Edibles Incredibles was fantastic choice for our wedding cake! The team was great to work with and cake was DELICIOUS! From our cake tasting to delivery and set up of our cake, there is nothing we can complain about! The team worked with us to ensure our cake fit our theme and made adjustments to flavors based on our feedback. The advised us to get a kitchen cake and we are glad we listened because our guests kept going back for more! By the end of the night, not much of the cake was left! We were so happy with it that a month later we ordered a birthday cake from there. We would HIGHLY recommend them! -

We can’t say enough amazing things about Edibles Incredible Desserts! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with. Our wedding cake was beyond beautiful — exactly what we envisioned — and it tasted even better! Guests were lining up for seconds and are still talking about it.
They offer so many incredible flavors to choose from, which made deciding nearly impossible (in the best way!). During our tasting, they went above and beyond — not only was everything delicious, but they also sent us home with extra cake so we could share with our family and get their opinions too. It was such a thoughtful touch that really showed how much they care about their couples.
Throughout the entire process, the team was amazingly attentive, responsive, and patient. Anytime my husband and I had a question or couldn’t decide between options, they were ready with helpful recommendations and creative ideas. They made the entire experience fun, easy, and completely stress-free.
The dessert table was just as impressive — every treat looked stunning and tasted incredible. You can tell how much passion and heart goes into everything they create.

I’ve been enjoying Edibles Incredibles since I was a kid, so when it came time to choose a bakery for my wedding cake, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Jim sat down with my husband and I and walked us through all of our options, showing us examples and giving great advice. I especially loved learning that they typically use buttercream instead of fondant to ensure the cake tastes just as good as it looks. The fact that they can create so much detail without fondant really impressed me.
I had a very specific vision for our cake, which I shared with the team after pulling inspiration from Pinterest and creating a mock-up image. They absolutely nailed it—the cake was exactly what I had imagined. On top of that, Jim and the team were so kind, professional, and even shared kind thoughtful words of advice for our future marriage, which made the experience even more special.
For our micro wedding, we chose a small 6-inch wedding cake with 42 assorted cupcakes, and they were a huge hit. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was, no matter which flavor they tried.
Edibles Incredibles has always been my go-to for desserts, but this experience really reaffirmed why. They are talented, caring, and truly dedicated to making every occasion special. I highly recommend them for weddings—or really any celebration where you want a dessert that tastes as good as it looks!

Most delicious wedding cake!
Edibles Incredible made us a gorgeous and tasty wedding cake! It was by far the most delicious cake that we tried during our search with fun flavors such as pina colada and amaretto. We opted to do a three tier cake with a mixture of almond torte and chocolate mousse. Edibles Incredible were also able to account for allergies and made sure to avoid any cross contamination between the flavors. An added bonus of ordering your cake with them is that they give you a free cake for your wedding anniversary so you do not need to worry about saving/freezing the top tier of your cake. We worked with Jim who was very responsive, often giving me a call whenever I sent him a question so we could talk through the details and make sure everything was accounted for. I would definitely recommend booking this vendor for your cake/dessert needs! -

We were so happy to get our wedding cake (technically cakes) from Edibles Incredible Desserts. When we first visited, we sat through a very fun explanation of how the cakes and other desserts are made before getting to try several flavors. We liked them so much that we decided to get three - a Tres Leches tiered cake as well as Pina Colada and Ube sheet cakes. They were all absolutely delicious and my one regret is that I was too busy to try more. We'll definitely be visiting again to buy some slices.

The most AMAZING wedding cake, and incredible service!! They were the BEST part of wedding planning, they made it so easy and cake was absolutely delicious! They worked so closely with me to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for our cake, Jim and Robyn were incredible in the service they provided. We really wanted a sports wedding cake with all our favorite teams, but I was not sure on how I wanted that to present on a wedding cake and they took the time to discuss vision with me and give me some ideas and sent me multiple sketches to verify what my thought were. With a much more complex cake design they were on top of it all and turned out perfect! Service was elite, they took care of everything. We did a 4 layer cake, all with different flavors, which our guests absolutely loved the variety and was talk of the wedding. The hardest part is picking the flavors because they are all so delicious, we ended up picking PINK STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE, PINA COLADA, CARAMELISCIOUS, VIVACIOUS VANILLA, all layers of cake turned out great! They’re time and dedication to creating a cake that is your wedding vision, and goes above in beyond in service and quality-i’m telling you the taste was unbeatable! They also provide a 1 year anniversary cake so you don’t have to store and freeze your cake, you get a freshly made one! Absolutely delicious tasting cake and the best service, they were so kind and friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the process. -

DELICIOUS and Beautiful Wedding Cake
We absolutely loved our three-tiered wedding cake from Edibles Incredible in Sterling, VA. No kidding aside — the cake was delicious. We chose strawberry champagne and chocolate bliss as our two flavors in our cake. Many people say they’d prefer to opt for a different dessert at their wedding because they “don’t really like cake all that much.” Edibles Incredible will change your mind. Our cake was classy, beautiful and absolutely delicious. Jim is extremely responsive and professional over email and phone. He makes sure all your questions are answered and provides exactly what you’d like to the best of the bakery’s ability. We shared a few inspiration photos and Jim’s team created a beautiful real-life version of our favorite photos we found online. Best Last Minute Decision
We weren’t going to do a cake, but my mom convinced me a month out from our wedding we should. No one would take the order until we found Edibles Incredible and the name does not disappoint. They created an incredible cake for our wedding, and made the entire process super stress free. Jim offered exceptional service and walked us through the process, the cake flavor options really are amazing! I highly suggest the lemon cake, but the chocolate and confetti cake were hits too. They even matched the flowers to the same flowers I had in my bouquet! Tons of people said how awesome the cake was, looking forward to our anniversary cake to come in a few weeks! -

Our experience with Edibles Incredible was great from the very beginning! My husband and I sent them a photo of what we wanted for our wedding cake and they more than delivered. On top of that, the flavor we picked, Piña Colada, was super delicious and unique; all of the other cake vendors we checked out had your basic cake flavors, so when we saw Edibles Incredible had this flavor, we were so excited (and even more excited when we tasted it). Most people, including myself, I consider to be agnostics. Sometimes, you run across a great cake that maybe a family member or a small shop makes that is really good. If it is offered at a party or at the end of dinner, great! But you never hear anyone talk about craving a good slice of cake. The cake we received from Edibles Incredibles will forever be in my personal hall of fame desserts.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Edibles Incredible for my wedding cake, and I cannot recommend them enough! They brought my vision of a heart-shaped, vintage-inspired wedding cake to life with incredible precision and creativity. From the intricate details to the perfect shade of pastel colors, the cake was a true masterpiece that left all of my guests in awe.
But the design wasn’t the only thing that wowed us—the flavors were equally phenomenal! Each tier featured a unique flavor, and they were all unforgettable:
Caramelicious (Top Tier): This flavor was the definition of indulgence! The rich caramel notes were perfectly balanced—sweet but not overpowering—and the moist texture of the cake left everyone wanting more. It was the unanimous favorite among the caramel lovers in the room!

Edibles Incredible were amazing to work with in creating our wedding cake. From the beginning meeting with Alan, he was so nice and friendly and gave us amazing recommendations when we received our cake tasting. He was even generous in giving us extra cake slices for our tasting! The cakes slices were sooo delicious and moist, we had to book them for our wedding! Throughout the process, Jim was very responsive and sat with us a month before our wedding to finalize everything. Jim was funny, professional and nice! During the wedding, the cake came out exactly how we wanted and everyone loved it! We even had extra slices to bring home! The cake was the best we ever had! -

Edibles Incredible created a delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding. I am a home baker and was very nervous and particular about finding a cake for my wedding. We had tried so many bland, overly sweet, and dry cakes, and I was almost ready to bake the wedding cake myself. Edibles Incredible absolutely saved the day - and a week of pre-wedding baking stress - with their delicious cake. We had the pina colada cake, the chocolate cake, and the carrot cake. The pina colada cake is now one of my and my husband's favorite cakes, and the other two flavors were delicious as well! Jim and Alan were also great to work with - they were very responsive and completely understood (and made happen) the look I was going for. Wedding Cake
We purchased our wedding cake here and it was the best and easiest decision ever! They were so flexible with us in cake flavors and allowed us to try soooo many different flavors when we couldn't make up our mind. Alan and Robyn are super easy to work with and so knowledgeable. The delivery to the venue was seamless and the design on the cake was exactly how we had imagined. My wife and I got married at Luray Caverns, so we decided to lean into the geology theme with our wedding. Edibles Incredible were happy to accommodate with a stunning geode-decorated wedding cake. Each tier was a different flavor (almond, chocolate mousse, and vanilla with raspberry), and they all tasted so fantastic, the biggest dilemma is trying to pick a flavor for the one-year anniversary cake! I’m so pleased we went with them as our vendor. Their pricing is reasonable and their flavors are just unbeatable. -

Best cake ever
Edibles Incredibles has been our family's go to bakery for ages! We planned our wedding during COVID and they seamlessly had options for virtual tastings (we picked up our tasting selections to enjoy at home), and were in touch to remind us of ordering deadlines. Our wedding was on the small side ( about 40 guests) and we had a 3 tier cake with 3 flavors. Our theme was "Oktoberfest" and we didn't have a "vision" for the cake, but at their creative suggestion, our cake was simple with a hint of the Bavarian flag diamond pattern with subtle touches of blue (our color). They even delivered to our venue in WV for a very reasonable fee. We continue to work with Edibles Incredibles for all of our cake-worthy celebrations! -

Once we tried their cakes, there was no need to search elsewhere. Our wedding cake was exceptionally delicious and beautiful. Incredible Cake Experience
My family places a high value on cake, so when I say Edibles Incredibles makes the most delicious cakes, it's true. The team there is incredibly friendly and will help you price out the cake you want and have it all come to life. They also delivered to my venue which was a huge plus in my book. Oh and when I asked for a birthday cake to celebrate our ring bearer's birthday (on our wedding day), they loved the idea and made his birthday one he won't forget!

The cake from Edibles Incredibles was awesome. Everyone loved the cake with only the top tier left. Our cake had three flavors: strawberry, lemon and chocolate. We had a three tier cake and a sheet cake. Cake was moist and so tasty. It was perfect.

I couldn't recommend Edibles Incredible more for wedding cakes. Seriously so, so, so good! Our guests raved about it. We got the half chocolate mousse and half pina colada flavor, which we never would have thought of but won us over at our tasting. That pina colada is the best cake I've ever had! The cake was beautiful and we had no issues at all with coordinating it/delivery. Really a seamless process and an incredible product! -

Amazing Experience!
Both Robyn and Alan were absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. Our wedding was originally planned in July of 2020, and, well COVID happened and we rescheduled our wedding multiple times. Robyn and Alan not only were not only flexible, but made the process so easy. They were responsive, professional, and so kind and thoughtful. Even before the pandemic, they responded to any questions I might have in a timely fashion. The cake they made was just what I envisioned and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
Not only are they incredible people, but their cakes taste absolutely amazing. It's been a year since our wedding and any time we bring up the cake, our guests STILL talk about how delicious it was.
I highly recommend them and they are the right people to chose to create your wedding cake. -

Best Cakes Ever!
I first tried Edible Incredibles cakes at a wedding expo in 2017, when my friend was getting married. The cake tasted amazing and I never forgot it. Four years later, my husband and I hired Edible Incredibles to make our wedding cake and it was the easiest decision. Out of all the cake tastings we had, Edible Incredibles was by far the best. We felt welcomed from the moment we came into contact with Alan and the team. They are professional, kind, and have great knowledge about cake making. Our cake was delivered on time, in perfect condition, and was designed exactly how we envisioned. They were extremely flexible and easy to work with when we had to change our wedding date twice due to the pandemic. Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed working with Alan and Robyn as they were patient to listen to my thoughts and needs throughout the many changes of the pandemic. Everything went smoothly the day of and our cake was delicious! Our cake was also reasonably priced comparative to other wedding bakers we looked into. Our favorite part was the generous nature of the Edibles Incredibles team. They insist on couples not eating frozen cake on their anniversary and offer a free anniversary cake. Honestly, the cake ordering experience is top notch. They are super professional and quick to reply to questions or concerns.
We ordered our cake for our wedding in 2019 for our wedding in 2020. Due to covid, we had to push our wedding into 2021. They were super considerate and were able to accomodate our situation. By the time the wedding came around, they were able to make sure we are getting the best tasting and exactly the cake we want.

Amazing Cake in Crazy Times
Edibles Incredible Desserts became our top choice for our wedding wedding our first time trying their cakes at a wedding expo. Even after the pandemic hit a few months later, we were able to sit down with them for a proper tasting to try flavors we wanted for our wedding cake. The Amazing Amaretto with Raspberry filling was our cake of choice, but there were several other combinations that had us humming and hawing the whole way, like pink lemonade and even vanilla. With our wedding happening in the middle of COVID, we ultimately went with cupcakes for our guest to enjoy and they were an absolute hit. Several friends have made trips out to Edibles Incredible to indulge in their pumpkin spice cake again. Robin and Alan were very communicative and easy to work with during the whole experience. Even as the hours to the wedding day ran out it was clear they had run this gauntlet many times, and we were always greeted with a smile. Incredibly Delicious!

Amazing Wedding Cake from Edibles Incredible!
Edibles Incredible create the best cakes in the DMV area. We had such amazing experiences in the past admiring and tasting their work for birthdays and other special occasions that we chose to do a tasting with them for our wedding. We were immediately impressed by the tasting as the portion sizes were very generous, and the flavors we chose were all delicious. After the tasting, we had a conference call with Alan and Robyn to discuss our wedding cake. We could tell that they’re both very knowledgeable and passionate about wedding cakes. They’re also both extremely nice, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Following our design consultation with Robyn, we ordered the lemon sublime 4-tier wedding cake. When the cake arrived at our venue, we were both in awe. The cake was so beautiful, and it exceeded our expectations. The cake was designed exactly how we discussed with Robyn and gorgeous accent flowers were also added which we did not expect. In addition, we received amazing feedback from our guests on how delicious the cake was. My wife and received a recommendation for Edibles Incredible from a family friend. They are family owned in the Northern Virginia area, and we wanted to check them out to support a locally owned business as well. Their staff are friendly and helpful, we were able to speak with someone and setup a tasting appointment for the weekend.
We setup a tasting appointment with Robyn, and she detailed what we were looking for in terms of flavors so that she could make sure we were able to taste what we wanted. The cupcakes are large and SO flavorful, we were taken aback over how well done they are. I'm not usually a fan of lemon flavored things, but the lemon custard they use for filling is to die for. Even after tasting the flavors we requested, they insisted we taste a bunch of other flavors as well, and even gave us some to take home.
We ended up choosing them to cater our wedding dessert, and they did not disappoint. They were able to use pictures from some online sources to design our wedding cake, and make it exactly the way we wanted. They were able to deliver the cupcakes and our cake at the time we specified, and set it up at the venue to make it look like a dream. All of our guests loved the cupcakes, and we loved our cake. Everything was so delicious. It's quite funny that usually you don't remember food on your wedding day, but we certainly did, and so did our guests.
We've continued to used Edibles Incredible for Birthdays and other events over the past year, and on our Wedding Anniversary, they are making us our wedding cake that we had on our special day. They are always friendly, consistent, and make sure that you have everything you need no matter the occasion.
