Jaime was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She was calm, organized and down to earth... I really can't say enough great things about her. There were so many way Jaime made the day run smoothly, to name a few- she worked with me to make a detailed itinerary for the day, called all my vendors the week of the wedding for a final tie down, coordinated the transportation, helped plan and execute the ceremony and even super glued my shoe when it broke during cocktail hour. I talked to several other wedding coordinators when deciding who to book and Jaime's calm and kind personality really made her stand out to me. The day of the wedding she was invaluable, I'd recommend her to everyone!

Jaime was open minded and supportive in all areas of planning the final weeks of my daughter's wedding. Jaime was offered the difficult task of coordinating and confirming the arrangements with all vendors the final few weeks of a wedding that started with one wedding planner, then transferred to another and when communication faultered we needed a highly skilled and talented individual to get the job done. That was Jaime. Most importantly, as the mother of the bride and maid of honor, I needed Jaime to deliver a great outcome on the wedding day and it was better than I could ever have imagined. My daughter had a lovely wedding day and I will always be thankful to Jaime for being there for us when we needed her most.

My daughter's wedding was held on 9/8/12. Of all of the decisions we made, the very best one was hiring Jaime as our wedding planner! We truly don't know what we would have done without her! She is the most organized, calm, caring and professional wedding planner! We had several "upsets" leading up to the wedding...some of the ordinary variety, and some very unusual and unexpected! Jaime didn't let anything throw her or frazzle her - in fact, she was the calming factor for ALL of us! She really kept us all (especially the Bride) from totally losing it. We all thoroughly agree that having her with us every step of the way made all the difference in the world. In fact, my other daughter will be getting married in the not too distant future and we have already agreed that the FIRST thing we will need to do is to secure Jaime's services for her wedding as well. She is just simply the best.

From the moment we met Jaime we knew that choosing her as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made! Without her, it is fair to say our wedding could not have happened. She was professional, helpful, supportive and enthusiastic throughout the entire planning process. On the big day, she was calm, organized and efficient. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Jaime was the best wedding planner we could ever have imagined. I cannot urge couples out there considering who to choose as their planner to go with Jaime strongly enough...she is quite simply, a miracle worker.

Jaime is incredible! I used her as my day of coordinator and honestly it was the best decision I made for the wedding. She was so organized and thought of every little detail. I had so much faith in her and was able to just shut my brain off and float through the day. She was such a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond with everything she did. I chose Jaime as my Day of Event Coordinator for my wedding this June. My husband and I are both Southern, so we had no family around to help in the months leading up to the wedding. Additionally, 90% of our guests were traveling across the country to be here, so it was important to me that they not feel like they had a job at the wedding. Most of my family and close friends were using this as their vacation and I wanted them to be and feel relaxed. Leading up to the wedding, Jaime was prompt and helpful in answering my emails regarding vendors. She was clear and supportive in assisting my husband and me through the process of planning the ceremony and wedding timeline (something we quickly learned we knew nothing about! But that was ok, because Jaime did.) On the day of the wedding, our outdoor ceremony was threatened by rain. As I stepped out of the house with my father to walk down the aisle, I saw raindrops on the ground and immediately began to hurry toward the aisle and the onlookers. Jaime stopped me, adjusted my veil and train, and said "I know you are scared of the rain, but I want you to have your moment." Looking back, I am so appreciative of that calm voice, because she was right. A little rain never killed anyone and I would have missed having that calm, clear moment if she had not reminded me. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a storm looked as if it was rolling in and she asked me what she should do about my outdoor cocktail hour. I told her to do what she thought was best and she made the quick decision to move everyone inside to the reception area quickly and efficiently, while my wedding party and I were able to capture some outdoor photos quickly. That sense of calm and quick decision making is worth every penny you may pay Jaime. Of course, this isn't even touching upon the many other helpful aspects. I highly recommend Jaime.

We hired Jaime as our day-of wedding coordinator, and this might have been one of the best wedding decisions we made. In addition to providing amazing recommendations for other vendors, many of which we used and all of which were perfect, Jaime made our wedding day run more smoothly than I could have ever hoped. She was calm, professional, prepared, and fun! I couldn't recommend her more, and if I have one regret, it would be not hiring Jaime to plan the entire wedding!

Jaime was awesome from Eventfully Planned. It was difficult being a long distance full time working bride, and Jaime responded to every email (which was hundreds in our one year of planning), I hired Jaime for full event servies. I would recommend her to everyone, whether you think you need it or not, you do! I am a type A detailed oriented personality and Jaime adapted to all my needs. I booked her without meeting her becuase of how comfortable she made me feel over the phone. Jaime went to vendor appointments and made recommendations based on her experience in the industry. Thank you Jaime for everything!

Jaime is absolutely amazing! I hired her for full service planning, and from the time we first spoke on the phone to the wedding day (and beyond) she was kind, professional, supportive and just lovely to work with. I decided to hire a wedding planner early on in the planning process... I just didn't know how I would get everything done and often felt lost trying to sort through all the Newport area vendor options. Thank goodness for Jaime! She kept me organized and on track so that nothing fell through the cracks. Her vendor connections and contacts were beyond helpful - no more feeling lost trying to know where to go and who to talk to! She connected me with so many fantastic vendors that I loved and who did such amazing work. She was as hands on or off as I wanted or needed through all the different steps of planning. At times she was my task manager, champion, friend, surrogate mother, and therapist. My and George’s wedding day ran so smoothly and was just absolutely beautiful and perfect, and I know it wouldn’t have been that way without Jaime! I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew that she had it all under control. Hiring her was one of the easiest and best decisions I made and was absolutely worth every penny. I feel like she went above and beyond for us, but I think that she does that for every single one of her clients because that’s just how amazing she is. You won’t find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, and just all around wonderful person to work with than Jaime!

My now husband and I are both from Rhode Island but now live and work in NYC, hiring a wedding planner was something we thought about but didn't think we would (a) really need one since we know the area and (b) be able to afford one. Jaime was recommended to us with glowing reviews by our photographer (Susan Sancomb Photography) and after meeting her for literally 3 minutes, I knew I had to hire her. I cannot even begin to put into words how incredible Jaime is as a person. She is so warm, kind, funny and awesome at her job! By the end of our wedding day, my entire bridal party felt as if they were best friends with Jamie. She was so involved in every aspect of our day that she felt like a member of the party!
If the above is not reason enough to hire Jaime, another great thing about her is she used to work for the Ocean Cliff prior to going out on her own and starting her own business. She has relationships established that are invaluable-- she was a huge help in one issue I had that I tried to resolve on my own (but was unable). She came in and literally- problem solved. Anyone who is getting married at the OC should really consider Jaime for this reason alone. She knows the ins and out like a current employee.
My wedding day went off without a hitch and I had a ton of "out of the box" elements (we brought in a dance floor to the OC which has never been done before). Jaime went on all appointments with the rental company and took care of the entire flip of the room from the ceremony to the reception. This is just one example of how Jaimie went above and beyond for me (and I've heard this same thing from other brides that have used her). She really does everything in her power to ensure that the bride and groom worry about nothing about enjoying their wedding day. Jaime was the BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE for my wedding and I would not have had the day I did-- without her. Hire her- you'll thank me later.

Oh my goodness - hire this woman. Initially, I had not planned to hire a wedding coordinator/planner but decided that it would be nice to have some help on the big weekend. This was the best wedding gift I could have given to myself (not that I was planning to give myself a wedding gift, but you know what I mean)! Jaime is fantastic and went above and beyond what I expected. She worked with me to ensure that my wedding "vision" was carried out to perfection. She and her team helped coordinate my wedding weekend - transforming an outdoor Pavilion into a beautiful rehearsal dinner space - at a summer camp unaccustomed to having weddings. On the day of the wedding (and every moment prior), she was poised and professional - even the crazier moments - ensuring that everyone was happy and relaxed. She helped me coordinate with all of my vendors catching details that I had missed the week before the wedding and allowed me to enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids while she ensured that everything was set for the ceremony & reception on the actual day. I was able to turn off my brain and just enjoy being with my husband, our friends, & our family. Jaime was wonderful!

Jaime is in one word- AMAZING! She was asbsolutley wonderful throughout our planning process. We ended up changing our whole wedding day schedule due to rain and Jaime took care of EVERYTHING! I didnt have to worry about a thing and I could just enjoy the day with no worries! She is the best.. hiring Jaime was by far the best decision we made! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect & we have Jaime to thank for that!

I truly cannot say enough nice things about Jaime! She was absolutely fabulous to work with, and made our day so smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't have been more relaxed on my wedding day and I owe it all to her. She met with us as much as we needed, did walk-throughs, gave recommendations on vendors, and was so quick to respond to all emails/questions. We had our wedding at my parents house (220 guests), which as you can imagine was a lot of work, coordination with vendors, and wedding day setup. She and Karen were AMAZING...they had everything set up perfectly, kept everything on schedule, and had a smile on the whole time. My husband and I got married at OceanCliff in Newport, RI, and Jamie was recommended by the catering staff when I asked about a "weekend-of" wedding planner. She used to work there, and they had nothing but great things to say about her. From our very first meeting to our hug goodbye at the end of my reception, Jamie was friendly, warm, buttoned up, and professional. She was always quick to respond to my questions and requests for help leading up to it, and without a doubt made the planning process much more manageable than it otherwise would've been. On the Big Day, I felt very well taken care of, and that all of my needs were attended to - and that's key to a bride's sanity! Like most brides, I began the process of planning a wedding believing that I could do it all myself. I just got back from my wedding this past weekend and I can't say enough about Jaime... She is simply wonderful, and you would be INSANE not to use her.
