Amazing Service

So, I came to the Clevland site for just a style finding appointment, instead I left with the most amazing dress. The lovely ladies there were patient let me try what I thought was a good fit. The nice young listened to me she did not try to push anything on me. She then asked, after I did not the styles I picked, if I was down to try something a little different. Yes, I was I trusteed her and she came back with a dress that needed NO alterations It was perfect fit and the price. I almost passed out it was on sale!! It was also in my budget. I will never forget how awesome that little lady was. I left with the dress I am to be married in and I cannot wait!!! If I could give this location 10 stars I would.

Best experience ever !!

I was so lucky to get Emmy as my consultant. She was so attentive to my wants and was able to find the dream dress I didn’t even know I wanted !!! I wish I would have went to her first thing when I started my search! She was so welcoming and supportive and unlike other salons, she let me search for dresses rather than having dresses pulled for me based on what I told my consultant. With each try on, she brought in a dress that completely fixed each criticism I had with a dress until we found the perfect one. She even was able to get my in for a last minute second appointment the next day so I could get better pictures and chose a vail! I am so excited to go back for my fittings since the first experience was so fun !

Wonderful Bridal Boutique!

I had an amazing experience at Ever After Bridal and found the perfect dress! Drove all the way from Nashville, because of the positive reviews and affordable options. Rebecca was so professional and sweet! I really enjoyed having a private appointment and felt comfortable the minute I walked in. I actually attended my appointment alone, as I was planning a secret elopement at Yosemite National Park. However, I didn’t feel alone at all—Rebecca and Karley felt like girlfriends helping me make my decision! They were even able to mail my dress to me in Nashville, which was so convenient during the shutdown! Highly recommend, even if you live outside of the Cleveland/ Chattanooga area. I don’t think I could have found the same personalized experience anywhere else! Thank you, Ever After Bridal!!

The best place around!

I cannot day enough good things about ever after. From the minute I made my appointment, to even the time after my wedding they have been so easy to work with. They helped me find my perfect dress within and actually under my budget, the seamstress that did my alterations was prompt and exactly as she said and they even went above and beyond when I needed my dresses cleaned again for redo of couple pictures due to me being sick! After, the made getting my dress preserved so easy and it was literally the fairytale experience.

I also used one of their consultants as my wedding director/planner! She was AMAZING. Victoria went above and beyond. She handled things I didn’t even know about, she made sure everyone did as they were suppose too, she allowed me to truly enjoy all the details of my day that I wouldn’t have been able to if I didn’t have her!! She is not there anymore, however I know the girls who are and Kendra’s standards and not one of them would be any different!! I cannot say enough good things about Kendra and how she expects and holds up her business to run!!

I have even returned to buy formal dresses and the same experience was delivered! Kendra and her girls are truly the best in the business and they are here in Cleveland tennessee! What a treasure to have!

The best experience

Being that I am an older bride, I was nervous about going dress shopping. Well, that ended at the front door! Kendra, the owner, helped me and knew just what I needed and wanted! She made me feel special and took her time with me. So many styles and options for anyone looking. This place is NOT a box store with the untrained staff! I love to shop local and feel welcome! Make sure you put this shop on your list to look for the perfect gown. You will be so glad you did!!
They also have tux rentals for your one-stop shopping!! Bridesmaid gowns, mother of the bride, and everything inbetween!!!

The Best Experience

I found my dream dress at Ever After Bridal in Cleveland TN. I had driven past this store many of times while attending Lee University, never thinking that one day I might get my dress there. From the moment we walked in to the moment that we left, my family and friends were greeted so kindly. The whole experience made me feel comfortable, I felt as my opinions were truly heard, and that all the workers made my experience one of a kind. I walked out of the store with my dream dress and the biggest smile on my face. I highly recommend this store to any girl who wants an experience that they will never forget!

I went to the shop in Chattanooga, and I was met by Victoria. Not only was Victoria focused on what *I* wanted in my gown, but she made sure I was happy & found exactly what I wanted. When we found something that I liked, but wasn't sold on, she figured out what exactly I loved & didn't love & went from there to find another gown. When she helped me pull THE dress over my head, we instantly knew, & she made the day even more special. I would recommend this shop to any new bride!

I got my dress after a difficult time at another location trying to make another dress work. Lemme tell you, quality quality is all you will find at this shop. There's nothing more amazing than putting on a $1,000 dress versus a $500. I feel I got the type of dress that was well priced and way more "dress" for the dollar amount. The dress I got was the very first dress I tried on in the store, and I was hooked. They were so sweet and giddy and joyful for me to have found my dress, and it was genuine, not a sales gimmick.
Hear it from me, it's well worth going there and bypassing the lower quality experience anywhere else.

The ladies at Ever After Bridal are wonderful--very welcoming, attentive, helpful, and go above and beyond to find you whatever you need. They have large variety of dress styles, veils, and accessories. The high level of customer service sets Ever After apart from other bridal salons. They make you feel like you are the most important bride to walk through the doors!

I had a wonderful experience at Ever After Bridals. I visited every bridal shop in Chattanooga and none can compare to the service I recieved at Ever After. The atmosphere was gorgeous and warm. Kendra and her staff were so welcoming and accomodating. They did a great job of assisting me to find my perfect gown without being pushy.
After I ordered my gown, the manufacturer was held up and it came late but they were on the phone with them every day to make sure that my gown arrived in time and that a charge-free rush would be put on the delivery. I recommend them a thousand times over.

I had such a wonderful experience in the boutique. Brides always watch Say Yes To The Dress and dream about that perfect wedding dress but also the experience of finding that perfect one. Ever After only takes appointments so I was the only bride in there trying on the. I felt like a princess with how they treated me! Sweet sweet people!

Ever After did an amazing job for me. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I love that they remember you and your dress every time you go in. It is a beautiful shop and they carry gorgeous designer dresses. You get a LOT of detail in these dresses. These gowns look like they would cost a TON and are quite affordable. I ordered my dress 6 months before my wedding and was told it would come in late September (my wedding was Oct. 10th) but it came in earlier than expected and the alterations were perfect the very first time. They even let us come in and taught my aunt how to lace the dress up. My dress was AMAZING on my wedding day.

I have been in many weddings and out of all the weddings I have done the service and caring that this place provided was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make my wedding day the best day of my life. They called me whenever somehtingcame up and when my vail had a small hole in it they went ahead and ordered me another one and even called me to make sure it came in before my wedding. I love them all. Kendra and Christian were wonderful.

Kendra was amazing. She was very concerned with what type of dress I wanted, and not what She thought I would look good in. The first day we found the dress, which in itself was amazing, due to I had been shopping for a dress for a year! She took good care of my bridesmaids as well and made sure that everyone was satisfied at all times. We even had an issue where my wedding was pushed back 3 months, and she was very understanding about it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!!!

Everyone that works there is extremely helpful. The prices are great! I spent way less on my dress than I thought I would. And the woman who does alterations there is GREAT!

Ever After was everything I had hoped for when searching for my wedding gown. They personalize your appointment and work very hard to make sure they do all they can to help you find the right dress for your body, style, personality, season, and wedding day. They were timely with ordering my dress, altering, and scheduling all fittings before my wedding. The ladies of Ever After were such a blessing to meet and work with, because they treat each bride with so much love.

I had a great experience here. I tried on bridal dresses here and had my maids try on bridemaid dresses. I didnt find my wedding dress here but we did find beautiful dresses for my bridesmaids. Even with us ordering kind of last minute they were able to get the dresses in good time even though there was a small rush fee, but that was from the designer not them. Some of thier stuff though is really expensive.

The staff at Ever After is incredibly professional. I visited 5 bridal shops in my search, and this one was by far the best. They have an extensive selection of sample gowns as well as bridesmaid, flowergirl, and mother of the bride dresses. They offer in house alterations, and their seamstress is fantastic and reasonably priced! I purchased my gown, shoes, and veil from them as well as my mothers dress. Both my mother and I had our alterations there.

Used this place to order my bridesmaid dresses, as we were all from out of town, I had them take measurements in person there. They recommended ordering dress sizes that were so much bigger than what they actually needed- this was the extreme case for 2 of my 4 bridesmaids. it was outrageous.

Like any excited 11th grader shopping for a prom dress is monumental. My mother and I went shopping at ever after bridal yesterday. At first they seemed kind. They asked what school I went to and I told them. They explained that the same dress can't be used twice at the same school. I loved that idea so we began to shop. I found a gorgeous black half cut dress with ruffles and a simple yet stunning baby blue and white gown and a couple of others. The lady told me she would set my dresses up waiting for a dressing room. At first I wasn't keen to the idea of them taking the dress because I thought someone would steal my dresses to chose from for prom. I decided to put my trust in them and that was the worst mistake ever! My mother and I go to sit down waiting for a room when this young worker takes my favorite two dresses , the black and the blue and gives it to these to other girls! My mom said those were my dresses to try on and maybe even buy. The lady told her ( ma'am we are going to share, we share here and anyways they saw those first). As I recall we had those in our hands and picked them out on the rack! And it so happens those girls they gave it to attended the same school! That was the rudest thing they could've done. It disappointed me because I really wanted to try and see if this was the dress for me. We got up and left. I have a bitter place for them and don't think I will shop there again.
