  When my wedding location had to change due to construction I was immediately put into panic mode. Calling any and every location in the San Luis Obispo area. From the first call at Embassy Suites the staff (especially Cheryl Wakefield) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to go above and beyond to turn our dream wedding into a reality.
  We also opted to have our rehearsal dinner here as well. So glad we did. The room looked so elegant and the buffet dinner really changed my mind on buffets. The food was delish and hot the entire time.
  They are very hands on and go that extra mile to make you feel special and relaxed. For the ceremony site I highly recommend the secret garden. It is a beautiful outdoor area secluded from others. Rooms do outlook the area; however they place your guests in those rooms. The ballroom is amazing and spacious. You didn't feel like you were sitting on anyone or there was no room to walk. Now to the food - the most important part. Beyond delicious!!!! The sirloin was so tender you barely had to use the butter knife to cut it, the chicken was moist and the mushroom ravioli was cooked perfect. We did not have one guest complain. Actually, I had some that wanted seconds. I cannot express enough how happy I was we were fated to this location. I highly recommend this venue. You will not be disappointed.
