  My wedding cake (three layer white cake and an extra sheet cake) and cookie/cannoli platter (8 dozen mini cannolis, eclairs, and cream puffs and 5 lbs of Italian cookies) were perfect! Everything was delicious, and they have the best prices in the Lehigh Valley!

  Mitzi was so easy to work with and their prices were very reasonable. Even better, everything they made for us was delicious. They had a variety of desserts that they offered including mini pastries, sheet pies and smaller tiered wedding cakes. I would definitely recommend to others!

  Since I was told by many that a majority of brides served sheet cake from the back and because of the number we were expecting to open post reception party, we opted for 4 different sheet cakes from this bakery and are still getting rave reviews from our guests. We were able to call ahead, just days before the wedding and got vanilla/ blueberry, vanilla/ cannoli, chocolate/ chocolate pudding and chocolate/ raspberry - all with a whipped icing and all TO DIE FOR!

  The wedding cake from the Easton Baking Company was fabulous! This Italian bakery made you feel like you were part of the family, my Italian husband commented that he felt that the people could have been any of his aunts/uncles. Our cake was a four-tiered cake with a raspberry filling and buttercream icing. The buttercream was not overly sweet and the cake looked beautiful. Price was fabulous at only $125 and that included delivery to Hellertown.

  The wedding cake from the Easton Baking Company was fabulous!   Affordable and delicious - they custom made my dream wedding cake that tasted amazing and didn't break our budget! Most affordable wedding cake vendor in this area that I met with. Highly recommend them!

  Our wedding cake was exactly what we dreamed of. Joanne took the ideas and requests we gave her and created something beautiful that we will always remember. We use Easton Baking for all our personal baked goods & party needs as well as for special treats when we are in the area. Five stars and thumbs up to the whole shop!

My family has used Easton Baking for birthday, graduation, and anniversary cakes for as long as I can remember and we are never disappointed. The cake is always tasty - and the icing is the perfect level of sweetness. Our wedding cake was simple and beautiful - just as we wanted - and of course tasty! Plus their prices are FAR more reasonable than other bakeries. We definately recommend Easton Baking for wedding cakes or any other baking needs you may have!

  I cannot say enough good things about Easton Bakery. Mitzi was great to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted and the results proved that to be true. You will not be the price anywhere you go and everything was inclusive in the price. After the wedding we even received a phone call asking us to critique their product and services. They asked if there was anything we would suggest that they improve and it took everything in our power not to laugh. IMPROVE! Can't improve on perfect!

  I absolutely loved the my wedding cake, with only three weeks from our wedding and since we forgot to order a cake... ops the Easton baking company delivered a beautiful cake that taste SO good.... and was so much cake for the value... I recently moved from nj and couldn't find a bakery anywhere so when I found them I thought maybe.... and they absolutely made my mouth water our wedding guest were stealing cake from other tables... if that says anything for their taste.... we had such a small wedding 60-70 people and the cost of the cake with fantastic classic decoration was wonderful

  Easton Baking Company is the official wedding cake bakery for Holiday Inn Select of Clinton, NJ. We met with Mitzi, she was highly professional and very amiable. She worked with us and our colors, custom designed our cake. She was very pleasant and reassuring - told us we could call any time. Very dependable -- the cake was delivered on time and was absolutely delicious! The cake was included in the package price of our wedding.

  I loved what they did for my wedding cake it was a three tier basket weave with lavendar flowers. The price was great it was only $65.00 and it fed 60 people. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Easton Baking

  We hired Easton Baking for our wedding and were lucky enough to be one of the last weddings they catered to before they closed. They did a beautiful job with our cake, just as we wanted it to be. We originally had an assortment of mini desserts to go with, but a week before a wedding is when they decided to close, so instead of having 2 dozen mini creme puffs and 2 dozen mini eclairs with our 5 dozen mini cannolis, they could only do the mini cannolis, but turned the 5 dozen into 9 dozen as a replacement. All in all, the desserts were fantastic, and mostly all of it went. We hope they reopen in the future.

  The cake was perfect - Mitzi clearly has a lot of experience, and knows her stuff. If you're looking for a very formal, over the top experience, Easton Baking may not be for you, but we just wanted something that tasted great and wasn't crazy expensive, and we definitely got what we were looking for. Everything from Easton baking is delicious, and VERY reasonably priced - I don't understand why anyone would ever spend $3-$4 per slice on wedding cake. Our cake was beautiful as well - they were able to use the ribbon I wanted and matched our colors perfectly. Mitzi was also able to give us a variety of flavors, even in the sheet cake we had. Everything was fantastic!

  I wanted a nice wedding cake on a low budget and they did provide that. However they do not like to color icing at all so if you want a colored cake you may have some difficulties.

  Our cake was great! It was beautiful and it was exactly what we had asked for. This is a local bakery to us that we love to support. The price of the cake was perfect!
  
  The only downfall was that after the planning meeting, I was sent home with a small white piece of paper with the estimate on it. I was told to call to order the cake two weeks before the wedding. However, when I called two weeks before, I was asked to find a yellow piece of paper with information on it that I was never given. After calling back to clarify that I never received this paper, I was told that I would have to go back in to meet with them in order to order my cake. Luckily, I only work about 5 minutes from the bakery and I was able to run in on a lunch break, the week before the wedding to order my cake.
  
  We loved our cake, but this glitch was an unneccessary stressor so close to the big day!
