  Joanna was wonderful to work with in our anniversary event. She was creative, thoughtful and very responsive. She worked within our budget and put together a design plan and florals that was beautiful and fit the occasion perfectly. She is a lovely person to work with and made everyone feel at ease and relaxed! A lovely lady who made our anniversary day perfect. Thank you, Joanna, for making our event so beautiful, worth to be remembered!

  Joanna was amazing and really created our perfect day!! Just from the pictures I sent she made everything exactly how I wanted with no stress, we really could not have asked for anything else she did an amazing job that I am so thankful for and wish her all the best for her future endeavors xx

  Having Joanna as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our wedding! From our very first contact up the wedding day and even after she was there to answer all our questions and assist in all the planning process. All the vendors she recommended were amazing. On the day she worked with all the vendors to make sure everything was as planned and we were so relaxed! The ceremony was so beautiful and the party unforgettable! We danced the whole night!

  Joanna was truly our fairy godmother! We felt lucky to have found her and been able to work with her. From the initial planning stages to the very day of the wedding, she was attentive, creative, accommodating and committed. What was most remarkable is that she managed to balance our dreams/wishes with a level of pragmatism, which made us feel she always had our best interests in mind. She and her team brought our dreams and wishes to life, even exceeding our expectations. And even better, our guests (who travelled great distances to join us) had nothing but the best to say about our events. I would completely recommend Joanna without hesitation -- she is really fantastic, just so warm, considerate and professional.

  If you are wishing to have your wedding in Greece, make yourself a favor and hire Joanna Loukaki of Joanna Loukaki weddings & events. We were lucky enough to follow her suggestions from the very beginning and we are very much satisfied from the outcome! Wedding was amazing. Joanna’s team got to work early at both the locations (the church and the venue) and it was truly like something out of a fairytale. It was exactly how I wanted to be. Throughout the day, Joanna stayed behind the scenes but always near in case of any questions or problems. She was busy coordinating music, food, photography etc, to ensure a seamless day. Joanna is extremely professional, courteous, and polite with an excellent sense of humor. She made our wedding the most magical day of our lives. If anyone is planning on getting married in Greece (I believe she goes all over to do weddings) you will not go wrong with hiring Joanna Loukaki. Joanna was amazing!!!!

  She is an Angel.

  About half way through planning our wedding on our own, we had the big topics down (venue, celebrant, photographer, videographer, etc) but the small details were becoming a bit too overwhelming for me. Enter Joanna, a sweet, thoughtful, thorough, creative soul who I could not be happier with. From the beginning she was incredibly helpful with details which were overwhelming me. She collaborated with us, our vendors and venue to put all of these random plans into action. She visited our venue months before the event to plan the space, communicated with vendors throughout the planning process, worked out their contracts for me. Helped me find the rest of our vendors (DJ, florist, lighting), worked out transportation for our guests the day of the wedding (to venue and back to home late at night). She created the most beautiful welcome bags for our 50 guests, made the most gorgeous paper details (seating chart, menus,etc). I know all brides think that they had the most beautiful wedding, but we truly did. And I am so appreciative of Joanna, I could not have done it without her. She arrived two days before the wedding (a day before our welcome party) to meet and get things in order, she was also present and helping us for the rehearsal dinner/welcome party and the entire day of the wedding. The day of our wedding she was the contact person, she took care of all of the planing, set up, working with vendors, etc. I had zero stress and was so relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough, she is truly wonderful at what she does.

  Relaxed Wedding Day

  My fiancé and I hired Joanna to plan our elopement in Santorini! We were nervous about planning a wedding from afar and having legal issues. Joanna was able to provide us a list of quality venders she knew and trusted. It was comforting to know that our wedding team had worked together before and we were thrilled with each vender we chose. After arriving in Santorini, we didn’t have to think about anything accept enjoying each other and our family. Finally, it was critical for us to know someone familiar with the legality of Greek weddings to help us through the paperwork process from start to finish. This was our biggest concern and everything worked out perfectly! We absolutely loved our little Big Day! Joanna is perfect for hands-on brides who want great suggestions for venders, someone to do logistics day-of (like picking up flowers, etc.), and someone to be with them every step of the paperwork process!

  Joanna was pleasant from the moment of first contacting and remained amazing for the year that it took to plan. I booked our dream wedding from Australia so as you can imagine we put a great deal of trust into Joanna and her vendors. We saw everything that we arranged on the day so we braced ourselves for error and worse case scenarios but it was the complete opposite, my Husband and I along with our bridal party were completely blown away with what Joanna had put together and ALL services were of fantastic quality and unsurpassed service. Overall we were happy with every aspect of Joanna's services, she is kind, understanding, helpful, thoughtful, organised and made such a huge job hassle free and exceeded ALL our expectations. The only negative is communication was a bit slower than I would have liked but I have been assured this is the Greek way, although I didn't hear from Joanna after every email everything was getting done in the background. If you want a dream wedding one that is fairytale like and picture perfect leave it to Joanna I'm sure she will create a masterpiece wedding just as she did for us.

  Joanna is definitely the best in Chios! She made sure everything went for the most part smoothly. She recommended our videographer who was amazing as was the candle vendor she recommended. She was a pleasure to work with. I would say communication is a bit off when wedding season began, but I think she tried her best! I would definitely recommend Joanna for a Chios wedding!!

  Μεγάλη απογοήτευση...

  Η κυρία Λουκάκη πληρώθηκε την προκαταβολή της και επι 1,5 μήνα δεν απαντούσε στα τηλέφωνα, στα μηνύματα και στα email γιατι δεν μπορούσε να βρει χώρο για την δεξίωση. Μου ζήτησε να αλλάξω την ημερομηνία του γάμου μου, το έκανα και έκτοτε δεν την ξαναείδα ουτε την ξαναάκουσα ποτε. Εξαφανίστηκε. Μέχρι που αναγκάστηκα να απευθυνθώ στον σύλλογο wedding planner στην Ελλάδα για να πάρω τα χρήματά μου πίσω. Μην επενδύσετε χρόνο και μην βασιστείτε σε καμία περίπτωση στα λόγια και τις υποσχεσεις της.

Μέχρι που αναγκάστηκα να απευθυνθώ στον σύλλογο wedding planner στην Ελλάδα για να πάρω τα χρήματά μου πίσω. Μην επενδύσετε χρόνο και μην βασιστείτε σε καμία περίπτωση στα λόγια και τις υποσχεσεις της.

  We booked Joanna Loukakis last year in October 2016 after much research and meeting in person with her for my daughters wedding in September 2017.. Which was actually yesterday. Our wedding was gorgeous stunning all that the couple dreamed of.. BUT.. no thanks to this Planner! We had some minimal communication with her early on, paid a deposit upon her request, but as time progressed we were receiving less and less then NO communication at all. We were advised and led to believe bookings of church, priest and other arrangements were made, but in fact nothing was! I managed to get ahold of her after she was not responding to the desperate calls emails messages from my distraught stressed daughter as up to 2 months before wedding absolutely nothing was done..we don't understand why this happened but we needed to act fast take action and organise church priest flowers cars hairdressers make up artists chairs all props etc.. luckily we had booked the wedding venue ourselves.. we cannot understand any of the 'good reviews' of this Planner we see??? now in hindsight we notice her posts of weddings seem to be old not current, repetitive same weddings, people liking them her friends from her hometown Chios. We were completely led astray, fooled, what should've been an experience of a lifetime turned out to be horrible stressful disgusting, am too angry to say more.. obviously there's something not right, seems like a well orchestrated scam.. we already have found another unsuspecting bride, from Australia also was in same terrible nightmarish situation.. TO ALL FUTURE BRIDES looking for a reliable honest genuine legitimate Wedding Planner please please check and double check credentials, make calls ask people hotels in area you're looking at if they've heard of the planner.. in our case everyone we asked recently whilst here in Mykonos now had never heard of her...we will be taking our case further, as our predicament falls under the act of fraud... please be careful....
