Picture perfect wedding

We had Christian Yah as our wedding day photographer and he was phenomenal! Edward Fox has a lot of talented photographers - Christian’s portfolio stood out to us because it really captured the feelings of the moment. We were just as a impressed by his work when we spoke to him ahead of our wedding day - he took the time to understand the critical shots we wanted and make recommendations on how to maximize our time. The end result was everything we wanted and more. We have so many beautiful photos that capture the happiness and laughter of the day. But what makes Christian truly exceptional is his personality - he was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to talk to and made the pre-ceremony shoot feel natural. Choosing Christian as your photographer will be one of the best decision you’ll make!

Stunning photos

David Loeb from Edward Fox photographed our Engagement Party, and the photos could not have turned out better! David was great at pulling different people into photos and capturing candid shots as well. He made everyone laugh throughout the event, and I will cherish these photos forever. I would HIGHLY recommend David for any event, especially one as special as wedding or engagement as he really captured all of the special moments.

Edward Fox was so easy to work with and friendly from the start. They recommended a photographer - Christian - they thought would go well with our personalities and he took the most amazing engagement photos, we couldn't wait to see what he did for our wedding. We were not disappointed! Christian was so easy to work with, everyone loved him, and he was very timely. We got our wedding pictures back the same WEEK as our wedding!! We couldn't ask for better service than that and on top of that they were beautiful, we are so happy with them and can't wait to see how our photo album turns out! Thank you Christian you helped capture our perfect day!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Christopher from Edward Fox. Working with the office was always a smooth process and once we met Christopher to go over everything we knew we were in good hands. The day just would not have been the same with anyone else – Christopher was the man! He is very personable and so easy to get along with. He fit right in with all of our friends and family. We did not have the best weather conditions the day of our wedding and he was great at finding indoor options and options that would only have us outside for short periods of time (near the door.) When our ceremony got thrown inside at the very last second I was even told that he was there setting up the chairs! He went above and beyond. He was sure to take all of the shots that we wanted and had great ideas for other shots as well. When we received the images we were blown away by how amazing they were! Everyone looks amazing, lighting is perfection, great variety of shots. We can’t stop looking at the photos. I highly recommend Chris! He made the day go so smoothly (and fun) and gave us photographs we will cherish forever.

My husband Carl and I loved our photographers and videographer from Edward Fox! They were kind, accommodating, and beyond easy to work with. Our online photos came within a week of the wedding and our video within a month. Talk about perfect customer service!! We did our engagement shoot and another shoot with them as well and we will continue to go back for all lives major events. Weddings can be stressful but they made is so easy!!!

We used Edward Fox Photography and Videography for our July 2016 wedding and were truly impressed! Our photographer, Jenny, was amazing!!! She has such an artistic eye and is a true professional. Despite us feeling slightly uncomfortable during our first photography experience (our engagement shoot), Jenny was able to make us comfortable, loosen us up, and allow us to really trust her and have fun with the photo shoot. We were extremely excited to see Jenny on our wedding day! We knew we could trust her to find the best shots capturing our special day. Jenny goes above and BEYOND!! She saved our day on multiple occasions from pinning the boutonnieres on the groom/groomsmen in an assembly line fashion at the church, walking us through cake-cutting when we were unsure what to do, calming me down while dealing with groomsmen who decided to make a liquor stop on the way to our photos before the reception, and jumping in to do my bustle when my maid of honor couldn't remember how to do it. Jenny is a God send!!!! We also used Edward Fox for Videography. Our videographer, Tony, was also extremely professional and nice! He communicated wonderfully with us when he had an idea for something he'd like to capture on video. Tony and Jenny worked amazing together as a team and I highly recommend both of them!! Thank you Jenny and Tony for amazing service, beautiful pictures/video, and all of your assistance throughout the wedding day!!!

During our first session, Lisa was so helpful in helping us come up with a photographer who would best suit our needs. She identified John Paul, and when we met him for our engagement session, we knew he had a great personality but were blown away by the quality of photos. We were so happy with the photos he took but also with the timeliness of receiving the pictures back! When it came time for our wedding day, John Paul did a great job of hanging out in the back ground and capturing my favorite – candids – while also being there and handling the more structured set up of portraits. He was flexible and was on the ground, doing all kinds of awesome angles to make sure we got the best photos. We got out wedding DVD about 2 weeks after the wedding day and were stunned at the quality and amount of pictures. For only being one guy, John Paul exerted himself to the extreme to capture what seems like every single moment. My friends and family love the pictures and are quite amazed that we received over 1000 images. It was so amazing being able to relive those moments again and John Paul truly did an amazing job. Lisa and John Paul helped make our day unforgettable – thank you so much!

We had Jenny Fontaine as our wedding photographer for the entire day and also had Ladio as a 2nd photographer for the evening. Jenny was attentive to our requests for family pictures and was great and swapping out family members efficiently and getting every picture we wanted. She went above and beyond to ensure that our photos turned out great. Ladio and Jenny were able to get pictures of all of our guests at the reception which is a keepsake that my husband and I will have forever. I can't say enough good things about Edward Fox photography and the photographers that my husband and I were lucky enough to have on our wedding day.

Edward Fox Photography was absolutely great to work with. Todd (photographer) and David (videographer) were very flexible, fun and detailed orientated. The teamwork and professionalism was very visible. We are yet to view our photos and video....but are certain beyond of doubt, that great photos and videography were taken that day! I cannot possibly say enough about amazing our experience was with Todd. Communicating with him in the days before the wedding was so great - his enthusiasm for our two-day event overlapping Halloween was not easily hidden, and that showed when our day(s) came around. He was thoughtful and attentive throughout both very long days (made longer because he stayed late to capture more wonderful shots), and most importantly, he had fun! It really shows in our photos, and so many of our friends and family made it a point to tell us how wonderful he was.

Communicating with the company as a whole was exceptionally easy, even after the event during the album ordering process. Because of some untimely events following our wedding, we were unable to choose our album images fast enough and had to extend the hosting for our photos...and they were nice enough to do it free of charge! I can't say enough great things about Edward Fox. (And their price can't be beat!)

We hired Edward Fox photography for our June 2015 wedding. We met with a few photography companies but as soon as we left our appointment with Edward Fox we knew they were the ones. Brenda was amazing and very helpful during the months leading up to the wedding. They also have a great setup when it comes to making payments. Once the wedding week came I spoke with my photographer(main photographer). We had two because our wedding was so large. Let me tell you how AMAZING they both were. David Loeb and Greg were the best. We are so happy we choose to go with Edward Fox. After the wedding we were in contact with Lisa when our photos were ready to view. She did an amazing job working on a few things for me. We would highly recommend Edward Fox for any event you have. Thank you.

David Loeb shot our recent wedding and did a great job in working with everyone involved with the wedding and in getting all of the pictures that we wanted. He took advantage of the unique features of the venue and the sunset which took place right after the conclusion of the ceremony to capture some really unique images. He definitely has an eye for what will look good after the picture has been taken. The initial handful of pictures which we received look great and we're looking forward to seeing the rest. Many of our guests also complimented David on his ability to 'manage' the groups involved in wedding party, family, and other group pictures.

We chose to use Edward Fox Photography because of their reasonable prices, BUT our experience with David Loeb was priceless! David was honestly my secret weapon for our wedding. I had grand plans for beautiful outdoor pictures in downtown Chicago and of course the day of our wedding was about 30 degrees and snowing... in early October! David took what I thought would be the most tragic thing to ever happen (give me a break I was an emotional bride) and turned it into magic. David totally took charge and found us amazing places to take pictures (despite the weather) and added awesome details, like umbrellas! He was literally directing traffic for us to get the best shots... and I would definitely say he "nailed it." Thank you David for bringing your assertiveness and panache to our wedding, you were an integral piece in making it such a magical day!

Chicago Brides: do yourselves a favor and hire Jenny Fontaine to photograph your wedding. You won't be sorry!

Jenny is beyond talented. I just got a look at my photos and am over the moon!! She has a wonderful personality, and balances being organized and running things on a schedule without being...well...you know. I had a blast with her all day long, and she got along perfectly with my friends and family. Sometimes personalities just don't gel, which can affect how the pictures come out, but she kept everyone laughing and with genuine smiles on their faces.

We met with Jenny a few weeks before the wedding, and I have to say, she did literally everything that I asked. Table pictures, getting ready pictures, etc. She also had some amazing ideas about where to go downtown and ended up shooting absolutely marvelous shots. I will be glowing over these pictures for years to come.

I could not ask for better pictures or to be happier.

Our photographer was Christopher. Everyone in the wedding party loved him! He was taking photos all night and never stopped. He took some amazing photos and was very open to what we wanted to do. If you choose Edward fox we would highly recommend Christopher!

I had the best experience with Edward Fox, our photographer was David Loeb, and I have to say that he did an amazing job. He gave us the scare of our life when he decided to take a picture of us driving in the limo and him from his car (yikes!!!) - Can't wait to see that one!!! And he was very detail oriented in every single shot...I received the teaser pics and we totally went crazy with every single one!!! His time and dedication made every detail memorable!!! Totally recommend Edward Fox for anyone who loves detailed pictures...ask for David too!!!

Our venue recommended this company to us. We planned our wedding from out of state and didn't have a lot of personal recommendations. We contacted Lisa, the office manager about looking into the photographers portfolios. After looking through the 5 photographers that were available for our date, she has us pick our top 3 choices. We did get our number one choice, Todd who has been in the profession for almost 20 years! Todd really made our day. He was helpful, reminding us to take breaks, drink water, eat food. When we met Todd, he asked us what type of pictures we wanted and took our suggestions. We had a great time with Todd and we know he enjoyed us too. After we did our good-bye shot, he had about 30 mins left before his contracted ended. Todd ended up staying another hour, complimentary, because he was having so much fun. I would absolutely recommend Edward Fox Photography and personally recommend Todd!

David Loeb was my photographer for my beautiful Friday wedding in Hoffman Estates. We had the best day possible for our outdoor ceremony and David took the most amazing photos! He sent me 10 teaser shots exactly 1 week after the wedding like he told me and they were just fantastic! He added one of them on his facebook page (one of my husband playing with my flower girl and tossing her into the air) He added this photo to his portfolio and informed me that he has had over 1000 hits on it! :-) David was great, energetic with a great personality. He is straight to the point and didnt miss any moment! He took every photo that I wanted to make sure we took and more. The entire Edward Fox staff was wonderful, I was mostly talking with Brenda in the Roselle office prior and she was just awesome. I would recomment Edward Fox and David Loeb to anyone who is looking for a photographer. Best of luck to the new Brides!

For our wedding day we hired Edward Fox Photography, with the lead photographer being David Loeb. I cannot say enough wonderful things about David Loeb. He is a true artist, he is creative, he is talented, he is funny and he made the entire process so much fun. My husband, like most men, hates taking pictures. He was dreading this part of our day, however, David made the entire process so much fun. Throughout the day, not once did I hear my husband complain about having to take pictures.
David was always available for questions, he would promptly return phone calls and emails. He was also very accommodating. With the stress of the wedding day, I forgot to bring a wedding invitation with me, so that David can take some creative photographs of my handmade invitations. David knew the wedding invitation was important to me and he assured me it was no problem, and he asked me drop off the invite at the studio the week after the wedding so that he can take some pictures of it. Another thing I loved about David was that a few days after our wedding, David emailed us a few amazing teaser pictures so we were able to immediately order our thank you cards.
Overall, I would highly recommend David! He is amazing at what he does!

LOVED our experience with Edward Fox; more specifically our photographer Jenny Fontaine. She showed up early while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready and got right to work. She took so many detail shots that I was not even aware of until my Mom informed me. She was so quick and was not intruding on our morning. She was extremely professional and great at sticking to a schedule. She recalled all the important photos I wanted and even the ones my Mom wanted (I didn't even know about). Jenny quickly and efficiently took all our family photos after the church. She nicely rounded up the people needed for a photo and moved everyone in and out quickly. This allowed for extra time taking photos in other locations. She is extremely creative and made our day fun. Jenny remained professional throughout the whole day and was a joy to be around. She most certainly was an important part of our day and knowing you spend all day with your photographer I was so happy to have her. I highly recommend Edward Fox to meet your photography needs and if she is available I HIGHLY recommend Jenny Fontaine.

David Loeb is the best photographer there is. He loves his job and so passionate about his work. He takes the most amazing work and is such a perfectionist I LOVED IT. I selected Edward Fox based on my mother's familiarity with the company. Not being able to select my photographer ahead of time was a bit of a gamble in my opinion but since Jenny Fontaine was my photographer I really can say it was well worth the wait. Jenny was absolutely fantastic on the day of the wedding, she was unobtrusive, pleasant, funny and worked very well with my large wedding party of 20. She made sure we worked as quickly as possible so that I could get as many of the custom shots that I wanted. I've seen a few of the shots from the day of the wedding and I'm just so excited to see the final product. I really appreciated her creative thinking and artistic eye. Should I ever use Edward Fox again I will definitely request Jenny again, she was fantastic.

We used Edward Fox for our photographer. After meeting with a few different companies I was very happy and comfortable with Edward Fox. Their options for packages I felt were the best and loved the options for album choices. I felt they were the most professional. Our photographer, Ladio Vasak, was so incredible. He has amazing vision and creativity to give you great pictures. I would definitely use Edward Fox for any event we would require a professional photographer for and request Ladio to take them.

This review is specifically about Jenny Fontaine more than the studio. I found the studio difficult to deal with, but knowing how amazing, wonderful, professional, fun and talented Jenny Fontaine is I would always always always hire her. She was simply fantastic. Jenny personally fit with mine very well. My groom and I have big families and big bridal parties and not a lot of time for photos (1 hour between ceremony and reception) and she was able to get photos of everyone we wanted at church (in 20 minutes) and then at 2 locations for the bridal party. Jenny fit in wonderfully and it was really great to have her by my side for 10 hours. Not sure how many people I can say that about!

I really highly recommend Jenny and would hire her for other important events in my life!

Ed Fox was very helpful from the time we had them do our engagement photos up to the wedding day. We had a photographer named Josh who did an excellent job and got some great pictures. The staff at the Schaumburg location was very helpful and professional.

We had Jenny Fountaine [from Edward Fox Photography] as our photographer in our wedding. Jen was the BEST!!! She easily understands the style we wanted and was extremely nice. While we were waiting for the limo to pick us up and take us to church, Jen was like another bridesmaid making sure I had everything I needed. Huge shoutout to our photographer David Loeb with Edward Fox Photography. He was fun to work with and this guy just knows what he's doing. We already knew he'd do a great job because he photographed my husband's sister's wedding 3 years ago. We received some teaser photos a few days after the wedding and can't wait to see the rest. They are gorgeous!

Advice - Just listen to what he says and let him do his thing. You'll love the final product.

Our photographer was David Loeb from Edward Fox Photography. David was great to work with. He arrived early and had pre-planned where he wanted to take our outdoor pictures. Our photographer was David Loeb. I don't even know where to begin how FANTASTIC he was!! He really made our wedding day special! He was on time, has a GREAT personality, VERY professional and gave great direction to our wedding party and family during pictures. He was very professional from the moment he got to the house where the bride/bridesmaids were getting ready to the end of the reception. One of the best things about him that he almost seems to be your personal "wedding coordinator" too the day of... he was always asking if we needed anything, helping with fixing the veil, dresses, making sure we were happy and comfortable the day of!!! I think the best part about him is that when he is shooting he is very direct on what he wants for the pictures! This was great for us because I have a big family (with big personalities!) and he made sure he got everyone together to get the exact picture he needed. (he was EXCELLENT with keeping the "cough-cough "drunk" groomsmen in check too, making sure they were where they needed to be also!) LOL
About 10 days after the wedding he emailed us telling us how great our wedding was and how he really enjoyed shooting our wedding. He also attached 10 "teaser" pics that we could use to send out with our Thank You cards! We are still waiting for all of our pictures to be uploaded to look at. If they are 1/2 as amazing as our teaser pictures are then I'm sure that our wedding photos will be absolutely AMAZING!!!!

We got a very reasonable package deal with Edward Fox. I wasn't able to specifically pick my videographer or photographer, but like Brenda (our saleswoman) said, all their people are GREAT at what they do. We were lucky enough to have David Loeb as our photographer- he was AMAZING! great ideas, talked with me for a good hour the week before the wedding, exchanged emails, shot lists, etc. all to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was hilarious and energetic and overall FUN TO WORK WITH! He has sent me a few teaser photos and I am in love with them all! Since our wedding was so large, we had a second videographer who was great as well! Joe Nelson was our videographer and was a joy to have. He worked long hours and was always right in the action ready with his camera and his smile. I can't wait to see the final product because I know Joe did a great job capturing all our best moments throughout the day/night!

Company review before the video is received

I’m writing this review on Edward Fox Photography, the company we hired as our videographers before we received the actual video. Brenda from the Schaumburg location was very helpful; she described all the package options and pricing to help us decide which one to choose. On our wedding day we had Tony, quite quiet in the beginning but then very funny and nice to us and all our guests, he was very easy going and willing to come to all the locations we asked him to. Overall we were very happy with this company employee’s professionalism and helpfulness.

Christian Yah was our photographer for the day, he was wonderful! He knew what he was doing even if I didn't.
From the moment he walked into my Bride room his concern was not to make me uncomfortable. It was a stressfull day to begin with and he certainly did'nt add to it. I cant wait to see the pictures.

recently got married last May 19. Photographer Tun Wa was great and tried to capture important moments. John the videographer was good and very patient to accomodate the demands of the photographer. Overall, service is great. Can't wait to see the actual pictures.

Great photography and videography. Our photographer was Jenny Fontaine and she did an amazing job. We knew she was cool when we met her before and found out she went to our same college. She was funny and very professional she knew all the good shots. She also was not in the way and was able to capture good pictures but not disrupt our celebration. I can not say enough great things about her and all the staff at Edward Fox.

Our photographers showed up early and ready to take pictures. They were extremely patient as my family snapped photos behind them (something I know can be frustrating for many photographers) and helped keep the day fun and easy throughout. I haven't received all my photos yet, but I have been able to see some and they have all been beautiful. I cannot wait for the rest!

Edward Fox did a fabulous job on my both my engagement & wedding photography. I have been familiar with their high quality portraits for years, so when it came time for my wedding the decision was easy. They definetly did not disappoint! We receive compliments all the time on the engagement and wedding photos displayed throughout our house. Our wedding photos are a beautiful reminder of our special day!

David was my photographer and did 2 of my friends weddings. He did a fantastic job on theirs so I knew he'd do a great job on ours. Is very enthusiastic about his work and very creative. Photography for your wedding is definitely something you don't want to skimp on or roll the dice with. You can tell he's very passionate and creative. He has a great personality and gets everyone laughing for pictures. He did a fantastic job and all our guests couldn't stop saying such great things about him! Will recommend him every chance I get!!

My husband and I paid extra to reserve Mariusz for our wedding date after we saw some of his work. We were 100% pleased with the job that he did. We have only seen a snapshot of his work so far but it's beautiful. Everyone absolutely loved working with him. The family was amazed at how he just popped up right when they needed him!

Right away the folks at Edward Fox were amazing! Charlene Martin was who I was in contact with all before the wedding. She is very personable and helpful. They are very flexible and we feel like we are getting a great deal with them! Our photographer was David Loeb. If you can, have him shoot your wedding! Us women had a snag getting out for the pictures before the wedding so we ended up being an hour late. David got pictures of the groomsmen and did what he could without us. I was very worried we wouldn't get any pictures I wanted since we didn't have much time left. David worked fast and got amazing shots! He was super professional and helpful. He was great with the kids and stubborn family members. My husband and I are still getting people talk about how impressed they were with our photographer. Thanks!

We hired Edward Fox to do the photography for my daughter's 18 Birthday - Cotillion party last Saturday, July 23, 2011. Our photographer was David Loeb and he was EXCELLENT! He did my niece's 18th cotillion party in 2008 and was really really nice so we requested for him becasue we wanted to get the same product back. He was able to take control of a very large group and take pictures in a time efficient way for the group photos. Our guests even commented at the event and afterwards about the great photographer and is the "BEST". David is really a pleasure to work with!!! We are very pleased with him. Thank you!

I would recommend Edward Fox to anyone looking for the best in photography. Let me start by saying my husband and my sister-in-laws went to Edward Fox last year for portrait/family pictures for their parents' anniversary and they came out BEAUTIFUL!! I believe Ben was their photographer. So it was a no-brainer we'd hire Edward Fox for our wedding photography. Linda in sales was so nice to us and made us feel comfortable right away. She worked with our budget and we left happy after putting down our deposit to hold our date. We got a free engagement on-site session with David and he did a great job capturing some great photos in three different locations. We were happy! Then we ordered our guestbook with photos from our engagement session and boy am I happy we paid the extra money for it. Our guestbook is gorgeous and everyone raved about it at our wedding!
But what really blew me away was when we found out Andre LaCour would be our photographer for our wedding. A few days before the wedding Andre called me and we went over all the details and locations we'd be going to for photos. He made sure to jot down any small details that I'd want captured in our photos. He made sure he got shots of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. Andre had an assistant and another staff photographer with him (I paid for one photographer and got 3!). They arrived a little early to set up and started snapping pictures right away. Had it not been for Andre I would have never been brave enough to step out in the rainstorm to take pictures. But I am so glad he gave me the courage because it was definitely worth it! My wedding day was perfect and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Edward Fox and the photos are just break-taking!!! If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely go with Edward Fox....no doubt about it! Andre LaCour is an exceptional, artistic photographer! You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I did business with Edward Fox Photography for our wedding in the summer of 2010. We live in Arizona, so doing an out-of-state wedding was pretty stressful, but thankfully we dealt with Brenda Nicolin. She made this experience possible for several reasons:

She was pleasant and always pacient when speaking to us. She sounds genuine every time whether we talk to her on the phone or in person, which helps a lot with reassuring us that everything would run smoothly.
Brenda is also well-organized. She knew us by name and seldom had to be reminded of which clients we were, for which she quickly had our notes in front of her and could remind us often of what the details of our package included. She helped accomodate our budget as much as possible, giving us confidence that every dollar we put into Edward Fox was reasonable at the very least.
Her personality reflects her professionalism and as long as Brenda is contributing to the company, we intend to do business with Edward Fox again. Our friends and family have already heard so many great things about our experience thanks to Brenda and when you as a potential client decide to work with Edward Fox, I hope you ask for Brenda Nicolin to work with you. I doubt that anyone could top the dedication and enthusiasm she has to making her clients happy.

Mr. Mariusz Mroczkowski from Edward Fox did the most amazing job for us at our wedding 2 weeks ago. He did a great job researching the area around our venue and found a great park to do some photographs before the wedding. He knew both wedding parties by first name, and even knew our famiily members by first name. He was super creative with setting up shots and really took control and knew what he was doing. Such a nice and gentle guy. Very laid back, down to earth and super fun to be around! Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Jill and I definitely feel we made a new friend in Mariusz :-)

Edward Fox was vey easy to work with and a great deal financially. They are in the category with other much higher cost photographers and do an A+ job. Our photographer was DAVID LOEB and he was FABULOUS!! He was self-directed and very professional. I still have people that attended my wedding commenting on how great the photographer was-I had never heard of that. Now that the photos are in-I have been receiving even more compliments on him. He was able to do the large group photos at a very fast and efficient pace (my husband is from a very large family and there are many little kids). He was did the candids wonderfully too. He moved throught the crowd getting the pictures he needed, but not seem apparent. I have seen many photos that I didn't even realize David was taking the picture. I would 100% recommend him!! Thank you David!

I absolutely adore our wedding photographer, Andre LaCour, and his assistant, Michele Genualdi! They're a GREAT team! Michele's awesome at guiding you through everything from start to finish.... and Andre, well he's everything you need in a photographer, period. He is incredibly talented, professional, and wonderfully easy to work with. His fantastic sense of humor and laid back personanilty really helped to put my husband at ease, as he REALLY wasn't looking foward to all of the picture-taking. I appreciated the perfectionist side of him.....how well he took all of my worries away and let me relax knowing we were in good hands that day. He truly captured both formal and candid moments of our special day so perfectly, and without any intrusion. David Loeb was the photographer at the wedding of my son Michael and his bride Brittany in January 2011. David did a fantastic job from start to finish. He is extremely organized and remembers the names of the entire wedding party immediately. David makes it a very memorable moment when the groom sees the bride for the first time. The wedding party photos with the family at our hotel were wonderful. David photographed the wedding party on the trolley and at several locations around Chicago. Next was a gorgeous ceremony at St. Patricks Church captured by David. The reception lasted until 12 and David was there until the end. We have over 900 fantastic photos thanks to David!
I would highly recommend David Loeb at Edward Fox Photography!!!!!

My husband and I were married on October 3, 2010 in Madison, Wisconsin and had the honor and privilege of having our wedding photographed by David Loeb of Fox Photography. I first was introduced to David’s work back in my college days when he shot the engagement photos of a friend. This was thirty years ago, but I can still see these images in my mind’s eye! I was struck by how he had managed to capture the essence of these two people in those few shots. A number of years later when a friend was looking for a photographer for her wedding, I told her about the photos David had taken and suggested she use him. She did and her wedding photos are stunning.

When Jim asked me to marry him the two things I was certain of were where I wanted to get married and who I wanted to photograph the wedding. Once I was able to nail down the venue, I had to track David down. I knew he no longer resided in Wisconsin, but I had no idea where he had moved. Thank God for the internet because it only took me a few google searches to find him at Fox Photography in Chicago…a hop, skip and a jump from Madison!

Working with David went far beyond my expectations, he is the consummate professional and his artistic vision is impeccable. I am a planner by nature and by profession, so letting go of the control of an event is difficult. David made it easy for me to let go and enjoy the day, the surroundings and my family and friends.

My respect for David runs deep, both as an artist and a human. Our memories of the day shine brightly in our minds and our hearts, but the artistry of David’s photographs are visual testaments to the beauty and absolute joy of our day.

While looking at the teaser photos David sent us shortly after the wedding, my husband saw one of the shots of me and said, “You are so beautiful!” His reaction to that shot is priceless to me. David has such a wonderful gift and we feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to have his art infuse not only our memories of the day, but the rest of our lives.

Our photographer was wonderful! Todd did an EXCELLENT job capturing our special day while we constantly changed the plans! He was professional, funny, sincere, and tireless as he chased us from place to place. His professional eye for the perfect picture was spectacular and he even allowed us to see the pictures on his camera after he took them. It was exciting to know our pictures looked great long before they were finished!

Ben Newton did an amazing job photographing our July wedding. He was professional and had so much energy. He was quick to set up amazing shots, so he didn't keep people waiting around. Everyone commented on how great he was! His photos turned out wonderfully. It was so hard to pick our favorites!

Edward Fox was also wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and very flexible in scheduling appointments and meetings. The value was also great! We received so many bonus fpictures in our package since we signed a contract after going to a bridal expo. Overall, I highly recommend them as a wedding photographer.

Marius, our photographer, was fantastic. He was always polite and courteous, showed up on time and took the time to get the best shots possible. He was also very creative with his shots and wasn't annoyed when we goofed off. In fact, he seemed to enjoy taking pictures of my husband's and and groomsmen's shenanigans. He had a good mix of candid and classic. A+ across the board.

Marcia was also extremely great to work with and always took the time to help us out with any questions we might have with extreme patience. She was also great with her flexibility. Again, A+.

Our photographer was Todd Ganek. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED HIM. He is a phenomenal photographer (his pictures are UNBELIEVABLE) and to me was more of a wedding coordinator than my actual wedding coordinator. We would recommend him to anyone and definitely will use his services again.

The photographer was fantastic! She was very nice and accomodating to our schedule. They made sure to call us the week of and go over all the details of the day so that we knew where each other would be and when! It went very smoothly and I really think we got some great pictures! She let us pick out some things that we wanted to do which was tons of fun! David Loeb was my photographer and he was AMAZING! He is creative and this allows him to obtain pictures that would rival the best in the city! He also does a good job with portraits and still shots in addition to the "action" shots. Although he can come off a bit pushy don't let stop you... trust me, he tells you exactly what he needs and how he needs it to get the best pictures for you. And the best thing is he will let you know if something is wrong with your make up, dress or if there is a piece of hair out of place. These are the things you want your photogrpaher to point out so that they don't annoy you later! :)

We also spent the extra money to have an "on location" engagement session with him. We went all around the city taking pictures one morning and it was great because we got to know him ahead of time and I felt really comfortable with him the day of the wedding! Plus, I took the pictures we bought from that session and put them in a photobook I created on-line and then had my guests sign that instead of a guest book. Who needs an old-fashioned guest book? We all have the addresses of people anyways in our computers so I had them sign our engagement picture book as if it were a yearbook! It worked great!

In the end, I would definitely recommend David. He is professional, creative, and after 30 years he really knows what he is doing!

It was very frustrating to have to wait until two days before the wedding to speak with the photographer. We did not get any of the group shots (other than the bridal party and immediate family) that we were hoping for and we had to change the overall wedding itinerary because of the last minute photography decisions. Our photographer, Dave, was clearly experienced and nice to work with. Would have been nice to have a few more creative pictures with the bridal party...they were all in the same spot at the golf course. We are excited to see what pictures did and did not come out.

Andre LaCour from Edward Fox Photography was amazing from our very first meeting to ordering our pictures and putting our album together. Andre and his staff were professional, patient, and took brilliant pictures. During, and for months after our wedding, guests from our wedding were commenting on how wonderful our photographer was. The pictures were incredible!! Andre was familiar with our venue so he really knew where to get the best shots, and how to get the best out of us. I would highly recommend Andre for his professionalism, artistic flair, and with Andre you will have one less thing to worry about on your special day.

After interviewing four other photographers, we chose Edward Fox. The value of the packages and quality of images we previewed convinced us that this was the right photographer, hands down. As part of our package, we received all 940 proofs as real 4x6 pictures, as well as a DVD with the copyright release of all of our images. This on top of a gorgeous album and two parent albums! For a comparable package at our second-choice photographer, we would have paid an additional $2800.

The images Karola captured for us could not be better. We're happy with every picture she took. She was thorough, efficient, creative, and friendly. During our reception, she was inconspicuous but still captured every important moment -- and more. If given the opportunity to choose all over again, I would go with Edward Fox without a question.

Andre LaCour from Edward Fox did an fabulous job!! He was able to capture our day perfectly! I couldn't imagine using any other photographer. Almost a year later and we are still getting compliments on the photos he took!

Andre LeCour from Edward Fox Photography did an amazing job photographing my daughter's wedding. There are so many pictures that are works of art. The lighting and mood captured by his camera brought back the whole fairy tale evening to us! Portraits of our guests and the wedding party are both formal and candid and in either case expressed their personalities so well it was unbelievable. I would highly recommend him and his co-photographers to anyone... you will get photographs you will treasure your whole life!

andre photographed our wedding in 2007. from the pre-ceremony arangements through the last photos of the night he was wonderful. he and his assistants were very professional, non-intrusive and offered wonderful suggestions. the wedding album is still talked about today!! i am not sure how he was able to make me look so beautiful!! he was even able to get my husband to smile!!! book andre for your wedding !! if he is not available for your date, change your date!!!
you won't be sorry!!

This was a GREAT company to work with. We have not received our photos yet, but the photographers were exceptional to work with. My booking agent was amazing and very cooperative and accomodating. We ended up adding on to our package as well because we were so pleased with the way things turned out.

Ben Newton at Edward Fox was the perfect photographer for our wedding. My husband and I are a young couple (23) and everyone in our party, and most of the wedding guests, are either in college or recently graduated. When we went to Edward Fox we told them we needed someone who had tons of energy and could get a bunch of 20-somethings to focus long enough to get a great picture. They told us about Ben, saying that he was their best photographer, that everyone loves him, and that he gets rave reviews. We looked at his portfolio (very impressive) and sat down with him for about 30 minutes. He is not only adorable and very energetic, but he really knows his stuff when it comes to photography. We booked him immediately and then set up a time to get our engagement portraits with him. He is so much fun!!! After getting our engagement photos, we could not wait for our party to meet him. I knew everyone would love him, but I was not prepared for how much they loved him. He was like the hero of our wedding. He made us laugh all day, kept everything interesting, took creative and innovative shots, he knew where in the city was best to take pictures at what times, and even was able to manage crowds of people that were staring at us and getting in the way. Everyone at the wedding wanted pictures with him! I can't say enough about Ben. He's really great and made our wedding wonderful. He was everyone's favorite thing about the day. His photography is astounding (he makes you look so good!) and his personality is awesome. If you meet him, you'll book him and if you book him, you'll be so glad you did!

My Photographer was sooooo much fun. He really captured what we wanted. The girls were running behind with our hair appointment. I called him to see if he could come a half hour later since he was due at my house in 15 minutes and he did with no problems. He even adjusted the rest of the time accordingly.

Our photographer was such a hard worker. He listened to me and took pics just like I wanted. He took tons! We were able to keep the proofs at the end, after all. The sales lady was also very genuine. I visited 3 different places and chose Ed Fox.

This company was absolutely fantastic!!! Everything they did was spectacular. The price was great. Ken was our photographer and we loved him as a person just as much as a photographer. He showed up right on time and was very flexible. He did everything that we needed and took pictures we would have never even dreamed of. We loved Ken and Edward Fox.

Our photographer Zandro was more than we could have asked for. He was extremely professional and fun at the same time. By the end of the event it was more like he was a friend taking photos for us at the wedding instead of someone we had just met earlier that day. He took into account all the photos we wanted and had a lot of fun ideas for shots we would never have though of. He was sure to let us look at many of the photos he shot while on the spot so we were sure that we were getting quality work. I would definitely suggest Edward Fox and specifically Zandro to anyone looking for great work at their wedding!

We had the best experience with Edward Fox; from start to (just about) finish. Our sales experience with Jenee S. wasn't pushy; but, patient and politely responsive. Jenee was forthcoming in her correspondence and very honest. She really set the bar high.

Enter our photographer, Jenny F. C (husband) and I met with Jenny in August (just about a month before our wedding date) for an engagement session. She had us at, 'Was it the camera that gave it away?'.

Jenny is out-of this world. Kind, patience, just-the-right-amount-of bossy, sincere, professional, friendly, funny, honest, and, did I mention AMAZING photographer?! She's a catch in the sea of wedding photographers. C and I had the best experience with Jenny! Jenny took personal time out of her schedule to chat with C and I about our wedding day. She asked tons of question, was intrigued, and, ultimately, excited for us. Jenny spent the morning capturing details of getting ready for 'I Do's', and our First Look. C and I opted for a more traditional ceremony. We said our 'I Do's' at Old St. Pat's (OSP) in Chicago, where Jenny had reassured us that she's photographed many, many times before. Both C and I were overwhelmed with the attention and service Jenny provided.

My best advice: Book with Edward Fox and request Jenny. Jenny will capture your day just as you've always imagined it.

David Loeb was our photographer with Edward Fox and did an absolutely fantastic job for our wedding. The wedding prior to ours ran a half hour late, leaving us 30 minutes before the ceremony and 15 minutes after to get all the ceremony venue shots we wanted. David kept everyone relaxed during the commotion and was able to get the shots with time to spare. He was an absolute pro and the photos we've seen thus far have been excellent.

We requested a specific photographer (Rion Johnson) for our Wedding Day based on his previous work that we liked, and I couldn't be happier. We planned our wedding from out of state and we worried it would be more difficult to keep in touch with our vendors, however Edward Fox was very responsive to all of our calls and emails, and they listened to and executed all of our special requests. Rion arrived exactly when he said he would. As I was getting ready, he snapped some photos but was never too intrusive or in the way, which was great. I hardly noticed him at the church, though he was there taking pictures the whole time - again, not intrusive on us or our guests. We had a hard time gathering all of our family members for photos in the church after the ceremony, but he was VERY patient with us and he helped keep us on schedule. Sadly, it started to rain when we were out taking pictures at our next location. He didn't let that stand in the way of getting some great shots, while ensuring that none of us got wet! He incorporated umbrellas into the pictures and took some great candid shots that I can't wait to see. We had fun with him, and he had fun with us, and that's what I liked the most - our smiles were natural because we were all truly happy & having a great time! Rion captured candid moments & nothing was TOO posed - which is exactly what I wanted! He listened to all of our requests and ideas too! It was a pleasure working with Rion & everyone at Edward Fox, and we can't wait to see the final product!

I really enjoyed working with Edward Fox. They are great to work with and answered many of my questions via email or phone. They were also flexible in price and willing to throw in a few extras.

Our photographer was Todd Ganek. He was quick, fast and professional, and there was very little wait time between shots. I was also able to throw in a few suggetsions and he even threw out a few ones as well!

I think that the pictures will turn out very well when we see them, the only bad thing was that I closed my eyes but he said that it would be able to be photoshopped. I would recommend this vendor as well to other brides looking for a photographer.

This company is very professional and takes high quality pictures. They will work with you on any budget and will take almost any picture you could possibly want. The photographer we had was funny and easy to get along with. When I was planning my wedding I was trying to keep the cost low as possible, however I told myself the two most important things to not skimp on (next to you dress of course) is the entertainment and your memories. These are picture you have to look at for the rest of you life, and you want them to be perfect. This company is great at providing just that!

We just had our wedding photographed on April 5th by David Loeb. He was excellent, and we LOVE our pictures so far. We cannot wait to see the rest. David worked really hard to get the best shots, as well as listened to our ideas. They turned out even better than we could have imagined!!! :)

I LOVED David Loeb and Ania They were both my photographers on our special day and they were AMAZING! The only reason I reduce the perfect score is because Ed Fox as an org can be difficult to deal with. We had our engagement photo session and they did not make it clear that the jpegs would not be included in this price. I think that's just ridiculous considering how much money we are paying. I suggest they throw in getting one jpeg for free with their packages. I just wanted to make sure that David' name made it out there and that when you are trying to decide on your photographer that you check out his work!

My photographs and video were of utmost important to me the first on my list of "Whatever it Takes".
I researched lots of company to ontract this service to and Edward Fox took the lead.
The sales rep was highly competitive which is a good qulaity to have in this kind of business. Very driven and her sales pitch was absolutely phenomenal. She was helpful throughout the process and it seemed like she was my wedding planner. Communicated effectively and on a constant basis to make sure any last minute changes were accounted for and followed up on.
The photographer and videographer were a great team, they worked together so professionally and you knew they were great at thier work, very polite, hilarious and fun! I had a mini photo shoot while getting ready and i did not want it to stop because i felt like a model....lol
I booked both photography and videography as a package and you get good perks and free merchandises for booking both services.
The banquet hall i used also had them listed as #1 partner which also was a catalyst to my decision making.

Edward Fox is so easy and professional to work with. The photographer was so easy going and made me feel and look really natural in all of the pictures. I felt more comfortable working with a reputable studio, since I had heard photography nightmare stories. Everything was just as I expected and I was really impressed with the pictures.

I was so pleased with the work that our photographer did at our wedding. Tony Anzelmo did an amazing job capturing our day for us! He was exactly the kind of photographer my husband and I wanted and were extremely pleased with his work that night. He was so great to work with! We can't wait to see the pictures he took! Ben Newton was amazing! As our photographer, he took all of my worried away. He made being a bride easy! It felt like we had a wedding coordinator to help us get through he day because he made sure we were everywhere we needed to be when it needed to happen. He also worked hand in hand with our DJ and videographer and made sure that they were all on the same page as well. Amazing!

Edward fox photography is highly recommended by me for any wedding. I did think they were a little pricey but the pictures taken were so gorgeous. He didn't take all posing pictures. Our photographer took a lot of freestyle pictures which are so much fun to look at in albums. Our photographer was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Expensive but with a payment plan that differs from all others. John LaVere, the photographer, was awesome. He captured every moment. We asked for a creative, modern, direct, but not over powering personality to carry us through the day and that is was we've got from him.
