running late is not acceptable in my book. We would’ve appreciated a call. When the limo finally did arrive, the driver’s first priority was to get an imprint of my credit card, which we asked if we could please take care of after the wedding since we were already running late. Then when we asked to extend our photo taking time by 15 more minutes, he told us we’d be charged an overage fee. We had the limo booked for 4 hours so I guess I was wrong to assume that his being late counted as part of those 4 hours.

I’m sure our situation was rare, but I think the company could’ve handled it better, as their service until the day of the wedding had been absolutely great.

I want to start the review off by mentioning that on the day of our wedding, our limo arrived on time and got us to all the locations in an efficient and timely manner. For that, my husband and I are very grateful. We have heard horror stories of limos not showing up, breaking down mid-route, etc but we had none of that on the wedding day. Additionally there was a tremendous amount of construction on the road outside of our church, but the limo driver Chewy was able to navigate through the construction horses and equipment safely.

My concerns came mostly during the planning process and the days leading up to the wedding. When I initially booked with Exotic Coach, we didn't have a set schedule yet since I was booking many months in advanced. I was told there were be no problem changing times as long as I did so 30 days prior to the wedding. I called 32 days prior to the wedding and asked that we move the start time back by an hour since our ceremony time had been changed. I was initially told that they couldn't do it. I then asked if I could just extend the limo service by an additional hour to which I was also told no. I had to pull out my own copy of the contract to remind them that I was told that I could change it. Once I reminded them of the contract, suddenly it was OK to change the time but "only because no one had reserved the limo for after our event." The contract stated that changes could be made up to 30 days in advance with no other provisions.

I e-mailed them my itinerary before the wedding and called a few minutes later to confirm that it had been received. I was told over the phone that they received it and everything was fine. A few days later, I received an e-mail (from the same woman I had confirmed with over the phone) saying that they had not received my itinerary and that I needed to get it to them by 3 PM that day. I responded to the e-mail reminding her that not only had I sent it, but she was the person who confirmed receipt. Her response was "Whoops, sorry" and told me that she would call later in the week to confirm all the details again via phone. Later that same day, i received an e-mail from them that was obviously NOT meant for me as it contained information about their taxes and the amount of money owed on vehicles. The day before the wedding, I had still not heard from them via phone to re-confirm everything. Given the previous interactions with them, I was starting to get nervous so I called them well before their closing time and was told the woman in charge of reservations would call me back that day. I didn't hear from her until almost 11 AM on the day of my wedding (our first pick-up time was at 4 PM) while I was getting my hair and make-up done. I did not appreciate having to stop make-up so that I could do a final confirmation of details.

The limo did arrive on time and the driver was very friendly and helped everyone in and out of the limo which was especially difficult in my big dress. The limo was clean and well-kept. However, the AC had clearly not been turned on so the limo was EXTREMELY hot. Even with the AC on, the vents were not efficient enough to actually cool down the passenger area. It was so hot in the back of the limo that the floral foam in our bouquets actually melted. Thanks to a great florist, she was able to fix them at the last second.

As I mentioned before, I am glad that everything worked out and we had limo service that was on time and no mechanical problems. However, I would be very cautious using them and be sure that you have EVERYTHING in writing before booking with them.

This company is a total nightmare!!!!
I reserved a paid my Limo a year in advance.
I specifically reserved their pink hummer limo for my daughters cotillion. The day before the event they contact my planner and notify her that the limo was sent out to be painted and told her there was a chance it would not be ready in time. The morning of the event they sent a different limo. This was not what we paid for. If they knew 1 year in advance that that this limo had been booked for this day, why would you send it out to be painted knowing it may not be ready in time???? Total incompetency!!! My daughter cried her eyes out the entire ruining what was supposed to be one of the most important and joyous days of her life!!!! To top it off they sent a limo driver who was a crabby senior citizen dressed in a cowboy hat & vest!!!! This was a very upscale formal event! The limo driver was suppose to be dressed in a tux!!!!
There comments to me were "well, take or leave it"!!!!
What choice were we left with????
I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

We booked a limo that fit 28 people. We 19 people in the limo, 1 had to stand, 1 had to sit on a cooler, and 1 had to sit on the cup holders. Our limo did not fit 28 people. We couldn't even get 20 people in the limo. It was horrible having to be smashed into a limo with less then 20 people that was suppose to fit 28 on our wedding day. I emailed them and I received an email backing saying they would look into this and get back to me. That was 6 days ago. Haven't heard anything back.

My wife and I signed a contract with Exotic Coach to rent their 18 person H2 Hummer limousine for our wedding. We were told that our limousine came with 2 bottles of champagne and 2 cases of beer. I received a phone call from Niki with Exotic Coach on the day of our wedding to inform me that the air conditioner in the H2 Hummer that we reserved was not working. She offered an "upgrade" as it was supposed to be 97 degrees. The "upgraded" limousine arrived at our house at 3:00pm. My wife and her wedding party got into the limousine around 3:45 to discover that it was hotter inside the limousine than it was outside. My wife's mom immediately began to have a hotflash and the ladies were all very upset. One side was blowing heat, while the other a/c that was warm. After the ceremony, we came out to a different limousine. Unfortunately, this one was worse. Upon leaving the church, the driver was in the limousine where we were supposed to go for the video. He came out of the limousine, in front of everyone including our videographer stopped us and asked us for a credit card. This one worse than the one before and hotter. It had wood floors that were very damaged and this limousine only had 8 beers when we were told that it would have two cases of beer. He took us two blocks to the location for our professional photographs and all of us were sweating. We told him that there were only 8 beers and we were promised more, but he said sorry that is all this limousine had. I called Niki and left two voicemail messages with Exotic Coach the day after our wedding. I did not receive a call back. I subsequently called and left several more messages, but did not receive one call back to even discuss the situation. I finally spoke to Niki who said that they would not do anything to compensate even though we did not receive the service ordered.
