Raven of Everlasting Occasions was a dream. Two weeks before the wedding I realized that I needed a day of coordinator. I didn't think I would need one because I was planning such a small wedding - 30 people. Raven called me shortly after receiving my inquiry email and was available for my wedding. Having her there was great! She did tiny things like pining flowers on our moms and boutonnieres on the guys (no one could get them on right, nerves). I forgot to bring bubbles for the send off and she magically had bubbles in the car and gave them to our guest. She kept us aware of the time and on schedule without being pushy. She was great!

My fiance and I got engaged last March and we were originally going to plan our wedding by ourselves but soon came to find out it was going to be alot harder and alot more stress so we decided to look for a wedding planner. I was friends with Raven since high school and when she told me she was a wedding planner I wanted to hire her right away. Her price was unbeatable and so she became my planner. From the very beginning she was wonderful! She always answered my questions and emails very promptly and whenever I needed to meet with her she was always available. The last month before my wedding her and Kate pretty much took care of everything...from scheduling all of my vendors to setting up my reception. When the day finally arrived they were by my side every step of the way and and they had set up my ceremony and reception sites beautifully! I would definitely recommend Everlasting Occasions to any bride that is having a destination wedding. We only had about 4 months to plan everything, and I could not have done it without Raven. We communicated mostly via email and her responses were usually extremely quick. We started out with a guest list of about 20 people, and we actually had closer to 45 at the wedding. So needless to say, we had to make some changes to the original plan. It turned out that everyone wanted a mini-vacation in Savannah. She was always happy to give me referrals for everything from hotels, to activities, to hair and makeup vendors. I was so pleased with everything. It was exactly what we wanted. Even the day of the wedding was laid back and she took care of everything. I wanted our guests to be able to enjoy their mini-vacations without having to help me with wedding stuff. I just cannot say enough great things about the experience.

Raven and Kate made my special day the best I could have ever wished for. I did not have to worry about anything but getting me ready. They had everything ready, set and looking beautiful. If there were any hiccups that day I missed them. They took care of everything and left me to worry about nothing. Thank ya'll so much for everything. It was the best day of my life!!!!!

We hired Kate and Raven for our day of coordinator. BEST idea ever! They made sure everything and everyone were where they were suppose to be at all times...We gave them a timeline and they saw to it that it was followed. A+

The reception looked amazing! They decorated till late Friday night and made sure it was perfect before they left. Raven even texted me a few pics so I could see it! :) You will not go wrong hiring these girls!!!

At the last minute, I decided to hire Raven as my day of coordinator. Throughout my planning I had thought I would be fine without a coordinator, but as the day got closer and closer I realized I had no clue how to go about organizing a ceremony. If you are like me and have been wavering on whether or not it's a good idea to hire someone for day of, I say hire Raven! I am so incredibly glad I did! She made everything go so smoothly and was there to answer any questions I had! She was so easy to work with and made my wedding ceremony and rehearsal go off without a hitch. She did such a wonderful job! I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Raven and Kate were great! It took me forever to find an affordable day-of-coordinator and I'm so glad I went with Everlasting Occasions. They were quick to respond to any emails I sent and when I requested at the last minute that they pick up the flowers they were on top of it. My husband orginally thought hiring a day-of-coordinator was a waste-but once he saw Raven take charge at the rehearsal he completely changed his mind. She took our chaotic wedding party and made sure they all knew where to be and what to do. Our officiant ended up running late to the wedding-Raven and Kate took care of contacting him, kept everyone informed and calm, and made the wedding run so much more smoothly then I could have done myself. The guests never even knew about the glitch. If you need a day-of-coordinator, go with Everlasting Occasions!!

Raven and Kate were absolutely fabulous! I could not have had a better wedding planner. They made my day spectacular. Every little detail was done exactly as I wanted it and nothing was overlooked. I booked Everlasting Occasions because they offered a day of service. I already did all the planning but I just needed someone to help with vendors & help keep us sane on our Wedding day. Raven was awesome!!! The time leading up to the wedding she offered advice on vendors and timelines. The day of the wedding Raven & Kate did such an amazing job. They set up everything, they dealt with all our vendors and kept us on track through the whole day. I was really blown away by how perfect and smooth our day went and I couldn't have done it without Raven & Kate. I never had to stress over anything. My bridesmaids and I went to a day spa in the morning and when I came back everything was done, it was amazing.

Raven from Everlasting Occassions was a God send for my wedding. Since I was planning everything from out of state, I wanted to hire and great Day-of Coordinator to help with all of the set up, organization, etc. I could not have been happier with Raven. She went above and beyond to make sure all my vendors were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. She oversaw all of the setup and tear down of my ceremony and left NOTHING for my husband and I to worry about. She was very professional, friendly, and prompt. With Raven's help, we were able to have a flawless wedding. I truly can't think of one thing that went wrong.
I was juggling work and school so I decided to hire a wedding planner and let me tell you that Raven's services were invaluable. She worked with potential vendors and created a schedule for us to meet with everyone. She never pushed us towards anyone and understood if we wanted her to suggest more options. However, from the beginning, we had full faith in the vendors that Raven suggested and we couldn't have been more pleased with ALL of them!

Throughout the whole planning process, Raven did assist with any random questions we had (and let me tell you, I had a lot of stupid questions but she always answered them). The last hectic week, Raven helped us to address last minute issues, including redoing 180 bows on favors that had been tied with the wrong color ribbon (No fault of her's - she stepped in and saved the day). She definitely saved me from a lot of heartache and stress.

The rehearsal and wedding day went smoothly. It was nice to be able to focus on the "getting married" aspect and know that Raven was in charge of making sure everything was in place. I was able to sit back and relax and enjoy my wedding day without a care or concern about anything. I never lifted a finger from the morning of through the rest of the night. My parents were blown away by how smoothly everything went. If anyone had a question - she was always there.

Throughout the day, we had so many compliments on the wedding - most of this was thanks to Raven! I have yet to stop receiving compliments on how fabulous the wedding was and that speaks volumes for Raven's work.

There is no way we could have done all we did without Raven. Her knowledge of the industry helped tremendously as we planned our special day. Her sweet demeanor made it a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to suggest Raven to any bride getting married in the Savannah area. Raven was truly able to alleviate most, if not all of my stress. Raven worked tirelessly to make sure all of details were handled. I'm forever grateful to her! Not only was Raven my wedding planner - I now consider her a friend.

Originally I booked another woman for our Day of Coordinator, but Raven took over. Boy I couldn't be happier. Even though Raven was really only supposed to take care of "Day of" things, she was there via email all the time. Even when she was sick. Also a family member was very ill on the day of our wedding and she still came. In fact had I known before I found out I would've probably told her to not come and be with her fam. But, she really didn't make it known to me, that's how sweet and stress free she is. Raven was a lifesaver and I don't know what I would've done without her support.

Raven was a lifesaver, swooping in and taking over in planning. She turned my wedding in to an absolute dream. She did so much stuff that I would not have been able to accomplish. Having her coordinate everything kept me so calm on my wedding day. I had so much fun because I didn't have to worry about the timing or if the chairs showed up! If it wasn't for Raven the day would not have been perfect. She even played the role of bouncer when to crashers showed up!
